Its a typical strip mall. Nothing more...maybe less. There used to be a gamestop in the square, not any more. Now just a vacant building. They have a starbucks, a phone store and a sub/hoagie shop. Not much to draw the crowds. Unless you really like coffee and room temperature "hot" subs. There is a bus stop across the street though...so...thats nice. It has a metal bench too. No little hut tho so in rain or snow it still sucks...idk its a tiny little building block with like 3 stores. Not near anything really. Too far from downtown but not close enough to the residential areas. Prolly why stores are closing.

Starbucks OMG my kids love it but not for me. They should have different types of milks for people like me I'm a vegan so I would love to try to drinks but remember I can't drink nothing but almond milk. They should think about making their pastries some for vegans. The service was great when I went in there they were a little standoffish but they was cool. I think they should have a little more training on how to be happy even if they mad got to go that extra even if they sad that it just make their day better because for me when I make somebody else happy my day is much better even if I'm faking the front. If I can make somebody else happy then I'm glad. Oh and when I got a lot of questions you should be willing to answer them no matter if I ask the question over and over again. you went and did the interview to get hired at this place you knew all that entails so you should put on your happy face no matter what period. Love that there's a little bit of everything here. You can do your grocery shopping at Tops, Target is just behind Tops. There is a Five and Below and the best smelling Bath and Body Works I've ever been to and many more stores to shop at. You might walk away with a pet from Petsmart.

My first time going into a restaurant if amy kind since Mar 2020, Covid 19. The inside was organized to maintain social distancing and sanitizer was readily available. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. BBQ beef was soooo very delicious & yummy ????????❤

TARGET....I usually find everything I shop for at this store. The store is clean and well stocked. The staff are present throughout the store and pretty helpful. One staff member who was helping me find Murphy Oil Soap in his section, was told by his supervisor the next time just point the direction to go...he didn't have to take me to it. I thanked him anyway and told his supervisor that I thought she was being rude, and my presence in the store should be acknowledged.

There are many businesses in this Square that would be a benefit to almost everyone. Based on the picture you already know what's there but what you don't see is the Tim Hortons and the Caesars Pizza. This place has a great location on Delaware near Hertel and is surrounded by many other businesses in this area

Target has a very severe panhandling problem in its Delaware Consumer center parking lots. The panhandlers are aggressive and have been known to scream at customers and even have attacked people. Target does nothing to protect its customers and their own customer service has went down hill fast and far. My fiancee ordered a modem and nest wifi bundle off the website it said 2 modems were in stock at said location...she was charged 300 dollars. When we arrived we were told the modems weren't in stock. So we went and looked and sure enough there was 2 of them right on the shelf. She was charged 100 for the modem even tho she was told it wasnt in stock....then they charged another 200 for the wifi as a new transaction. So this is 500 dollars now....when we pointed out the modem was in stock she had to buy it....Again...because the first order was cancelled at it would be 3 to 5 days for a refund..... when asked why she was told there was no modem in stock and yet still charged ...the clerk at customer service laughed and said "probably one of our associates didnt feel like looking for it..no biggy" ! That shows complacency in a culture of bad service which shows terrible management of employees and customer relations...terrible!!!

Locations in Western New York State do not carry Bistro Boxes "because they're not farm fresh locations"... I hate when corporate feeds jargon to explain something that means nothing to us. Just fix it so that you ARE a "farm fresh location"! We have many many farms in Western New York State! Some of the baristas at this location are super nice, and others give off a super snooty vibe if you ask a question or do something bold - - like place an order with more than a black coffee involved. This location has a drive thru, which I like. In the nice weather they have tables outside.

This is a small but very busy urban strip plaza that includes Marshalls, shoe stores, Federal Meats, Dollar Tree, Bagel Jays and more. Marshalls is my usual destination. It is not large but well stocked and has current items. This is the only plaza in the area that offers these businesses.

It's just another shopping plaza. Tops and smaller businesses are on one side and Target, Anderson's, Delta Sonic, Applebees and a hand full of smaller stores on the Delaware side. The nice feature is thr cut through allowing you to grt from one side to the other without going up Hinman and around. Obviously, you have to watch for cars and pedestrians eho aren't watching.

Who knew 3/4 sanded plywood was $92.18 dollars a sheet. But they did have it in stock. Inflation is real. Holy cow. Had to move the top 4 sheets off the top to get down to a good one. Grab an associate to help or bring a friend if you need 3/4. Pretty normal for lumber isle.

This is a spot I frequent a lot. I come to Applebees here often for dinner with friends, and target and gamestop for many if my other needs. The delta sonic is a great place to get a car wash and oil changes. There is also a target here, that I often visit with a Starbucks inside.

Nice stores but the parking lot is so small and narrow it is impossible to get in and out. If you want to go to Starbucks drive thru,it is a nightmare most of the time. Between the awkward entrance to it and the cars that are trying to get in and out to Delaware Ave.from other stores,I would recommend going to a different Starbucks drive thru.

Clean atmosphere... Efficient directions by employees for my needs. Customer service is dry... (NOT unfriendly or rude).. Just dry.. Parking is convenient as well... Although I don't shop here often.. This is the Only location I will go too.

IT WAS GOOD I was surprised because my last visit which kept me away for years was'nt. Service was quick food was hot and cold drinks were cold tasted fine not 5 stars but you are not paying any star prices. I will return with my family alot sooner this time.

Lots of stores, which exacerbates the traffic pattern issue this place has always had. Narrow and deep lot = weird to get in a out. Lots of people are super impatient and or using the lot as a cut thru...

I'm in this plaza often and it's got a little of everything you need. Target, GameStop, OfficeMax, Anderson's, Delta Sonic, and even a carpet store. What more do you need?

Great anchor plaza in North Buffalo. Note, there's two sides; one on Elmwood Avenue (where Tops Market is) and one on Delaware (where Target and Office Depot is). Most stores are pretty busy, and overall vibe is good. Saves a long drive or bus ride to the suburbs to get the same things at their plazas.

Great location traffic flows effortlessly, many stores currently empty. Target , few restaurants, Moe's applebees five guys .Drive thur to other side Tops 5 Below BathAnd Body Dollar Tree Payless and Pet Smart.

The people here are so sweet and I feel bad giving it only 3 stars. They are swamped with orders in the drive through and pick up inside. I waited 20-25 minutes in line to get an iced tea. It was hot as ever so it was worth it, but save yourself some time and go to the Starbucks in Target or something. Considering how much work they seem to be doing, I am glad that they still have high quality customer service. Like I said, they were very nice.
