You have the information of real people like you who purchased the services of Canada One (Mall) in the territory close to Fort Erie (Canada).
At the moment this firm gets a rating of 3.9 over 5 and that score has been based on 127 reviews.
As you can see the average of ratings is really good, and it is based on a large number of opinions, so we can be quite sure that the evaluation is quite accurate. If many people have bothered to give their score when they are happy, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to place reviews when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Mall is classified in the category of Outlet mall.
Very few decent vendors left. Selection and pricing are poor for those left.
After the bigger outlet opened, this place became very quite compared to before. We kind of like it now. It is very relaxing. Stuffs are at the same price as the big one. No fighting for parking.
Cood
Great deals
There were too many lineups. It was hot. Guess clothing is too small & made in China. There are average women or large or tall men & this does NOT work at all. A real disappointment & a waste of time. I like guess, but I have a large bra size naturally. You make Me feel ashamed of that every time I try to shop in your China made size 0 & small store. I'll boycott You just for being made in China. Open your eyes Guess. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
Visited in March 2021 still in Covid was an extremely busy no wait at any of the stores
Line ups at The Halloween Store were crazy!!
So so not the best place for deals the outlet near My house in milton
AWESOME prices and a very good selection!! I could EASILY spend a few hundred dollars here and walk out with bags and bags of quality, amazingly priced goods!!
Many stores out of business.
Thought it would have some good sales, but it didnt.
Much smaller than the new outlet mall. I've been to the new outlet a few times but haven't visited this place for a while. Closer to the falls and I'm sure its a lot quieter now since more people are going to the new larger outlet.
More high end stores are being added to this location.
Loved the adidas store, some good sneakers there, definitely check it out.
Good deals, good brands. Bought my daughter and sons back to school clothes here.
Went to several stores, but I loved the Guess store the morning. Great sales..
We visit Niagara Falls once a year or so, and always try to stop by the Canada One Factory Outlets on our way to the hotel. Over the years it seems as though the newer outlets along the highway have really stolen the thunder of the Canada One outlets. On our most recent trip there seemed to be a number of empty units in the mall now, and we didn't feel like some of the stores had quite as good of deals as they used to. Hopefully this is just temporary, as these are very convenient outlets for anyone staying just down the road near the falls, but I also wouldn't be surprised if the massive outlets just outside the city on the highway are starting to steal the spotlight from this now older mall.
Carowinds is and all right outlet mall to go to the downfall is its outdoors and it's very much over spaced oh. The stories are pretty dependable when it comes to prices and that but other than that. It's really not the type of outlet stores that I really would rather go to I would choose the ones that are off of the QEW NIAGARA. OUTLET COLLECTION NIAGARA is better
This is my very first place to go whenever I need anyting
Does anyone know if the directory on the Canada one website is up to date?
This is a nice & quiet outlet. Not a huge variety but that’s fine since the Niagara Outlets is nearby. I enjoy coming here to La Vie en Rose & Adidas. There are ongoing sales in various stores which is always nice.
Not a bad spot to go, but not worth travelling to if you have a premium outlet near you.
Great prices!
It's pretty dead, not that many people around. A lot of shops closed down and deals aren that great compared to other outlets. Only 1 option in the food court which is Burger King
Nothing here. Alot of the stores are gone/closed down. Disappointed.
Boxing day sale they close change rooms, so good luck trying anything on . We put back our 12 items and left. Also told everyone we passed on the way out.
Going down hill a lot of stores closing. Just a sign of the times
Easy parking, found a few things.
More than half empty and only 1 or 2 stores that are there worth going to. We did go in the winter but one store said that's not even why it's a ghost town, said its the new mall built.
Nice place to shop , you can find almost anything you desire . Good place to visit
NO Nike here, shut down 2 years ago. Need to update their website info
We found some deals, it was not huge but nice if you kids , some decent footwear for kids at great prices at Nike, Adidas, Rebok, half of at Coach when we were there. Great bathroom and sitting area.
Tour guide was very informative and funny but the tour was way too short.
I feel sarry 4 the people that wrk there as it's not busy because of stores bailed 2 go to a different outlet. Only a few stores worth going 2.
Another outlet plaza with lots of "SALES" going on. But if you are an outlet plaza then your prices should be very close to manufacturing cost and yet they have a 70% off sale!? Does that mean that on a regular basis they are gouging us with a 80% mark up? I mean they still have to make a profit after the sale right?
Sweet deals always
Good selection of discount outlet stores
Variety and good stores.
Great little plaza \ shopping mall off to the side of the road. Tommy Hilfigure, Guess, Coach, urban outfitters, and several more. Great deals here ????
Out shopping with the daughter. She found lots. Lol
Not bad and worth a quick stop
Nice
It's an outdoor mall so when the weather is not great prepare accordingly if you plan on shopping here. It's also easy to get lost for the directionally challenged.
Not true to its name. When it first opened I was excited I didn't have to go across the boarder for brand name Factory Outlet shopping. There are some stores with outlet prices. However, a lot of stores aren't outlet stores, and it feels very misleading. If I was looking for regular priced items, I wouldn't have to travel to Factory outlet, would I.
Good place, but where is the Levi Outlet
I would say there are not soo many branded fashion shops still have of my favourite shops like Addidas, Tommy
Love this outdoor shopping mall. I shop there quite often.but sometimes for higher end clothing I go somewhere else
Great shopping, lots of good deals amd brands.
Very nice experience ????????
Nice variety of stores. Big and open. Visually appealing plaza. Nice shopping experience.
Love this mall, lots of stores and great deals here too, lots of parking and so easy to get to.
Great place for your computers
the stores were amazingly stocked with sizes we needed.
Its a good mall to come and shop there's quite a few shops to shop around. If I were you I would come quick as Addidas has a 40% off store wide sale
Great places to shop. Every store was welcoming and friendly. Surprisingly clean too
Just visited and the ladies in Stokes gave amazing customer service A+++ rating. 3/5 stars for the rest of outlet - boo to Urban Planet, Addias, Blackwell for customer service. Rocky Mountain chocolate shop also gave excellent service ????
Awesome fireplace outside a great burger joint and food trucks just a really pretty outdoor mall.
Little over priced at times
Didn't find many good deals at Canada One Factory Outlets, except at Reebok which gave me exceptional customer service. This outlet mall seems to be on the way down, with one store closing, and only a Burger King to gouge you in the food court. Will be trying the Outlet Collections nearby for possibly better deals.
The people are nice but the array of stores were not as inviting as you would like. It was just quaint to be honest and nothing spectacular to make note of.
Not bad day parking lot wasn’t too full and all the stores were great
It's good to go during a weekday morning outside of tourist season because you feel like you have the entire place to yourself. Go on an evening or weekend and the place is a zoo with virtually no parking left. The mix of retailers could probably be better and not much has changed in this place over the years. You can find some good deals here but the shopping experience feels limiting and there is no longer an option for food on site.
Unfortunately not many stores here anymore. Better off skipping and going to the new outlet mall in Niagara on the lake.
Awesome outlet mall! Great deals, much better than the other niagara outlet, bright, clean stores and tons of parking. Definitely recommend.
Great place Great workers
Needs better store selections
Not too many good stores here since the new outlets opened. Other then si vous play, I found the plaza to be a waste of time.
Great plaza with mid-to-high range merchants. Would've been a better idea if it were designed as an enclosed mall considering the weather.
You can get some real good deals but there are a lot of stores that have closed down.
Found everything I needed and great service
I love this Mall. So enjoyable to walk the sidewalk on a nice day. Love the Beaver Tails
I come to this outlets every year since I came to Canada. I use to love here cause I stocked up several pairs of very food priced ecco shoes. However, after another big outlets opened in Niagara Region, this place not popular anymore,it looks smaller and not so many people come to visit. I came here a couple of days ago, but didn't buy anything, nothing attracted me, nothing want to buy really.
Great place to shop if you're a local, just minutes away from my home. No need to drive to TO or cross over the river.
Ok for a outlet mall. Has see better days but with the current competition and pandemic glad to see it is surviving
Small compared to the new Niagara outlet but still get some pretty good deals.
Great variety of stores. Tan Jay/ Alia is great.
70% geared towards the ladies, the 30% that is geared towards men , is good . Hillfiger store is fantastic, lots of 70% off racks, if u a shopper, some amazing clothing deals. As with all things, not everything is a deal, especially the foot wear stores, buyer beware ... Have gotten far better pricing at my local shoe stores. Overall a good mall,.to kill 2/3 hours at
Ways great deals to be had.
My last visit was very disappointing. They closed the Nike store and I have a feeling they will loose a lot of customers for that reason. Not many people were there for shopping (at least not when I went there). I used to be excited going there. Anyway some good stores are still there, depends what you're looking for.
Barely an outlet mall more of an outdoor mall. Some good stores and some average store. Not to busy.
Wow! Great service and great discounts.
It was quiet becuz of covid but the stores were on top of it. Sanitizers at the doors and staff at stores were great.
Best shopping ever! Got a beautiful Coach purse nice and cheap.
Nike Outlet is good here. It's a big space with a good selection of apparel. Adidas outlet is also nice. The selection there is much smaller compared to Nike.
It's not the complex its self it was the store that I shopped in. The Body Shop. I was being followed around the store, at first I had some questions about the sale and where products were in the store. But then I began to feel almost a little violated. So yes I began a slight brisk pace all over the store. The next time I looked up there were 3 security guards in the store. The funny thing is my sister was with me
It used to be a good outlet mall with lots of name brands store but now many of them are moved to the other location. There are still some stores left and you can pick up some good deals. There are lots of parking spaces, restrooms and food places. You have to go there regularly to find deals.
Takes a day to appreciate this place, lots of shops and good bargins
Nice little outlet mall in Niagara falls with lots of parking. Check website for special events and deals. Stores and plaza are wheelchair accessible.
Ok
Some of the sale is unmatched.
Good outlet mall. Lots of brand name stores. Due to Covid there is usually alot of parking spaces. The outside is clean. I went to the Adidas store and there is an employee at the door making sure everyone is sanitizing their hands, wearing masks and explaining the store policies.
Great shopping day today all stores had sales and they were worth the drive. COACH and The Body Shop had great bargains.
Really Nice actually! Went into 3 different Stores and We were in and out of each store Very quickly! With Great Service from each Store!
Deals aren't great... I bought a pair of Reebok for half price... My friends bought a couple pairs themselves. Don't expect a selection in the good court... There isn't one. Burger King is the only joint that exists. I think this outlet had slowed down since they built the newer one just minutes away
This place is a gold mine of good products at great prices. Which is great if you are living in the area, since parking becomes an issue at peak hours and weekends.
This is the main outlet mall that many people recognize. The outlet mall is rather small and does not have many options one would assume an outlet mall to have. There are some stores that are closing down there however some high end brands such as Coach and Canada's Roots are located within the mall. From what I recall the food court and selection is only a handful. This place used to be very popular. In the surrounding area there are restaurants as it is near a residential area.
SVP is the place to shop! Great deals
Not too many choices and a little bit expensive...
Great mall, lots of parking, good location, really struggling with covid-19, please by something.
Please tell me how this venue gets good reviews when it is empty with almost no stores ?? We looked for the stores that had breen listed here and ended up driving to Burlington.
The stores that are there are decent, but half of the plaza is empty
Wonderful shopping centre! Great discounts. Must shop place. Make sure to bundle up because it’s part outside.
Decent deals here! Could use a bit more variety!
Overpriced to be called an outlet mall and way too big to walk around outside for anyone with mobility issues! Maybe ok in nicer weather. Only went to Samsonite but got exceptional service!
The original Outlet of Niagara. Not as popular now compared to many years ago but still has that charm to it with some chains in business. It's worth a stop over if you're looking for deals or just in the area to scope out.
Went to Covid Booster Clinic, great set up!
Very good sales clean parking lot and everything is up dated prodicts
I always forget about this mall and it has awesome stores and is so close. Overall a good experience. I went to la vie en rose. Food court was closed but most stores open and requiring a mask.
Good prices and variety of products
It is ok. Old plaza
The Guess Factory store rocks...such helpful staff, friendly service...my go-to place for all things Guess! ????
Nice stores for shopping
Used to be a good place to shop (pre-covid). Now, most of the big name stores are closed. Not a lot of choices, I don’t recommend this place.
Sadly I think this place is going under because half of the stores are either closed or vacant. Not worth the drive in from Toronto anymore. Was one of the best shopping places around 10 years ago.
Nice variety of stores. I prefer premium outlets. It has more stores and promotions
This outlet mall had a Spirit Halloween ????yaaay
For outlets the pricing is no better than regular stores, and the selection isn't much better. That said shopping is convenient, because all the locations are in one place, however there were lots of empty units.
Not many good stores left.
Tender Tootsies were handling the phase 2 situation correctly and doing it right.
This place used to be our favourite, sadly it has downgraded with some of the big brands pulling out their businesses at this location.
Cheap and good collection for boxing week sale
Some stores are priced decent others stores way over priced
I was on one of those casino bus trips. We stopped here for shopping. There were some young bucks on the bus, they were determined to get as drunk as possible as quick as possible. It was fun to watch at a distance but for those sitting close it was about to get real. Real gross. One of them had one shot too many. Let me put this into context. It was 11am, we left from Toronto maybe an hour and half prior. It was a beautiful Saturday morning. I was revved up and excited to do some gambling. I was enjoying my morning and my morning coffee. Back to young bucks. The one was starting to waiver. Getting quiet. Fighting the fear. Getting pale. Bus pulls into the parking lot. "I need a bag" he mumbles incoherently. One of the other bucks tosses him a McDonald's bag full of drive through. Oh boy. Like a scene out of the Exorcist. That bag filled up quick. At least 3 innocents were traumatized. My buddies jacket was not spared. It was a complete disaster. The other young bucks thought it was hilarious. The other 30 adults on the bus proceeded to exchange all of their war stories, from when they were that young and made those kinds of decisions. We got off the bus. My buddy had to clean his jacket in the washroom. I got a new hoodie from addidas. We walked around and found the IHOP. It was quite the morning.
Guess and American Eagle always able to find nice jeans
Nice place to shop. Good discounted prices!
Visited the Tootsies footwear store after checking on the internet if a certain make was available. The store clerk kept suggesting different brands and styles - they did not have the requested brand. The rest of the mall looked quite empty with several stores closed. This outlet mall is suffering greatly with the opening of Canada Collections mall.
No line up to get into stores
Many shops have closed... really miss Nike
Good place for hidden deals and rear finds
Not many stores to shop
Cool mall I had a good experience:)
Great Outlet Mall. A must go to for good Deals.
Very few stores opened. It’s a nice walk around the establishment, though. They had good deals.
Not too much stuff almost empty
Very nice stores. Good selections.
Decent cus its small and not too busy
Many stores have closed down and a few more are coming n the process of closing down. Very limited store selection!
When it was opened it was good, I love the sales they are unbeatable. I've got some amazing deals and amazing outfits. I'll upload the shoes I've bought my hubby daughter n I to match
Smaller outlet mall, but had a lot of good stores. The prices here are good and there are a lot of deals. It is missing any good food court, but it is at a good location getting both tourists and locals. If you don't feel up for the drive to the Niagara on the lake outlets (outlets not really on Lake) this is a great second option.
I enjoyed shopping at this little strip mall. There are lots of different stores to shop in and a rest area if you need a break or bathroom. Parking is free.
It used to be better, they took off a lot of my favourite stores. But I still enjoy couple stores.
Average at best and not much shoppers at the time I visited. Surely a one stop place for the family.
Not too busy lots of parking. Walked right into laura's.
Outdoor mall so not practical during winter or when it rains. Good selection of stores but not many high end stores. Prices are what you would I expect to find at any other mall although even now and then you may get lucky and catch a sale. Lacks a proper food court with only one restaurant ie Burger King; would be nice to have a proper food court with more variety of eating places.
Visited in Aug, we stayed a short walk away on lundys lane the outlet has Adidas, roots, coach and reebok stores to name a few easy to find and plenty of parking.
Really good place and very cheap. Tommy Hilfiger shop is 5 star.
Love this mall. But the Nike line is ridiculous. Im very disapointed they dont give healthcare workers line by pass!!!
Found the 'outlet' prices were more expensive than regular stores...sucked
It was alright, most stores inly had small sizes..xs and s..mediums were hard to find let alone a size large. Still over priced for an outlet store and not alot of good selection. Bra store was way way overpriced!
Always seem to find a few decent deals. Problem is, there are so many empty units, it brings down the overall feel and appeal. Hopefully they can fill these spaces soon and give the place a boost. Either way, if you're in the area, it's still worth checking out.
Decent prices for some really good brand names. I found each store had a lot of mediums which us my size. Very happy with our visit
waited 45 min in line and they removed me from their store. Told me my mask i bought from a mask maker and is safer then most was not sufficient and had me escorted out by security. Ill never spend another cent at this place
It takes a long take to go from the Niagara falls. No variety
Great offers they provide for branded items
I love every store in this Plaza and their quarantining measures I great
Love this outlet. It's not too big or overwhelming. Easy to get to and lots of parking. Deals to be had -- I always seem to find something in Tommy's, Guess, Stokes, Laura's ... so many of my faves.
Good sales and prices without the big crowds
We used to go to this Outlet and stopped in previous visits due to reduced level of stores. We stopped in on our last visit because we left the Outlets at Niagara on the Lake early. We were pleasantly surprised and found the prices much …
I shopped til I dropped. Bought my first coach bag and wallet for a good price and much more!
The times online are not up-to-date. Some stores close at 8pm or 9pm so try to get there early.
Outlets are always a fun place to stop. Didn't find too many great deals here, other than the Nike shop, which had lots. Worth dropping in, but wouldn't go too far out of my way to go again.
Went to the Adidas store, saved $28 on a running shoe. I'm happy. ????
Got some good Black Friday deals. Wish there were more stores and a better variety.
They have a variety of shops to choose from: high-end, mid-range and prices for every pocket. I bought 3 sheet sets from a vendor in a kiosk and they were the best fabric and thread count and the prices were not as ridiculous as what you would pay in a department or high-end stores like Hudson Bay, Nordstrom or Saks Off Fifth . The drive is a bit away from the city, but the bargains are worth the trip. It is very busy on the weekend and public holidays. It is best to go during the week, as the traffic is not as intense as on the weekend.
Good assortment of stores Adidas outlet had the best deals
Love going here ¡! But Niagara-on-the-Lake is bwtter
Fair size parking lot able to get in parked and get out much faster than Vaughan Mills. Store varieties not as much. Not ideal on bad weather days as you have to walk outdoors. Not an indoor mall, more like strip of stores plaza.
Nothing here for me and I was in shopping mode... need better selections for men. Coach had nothing for men so that was a little disappointing
Great place to shop
The Adidas store here is rocking. You can get good deals in this store here as compare to outlet collection at Taylor road. I also love Garage store. Overall, really good deals at Canada one. I always explore this one before going to Niagara Collection Outlet.
Most businesses wore closed when we went, its unfortunate.
Only visited Suzy and Coach stores. They both have good discounts going on. No need to fear fitting rooms sanitized after each customer. Pleasant sales reps at both places.
We like to shop here when we are in the area. We find better deals here than at the newer outlet in the Niagara-on-the-lake outlet, however, it is older and has less shops.
I find that it's a hit and miss for finding deals. I'm not much of a big name brand shopper, so I find the stores are still quite expensive. I do like the Roots store, and if you're looking for some interesting and unique furniture pieces, have a look in the Wicker Emporium.
Needs more stores
it’s okay except for Coach which was amazing don’t miss it
Almost empty
Still a lot of empty stores but what's there is great
It's a great place for some quick shopping , though the place has been somewhat abandoned due to the newer and bigger outlet a few minutes drive away. A shame as it was a great outlet in the past
Love the stores..
Awesome deals its a must go place
Lots of stores have left here. Looks to be on its last legs. Can see this place shutting down soon.
Great selection and service at this location and very friendly staff. Very clean and nicely decorated throughout - this location is highly recommended!
Really nice spot to shop some really good stuffs.
Great shops there.
If a $300 purse marked down to $225 is a deal to you then you might enjoy the place. Found some good deals at the body shop but most stuff was old stock marked down ... Maybe if paying in USD it's a deal but not for Canadians!!!
Fantastic place to shop and hang with family super clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Good brands, good prices everything good
Was here just recently and this used to be a thriving mall with lots of options however half of the stores are now closed with the new outlet mall in Glendale.
This place is close to Niagara Falls in Ontario. The selection of stores is pretty good. Parking can be jam-packed on weekends. Try to visit during off-peak times. Also check out their website to know what kind of events are going on.
A lot of walking, outside mall. Some great deals
We really.enjoyed the savings at this location. The people in the stores were super friendly.
Small outlet in Niagara but the deals are amazing
Great small mall. Wasn't busy and all the staff in the stores we visited were helpful and kind.
Beautiful mall????❤
We really.enjoyed the savings at this location. The people in the stores were super friendly.
Good place
Great prices and always love the Adidas store!
Niagara's hottest attraction as sun shines and stores open!
Not many stores left here to chose from.... But less line ups than NOTL outlet and close to home. Its okay if you need to hit one of those stores then it's good.
wouldnt be surprised if this mall closes down in a few years, barely anyone there. sad state.
It's a best place for shopping Niagara falls
Best deals all the time, I personally love urban planet, guess and lie vie enrose the most for deals SVP is also a good place 2 shop and the adidas outlet is better in Niagara compared to st catharines and I find that their are almost no lines ups
This outlet seems to have really gone down hill recently. Especially since the outlet opened at Niagara-on-the-lake. The selection of stores is somewhat disappointing and even then, the selection of items within each store is not that great either. Even the prices are almost what you would pay at a retail location of the same brand/store. When we used to come here in the past, the parking would be full and we'd have to wait to actually get a spot. However, during the recent visit, we had the option of parking almost anywhere we wanted (I guess this should be a plus as well...I think).
Great shops and great deals.
Nice place to go shopping in Niagara.
Decent outlet mall. Seems to try to re-invent itself after the big one opened up in St. Catherines. Still have some pretty good deals!
Great place to stroll around with some spare time, some shopping, etc.. I wouldn't say it's the best place for exceptional deals but I have had one or two times were I found a deal that still beats any other days' shopping.
First of all, most of stores are outlets therefore they have already reduced prices. Limited number of outlets. Sometimes at the right time you get get tonnes of great offers. Other than that, just normal place for selective shopping.
Not the best shopping , needs more stores
Pretty pricey for outlet. I have been to several outlets and this one is not worth it. It is about the same price as the stores. Don't waste your time about the only store with decent prices is roots.
honestly, great mall with great stores. the selection was actually really impressive
Went to soup and things, amazing steak panni
A hidden treasure, this walkable plaza is fun to browse and has some of my favourite stores.
One stop shop of all brands at half the price. Nike, Reebok, Urban Planet and many more. We bought some clothes & jackets from Urban Planet. We are really happy at the variety & prices. Excellent place to spend an afternoon shopping.
It's a nice mall with a good selection of stores, the only thing is there's a lot of walking in the elements which is not always good in a Canadian climate but if you are just going to one store it's nice to be able to park right in front of it.
They need to update stores i was sent here by an employee from wal mart but the store i was trying to get into isnt there anymore.
Great, but it could use some signs in the parking lot. The medians for planters cut into the exit road. It really confuses the driver why they are not parallel. As for covid: went to spirit Halloween. Great service, regulations, the most thorough marking out of all the stores I have visited for the Entire pandemic. Well done.
Its just an average shopping mall, there can occasionally be some good deals.
A little bit better than 2 years ago. Not a ghost town anymore
Quite little outlet mall, great location! Famous brands and not crowded in the evenings ... you can shop for hours!
It's a lovely place to shop and they've done a great job with the layout; however, the 'factory outlet' label had me thinking that there would be more deals to be had. This is really just standard retail experience. Very few deals to be had.
Busy. Crazy busy .. line ups are atrocious. I recommend staying home ...
We love outlet malls. Shop here and have fun shopping. I recommend the experience.
Weekday in April so it was pretty quiet (and hot). For me as tourist the prices of the Guess store were good. But in other stores some items were still original retail price. Sadly quite a few stores are empty. Toilets, drinks, small food court and wifi on site. Friendly people, helping us with something unrelated to the outlet.
Nice small outdoor mall. Went here for my son's vaccine
I was hoping for an outlet mall that the prices would be a bit better. But they do have a large selection
Canada One use to be the outlet mall that my parents took us to when we were younger...like way back in the day. This mall needs a bit of a facelift. Now that St. Catherines has their large premium outlet, I would suggest going there for equally good pricing but way larger selection of stores and merchandise
Terrible no good stores left. It used to be alot better it really is no comparison to the the outlet mall in Niagara
Used to be a good mall to go for a few hours of shopping to but all the stores keep closing up, now I will only go if there is something at one of the few stores left that i specifically want/need.
Amazing deals. I was so impressed, I bought 3 pairs of safety shoes of high quality for less than half the cost of one pair anywhere else. Greatest deals I've ever found!
Not popular like it used to be, but it's ok
Nice and good stores.
Not slot of choice but u can get Nike,Rebook, Tommy Hilfiger and guess and some more but it's cheap and very good deals.
Not the largest grouping by any means. Overall a good place with more than a few stores to duck in and out of to check out some OK deals. I miss the Toys 'R Us Express that used to be here.
Alot of nothing
The stores that are here are handy, something for everyone. Lots of parking, hopefully the empty stores will be filled soon. Every store I went into had a sale on and I saw prices cheaper than walmart. Easy to find on the GPS with easy access to and from major roadd.
This mall has an awesome place to eat called Ghost Kitchens with many great food selections and a cool Halloween store! Can't wait for American Eagle to open so excites!
Awful experience at Adidas, we bought some clothes, but we decided to return to the store and buy other things we liked. One of the associates called a security guard (He wasn't in the store before) after she finished talking with him, he wouldn't stopped following us, staring at us and taking notes, not sure why, we bought there a couple of hours before and clearly we were there to buy more. He wasn't even discreet and no, he wasn't following others customers he was just right behind us, we were unable to continue shopping because it was extremely uncomfortable, I felt harassed to have someone behind us at all times so we decided to pay and leave, he kept staring at us , and until we finish paying he stopped . I understand that is their job to make sure everything is okay, but at least he could be more discreet, so we wouldn't feel uncomfortable. It seemed more like he was discriminating us.
great price s
Garage sales ladies were so helpful and fantastic. Thanks a bunch
Needs a makeover. Most stores are closed or empty
Outside but there isn't much selection to choose from
No great shakes
Love shopping here everytime we visit from thunder bay
Good deals at Coach and Nike - Danier not so much but they are closing anyway. Oshkosh /Carters is good here. Would do better with more food options..
Always find great deals at guess. It was open family day long weekend. Food court always seemed to be closed so don't go there hungry
I'm here right now with the new food place called soups and things and in the summer they're opining a ice cream shop. But- some people were really mean other than that great service
U-shaped outdoor mall with stores arranged around a central parking area. Access to all the stores is outdoors. The outlets themselves are varied, with some stores keeping to the spirit of outlet (discounts) better than others... That said, we visit whenever we are in the area.
Amazing Stores all located in one Plaza but was disappointed at some of the stores and their prices. If you are going to be taking place in a place marked as outlet I hope your price tags match it instead of being the very same as the mall prices. I loved Nike, Guess, Adidas Prices and promos hence the foot traffic in those stores unlike Roots and a few other shops in the plaza.
Its a shopping mall, great prices and nice stuff
Quite a variety of stores to shop/well, currently (some)online only open for item p/u's- with excellent prices.very consumer and cost effective- amazing deals and prices-sure to find what you're looking for within your budget no matter what your age????????????
Nice little shopping area it has more than enough for a small shopper like me
Really good outlet mall. Small but nice to get some good clothing
I found More deals here then at the other outlet. It's small, but found what I needed.
Went to place.called sprit of helloween awesome store for not there till November 1
Goo place to do your shopping
Their price is much cheaper than other mall, and feel very safe.
Was not impressed. Most of the units/spaces were empty and the I new/stores that were opened was not all that in terms of selection and appeal. That's the worst mall I've been to.
Clearance at some stores is good but them closes soon like 7 pm
Friendly people good stores
Decent experience... About 10-15 stores.. Cute little resting area WITH WiFi, a food shop, and restrooms. BEWARE: Most stores cater to sizes 14(L) and below. So don't go shopping in the clothing stores if you are looking for sizes larger than that.
Overs a variety of outlets to shop , always some good deals if you go around!
Went here for a walk with my wife. Nobody here except for a couple employees. Used to be so busy with Bus tours before the Covid apocalypse.
Regular prices.....
Is ok not to many sales
This is a nice quite outlet, I came with my partner, they have many stores. It was too cold to go to them all but I would definitely visit again
My favourite store is Laura which has incredible clothes- a proportion of them are made in Canada. That store is so underrated. I also like the sports place (svp), the shoe place (tootsies) and the chocolate place (rocky mountain fudge.) …
Not alot to see, but there are some well branded stores. Expecting special discounts atleast to make it worth while but dont bother.
Very disappointed. It totally put a damper on our day. There is nothing there for plus size women at all. We were really looking forward to it but after the first few stores, we gave up on finding anything that was truly an XL or for the few that we did find, worth buying it.
Loved it..no waiting ..downside is not alot of store to shop at.
Well designed open mall. All are brand stores. The prices seems very reasonable. Lots of parking and looks like people are feeling great here.
Love the Coach outlet here. Super deals!. Also Body Shop has awesome outlet prices. I drop in every time I am in Niagara.
Nice! Full of good stores.
I would suggest the Niagara Outlets in St. Catharines. Variety is minimal. The golf store has some half decent deals though.
Great outlet mall, tons of great shops and designer wear with excellent sales. A definite must see when visiting Niagara
They no longer have food court and many stores have been taken out which is super sad. The place looks so empty now. They still have a few good stores but definitely lacking many stores and have so many empty store fronts. You would be better off going to other outlet malls.
Decent outlet mall. Small variety but not overwhelming.
Less options than you'd expect but what they do have flourishes! Amazing deals at some of these stores make it worth the drive out of the city!
Garage & Urban have great sales on right now. Urban Planet has clearance on winter clothing and shoes galore. Get in for the new spring / summer newbies b4 they gone!
I enjoyed the selection of stores and the food court. Pretty easy to access from QEW. Taking one star off because it weren't all factory stores, some stores just sell for regular price, which is a bit disappointing given how far we traveled to get here.
Not a lot of selection, I will likely be going to the larger outlet nearby next time. The Nike store had some good sales when we were there though. Edit: Thanks for the reply! I will check out the new stores and promotions next time I'm in the area.
Nice place but not great variety. Prices were reasonable and had a few brand name outlets. Parking and wheelchair access were not an issue.
It was a good place. Had free wifi however some big stores like Nike were not there. Also on sundays everything closes too early around 6 pm.
Used to be one of my favourite places to shop. Seems like there has been a huge decline as alot of the stores are vacant and all of the bigger retailers have left (Nike)
Definitely aimed more towards the female shopper, so many great stores and prices!
Busy but good options
Not many stores
Clothing, footwear, furniture, household products and sweet treats. Worth checking out if your in the area and like real chocolate!
Fast service
The original outlet shopping plaza in the Niagara Region. Decent number of shops e.g. higher end such as Escada and Coach to younger and more moderate stores such as Tommy Hilfiger, Roots, Garage, Urban Planet and La Vie en Rose. There are a few home stores such as Bombay and Wicker Emporium. And, there are miscellaneous shops such as Rocky Mountain Chocolate etc. There is a tiny food court, suggest the Soup & Sandwich shop. Open 7 days a week. Lots of free on-site parking.
Great shopping experience! Lots of stores and great prices!
This is the mall to go to ....on off days...to shop...very little people...and did all my Christmas SHOPPING....Great discounts...Guess...Urban Planet...and more...but want locals...to shop!!!!!!!!!please support♥️????♥️???????????? AWESOME ????⭐????????
Typical outlet mall but I found there was really no great savings really not worth driving all that way
For me this is the best outlet store in Niagara. I visited this twice because this place always got sales for Coach bags and Nike shoes and many more. Compared to other outlet stores, they have more promos and discounts/marked down prices which is way much cheaper than any outlet stores I visited in Canada. Also, even if you don't have a car this place is accessible, just buy a $8 WeGo pass (good for 24 hrs) and you can easily return to this place anytime you want while you are in Niagara.
Very small but hosts a surprising number if stores with decent parking space. Lacks a food court though, not a place I could spend half a day in unless I bring my own refreshments.
Went shopping for a bathing suit for my daughter. They had a huge selection at the one store La Vie En Rose and a great sale. She must have tried on every suit in the place. You can tell she was making the staff anxious. However, I am pleased to say, they still remained courteous and attentive during the hour + long ordeal. We ended up picking out two bottoms and one top for my finicky 14 going on 20 year old.
Great deals though not many stores.
Great shopping area!
This is where the only urban planet store is in the city of Niagara Falls. This was my 2nd visit this week going there. So many Great deals & fashions!! But....dressing rooms have no mirrors in them!!! You have one come outside your booth in the wide open store area -where everybody can see what your trying on!!!! Big inconvenience! They need to put individual mirrors in the dressing booths!!!! I spent $350. This week there between 2 visits. That's a lot of articles of clothing to try on!!! Also only 2 cashiers ever open. Too Long of a wait to cash out! !!
Love their bargain deals especially the Coach store. Very nice and helpful staff too
Quick visit to pick up shoes. I prefer an indoor mall but to each their own. Clean surroundings but parking can be a challenge at times
Not worth driving like before.
Not overly busy. Could use few more stores in open spaces but nonetheless there was good deals here.
This mall used too be busy and was known for great deals. The mall is dead and it has completely closed the food court which should tell you just how for the mall has fallen on hard times. The deals are not as good as they used to be.
great place to shop
It's a ok mall its mostly stores you dont really shop at not as good as the Penn or NOTL outlets
Amazing place. So cheap too
Parking lot is a bit hectic at times
This outlet location has greatly declined over the years. Only major brands are Coach, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess and Adidas. Best to visit the outlet collection at Niagara for more selection and better food court.
Great selection of stores Some of them have really good discounts like Tommy Hilfiger and La Vie en Rose. I really miss Roots not being there though and wish the food court had more options like usual malls do. Overall a great place to go to find deals.
Was fine parking stores
No big draws here but if you look pricing is good. Quite a few vacant stores unfortunately.
Soooo many deals!!!! Like way less than any other shopping outlet I've been too. My new regular spot for gifts.
Great for shopping at this outlet mall. You have to time the deals though.
"I love this place nice people fantastic service and skating all year long"
Went to Tender Tootsie. Very friendly and helpful staff. ????
Underwhelming after covid 19 due to the reduction of shops.
Nice little outlet with a variety of stores for the limited space.
They were very helpful In every store I went in the sales were really nice and the location is close to lots of hotels so shopping while on vacation is a blast!!
Sad to see so many stores closed. A very good location. Have made some great purchases from there.
Mall has seen better days. There are still a few good stores buy half empty.
Great outlet mall with great prices
The deals are good , but sadly there are few stores that are in operations. Guess the premium outlet mall effect.
Nice outlets, brand name at it's best
So sad so many stores empty.
Ghost Town, half the stores are empty. Definitely not what it use to be.
This place is garbage all the stores that were good are gone
Could use a few new store, but it's a great place for shopping.
There are a few stores left at this outlet but definitely not as great as it used to be back in the day. We only go to the Adidas (which has a great sale right now 50% off) and grab a treat at Rocky Mountain. They also have a Sirius Plait store now too.
Love the place great products and all Canadian made
There is a few great deals
Big place.
Very reasonable price and kindly staffs. Better than others store.
The SVP sports is amazing addition. Really go there for this, and carters for the kids
A few of the stores have closed and some stores fitting rooms are unavailable due to Covid-19
Good selection. Boxing day sales were alright. Staff helpful. Canadian dollars$$
Selection isnt the best but you may score better deals.
I came for shopping deals....deals deals... La vie on rose-excellent!! Underwear 7 for 10 Bra 4.99 Adidas, nike, old navy, forever 21 same prices as london I debated coming and NOBODY had a review about prices....now I know why. Nice one time visit. But I wouldnt come back
Not much to shop
Not a lot of cheap prices. Didn't find deals really. Same deals offered at any other store location. Ample parking though.
Great shopping. Everyone will find something they like.
Good stores less.deals though Sports centre has great deals
A few good stores. Kind staff in most stores.
Great deals and lots of parking
It wasn't too busy so I will be revisiting it again. A completely different seletion since I was last there.
Lots of empty stores. Good experience at Carters and American Eagle. Got a couple of deals.
Best mall in Ontario Canada best believe that won't be disappointed
As per my last visit February 2019 most of the stores have closed and I was told they moved to the new outlet mall on QEW. The remaining stores don't exactly provide factory outlet prices but will still give you some good deals. It's beginning to look like a ghost town or should I say ghost mall with half or more of the stores closed.
Lots of great stores, good prices, I only gave 4 starts because in the winter its freezing!!
Nice little Plaza for the Summer. Winter is a bit to cold for Plaza hoping. Store selection is nice. We were able to find a fair amount of good deals!
Has basically everything youd need if you dont want to go to NOTL
They had a pair of boots I couldnt find anywhere else not even online. And it was avery good deal too. Been looking for these for a while and finally got em!
I liked it because it has the Spirit Halloween store in it
Fun attraction. My 9 year old son and I had a real blast! Great special effects and some good jump scares as well. ????
The are trying to rebuild the area. Not crowded and some deals.
Great stores great prices and friendly staff in all shops
Not worth the effort!
It's definitely not the same that it used to be. Lots of empty stores. Even Nike has left. Guess it's still good if you feel like killing time.
Got good deals in Adidas outlet.
many store close
Discount prices are Nike and all the factory outlet stores they got cooking stores they have a food court everything going on here is cool lots of Asian tourists busy place come early to get good parking have a good one
Warning!!!!! Wowww Unbelievable I was in Adidas store in canada one outlet mall In Niagara Falls on Saturday June 12 2021 at 15:38 and I spent more than one hour to pick up the items it was on clearance ,so one of the staff member came to me and asked me to take my items to the cashier to keep on hold in order to make my hand empty I can try the shoes but the same time I was busy at the store they changed the tags price and put the 3times more on it , so when the time comes to cash out I was shocked when I find the change the tags so I complain to cashier lady and you know what she said ( I know!!!!!’) so this is rubbing people money , I NEVER go this place anymore!!!! They stealing people money...
A nice place to spend a couple of hours away from the falls area only one place to buy food but it looked nice, some empty premises, easy to get to on the Wego, all in all a pleasant few hours.
Not too big of a mall. Easy to walk. A lot of closed shops however.
Awesome deals. Great selection. Lots of traffic getting there but with the drive.
You WILL find great deals here. Take your time and go to each and every shop. You will be amazed at the discounts you will find!
Awesome ????
Very nice
Nice outlet mall. Tender tootsies had what we came for
Love it great services there
A decent shopping experience with excellent customer service at all the retailers that we visited with special mention to OshKosh for their kindness in serving their customers. Good selection of stores at this outlet.
This location is becoming less and less attractive since the outlet opened... businesses are leaving and even the Tommy there didn't have the kids sizes we wanted available. we drove 10 min and we got everything we wanted
10 11am not very busy
Love the plaza, lots of great stores
A great place to shop an get some deals, but a few empty stores an a few closed early Saturday before 7pm
Nice little outlet mall. Perfect for clothing shopping , chocolates, just need some new electronic stores thought
Very disappointing to go all the way to an outlet mall and find prices the same or even higher as any other stores they have in the other malls! 2 days before this, I went to an Old Navy store and bought THE SAME clothes at a better price sale than they had here...What's the point?! I don't think I will go again. Complete waste of time... And it's not only this store! Marshall's, etc., had the same prices... ☹! Again, WHAT IS THE POINT?!?!?
Amazing stores and even better resturants to visit down here check out ghost kitchens for a variety of different foods!
Great outdoor outlet mall! Love that I can walk from my car to the stores without having to indoors. Each store has their own sales going on, staff is friendly and property is always clean. Noticed that new stores have opened since reopening after Covid, look forward to seeing even more!
On Lundy's Lane in Niagara Falls. Good selection of stores with decent pricing on most products. The building is an outdoor concept so you're technically walking around outdoors until you enter a store, which means it can be cold visiting this outlet in the winter months. It's about a 2 min drive to the Horseshoe Falls and the US border. So a great place to stop while in Niagara Falls.
A lot of great stories but seems a lot of stores are duplicates of one other but different brands . Needs a wider/better selection of stores
Awesome, love the old style mall entering each store from outside. Easy to find stores and also dog friendly. Prices are normal but lots of sales. Nike store has a better variety of childrens clothing than Burloak Nike Outlet but similar otherwise.
Many stores are closing down, pretty dead area
I visited all the ladies' shops where I usually have good luck , but not this time. Why isn't there more RED at Christmas?
Although I wouldn't shop here because it is extremely overpriced, it serves a great purpose for people staying in the Ramada plaza across the street. I stayed there once with my grandparents and mother, and whenever my grandfather and I wanted to sleep, my mother and grandmother would go shopping. If that doesn't deserve a 5 star rating, I don't know what does! Open everyday except Christmas.
Place is Overpriced.
Went for the second time in the past 3 years. Not impressed with anything. We ended up only buying chocolate. Definitely not outlet prices.
Not nearly as many stores as there was before the big mall opened up in NOTL but there are some great deals in clothing to be had in some of the stores. The Adidas store is ridiculously overpriced hence the 4/5!
Lot of shoes or high end. Not much more. Burger works makes awesome. Burgers
Didnt hate, just very disappointed, this was an outlet this old girl could walk & enjoy!! Wow I hadn't been for awhile, not many stores left, very sad really!! I hope they can save it, but it doesnt look like it will be around much longer, sad!!
Very few stores are opened and plaza looks deserted
Good selection of stores/brands and stock.
I've been visiting this mall with my parents every few months since I was in high school. It's a nice little outlet mall with just enough brand name stores to keep us busy for a few hours. Since then, the mall has kind of gone downhill. They've still got Nike,Reebok, addidas in additional to roots and coach. The "food court" consists of only a soup place now whereas it use to have burger king and a few other food options. I still enjoy coming to this mall but don't spend nearly as much time here than I use to.
Great finds here - we visited the Samsonite store ($80 7lbs high end mid-size suitcase? Yes please), Urban Planet had nice finds, as did the Guess outlet. Tootsies has a huge selection for the size of store. Fair prices, but not rock bottom (I got a nice pair of Sketchers here).
Use to come here alot as a kid but most of the stores have closed up and went over to the much larger outlet. Save yourself the trip here and head over to the big one down the road
The mall is dying pretty fast. Not a lot of stores here. But the washrooms are really clean. Most of the time
Great staff in all the stores and pretty good prices considering most where shut down for covid
Since Covid many stores have closed. It's a great mall depending on what you are looking for.
Not the greatest outlet but it does the job. It's right across from a hotel which is so convenient if you're staying there! It's more high end stores which isn't really my type. Its very busy during the summer and on weekends! Parking allows quite a lot of Volume though.
I enjoyed the selection of stores and the food court. Pretty easy to access from QEW. Taking one star off because it weren't all factory stores, some stores just sell for regular price, which is a bit disappointing given how far we traveled to get here.
This is a nice mall. There was plenty of parking available and I was there on a Saturday. I visited a couple stores and easily got in and out quickly.
If you like shopping this is the place
Once was amazing, now it is amazing that people go there. ...
Very good outlet in niagars. In the city, 15 minutes to the Falls
Good place for some light shopping... They have stuff for babies even kids etc men and women's
It covers most of the mainstream designer stores and you don't need to walk a mile to get to them
Was great
Decent mid to low grade course. Easy to get to. Good time
Good place ????
Great shops and great deals. Lots of parking
A lot of empty stores and not much variety with the ones still there. Found some items at one store but a disappointing visit. No good sales either.
Small outlet, not alot of stores. Lots of parking.
Not too busy during the week days ... free parking and hopefully you can find yourself a good deal
Mall is half occupied. Most sores have relocated to new outlets in st catharines
Almost empty plaza. Stores that are still there aren't worth the drive for me. Hope the place can turn things around though.
Great location and shops
This is the only place I shop
Not the same as the old. Never went to an outlet mall and left empty handed but I've done it on a few visits here.
Nice store options for tourists I guess.. prices were the same as downtown Toronto and the bathrooms were only on one side and quite a walk. Not recommended for small children or elderly.
Indoor/outdoor. Very touristy. Good place to walk around and shop. Not much food options especially late in the day.
Lack of good stores...definitely good cheap stuff however it just doesn't seem like a place worth shopping anymore due to the lack of variety and good stores
Decent deals if tou buy sale things plus the exchange rate makes it even better
Great prices and selection..Adidas and rebeck outlet is west I buy all my sports apparel
Great deals
Love this mall
Loved the deals, and will be back soon
A lot of empty buildings
Decent amount of outlets. Although the mall isn't very busy and there are almost no food options. It's pretty good for a hour - 2 hour stop to look for deals.
Very helpful for deals and cheap accessories. Birthday shopping done right. Coach has 50 % sale for the whole week
Unfortunately, this factory outlets mall is going down hill. The last time I went there about six years ago, when we stayed at the adjacent Comfort Inn, the mall was burgeoning with activities, but unfortunately the place has taken a step down since the Outlet Collection Factory Outlets mall at Niagara-on-the-Lake has opened. It is not worth going to Canada One anymore because many spaces are closed, go directly to Outlet Collection.
Not many stores left in here. Stop n for the chocolate store though it survived the purge and is as good as ever!!
Be careful comparing prices. Counterpart across the border on the way to buffalo only 40 mins away has way better deals but again have to shop arpund. Nice amenteties and spacious stores including kids playground and over priced. food court.
Not bad. Doesnt beat cross border shopping
We visited the body shop at this action they had good deals
It was ok
Gone down hill
This was my favourite mall and it's getting Less stores. It is sad
Not a lot of stores open. A lot of empty slots. At least we found a winter coat that we desperately needed.
great mall..selection not as good as it once was.but I still go to this outlet mall.svp is a good store with lots of deals
Outlets are always a fun place to stop. Didn't find too many great deals here, other than the Nike shop, which had lots. Worth dropping in, but wouldn't go too far out of my way to go again.
It was like all the mall you go to now. The prices are little better.
Dead quiet mall
Disappointed, not a huge collection of stores and a lot of closed premises.
Nice shopping place
Decent collections of stores.. my favorites: Coach, Tommy & Addidas
Outlet mall. Older location but great deals.
Too many stores to choose from. At this time falling in line underneath the sun is not for me.
Less stores that are open. Mostly clothing stores. Not really outlet mall pricing.
I enjoyed shopping there. Good price at the Coach and I bought a hand bag at Samsonite.
The place is within walking distance from many residential areas, so very conveniently located. The number of shops are limited though and the discounts are not that eye-catching. The competition is high as there is a giant outlet mall just outside of Niagara falls with better prices. Can be considered for quick shopping visits and that's it.
Could be so much better. Good location, the city should really think about investing somehow to bring in more stores, keep the people who work there working and make it worth while for locals and tourists to stop in.
This is a huge outdoor mall with a wide variety of stores that cater to every taste and whim. Plenty of free parking, customer facilities and great sales!!
This was the first giant outlet mall of its kind in the area before they built the giant outdoor outlet mall a little north. It's lost a lot of its charm over the years and has a handful of vacancies that don't look too great.
Good prices. Need a few days to see all the stores.
Pretty expensive if you call it an outlet store... as a tourist from the GTA.. this is definitely not outlet prices, it's better off to go elsewhere. Besides being fairly empty, clean and good location, it's a good window outlet shopping mall
Plenty of parking. Lots of store options. Pleasant staff in each store visited.
