Here you will be able to see the information of people who purchase the products of Peace Bridge Duty Free (Mall) in the territory of Fort Erie (Canada).
Currently this firm has a rating of 4.2 stars out of 5 and the rating has been calculated on 127 reviews.
You may have noticed that it has an average rating is very good, and it is founded on a large number of feddbacks, so we may think that the evaluation is quite faithful. If there are many people who bothered to value when they've done well, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to give evaluations when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Mall is classified in the category of Duty free store.
The staff is friendly and were able to help me find the perfect gifts.
It’s a great place to buy tobacco and liquor while going back to Canada.
Great place for last chance shopping
I honestly thought this location would have been better, but it's more of a souvenir shop than a Duty Free. The liquor selection is very upscale, lots of liquors that normally run higher priced you can find here, for a couple bucks cheaper than an actual liquor store. This Duty Free has a larger wine selection than most. I felt like their cosmetic section fell short, not a lot of options product wise. Also the prices again were hiked up. But, if your coming here for souvenirs, than this is the place for you. They had really neat gift sets, items that would make great gifts for your folks back home. I don't see myself ever using this Duty Free, unless it's for that 3L bottle of Bacardi.. that I had my eyes glued on.
Great shopping experience. Huge variety. Had everything I wanted plus more. Purchased liquor, beer, wine, chocolate, cookies and candy.
Duty free, but way too expensive for my tastes. Some on the bus thought the liquor prices were good!
Good selection. Not to bad on prices. Not to crowded that day. Usually some specials.
Under renovation and no tim hortons open. Washrooms are in outside trailer. Inside seems changed around. Staff nice but no timmys!!!
Good selection of Canadian wine from Niagara bench. Also best fragrance shop in the Buffalo area, the ladies know their stuff.
5 ???? for good customer service. Staff is really helpful if you ask for any help. Limited parking access.
We bought couple of alcohol bottles. Cheaoer than regular store. Didn't look or buy anything else. Bathrooms can use some attending from time to time. Checkout ladies are too busy checking out customers to smile even.
Awesome place to buy Alcohol and perfumes. Extremely cheaper than regular alcohol shops. No tax. Great place to kill some time instead of sitting on the border.
It was very early in the morning. Only one staff on the floor, with more customers in the floor needing help. Maybe they should have two employees? One for the counter and one to help on the floor. Waited 15 mins for currency exchange.
Lots of parking. Easily accessed and easy to pull out of unto the bridge. Their is also a turn around lane near the exit point so you can return to Canada without entering the U.S.
Kind of reminded me of a mall. I thought it would have been more of a shop for souvenirs, they did have some. But more of like perfume and alcohol. For some I'm sure it's nice. I was looking for something different, I guess.
very clean and lots of varieties for shopping
Nice washrooms.went Tim Hortons.lots of liquor being sold.z I brought none as commercial driver in USA it is illegal to have in vehicle.
This is a great last stop if you’re heading off to the border. They have a Tim Horton’s here, and a bathroom so you can take a quick one while shopping. Remember to stop here before doing anything.
I bought 2 bottles of Wine and had an Issue that was promptly corrected by Sandy. Excellent Customer Service.
Newly renovated.. great staff and selections
Busy but effective duty-free store. Remember, you have to have your plate number before going inside.
Rude really not easy people to deal with especially the Canadian border entrance guy. He was like a little man pretending to be in such a high authority job. He made me feel unwelcome to come back home.
Love it! Just wish had more choices on the beer side. Lots of good deals. People really friendly.
It was very easy to go through the bridge if you are prepared. Get your passports or visa , identifications, your reason for visiting the country, and list of things you want to declare to the customs official ready to hand them if need be and you will have a smooth transaction. Check out government website to see what you can buy/bring to each country you are visiting. We drove from USA to Canada. Bringing meat, plants, and drugs from Canada are going to be issues when coming back to the states. I chose not to bring any of those things back to the USA. Do not try to enter or leave without visa or passport you will be surely be detained and you will waste your vacation time. There is a duty free shop but I find it expensive . The ice wine however because its hard to find where I am from is worth getting for the experience.
If you're looking for duty-free alcohol and makeup and stuff this is a good place to start.
Not too crowded, hardly anybody there, it only get crowded when tour buses drop by. The border crossing is easier less traffic, also for tour buses too. Keep in mind if you coming back from USA.
Love this place! Such a nice variety of stuff and no taxes!!
I've been visiting here since I was a little girl and the renovations are beautifully done.
Meh. Under construction so maybe it's better when not. I've seen better duty free.
Decent selection of stuff, not enough high end merch.
This duty free is going through renovations still have deals available.
Great experience shopping here Good product great prices Excellent customer service Thanks
The sold me a very old Roam Mobility phone, saying that it was the new approach Roam was taking for store sales. I emailed Roam when the phone wouldn’t get a signal, and was informed that the phone was 2g only and not many carriers use that technology any more. Blatant lie to get a $20 sale.
Staff seemed pleasant. Washrooms were decently clean.
Great place to stop and pick up a variety of things, including alcohol. I always stop here on my way home.
Large clean space. Lots of product.
Okay as far as bridges go lol Long wait though to back to the ol' U S of A
Always have my favourite gin (Plymouth) in stock. Excellent selection of other items too.
When shopping here deals are good but you really need to know your limits for crossing boarder to watch duty costs.
On my way back to KY. For Thanksgiving with family.
Good selection but the Canadian side is a lot better
Nice selection of alcohol and fragrances. Got an additional 30% discount for paying in cash American dollars! Sweet!
I really enjoyed my visit to the duty-free shop. Mary made my visit very easy and pleasurable. She was very knowledgeable on the whiskeys and the scotch is and the rise and all of the Liquors. She was also knowledge knowledgeable about the the rules as to how much you can bring over. Next time I come to Canada I will be stopping off again.
Best store and amazing staff
Great selection and excellent prices. I prefer this duty free over others and different border crossings. Doesn't disappoint.
The prices here are awesome. Totally worth stopping here for shopping especially for canadian returning back. You can easily beat LCBO prices by 50% or more.
It’s good you must show your passport though
Great place to pee before you cross the border. Bathroom is always clean.
Great customer service
No more Tim Hortons ????
Nice clean store nice variety of things to get before coming back to the states. They also have a fast food inside.
Clean, convenient, great hours, excellent selection, helpful staff. Currency exchange good rate and hassle-free.
Good prices and there's a Tim Horton's to fill up with before heading into the United States.
Clean and spacious and always has a nice selection of Duty Free products.
Large duty free selection. Clean. Lots of parking. A couple of fast food choices for travelers. We stop here over other rest areas.
Selection is very good.....prices are decent but in many cases still more than if you stop after you cross the border.
Always have great deals on liquor, no better place.
A bit overpriced for the touristy type stuff but great deals on alcohol.
There was only one cashier with a line of about 20 people. As you got closer you realize there were two cashiers in one line and they were training the one girl. Finally they call for a second cashier. I believe the knowledgeable person can take over when the line is long. Then train the cashier when there are fewer people in line.
We stopped in on the way across the border and we're able to find everything we needed.
Cheap booze cant go wrong
Ok duty free I guess.. would have expected a better duty free on such a busy border.
Went twice crossing to US and cbp staff is friendly. They are just doing their job. Protecting USA from unnecessary problems
Do you like scotch? This is the right place!
Nicely remodeled. Great prices, too!
It's ok could be better, lady at the til wasnt very nice
Very good duty free and friendly employees.
Convenient duty free shopping when entering the US from Canada at the Peace Bridge. 24/7 bathrooms and shopping. Fairly good pricing on many items.
They are under construction in the Canadian side duty free. A nice worker couldn't even find us advil or Tylenol because everything was in disarray.
Pre-pandemic it was definitely one of the best duty free shops along the border. With the pandemic going, the Tim Hortons and McDonald's are both closed, there's not as much stock in general, and the nice restrooms they had have been shut down. There are two small make-shift bathrooms at the very opposite side of the building, only accessible from the outside.
Great deals on liquor, the lady at the check out counter was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Great staff and Tim's always has a fresh coffee waiting for me as I cross the border on my way to Ohio.
Lady behind counter checking me out was rude and impatient! I've never shopped at Duty Free before, may never againe
The wait time was terrible. However once we got there it was fine. It's just getting to the border crossing and once there the border control was great.
Good place to stop before waiting to cross the border. Bathroom and lots of booze if that's what you need.
Duty free means just that. Checkout is long! Be prepared! Seriously.
Very attractive shop, since recent renovations. Prices very good to excellent in comparison to US prices. Just make sure you know your comparable US prices and Customs limits on purchases crossing back into the US.
Love all the choices on cheap booze and makeup.
What can I say, it's a store. It is convenient that you can quickly grab a bite to eat on the go.
I had a blast could have spent more time there a must visit if your on the border
We almost always stop here on our return from Canada. First, the Tim Hortons has about the best coffee of any Tims, and having a box of Timbits is a great way of keeping alert for the remaining four hour drive. Selection is great, a decent premium is offered on U-S funds, and as a rest facility it can't be beat for cleanliness and capacity.
Under construction right now. Still has a decent selection
They have some nice things. I just wish they had more
Great selection but it seems the ladies at the cash think that they are the actual border patrol.. Lol. Stop thinking you are doing me a favor and lose the attitude ????
We grabbed some Canadian souvenirs for our friends that we were visiting. Nice place to shop.
Peace bridge duty free is my favourite place to stop and shop! Awesome selection and friendly staff.
Clever that you locate the restrooms in the back of the shop. Everyone has to go through the entire store to get to the restrooms. That way, everyone buys something on the way out.
Do u have to cross the border to go to this location, just want to exchange a bunch of Canadian money for us money I have
Huge selection. Great prices. Awesome service. Higher Proof liquor than Canadian side Duty-free.
Excellent prices, very clean, well organized. Helpfull staff.
Open 24 hours, friendly staff and useful stop on your road trip or excursion
We stop here nearly every time we cross the boarder at the Peace Bridge. This is one of the nicest duty free shops in the area with some good deals to be had on alcohol. The food options are a bit limited (McDonald's and Tim Hortons).
Huge location with some good deals.
Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, decent selection for shopping
Poor vodka selection compare to gin or visky. Chocolate candy's gum not a good value for tax free shop. Nice Canadian souvenirs selection. Nice store on general.
Wide variety of products. Great selection of alcohol and other items. Discount attraction tickets. Clean restrooms, ample parking.
There is a lot of gift options at this Duty Free store. This is also a good last minute place to exchange your currency.
Way better than the one on the american side.
It's alright. The new construction and set up is odd. Bathrooms are clean.
Must visit. Cheap price and great deals. Lots of varieties.
They closed down the food court so no more Tim Hortons and McDonald's. Also, probably due to covid, they reroute the washroom where you have to go in from the outside. Otherwise, same as old duty free with similar selection.
Great selection, decent prices, usually have great deals on local New York state amusement park admissions.
It's enticing to shop here on our way back home perfume, wines, jewelries, watches, shades, etc. but I checked the price online it's no different. Tax-free? Myth.
Love stopping by this place on the way back from visiting family in Canada.
Looks good they have lot of stuff.
The wait is so long but the view is nice.
If you are crossing the boarder this is a great spot to stick up on cheap items especially alcohol. Beer, wine and liquor are much cheaper here than in Ontario. I have not purchase other foods here but I have heard they are cheaper as well. A must stop.
If you're heading to the States and need to pick up liquor, stop by. Decent prices and a good variety. They have clothes, jewellery and more.
Although the premises have undergone a massive renovation the selection is quite poor. It would nice if they had some independent Ontario craft distillers showcased. The DF at the Peace Bridge is much better
Bathrooms are better. Really upset the Tim Hortons doesn’t open till 5am. Guess I’ll have to start going through Queenston and grabbing Starbucks ????
Best duty free in US border: 1, Tons of items; 2, Truckers section, include log book, DVIR....; 3, McDonald's with very comfortable window view dining room; 4, Tim Hortons service is great; 5, Professional for bus drivers; 6, Huge parking lot.
Typical duty free shop, has a bunch of unique items , most of the best prices are on alcohol and local products. The pricing on sunglasses and fragrances are hit or miss, and they carry many things you cannot get in the US. Definitely swing through on your way in/out of the country
I got there by mistake (took the wrong turn). The place is neat and clean, but there is no way back to canada. You have to cross the border again.
Needs a better beer selection. But the liqueur prices are pretty good.
Police stop to go to the washroom Going to the US place was very clean coming back to Canada shamefully can’t say the same washrooms disgusting
Great makeup selection. A lot of English candy. Large alcohol selection.
Great stop... found a hat I've been searching for all weekend! Thanks to all who worked this Christmas day ????
Neat little Shop to visit, must hit up before you cross the border. Best part: no tax
It's one of the nicer ones, looks recently renovated, it's spacious and has all you would expect. Nothing to add.
Decent offering. I wish there were more non booze options.
$$$ High Wealth Liquor, Jewelry, Candy, Beer, Travel items, Canadian Souvenirs
What happened to duty free this store use to carry so much more
Great prices here. Check here on your way in so you know what you can buy on your way out
Buy alcohol, cigarettes, chocolate, maple syrup, novelty items. Has a neat little tim hortons shop in the back.
Best deals. Can't wait for the rennovation to be completed.
Stop in and take advantage of a very very wide variety of products 24 hours great staff
Great Duty Free store. All prices are in $CAD and you can often find awesome deals that can be 30-40% cheaper than the LCBO, and sometimes things you can’t find at the LCBO. Also really friendly service! Make sure you compare the prices though, I couldn’t say everything is that much cheaper, it’s kind of random.
Very nice remodel they have done????
It duty free is fine for the location. They are refurbishing the place so should be better next year. It ok to buy sweets & Drinks. We bought some beer & chocolates.
This place is large and spacious with plenty of merchandise to choose from. I go here to buy Toblerone chocolate because they have a large selection of different sizes and flavors that are sometimes on sale. Don't forget to know your vehicle license plate info or they won't process your purchase. It's a nice place to stop for food and washroom as you cross the border.
A great selection from colognes and perfumes to alcohol and beer. And also some really good deals on both!
Great alcohol and snack selection. Friendly staff. Excellent prices.
Fastest cross border. No line at 7 am
The workers here were REALLY friendly and helpful. Good selection, competitive prices, and has a Tim Hortons in it.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Helpful and great price too.
Amazing selection of all types of high-end gifts and liquor. I always end up making amazing small chat with the staff. Very friendly
Very nice now that the renovations are complete. Super friendly staff!
Great selections. Awesome prices. Clean and organized.
The officer at the peace bridge was calm and professional..
As a Canadian going to the US,amaricans have no problem letting you over, but Canadian boarder don't like you spending your money in the US.get alot of attitude and be ready to pay duty on your stuff.
The Tim Horton is no longer available. Finish for this location .
They have just renovated and have a huge selection. You can pre-order your purchase for pickup, now too. You wouldn't think the staff would necessarily be knowledgeable about the finer points of wines and spirits, but I have gotten good advice here.
Helpful staff, amazing selection of liqour, wish they carried certain ones still.
Got a 1l bottle of Laphroaig Four Oak for $66. 700ml bottle of 16 y/o Lagavulin for $94. Less than LCBO, but where's my 50ml?
I drove here from Buffalo because I was reading the reviews online stating they had reasonably priced liquor. It was nice and clean when I went in. While there are some options it was not impressive nor was it reasonable. I went to premier in Amherst, NY and found everything I need for a good price.
Excellent customer service. Great variety + selection.....
Great prices on a case of Blue Moon to bring back to Canada.
We got a great deal here for hotel and water park passes for Splash Lagoon. Highly recommended booking through Guest services Peace Bridge.
Living in Fort Erie and being a border Town certainly has its benefits. I cross the Peace Bridge often and usually stop in at the Duty Free for a coffee, exchange money or even buy a case of beer. There is lots of selection and the staff are friendly. Make it a stop if you are going south and stock up!!
Currently under major renovations and improvements. I always find it less expensive to buy my beer on the Canadian side than the US side taking into consideration the exchange rates. I highly recommend this duty free shop.
Helpful and friendly staff
Needs adequate staffing too alert you of duty free rules before crossing bridge
Got my goodies before going back to the states. Goood place.
Not the best Duty Free I have ever been to. Sort of shabby and the selection was not really that good. Could have had more varieties of beers and not look all rundown and skanky.
Tim Hortons no longer exists in here.
Great job on the redesign place looks amazing. Great deal and tons of helpful staff. Very worth a visit.
My visit was wonderful. They have very nice collection of perfumes. Can save few bucks when entering to buffalo.
Nice selection of tax free items, look for the weekly sales.
Always love getting a good deal at the duty free.
Great inventory, good prices, good service.
While I love Tims, it really does need a second food choice. The bathrooms are sort of clean (especially considering the volume of business) and the service is good.
The best duty free store I have been in.Staff a very friendly and helpful.
We love being able to get a few bottles of liquor there. It's nice to be able to buy some without paying the totally ridiculous taxes that Pennsylvania adds on to everything.
Popular varieties and inexpensive if your stay is long enough.
This has to be the biggest duty free land crossing that I've visited. A good selection of whatever you are looking for (that typically comes in a duty free... alcohol, fragrances etc)
Just a duty free store. It's under construction so maybe next time it will be better
Excellent place to get last minute souvenirs and the bathrooms are large and clean. I hesitated to go but in the end I was glad we stopped. The employees were friendly and helpful. Easy parking and easy access to the bridge. Quick currency exchange also. I highly recommend this location.
Like going into the duty free shop cause you can get some pretty good deals. My trip this time I didn't fair so good. I wanted the Pinnacle Whipped Vodka but they carry it and I wanted a certain perfume and they didn't carry that either.
Awesome store, biggest selection of liquor and best prices all around. It's a convenient stop with clean washrooms and a Tims Hortons inside. Well organized it has a bit of everything else from cosmetics to chocolates. They often have promotions and gift sets.
Overpriced place to buy “discount” booze & a bit out tourist tat. Beauty products & scent are much cheaper at an airport “duty free” if you’re leaving the continent.
It was close when I get there. Three Stars for duty free.
Getting stuff without ahving to pay taxes. Pretty cool they have stuff from everywhere. Always worth stopping and buying something.
Last washrooms before the border. Tim Hortons at the back kinda cheapens the “exclusive” effect they’ve gone for with the remodeling. It’s all artifice anyway. The repeating monotone speaker announcement at the door reminding you that your license plate # is required to purchase would drive anyone to drink heavily.
Good place good people
Clean store. Fairly big. Some good deals on certain items (alcohol). Some not so good deals. My wife was happy though they had some of her English chocolates.
Absolutely amazing prices. Compared perfumes at MACY’s , DURHAM, NC & GLENFIDDICHE too. This Canadian duty free was atleast 25 to 30 percent cheaper.
Easy to cross
As usual, nice Canadian staff. Do not forget to stop at the duty free which is a kilometre before the bridge. If you miss the exit, there goes the chance for duty free allowance.
The staff are super helpful and friendly. Best duty free shop ever
Great selection and value. Don't like the redesign that forces you to walk through the perfume to get what you came for.
It's under construction but still a great shop. No Timmies right now though????
Didn't have much items at the moment due to the renovations being done. But still a good place to pickup a few items.
Always open - great selection of items - clean store - helpful and attentive staff - all kinds of parking - easy to navigate - always a special offer on various items.
Large shop. Cute items. Cashier at Tim Horton was rude. I've never eaten there and instead of explaining that the pictured menu is incorrect (which doesn't make sense) she was very short.
Stopped in on the way back from a trip to Toronto, it is being renovated, but the selection was good and I love the prices.
Everything is there a easy to find in and out 5 minutes depending on what you're getting
Good prices but the selection a are a bit disappointing ,few decent Cuban cigars and those are by the box so you better be sure of what you want, also they only stock the lowest end of Havana Club rum ( there are much better ones available else where) I would think that the duty free near a Casino would have better luxury goods !
Lots goodies here, I imagine it will be awesome when the construction is done.
Very nice and open. Easy to shop in.
Good and big store... Lots of Canada stuff which I purchased, and lots of alcohol along with a Tim Hortons.
Lots of different options to choose from, very affordable prices as well. Staff was friendly
Prices are not that good as before. It's being renovated... to wait and see
Newly renovated one stop shop before you cross the border. The selection of products is vast. A hot coffee from Tims keeps you active for the rest of the journey.
Great location, quick route to border crossing... bathroom so far from doors though lol
Excellent place to stop and get your last Tim Hortons Ice cap. Large selection and great items...
Much better than the duty free on the US side! The staff is friendly and they have some good deals. It's worth a stop if you just want to see what they have.
Great prices for liquor, especially with the exchange rate but you must stay 24 hours to bring a bottle over. The perfumes were the same price that we can get them but again with the exchange rate it made it cheaper. I will recommend however if you pay cash they give you an automatic 40% if you don't it's whatever your bank gives you.
On restaurant or coffee shop anymore
We really enjoyed this place! They had a good selection and some very helpful folks!
Largest duty free shop among all border crossings in the Niagara region. Decent variety of merchandise in all categories. Pricewise could be better, some items are just slightly cheaper than in the regular stores, but sales could be very good. Needs improvement in the food court, overall well maintained, friendly staff.
A beautiful store, conveniently located, large with tons of items. We bought two cases of beer; prices were lower than at the Beer store, especially for certain brands. They have a lot of gift items too, of course.
Very happy with their selection, even with the renovations going on!!! They can only be making it better!!!!
Love this place we visit this place every year...
I’m traveling with Comfort Tours Canada on a 4-day 3-nights (Hyatt Regency Newbrunswick NJ) trip from Toronto, ON to New York City, NY. Our Tour Director is Natasha and Driver is Miriam on a Kunkel coach bus. This place is one of the stops along the way that I get to leave a review about. It might be brief but reflective of my experience. It’s a duty-free haven in this place; the largest store in Canada!
Nice place to stop by. They have sometimes have exiting deals. The restrooms are even clean but need to walk by the patio. No access from inside by this time.
Construction was on holiday weekend!layout was too far..need accessible washrooms closer to front doors.Need bench inside doorway or chairs and handrails
It's got a nice selection. But I like the one at the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls, Ontario better.
Great place to get your goods at great rates! I picked up some canadian syrup! Yum!
The lay out is awesome and the products are displayed nicely.
Staff was amazing, standard duty free stuff. No food no coffee
Great place to stop in at before crossing border.
The selection is ok, the prices are fine, it always feels congested inside and when it is busy at the boarder the parking lot is horrible. The washrooms are usually clean however the Tim Hortons is always slow.
Large, clean, well organized duty free.
Nice and clean. 24 hours Tim Hortons on premises. Prices bit higher than market on some products. Not so much savings.
They have Tim Horton at this place, and most of the times they don't have a lot of food items that are present on menu. Just have em off the menu if you dont have them available...you got chilli ...no....steak n cheese....no...chipotle chicken....no...ok will just take my coffee then. Duty free shop is nice, large variety very clean.and helpful staff. Wish if they can get some serious food restaurant in there...Subway!
Well, this was a fun place to stop in! So much to see! Very clean. Was asked a few times by different staff if they could help but they weren't pushy. I wish I could have taken longer to browse.
My favorite border crossing duty free. Large clean facility with a large duty free selection and spacious cafe
A nice pee stop that sells duty free product. You can buy some takeout food inside as well, and there's plenty of parking.
Clean, spacious and convenient duty free. Clean restrooms. Onsite Tim Hortons, always a good thing!
We visited Niagara Falls and stayed one night. On our way home to long Island NY where our friends lived, we visited the duty free. Our friends spent about $800 buying liquor, perfume, chocolates and sunglasses. With the exchange rate you pay less and the items were so cheap, yet the best quality!! There was a special offer for Guess sunglasses, buy 2 for $60 Canadian $.. That's like $48 in US money. I grabbed 2 pairs for myself and son ???? Staff are very friendly and helpful. We also bought chocolates. I have never seen nor tasted chocolates with maple syrup until I saw them here yummy ???? The conversion rate is 1.3 so you have to divide the Canadian dollar amount by that. For example, our receipt was $160 in Canadian dollars divided by 1.3 so the amount we paid was $123 in US dollars which was a great bargain. Remember, one adult can have one bottle of liquor and the border petrol does ask what you have bought. If you have purchased more than your entitlement, they will charge you extra! The place is very clean, well organized, took tons of pictures to show in here. Our son, however wished there was a section with electronics for his camera! I was content with the perfumes and sunglasses ???? lol
Don't cross here if it can be avoided. It would honestly be much quicker to drive to Niagara Falls to cross the border and go to the duty free shop there. With the construction that's still years away from completion, you can expect to wait 2-3 hours to cross.
If you're heading into the USA, the duty free shop is a good place to stop for an ablution break. Take care of nature's business; jump back into the car; and get back on your way quickly.
Great selection of everything ????
Much better selection going into the US than the opposite direction.
No hassle no long waiting every thing went smoothly
Awesome, friendly staff who are always very helpful. Incredible selection of gifts and alcohol. Wish the beer selection was more diverse, but can hardly complain about that.
Great prices with friendly staff that are knowledgeable and willing to help.
Had a lovely experience with a herb and garlic cream cheese smeared four cheese bagel and a medium black coffee. Service was like fine.
Cheap stuff and nice people. Can't ask for more.
A nice place to stop specially for Tim Hortons and the duty free stuff
Very open, easy to see displays, clean and personable staff, which is great as last Canadian contact
Best booze deals going. Much better than the other direction, IMO.
Never really busy, and usually a good pit stop before heading into the states!
I'm a frequent traveler to Canada and usually chose the peace bridge as my crossing till the construction period. used the crossing for the first time a free the duty free remodel and was a bit disappointed. The actual duty free sales area received a big facelift and was bright. The Tim Hortons area seemed to be about the same and the people working there were not helpful regarding their combos and for the most part not the friendly experience you have in other Tim Hortons. Bathrooms other than the new fancy sink systems were also much the same with many stall doors broken or missing the accessory hook. On the good side they still had the Game of Thrones Johnny Walker which the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge has been out of for awhile and also Aviation Gin which Lewiston-Queenston did not have. Lewiston-Queenston was remodeled first and everything there is very nice just smaller than the Peace bridge. At any rate if you are a Starbucks fan and don't have a laundry list of alcohol you need I would recommend Queenston bridge if your travels allow you to take one or the other.
Attention steeped tea lovers: This is the last real Tim Horton's before the U.S.A.
Very open, easy to find stuff and excellent variety of things to see and buy for a great deal pricewise.
The liquor variety is not that great and the prices are too high, you can get better prices at liquor stores in Buffalo NY.
I have been to this place a couple of times and all the times I have found very friendly Staff. John is one of the staff who made us feel so good to shop there. Very helpful to share his valuable experience and his generosity by providing us some goodies.
Good duty free. 24h.. Good prices. But bridge tolls went up by a dollar. Still better than Windsor/Sarnia.
I love this place the people are so nice everybody was helpful got really great gifts I will definitely be going through again nice that you're able to exchange monies get everything done in one swoop
So clean and lots of different things to explore. Tim Hortons and pristine washrooms on your last stop before crossing.
Limited selection of outdated products.Just got a reply from the Peace Bridge duty free team and a solid reason for the limited selection its due to renovation work and i am pleased with the quick response for that i am giving them 4 stars now and can not wait to visit again once the renovation is done!
Store was empty, just me and a couple other people, but the border from Canada to the US is still closed at this time so that's expected. The store is low on stock. Anything with an expiration date is basically out of stock, but that's understandable given said border closure. I picked up a mug and some ice wine so they had what I wanted anyway. If you're after booze you'll be fine.
Terrible restrooms no food .. that's a way how they respect drivers
Excellent deals always! Great customer service.
Large, clean and had the trinkets we were looking for. It's not goodbye Canada - it's until next time!
An extremely large duty-free shop on the Canadian side of the border. Great selection of alcoholic beverages at very good prices, not only compared to LCBO but also in NY State. Beer selection is bland boring Molson and Labatt swill. Not a single Ontario craft beer to be found. Sad.
A salute to the border crossing guards on both sides, hard working men and women that make our borders safe.
Good deal but limited to what I can spend doing there.
Cheap liquors and many more... Black Label 1.75 ltr only get this duty free...
I always find interesting and affordable stuff here. Huge variety in fragrances, cosmetics, bags and, of course, liquor.
Tax free cheap liquor, tobacco, perfume, ect. Great prices way below retail on most things
Look forward to the duty free peace bridge every trip. This time Reno's are being done. Looking forward to the results. Everyone is always nice. Thank you.
It is said to be one of the largest duty free stores. The store has a wide variety of merchandise besides alcohol
Best deals North of the Border must STOP BEFORE YOU go south of the Border.
Huge selection of beer, and liquor. They also have many other products from perfume and cigars 2 candy and other snacks. Also a great stop for exchanging money, either US dollar to Canadian, or Canadian to US dollar.
Small duty free but great if you dont wanna wait on border for long.
Wonderful prices, friendly staff. Husband loves to stop here on our way back to the states and stock up on Crown.
Reasonable selection . Very limited parking especially for transports
Disappointing. Tim Hortons trailer no longer there. No coffee available anywhere. Renovations of Tim Hortons should have had better plan. At minimum, a sign on the highway prior to exit should be posted indicating Tim Hortons is closed!
Pricing slightly higher than other locations. Well stocked with lots of parking. Friendly staff.
I have never seen any store more geared to the impulse buyer. Their prices for everything other than alcohol or tobacco are completely outrageous. I saw cologne at nearly twice the price than a high end store where I live. Their no tax or duty is nothing but a come-on to get you into the store and find out how stupid or desperate you can be..
I had a dollar for every good time I've had crossing the priest bridge, I would not be able to afford the toll
It's pretty much always painless going across... Unless your mother-in-law forgets her damn passport at the hotel.
Great selection & staff. Good prices & they have further discounts for AZ drivers.
Open 24 hours a day. The best duty free store of all three border crossings. The Niagara Falls duty free shop opens at 7am so early travelers be warned.
Never miss going here ! So many good deals ! Very friendly and helpful staff every time we visit ????????????
Good place , clean.. .great prices .
Great stop before crossing the border. And they are dog friendly. Will stop again.
Good deals. The set up has changed since I was last there. A little disappointed as there seems to be a lot less merchandise, the check out place is poorly set up.
Great selection of gift items at good prices!
Tax free booze(excellent), staff just wants you out. (Not excellent)
Lots of truck parking before crossing border to ( fort erie) buffalo. Tim hortons is there. Fax available for trucker.
Always good deals, I save 30% compared to NY State
Such helpful ladies! had problems with my card and they helped me through it! Prices cant be beat!
Awesome 2 cases of beer 50 bucks
Always love to browse around, usually can find some unique items
Great place for your party needs! ????
Very convenient stop. Has a large capacity washroom. Bathroom very clean. Good deals on duty free liquor and Beer.
Very dirty, old wrecked tables. The trays at Tim Hortons were all nasty, I asked for a rag to get mine cleaned and was told « Don’t worry your food will be in a bag »... I asked again and wasn’t even answered. It’s unacceptable!
Love this place and got a great bargain necklaces. ????????
Excellent service ..the best and lowest prices of all duty free locations ...parking is limited and often too full ...but you can always find a spot . You cannot park very long but deffinately worth the stop if your looking for best prices
Great shopping deals.. Highly recommend it for shopping before you go to the US.
Great place to stop with helpful staff for duty free items, food and clean washrooms facilities.
It is ok. Liquor is cheap and they have a good choice. I did look for brand name sunglasses and found they had a limited choice and not much discount. Not sure of other products. Good place to grab a quick bite before crossing the border.
New renovation. Some good sales!!!! Staff wonderful and helpful as always!!!!
Pick up your duty free on your way into Buffalo.and grab a Tim Hortons while you're there there should be a new fast food counter opening soon not exactly sure what's going in yet
The best duty free. A huge selection of alcohol, cologne and cigars. It's very clean. Worth a stop before crossing the border.
Construction work has reduced size of the store but the selection of goods remains high. Well worth a stop when crossing the border.
Fantastic store with great deals to be had on all sorts of items, alcohol, perfumes, cosmetics jewelry, purses, souvenirs ect
Only 1 person actually said anything to me seemed like talking to each other was more important than seeing if anyone needed help good thing I bought something so the cashier asked me my plate #
The liquor is very reasonable and good prices thank you duty free
On that day very large set of people crossing the border. About 28 mins. Wait. The border customs officers were pleasant officers.
Nice duty free, decent prices, clean washrooms, friendly cashiers & even a Tim Hortons inside.
This used to be the best land duty free store around. As they upgraded their store, prices have gone up steadily. I travel frequently, and can see prices around other locations, and this store prices are at least 20% higher than just a year ago... and no it is not exchange rate or alcohol price increase from manufacturers. Guess they have to pay for their new store.
Lots of great shopping and Timmy's!
The Peach Bridge was amazing. Staff are incredible helpful and friendly.
Always love finding a treasure here.
Timmys lots of good stuff reasonably priced need to do your homework on some items
Usual duty free rip off. For alcohol, you might get a better deal across the border in a liquor or grocery store. This place is good for a rest room break though :)
The staff at the duty-free was very friendly and helpful. You can get a lot of souvenirs at an affordable price.
The newly renovated interior is nice
Best alcohol prices around and Canada is awesome to visit.
Convenient to change money.I don't find prices on most things any better than anywhere else. maybe deals on liquor but not that much.
Good selection for everything, it also attached to Tim's, so you can grab a coffee on the go.
Clean and a great place to shop when going to the States
The prices are better than the US, shop in Canada to save before you go to the US.
This place is fantastic all the different wines and liquor great selection so many to choose from ,it made my decision very difficult on what I wanted so I bought it all .. Thank you...
Excellent selection and prices on beer and spirits. Lots of gift ideas. High end merchandise. Very clean. Helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Always good
No dislike just exchanged money so no real comment
Get you Cubans and BA bottles of liquor! Just make sure you know your license plate number, they will ask. They put it on the receipt in case customs asks for it...
A must if youre crossing the border. Great prices on liquor
Very pleasant. Fast at getting everyone through. The officer was very nice and easy to speak with. I love going through on the Peace Bridge. The best!!
Great place to shop before you cross the peace bridge.
Prices are excellent but exchange your Canadian currency to US at a credit union or bank before going to the US. They have a good exchange rate but charge a service fee making it much higher.
Currently under renovations Tim Norton's closed during renovation but other food trucks and food available. Great exchange rates for currency and deals on tickets to games and Darien Lake.
Great liquor prices. I highly recommend it.
Friendly, courteous. The girl at the courtesy desk was very helpful. New renos look very nice.
Really nice duty free, now looks even better after they fixed it up
Great selection! Lots of different duty free items
Would've starred higher but they were not stocked well. I'm sure it will improve when traffic does .The sales personnel were very helpful
We prefer this duty free as the prices are very good and so is the service.
I always buy my liquor at PBDF because it is sold at almost 1/2 the price of the same item as in the states. For example the 1 litre Sapphire gin that I like is about $30-35.00 around Buffalo. At duty free it is 2 for $40.00 They ate rasy to get to..it usually only takes me 20 min. round trip IF there is no back-up on the bridge. Customs does ask where you have been and what you have purchased and as long as you are honest and declare your purchase then tend to be lenient on not charging duty. Duty usually amounts to only ~$2-3.00 per bottle if they do decide to charge it. Thry also sell lots of other great items for gifts !! I highly recommend the duty free if you have a chance to go.
Prices were not as low as anticipated. You'll need your license plate number if you make a purchase
Very clean, friendly staff, great deals.
Currently under construction. Still decent selection of liquor and beer for those travelling.
Friendly staff. Candy prices were higher than expected. Excellent parking. Minutes from the border.
The new setup seems wide and bright. Just to use the washroom you have to cross the whole store and I can tell you that you won't regret it, only if there's an emergency.
Not much of a wait. People all very friendly and quick to help. Washrooms wete clean
All changed, "NO" timmies at the time on this visit!
All redone. Nice and fresh. Good place to buy your duty free before crossing.
Truck parking and there is also a Tim Hortons inside. This duty free has a large selection of items. Biggest selection of cigars I've seen in a duty free shop. One thing I've noticed is that there's not prices on everything. Cigarettes went up and I had no clue how much they were. Nice variety of Backwoods but no pricing anywhere in plain sight. Some items have prices while others do not. I would give 5 stars easily if they had the prices up and if they had a cleaner restrooms like how the Queenston Lewiston duty free restrooms are.
Going through some renovations but still have a great selection of alcohol and other items for purchase. I did stop here for a bathroom break, and found temporary washrooms outside. They were actually clean and had flush toilets not port-a-potty style. The tim hortons was closed too which was also disappointing but c'est la vie. Great deal for Jack Daniel's. Saved about $10 for a 1L bottle and came in a collectable tin.
A+
Under construction. Bathrooms outside. Minimal space and selection. Likely to improve once construction is done.
A small but predictable selection - a quick stop and the prices are attractive.
Great selection for liquors, the service is quick and staff is helpful. What you really need when you are onroute.
Good place to buy some Canadian souvenirs befpre entering to USA
They added unisex bathrooms which are great for traveling families!
Remember when you are going to buy something that you need to have your driver's license with you. Place is under renovations and the Tim Horton's is shut down meanwhile :( They have provided temporary washrooms outside next to the building while renovating.
Was a good place to have a quick stop before crossing the border and to also purchase a few items at duty free prices.
Great prices and helpful staff. We could not find a particular item, but staff did and also made some suggestions of alternative products, which we enjoyed very much.
Great place to buy your duty free gifts to take back home. There is so much stuff in the store from perfume to clothes to food and beer. You won't be disappointed!
Currently under renovation but usually the best duty free
Great prices on many high-margin items like jewelry, cosmetics and liquor. But many many other items. Very helpful store associates too.
Love it here, never know what goodies you will find.
Not crowded only 2 of us there. Very clean. Will visit again.
It is an nice duty free shop with a lot of good offers! If you wanna buy something for less money it's a good Idea to take a break there and safe some money!
Staff a bit more friendly and attentive than an average duty free shop. But product selection still seems like things the average person would not be buying. Prices did not seem any better than in country.
Woman was rude
Great staff, professional and friendly. Good selection of spirits and smokes. A little tight Parking for trucks with trailers.
Great prices and friendly staff
Under construction. Have to walk through the whole store just to get to the restrooms.
Love this duty free. Was a bit better when the McDonalds was there but still good.
Clean toilets and a last chance to try Tim Hortons! It's a big store with good alcohol selection. Just don't go with an idea that you're saving money. It's the same or more expensive than outside for alcohol. For the beauty products check Amazon first.
It sucks they dont have martini mixes. I wanted chocolate martini mix and they dont have it.
Best selection of gins
Good deals on most high priced goods. Mighty good selection of whisky.
We didn't have a wait going into Canada or coming out of Canada. It was our first time out of the states. Easy process. They ask a few questions, look at your passport, ask if you brought anything back with you. Be honest.
Still closed due to covid as at 03 july 2020
Got stuck in a traffic jam in the parking lot. On Good Friday morning we went buy wine but it when we saw how bad traffic was we just stayed in the car. People cut us off because there was no one directing traffic and no one followed the lines on the pavement. They used empty parking spaces to take shortcuts. Took almost 30 minutes to drive around the store.
Great service
Great stop...Is under renovations still open but no food..
Renovations going on, not much merchandise to buy, disappointed, nothing like thousand islands duty free, it's the best!
Great selection of items. With the exchange and being tax free it's a great place for holiday or everyday shopping.
Nice Duty Free shop on the Canadian side. Very friendly staff and helpful too! Glad we made the stop.
Excellent shopping deals, duty free, great service. Highly recommend especially for adult beverages.
I gave 3 stars not because I was disappointed with my experience. I gave 3 stars because a 3 star rating means it is, "Okay". So, I am netural on my opinion. I just thought it was okay. Like shopping in any other store. The prices were average, the store was well stocked, and clean. The employees were polite, and helpful. But, nothing about my visit was extraordinary, or stood out.
Great store with lots of selection. Stop in every time I cross the border.
This location has been revamped to a much better state. The checkouts make sense now. The washrooms are better and the whole store flows much better now.
Smokes are even more expensive than ambassador bridge
Should be able to get more than 1 bottle of liquor to take over the border other than that its good
Definitely very under construction. Fantastic choices and staff is friendly.
Timmies should be open later then like 10pm, for Driver's crossing after that, it should be open 24 Hours, but its only open from Morning until 10.pm....so if a driver would like a Coffee/Tea, they are screwed until either Erie, Pa., if going west, and Pembroke,Ny. if going east...
My experience was bad. Employees lead by example and I witnessed the manager being extremely rude to a young employee. I was also not even acknowledged while they must of been having a computer issue by and employee and manager ... work on your customer service skills Duty Free.
Bright, clean. Good selection. Prices however are for the most part really not that good.
Good selection, not crowded while our visit, customer friendly and helpful staff!
Big changes since the last time I was there
Very nice and friendly staff cheap smokes
Finally opened up after being closed for 18 months
Very organized since the new renovations.
Great beer is still cheaper in the USA
What can I say other than... "I always enjoy my tax free savings!"
Great service. Great variety of alcoholic beverages at very low prices. A nice place to stop on my trip between Cleveland and Toronto.
1st time at the DF - was completely impressed with variety of goods for purchase!
Conveniently located at the foot of the Peace Bridge. A wide variety of selection at this very modern and somewhat upscale store and reasonable prices.
Polite and courteous staff. Clean place. Conveniently located Tim Hortons inside.
I loved canadian beer and was able to get some cases here
Good luck find truck parking!Less quality for more money.
Great place right in the heart of the falls. We bought our world Jr. Tickets here and got a great deal. I prefer crossing here as it's much less busy than other bridges.
Great store
Nice place
Newly renovated, Tim Hortons is there, nice staff and a friendly..
The location is easy to enter and the employees are helpful. The prices are very good and the variety of items is good. Quality jewelry and accessories. There's more liquor to choose from at this location than the Rainbow location. It's worth a stop for your needs.
The McDonald's is gone and the Tim's was closed when I was there - it was 8am and i was really hoping for a coffee. Apparently the Tim's will be opened in a couple days. Otherwise it's a decent duty-free.
The renovations and new layout are very nice.
Not realy friendly ppls
Good place for your beverage needs and a Timmy's too.
