Love that the mall is taking the care to restore the fantastic mural that has been showing out front of the mall since the 80's. From what I know they have brought it inside to be properly restored to be again put back on display for all to enjoy. However this time the great mural will have a hanging home inside the mall as opposed to outside. I would like to thank all hands of those taking part in such a great piece of our mall, and our city's history. Thank you all dearly.

This mall is lacking pretty hard. The best part about it is Gino's and my wife likes the store with all the decor stuff. Sport Chek is ok too. This place needs a major overhaul though.

Overall a good shopping mall with lots of stores; however there are currently two metaphorical holes where Target and Sears used to be. A store is moving in where Sears was (can't remember the name at the moment) but the empty Target is still a disturbing shell. Also, the Cineplex in this theatre is a subpar experience with small screens and an uncomfortable layout, so don't go in expecting UltraAVX or IMAX or anything.

Not a lot of stores anymore. Could get the entire mall done in a very short period of time. Good place if you have an hour or so to kill. None the less, it’s a necessity in Welland since the next closest malls are in St. Catharines or Niagara Falls. I mainly go for Winners and the food court. The movies are a great place to go with friends and family though since the cinema is located inside as well. Public library has had a small spot inside as well for a few years now if you’re looking for a quiet place to go read or work.

Really nice and clean mall. Not many stores but what it lacks in variety, it makes up in services and activities for kids and seniors. That's how you keep a mall going. Definately going to grow into a rivaling mall soon. Niagara Falls should take note. There is not nothing like this out there anymore. Why? Take note. Niagara Falls should not look like the ghost town of retail.

This is a very nice Mall. It is very clean and well set up. They have a nice food court. The washrooms are very clean. There is a Hart Store, Winners, Cole's Bookstore and a Library inside this mall. Good place to spend some time. Lots of parking outside.

Seaway Mall has the worst security. They don't do their jobs. When kids are at the mall they run around and scream and they even use their skateboards and scooters in the mall. Alot of the business owners and operators are very rude. I have been going to that mall with my fiance and we have gotten fed up with the whole mall. We have had teenagers threaten to break into our van.

It's definitely gone downhill the last decade. Most of the time I walk around and don't find anything I need, and most stores I go to are not in the mall. But they have a few good places in there, and the Welland Humane Society also has a space for adopting cats in there, which is great.

During the summer months there's a farmer's market Mondays between 2-7pm. A nice variety of fresh produce, meat, and handmade wares. As a mall, the Seaway Mall is slowly beginning to become more upscale featuring stores like Alia & Tangay, SportChek, Maurice, and more. The health food store is amazing and with Bulk Barn and Shoppers Drugmart on the other side, you can get a lot of errands completed in one place.

I love the seawat mall! My favorite place to shop, and also great for a quick snack at the food court or a great meal at the ye Old Squire. Winners has an excellent selection of clothing..(but get there early) the truck comes everyday with more stylish clothes.. I like this mall because it has a Cineplex and many neat little stores. When we went, we discovered a RC car racetrack in an old Target store. There also is a cat adoption centre that you can visit and adopt a cat from. All this and some of the usual stores that you would find from a regular mall you can locate here.

Seaway Mall has undergone some renewal and things are starting to look a bit nicer there! The theaters have been updated, the new Library branch is open and there is a yummy new sushi place. Target store is still empty. All in all, you can get what you need at this mall most of the time.

Went two Iron Chef for the first time for a meal. I enjoyed it immensely I will be going back. Fresh hot food yum. Great service. Subway didn't have any bread. The Chinese food restaurant didn't have much in the bins so I decided to try here. Loved it

I've been going to the Seaway Mall since it opened a box stores and the Walmart moving out of the Seaway Mall and Target not making it and the loss of Sears the mall and down bit it's now got that winners and the heart to Target store waiting to receive yours was in the front part and then on the back part Staples man smaller stored it was female the last malls in the peninsula I hope it does last but basically it is up the street (406) from Penn Center

Except for the furniture store by the food court and the self-centered owner at the Gateway on the go. Singled me out at the lottery. So be sure to check your lottery tickets at the scanner. The Seaway is not the most exciting mall around. It lacks a large anchor store to bring people into the mall but overall the mall is good. There are some good stores in there and it isn't overcrowded and rundown like some of the other malls. It is always clean and there always seems to be something going on in the area by the food court.

The seaway mall is very tiny and has many closed down stores throughout the mall. The 2nd floor is not so special to go up too. The place is a good attraction for all ages. From daycares and santas visits to jewelry stores provides a good variety of stores that people usually look here for. They have a cinema here which is very useful. With out it, all the locals might have to drive 20 minutes to find the next. Overall the place has a few patches to fix up which I recommend.

One of the local hubs. Many people like to discount this mall due to its smaller size but unlike most malls that almost feel empty, the seaway always feels full of life. Always great community events being run as well as just a good spot to meet up with some friends and maybe catch a movie.

Easier parking as compared to other shopping malls. However, this mall is very much at the lower end when considering overall shopping experiences. Watch out for the pot holes in the back parking lot which they had only choose to resurface roughly half the lot.

Cool mall. Not much stores, some stores are really expensive for clothes but I don’t mind. I would recommend going to Bluenotes, Showcase, dollarama, and the library there. I love most of the stores and there’s even a plus sized store! Since everyone can shop there, I love it!

A quiet mall with a variety of stores. You only find a handful of brand name stores like Ebgames, Winners, and Dollarama. Food court is constantly changing so you are never going to know what food to eat until you arrive. Makes for a nice leisurely walk when waiting for your movie to begin as they have Cineplex Cinemas here as well.

Seaway mall has Cat Adoption Center in it and it's great. First of all, people in the center really care about cats and it's great experience to work with them. Second, it's a good place for adoption center because there are always a lot of people in the mall and they come to see cats and sometimes fall in love with them and adopt. :)

I just went to customer service to get a printer ink refill. They advertise that they refill all major brands. This is not true! Epson is a major brand and apparently they do not refill these. I am not sure what brands they actually do refill.

Other than not having these 3, they do have quite a few nice stores...Winners, Coles, Calendar Club, Shoppers Drug Mart, Staples, and other cool stores. Seaway Mall has done a great job of making the most of what they have. Winner's, Staples (office supplies etc.), Shoppers Drug Mart, Bulk Barn (candy, food, and baking supplies), a multi theatre cinema, CIBC and BMO are just a few of the major tenants. There is also a very nice selection of independant (not chain) stores. Typical mall foodmart. But if you want a full restaurant experience, there is a very nice British pub style restaurant. From May to October there is a weekly farmer's market held on Mondays in the front parking lot and, Santa visits every year arriving in November. There is a free children's size train that travels thru the mall. Tons of free parking.

Sea way mall has on mondays from 12 to 6 vendors of all kinds out in the front parking lot. You can find vegetables and fruit stands along with artisan vendors offering the best of Niagara region. When your done shopping outside head inside to visit many stores. Great place to spend a couple of hours both outside and inside.

The Seaway mall is amazing in its simplicity. It's never overly busy and it has alot of decent shops. If I had to pick a con I'd say the food court's selection is lacking. But I personally love this mall!

I was afraid the Seaway mall would have gone the way of the Niagara Square , and dried up but it seems to be vibrant and alive. Old, defunct department stores have been replaced with newer , less expensive department stores and liquidators. They even have a booster juice. Will visit again.

There are some good stores in the mall however, many many of the big stores like sears and target have closed. The food court has great food in it which includes ny fries A&W and subway.

Nice and close and saves gas from driving out of town. There are many chain stores of various types where deals are available. Whatever your price range, you will find something from specialty shops to a bulk food store to movie theatres to sports stores to lots of phone stores. And it's close.

I was at Seaway Mall today and my shopping experience was fine - friendly, helpful staff at all stores and services that I required. My problem happened in the parking lot when I returned to my vehicle. I found a sticker on my window stating: You park like an A**hole! And here's why: (Issuer, check all that apply) The "Issuer" checked "Stupidity is not a physical handicap". They continued to insult on the back of the sticker in their own writing ... I was legally parked with my valid handicapped permit displayed on the dash. Sadly, the only A**hole in the parking lot was the Issuer. Their stupidity and ignorance soured my entire experience. You know who you are - SHAME ON YOU.

THE SOURCE - Horrible experience, they upgraded my phone without me being the store, it wasn't me or my phone. The Manager Chris won't admit the store was wrong the person who showed ID wasn't me and didn't match my account. Very scary that a store can have such a huge breech of my privacy and not care at all. This store and Manager should not be able to conduct business like this.

This mall is super rundown looking. It's getting very close to the quality of the Fairview Mall. A couple nice stores, but they are way overpriced for their location. Dont eat at the food court, it gave me the creeps and looked super dirty and run down. The only awesome thing about this mall is that the EB Games is huge lol
