This Mall is classified in the category of Shopping mall.
Clean and quiet. Too quiet. It's Amazon's fault.
Always a favorite place to shop. Had to but some last minute clothes for my anniversary vacation. Didn't have any trouble finding what i needed.
It's a dying mall, but of they have a store you need it is a good place to shop. There is always ample parking. The food court is gone, if that matters to you.
Great shopping center! It has 2 of my go to stores (FYE and Hot Topic). There's a small book shop that is great.
Clean, brightly lit, easily accessible mall with a good, compact selection of stores. Nice location with dining options and other shopping nearby.
Malls are starting to die and that's unavoidable but this place is doing okay.
Wish there were more stores like it used to have back in the day bc its fun to look around
Since the food court was taken out with addition of Dick's mall has been relegated to niche shoppers and those who are creatures of habit who just won't go anywhere else because they have been coming for 30 years plus. Definitely nothing here that is going to draw any new clientele and if not for the mall walkers in the morning you could shoot a cannon through the mall in the mornings and not hit a single person.
Very clean and nice
Ghost town.
This place needs to stay open - it gives us something to do during the winter. It has a very cute small kids play area that keeps the girls busy for 30 minutes or so. Also we love getting pretzels at Auntie Anne's and I get a coffee at the …
Clean, open and fresh. Another place where you can get all of your shopping done.
Kids have fun in play center , riding toys and photo booth..enjoy shopping and coming here
Miss the food court. The life in this mall seems to be leaving rather quickly! its pretty depressing
Love the new store Gabe's
Awesome mall ! Nice ' quiet & pleasant..
Went for Christmas w Santa and it was cheaper this year and got more for the price. Quick and fast. The mall itself is good for certain stores. Many has left AND THERE IS NO FOOD COURT. Just Subway and Chinese and Tgifridays
I would like to rate this higher. But very few shops are left here.
The mall has a clean and friendly atmosphere. Family bathrooms are a plus. I really miss the food court; it's hard to find anything good to eat since they replaced it with a Dick' s Sporting Goods.
Hardly any store's left...
Lots of stores have closed. Shame
Retail is dying rapidly - this mall is an example of that. Stores are shabby. Cleanliness is poor. Basically - I won’t go to this mall anymore. I’d rather shop online and save myself the pain
Love the Mall. Best prices you can’t beat!
The Boulevard Mall is a true early 90's mall, and its changing stores are helping it weather the test of time better than many malls. I loved that they have a Shoe Dept. there! Such a great shoe store. And the "Boulevard Bear Band" is super cute, and will charm any kid ... or adult for that matter. I went to the Boulevard around Christmas time, and its decorations were stunning. I wish that they had more plus-size stores, and that the parking wasn't angled (it's always tricky getting out of those spots!) but this is a mall to go to when you need several things at one time, not just a quick stop to a department store.
Lots of stores, plenty of parking. Easy to access.
You should add an urban outfitters in one of the stores that are closed now, because there’s a use for those close stores! Don’t just leave the stores closed and people, feel sad, just add some stores people suggested. Other then that! Beautiful mall!
Great shopping experience but when you go go with sneakers you'll be there awhile LOL
Small mall. Convenient nevertheless, but all of the stores are leaving. Not many food options.
The only thing that was there that I liked was Gabes
They should turn it into a indoor go cart track.
Boulevard Mall is a clean, functional mall. However, there is a limited number of worthwhile stores to visit and of those remaining, I imagine will close soon. The mall was pretty desolate for a Saturday evening.
Not many stores left. Malls are dying.
This mall is nice because it has many good stores, convenient parking, and it's all on one level! It's been around for many years and it's not too oversized that you get tired out due to walking, in fact it's a popular place for senior citizens in the mornings. The only think that I find disappointing is the lack of a food court, it was taken out a few years ago. But there are many great eating places nearby!
It's got everything you need without being super crowded. Lack of good court only sucks because they got rid of Bill Grays!! And this Verizon is better than the one on the Blvd. Good clean shops. High quality mall.
Great Mall to shop at if you don't want to be at a very crowded busy mall! They have quite a few stores but not as many as Galleria Mall. Very clean nice and quiet place to go shopping and get some last-minute gifts for items you may need.
Mall is very clean, they have a decent variety of stores... it would be 5 if there was more food options.
It's a great mall for specific things like prom dresses sneakers or other odd items. However it's mostly empty. Great for Mall walkers. And the Chinese place drinks. I would say if you're looking for a wedding or prom dress definitely check out TT New York. They have great dresses and great attitudes.
Nice mall very quiet not much people
A sad reminder of what the boulevard mall used to be. I was there at 10:30 am with almost every store closed. At a time that regular stores have been open for hours, and nearly a month from Christmas, I couldn't spend any money. On top of that, probably half the store fronts were empty anyway. I couldn't even grab a snack or anything to eat. No food court and no food options other than tgi Fridays and a pretzel place (which was closed). The mall has nothing to offer anyone, other than a place for retired people to walk in circles.
Great selection of stores wih excellent customer service.
Overall a good mall. Cleanliness is good. Great place to get out of the rain on boring day.
I work here and it’s a pretty easy place to get around and has some nice stores.
This mall is amazing! But they got rid of me and my son's favorite store! "Go!" And a few other good shops. Rarley go here now because there is nothing that stands out.
Went there this holiday season. Very quiet and nice small.
Sad to see so many stores gone, was clean but inventory in the stores that are still there is limited. Online sales and Covid definitely put a hurting on business
Getting sadder and sadder, the few stores that remain are great
Quiet mall. Good sales.
Hope it has more life brought into it.. its not the same anymore
It's dying, slowly
Nice sales reps, friendly people and you'll most likely find what ur looking for.
Perfect mall . It's packed with all the apt store from Macy's, JC Penney, VS, h&m , banana republic, Dick's and more. One won't get tired walking it through too.
Sad to see this place closing down....
I didnt exactly go to the mall. I went to Gabes next to the mall. I love the store. It has some really nice things at a discount. The only catch is, you need to really look through the clearence to find your size. The regular items are organized and easy to find. If you're looking for a bargain Gabes is a great place to start!
The oldest mall in the surrounding area, and it shows. This mall has some good anchor stores like Sears, jc penny, and others that have been there a long time. If this mall wants to survive, it needs some upgrades to compete with eastern hills and the Walden galleria.
A nice mall , it's just sad that saturday night at the mall used to be lit but now it's dark inside and nobody's there barely. All thanks to covid...
Quaint mall, enjoyable. Love the decorations
A couple of major department stores, I prefer JCPENNEY here as opposed to Galleria mall. I have been shopping here for decades and the mall has undergone many changes. I wish they hadn't thrown the baby out with the bathwater, I miss a variety of restaurants in the food court that have been moved outside of the mall.
THIS MALL USE TO HAVE SO MUCH POTENTIAL NOW THERE ARE HARDLY ANY STORES DUE TO THE PANDEMIC ITS JUST SAD TO SEE. ITS LIKE A WALKING GHOST TOWN YOU CAN LITERALLY HEAR YOUR OWN ECHO
So sad this mall went down hill. Not thriving anymore. Such a dam shame for locals not to have a great place to shop.
Clean, spacious lots of stores still open. Lost some good ones over Covid. Mall walker friendly. Had Service dog training here lots of space and love the fountain.
????
Best place to go for stuff but there's so many people
Holy dead mall, batman. All i wanted was a cookie cup. Had to settle for auntie annes(wasnt bad btw).
That is a slick pic and an awesome place to visit.
The mall definitely isn't what it used to be no, I don't even know how many stars are open in here but if they're not worth it to go. There are several other malls in the area that have many more stores
I love nostalgic retail as much as the next guy but it's gotten to a point where they need to massively update this mall. Turn it into the boulevard with the indoor outdoor concept. I used to love to go here as a kid but it's just been drastically dying for years now definitely needs an update and it needs it soon otherwise in my opinion that mall will sit abandoned for years.
A sad shell of its former place just waiting to completely close down. Another mall disappearing in this modern retail market. Not much is there anymore.
It's a pretty good mall. They've made improvements lately that are raising the desirability of the site. I wouldn't advise going on Saturday between 1:00pm and 3:00pm though. Congested madhouse!
I usually hit the mall when I'm clothes shopping. They have different clothing stores that offer a variety of styles from casual to fancy under one roof. I can usually find what I'm looking for without having to go to different stores. Just watch out for the mall walkers and the packs of teens that hang out there on the weekends.
This mall used to be the place to go when we were teenagers. We would go and walk around the mall, grab some food court food and have a good time. This mall no longer has a food court and for that reason alone i will avoid it at all costs.
It is sad to see how quickly this mall has fallen the same as so many others. With so many stores not being able to withstand the demands made by politicians during covid time.
Literally nothing to offer you. Please consider traveling to the Walden Galleria mall immediately. Boulevard Mall is going under financially and even though Galleria took many losses bc of pandemic... it's the best full scale 'Mall experience'- Food, a variety of stores and businesses...
Good variety of stores now that so many malls are in decline. One store has cool old movie posters and a huge assortment of comics.
I'm pretty sure half of the stores here closed.
Horribly depressing! Im old I remember when...
I really would love to see this mall revitalized. It's great if you don't want to shop among a big crowd but I just feel like it's sort of dying out. I think it also needs to bring the food court back. I would love to see this mall make a great comeback.
Nice selection of stores and a place to stop and eat "Tgi Fridays"
This mall is okay for what it is, but it is definitely a dying mall. I hope some day they will get better management so that it can be up to part with Walden Galleria. Having no food court killed this mall. I used to work at this mall, and even the store I used to work at closed. So sad. Please update this mall and make it great again. Bring back a real food court, add an arcade, and fabulous stores.
Great mall. Still awesome. Chinese food place has the most friendly dude there to greet you.
Pleasant atmosphere. Clean mall. I was a vendor and management was helpful and nice. Found some good sales too.
Still a nice shopping mall, wish they’d try to get some more stores back though!
I have sentimental feelings towards the mall because it was the mall I grew up with. The nice part of Boulevard Mall is that it's all one level, but it seems like it is really changing. Sears has closed and the food court has been replaced with a Dick's Sporting Goods. I miss them all from 25 years ago when it had a McDonald's, and a Ruby's restaurant. Shopping at Topkapi for accessories and Walden books is no longer an option. I come here for the Nostalgia Factor.
Small mall. Has a few eatery options like pizza and Chinese. Stores closing in the mall has been a problem. Small toddler playground. Decent bathrooms and family bathroom with kid sized toilet. Nice used bookstore with friendly staff. Local Screening Room Cinema Cafe has interesting choice of classic and art films and events. Still a good place to find gifts for friends and family, especially around holidays. Lots of parking available.
Had a good exsperience today at Footlocker Jr. My sons ages 10 & 9 were so quick at choosing their sneaker and had their size in stock. But our 8 year old daughter, who is little miss pink and blingy, she had a harder time finding what she likes and her size was not in stock for a few choices. In the end she found one she really liked and fit. Footlocker staff Danielle- at Blvd Mall location, was patient and very helpful getting the kids what they needed. Thank you!!!!
Small one floor mall but enjoyable and has a nice view. if you live in Amherst this mall is close from everywhere.
It's not a very big mall, but you can find pretty good stuff here. Good variety. I just wish they'd make a food court here too.
What is the world happened to this mall?!
The store and collection is okay but mall seems a little depressed.Seems more like a dead mall every time we visit one more store is shut down looks like all the stores will be gone in no time.Half of the stores are empty so I guess in a year the whole thing will disaap. Location wise it's at a good spot.Bathrooms was very well maintained. There is no food court or for that matter no food options are available.A new coffee shop opened hopefully it survives. There is small snack store which is pricy and the owner sure looks sad all the time.God bless this sad looking mall!! Christmas is the only time I love this mall rest of the year it's super sad!!
Not bad little Mall
Still great place to go. Very busy on days. Macy's, JCPenney and many other stores
the place is so empty.
Not really a fan of malls. I come here for the Chinese place. The orange chicken and bourbon chicken are fantastic. The employees always have a big smile and are very inviting. I love this place! This shop also has bubble tea that is the best I've ever had!
I love this mall. It's clean, safe, and in the center of everything. It seems like many of the stores have left, but the ones that are left are great. There's the flagship stores, but also a bunch of nice boutique stores. I'll always remember my times strolling the mall as a kid. Now I stroll with my teenaged boys. Ah, the memories.
This place is a shadow of its former self, they eliminated the food court a few years back and replaced it with a Dicks, many of the cornerstones of this mall have also left over the years. Most of the employees that are in this mall are on their phone and i cant blame them because o would be bored there too. It is sad to see this place which was once flourishing with foot traffic, slowly disappear into obscurity.
I use to love this mall, now it's starting to look abandon
As a kid I always saw the Mall as vibrant and full of people. It is slowly fading away with the general knowledge that the mall has been sold and is being repurposed for other uses.
I haven't been to this mall since pre-Covid and half the stores are now gone! Anchor stores left include Macy's and JCPenney's. The Macy's is smaller than any others I've been to locally, but the JCPenney's is surprisingly bigger. As far as chains go, there is H&M, Bath and Body Works, Hot Topic, and Ann Taylor. But then everything else is independent, including 2 used bookstores, a gift shop, and the new Selfie World. Worth it if you want to go for a specific store, but if you're looking for a mall experience (including a food court, which this mall no longer has), drive the extra 10 minutes and go to the Galleria instead.
Kay's had some pretty rings but very over priced. All the stores are closing and the mall is very depressing now, not like it used to be but covid probably played a huge part in that
Sad she'll of what It used to be...
Go there only if you enjoy shopping in bankrupt and empty stores. Sad!!!
very good mall.. not too big but organized.. i needed to fix a cell phone then i went 'Cellaxs' store... they are awesome .. it took only 25 minutes to fix it... And i also bought a phone accessories from them... very good service...
I walked 2 1/2 miles to the Boulevard Mall when I was 10 years old and bought my first record album from Cavages. The Beach Boys Good Vibrations! It was the mall of choice when we were kids. It has been a sad sight to see it die a slow miserable death. They blew it when they took out the food court! Don't know what they were thinking. We used to take our kids over there during Christmas Season to ride the carousel.
Website has not been updated all the stores we went there for are no longer in the mall also the store map is not updated either
Not the same without the food court, but definitely still a fun place to go on weekends
Always enjoyed shopping at the Boulevard Mall, could always find what I needed. But it is noticeable that the brick n mortar retail concept is changing. Good place to go for touch n feel the merchandise!
Let's keep this place alive! So much potential check out journeys!
Okayish, not much shops but a decent place
So empty, so sad.
The expensive brother of Walden Galleria. It is a good place for a quick buy but it has less deals than the Galleria will have and it has a pretty bland interior compared to its peer. It is way better than Eastern Hills mall though. The TGI and Bonefish Grill are good places to visit here
Starting to die. Looks like the Summit Park mall did in the early 2000's. The two used book shops in there are very nice.
Many stores left due to the pandemic
T.G.I.F... love the different varieties of food. And is excellent & priced rt.
This is a mall that I love to walk around in, meeting people. Talking with friendly people. A nice looking mall, a go to mall for me.
#IssabellaPizzaria is amazing! Pizza is made fresh! Best pizza around! Best customer service ever!
Love coming and walking the mall with my husband and or son.. relaxing
The mall is almost completely empty
Great mall
Was pretty much empty. Went around 6pm they close at 7
Pretzel place was great! Macys was nice. Small quiet mall
This mall is pretty dead but this lends itself to quick purchase and exit.
Boulevard Mall is an alright mall. It is one story and has all the standard stores. It is a family friendly mall. I really enjoy that they have a kids play area and a family bathroom/nursing area (on opposite sides of the mall from each other).
Good personnel at H&M
Good location. Ease of access
Boulevard Mall is a smaller mall. It still has a good amount of stores that you could gain more of your own fashion and styles. No food court, removes stores.
Not too many food places left but this Chinese restaurant is amazing.
I have always liked this mall. Bright and colorful. Wear comfortable shoes. It's a big one.
Went to gabes. Good buys
Okay...there are several places at the mall that I love. Macys...good for cosmetics and jewelry. Bath and Body Works...check this place put especially at Christmas and Mother's Day. TGI Friday's...lovely for lunch and dinner. Look I love my retail therapy...not gonna lie.
I am so heartbroken that this place is going to close and be turned into real estate. This waa an iconic mall for the area. It was bad enough when they removed the food court for a useless sporting goods store, and now we are all paying the price. I just hope and pray that Taste of China (best Chinese food in the world, fight me) can find another location to stay open.
We ate at TGI Friday's! Great food
Miss the Food Court where we use to take our kids after many holiday shopping sprees. Need to energize this mall once again.
Used to be a beautiful mall but times have changed...
I like the new store Gabes
This mall needs a major overhaul. It's dark, several stores are empty, and the Macy's here feels like it's a discount store. I will not return unless I hear that it's been renovated and new stores have been added. Go to Walden Galleria instead!
This place has gone WAY down hill over the past seven years that I have been going. It used to be a pretty nice mall to shop at but now it is just a sad and empty shell of what it used to be.
Kinda sad seems like more than half the stores are closed
Definitely rating high on the customer service end.
Not what it once was. Sad
I hate malls, but this one is still clean and vibrant with a lot of different shops. Great place to just walk around in off times. Visit the used bookstore! Always something to find.
Small one floor mall but full of the popular shops and stores. Simple layout makes navigation a breeze. Ample parking but some areas of the lot are in need of repair. Various food choices throughout but lacking a good food court which was replaced by a Dick's Sporting Goods.
We used to come here for years when we shopped in this area. Haven't been here in years. What a disappointment. So many stores closed. Sales were not good. Miss the vibe of the old place.
Very empty, sad to see because of pandemic. This need to end soon. Stay safe, wear a ???? mask
Easy to find what you're looking for. Plenty of stores, some unique little one of a kind. Not so big you're there all day long.
I liked it. But there are 2 watch repairing kiosks there and neither 1 could fix my watch. Not that it's the Mall's fault. I did however find orange athletic sneaker laces that I love. And then finished off the night with a smooth Jameson Irish whiskey and Coke at the TGI Fridays bar inside. Had a nice evening. ????????????
Still has some goods.
Sad to see a nice mall on the decline.
Place is junk, man.
I was disappointed when I went there and saw that FYE was no longer there
Although there is competition from the outlet mall and the galleria, the sites here are competitive enough to offer strong values. We just picked up a good deal from Shoe Source on a name brand shoe.
It was fine. Kids had fun in the play area
I remember this mall in it's heyday. So it was sad. And I didn't find what I went in for...
It's a busy and convinient shopping mall that have a variety of popular-brand stores of clothes-Victoria Secret, Express, Gap, Banana Republic, Gymboree, American Eagel, etc.
It is so sad to see what the Boulevard Mall has become. It used to be a great place to shop with a large variety of vendors, but now it is very disappointing. Getting rid of the carousel & food court was an awfully big mistake. I hope the owners will try to better invest in the future of this place.
Good place to shop at the mall also has the best Chinese food restaurant in wny
Yes this is a clean, easy floor plan, safe place to shop!! I do feel bad giving such a bad rating but the people who are in charge here are running this mall into the ground;lack social media skills, Stores and personal have left because of how poorly this mall is ran,My rating has nothing to do with the regular staff and security employees are friendly, helpful and hardworking ,PLEASE SOMEONE HELP THIS MALL!!!!
This mall is dying just like the rest of them. Only difference is, I feel them removing thier food court was the first step to the downfall
Clean but empty
It might not be the busiest, but it's definitely the cleanest.
Has gone downhill over the years. Used to be better with the usual anchor tenants but has unfortunately fallen on rough times.
Decent mall. Nothing too special. It's small, but has a few good shops. Sad to see the food court go, but it must have been for a good reason. What can ya do?
Found everything I needed and enjoyed my time
Nice walk through the mall but it seems that there arent to many good stores left. I really wish there were more stores to choose from.
Ber clean
Lot of store out of business but, a great place to walk the whole mall.
Decent selection of shops, however, there is no food court or cinema. You can find all the major department stores you would expect in a mall and most of the smaller store large-chain retailers you would expect to find in a decent mall. Good amount of parking as well.
A pretty dead place. Great place to walk in bad weather
This mall has been going downhill quickly since the food court was removed. I work around the corner and noticed the people the food court would attract who then would do some quick shopping online longer go there.
Mall needs to either close or be completely redesigned, too many empty stores.
Only a few stores left since covid-19. ????
It closes early for someone who gets out of school at 6 and it takes 28 minutes to get there, It closes at 7!?
This mall is not great.
Love The Men's warehouse
It's okay, but it's not enough stores. There are a few good stores and that's it.
Very Upsetting watching this place go down hill. my childhood was spent here
Nice place to shop during daytime while most people are at work.
Big mall with many stores and enough parking
Nice mall with many good brands. Missing a food court
Used to be nice. Really no point now that the food court is gone. If you're looking for a quiet mall to shop at, it's the place to go..
Until yesterday, I hadn't been there for over a year. It's virtually a ghost town now.
I really love the Mall Experience!
2 1/2 stars. Thought they closed at 10 but I was wrong, its 9. okay stores they need to get a toy store back in there cause we went to buy my daughter a birthday gift.. also could have more food options besides tgif and Chinese food...
Nice
It's a shame what malls in this country have become. A shell of it's former self. Wish people would go into brick and mortar stores more, instead of being lazy and ordering everything online.
Uh.. Where's the stores?
I remember years ago when this mall was booming and used to have a beautiful food court with lots of places to eat and lots of stores since years have passed this mall is definitely a ghost town there's very few stores there's no place to eat except for Fridays and a Chinese place and there's a small convenience store in the mall I believe this mall is getting ready to close and if that is the case that is very sad considering that it was such a booming business model years ago it's sad to see a mall that once was so great down to almost nothing and Bare
Close and convenient to the north towns. Great for shopping and dining. Close to other shopping and dining. More to offer than just anchor stores.
I love shopping here! I hope that this mall stays open and doesn't ever decide to close and they need to add more stores here as well! Always a fun shopping experience at Boulevard Mall!!!
Very pretty decorated.... Love the mini markets..very family oriented.... Found some great things and will return... Customer service was great ????????????????
I want to buy buy baby I personally love this place its a sickness at this point. We couldn't find premee clothing anywhere and they had it and great selection.
The selection of stores is a little low. The mall is always clean and easy to navigate. I have enjoyed all of my visits here. I was able to find what I needed every time.
Great stores inside and around. Beautiful scenery and lots of eating options!
Great mall. Sucks they removed the food court. The restaurant selections are okay but simple fast food works best for busy type folks that wanna shop for a bit..
This mall is dying, it so sad
A bit shabby and the parking lot gas many potholes
The mall is dying. But it has a few stores open. No food court. Good mall if you like not a lot of people which is a good thing.
Good selection of stores, bit the format of the mall may change.
Only have 1 restroom! So sad :(
Not the same wirhout the food court. Used to enjoy the liveliness around Christmas.
Very nice shops ????
This place was magical in it's hay-day. Before the retail apocalypse came along, this was a place where we, as young and broke teenagers hung out. I have too many memories connected to this place. All the shopping done for dances, weddings, back to school etc. All the friends I spent hours walking around with. My first date was here. Truly a marvelous time in our teenage wasteland days. This wasn't just a mall to most of us, it was our social gathering. You saw everyone here on the weekends. Every store was packed. You could actually try clothes on before buying them. No "what I ordered online vs. what I got in the mail" issue. There was a food court that had a great variety of food. I became a regular there and made friends with employees. This was an organic way of meeting others and watching yourself grow out of the mall rat phase. As most reviews are stating: No more food court. Most stores are closing and nothing is replacing them. There is an eerie and quiet vibe when walking through this place. They don't even decorate as nicely for Christmas anymore. Why bother? Everyone shops online these days. The reason for my obnoxiously long review/rant is mostly due to sadness that this place that has been such a staple of my early years is dying out. Now an adult, I sometimes still do a quick walk around when I need something, but it just isn't the same vibe anymore. Who knows? Maybe one day far into the future, malls will become popular again. Time is funny like that.
No stores close it or get more tenants
It was ok considering over half the stores are not open. Went to book/ collectable store and Hot Topic. Actually nice without people bumping into you.
Such a beautiful building. I can't wIt for more new shops to go in.
My first time in the Mall. It was deserted. I only live across the street from the Mall. I have lived here almost three years. It's a nice looking Mall. It's a shame they sold it. One restaurant in the whole place.
Love it there
Your standard mall. Not an incredibly impressive amount of stores and very few customers. Close to University at Buffalo, not a bad drive.
I worked at blvd mall for years and shopped there also. It's a shame that that they'll be closing, where are we going to shop now! Very reasonable price mall had some good stores.
I walk. It was great!
This mall is on the wain, like a lot of malls today. Good place for mall walking.
Unfortunately this Mall has gone to the DUMPS! Some my favorite stores are gone. It's like a ghost town walking inside.
Just a few store and doesn't has store to buy food. Even though, they opened a new book store. I love book stores!
Lots of empty stores, needs more variety
Great mall to support the local businesses
We took our daughter here to have ears pierced at piercing pagoda. The young lady working there was wonderful. All the shops were clean and everyone was so helpful and friendly.
There is a reason this mall getting shut down. They removed the food court. Sure it's convenient if you want to put yourself through the chaos that is the boulevard mall. I prefer to take the 10 minute drive to the Galleria
Great shopping! Friendly staff. Very helpful.
JC Penney optical is a good place for eye wear. I came here from Sears when the optical office closed.
So many stores no longer there. I am hopeful they will reenergize the mall as businesses reopen
Sad....use to be so full of life. Few stores left. Good for odd n end shopping. Will continue to go until they shut their doors
Christmas shopping, good place to shop for any kind of gift
A lot of good popular places to shop. Also hair and nail salons available. As well as some good places to eat!
Nice large Gabe's store, along with JC Penney and Macy's which are nothing special but easy to navigate. Mall itself is probably only half leased with several seasonal stores.
Went to buy buy baby. Didnt find what i was looking for and ended up having to go to babies r us which is closing soon. Too far for me to drive to on a consistent basis...i live south of the city. Oh well...i guess target will be the place to shop for the kids now.
That's where Gabe's is.
For me it's convenient. Dick's sporting goods, quality merchandise, but pricey. Men's wearhouse, high quality, very very expensive. FYE cheap and cheerful.
Theres a chinese place across from tgi, off the hook, fresh and tasty food.
This mall is a place where you go to be in and out. It has potential to be more but it seems as it is not managed properly. There are vacant areas where stores have closed down. I have went here to go to lids and JC Penney. They have a decent selection but I am aware they need to do more to make more people come to visit the mall
Since this place houses the Screening Room Cinema Cafe, I'm giving 4 stars. The Screening room is one of my fave places to see niche movies, attend private screenings, meetings/presentations from a podium, or to visit and eat during a …
This is a dying mall, most businesses are closed.
Needs more big stores and restaurants.
Plenty of store choices but it could use some more fast food choices. To better attract a lunch crowd to do some shopping while there.
Half of this mall could be closed with what few stores remain open. Why aren't all those still open occupy the spaces vacated in one area?
Definately needs some rehab. NO food court only 1 Chinese fast food restaurant. Otherwise you must go out of mall to sit down restaurants
This mall needs the food court back if they did that more stores would open there and it would be a great mall again
Clean, easy to navigate facilities
Miss the food court!
Sad walking through... Hopefully the future is brighter
Very sad, not a lot of stores open.
Love the many stores inside this mall, especially Spencer Gifts novelty
Always nice to see a few businesses still thriving for good reason
They have most of every thing
Love Gabes
I have always loved this Mall. Even if your not shopping it's a good place to take a walk. Jc Penny's always has a gift or product I'm looking for. Covid regulations followed here, you do the same to help keep us safe.
Why are you going to a mall? Is the internet down? Honestly, go the the Galleria mall or don't go to a mall in this town at all. Most of the stores are closed. This place is going to die soon.
I hope in the near future that more stores open up in there. It hurts my heart to see it empty.
Feels like there is potential here and possibly used to be something great. Unfortunately, my recent visit displayed some anchor stores holding down a mall that has empty stores to fill.
Went to visit Gabes
Always enjoyed this mall growing up Its just sad half of it is empty now
I love this place for family no fights like galria mall
Stores are great but to many teenagers starting fights .
Went to Kay's Jewelers, the mall was very well maintained the, parking lot in some spots needs to be re-paved but over all a great experience
Big anchor stores with a Macy's and Penny's. Lots of other boutique stores to compliment the anchors. Worth a visit.
Clean, safe but many empty stores.
Amazing place for family fun safer and cheaper for shopping
Not many stores left leaves me feeling like I am I'm an empty Mall that's ""Because it is an Empty Mall put family oriented attractions in there and stores back into the Boulevard Mall "" .
Not much of a mall anymore. All the stores are closing but it still gets alot of people on the weekends and community involvement.
Fine
Unhappy that the stores were either empty, and closed at 7 PM during holiday shopping.
Not many stores
Like most large brick and mortar establishments nowadays the mall seems to be in decline. The mall had a bit of a "ghost town feel to it with many vacant storefronts. Having perused a few stores they were adequate and well kept, but a rather low amount of other patrons.
Kinda quiet for a mall
Basic stay. Nothing high end but its a very cheap price so you can't expect much. Its quiet and located right near a 24 hr gas station
Went here to buy a few things from Macy's. Washrooms were located at one far end... and we had parked closer to Macy's. I'd have been happier if there was a food court in this mall.
Walked the mall and I see some new things coming.
I love the Mall like having access to so many stores.
Great mall keep it open should never got rid of food court you should survey people that.go there what's needed
They still have everything I needed! Bath n Body, Jc Penney, Macys are just a few stores I visited!
Great place 2 shop, It well b missed
Mall is nice, spacious, and clean, but it lacks a certain appeal. It's like a ghost town in there. I visited last Saturday afternoon and there were practically no patrons. There's no food court either which was very disappointing and absolutely strange, especially considering this place is a mall. If you are looking for something to eat while there be prepared to starve to death. I will not be going back anytime soon. Didn't buy anything either. Most stores are pricey.
So sad to see what the Mall has become. There is barely anything in the Mall anymore. Middle of the day and some stores are opened, some are closed, there is no unity, and hardly anything to look at. Very sad.
The Boulevard Mall has been around a long time and has been renovated several times over the years. Still a fairly pleasant shopping experience but, sadly, tennants are leaving and not being replaced so choices are diminished.
Literal ghost town now. Was there for Spirit Halloween so I guess I got what I needed from them, at no small price though. #wayoverpriced #baddadjokes #stopusinghashtags
It's a shell of its former self. There are a bunch of empty stores. A few of the stores barely have any product, almost had an upscale flea market feel. Don't get me wrong it's not a bad place just not great either.
This mall seems like a ghost town now. Since the foodcourt left it's been even worse. There's nothing left but clothing and shoe stores. this is why the target plaza area is killing you. get some other kinds of stores in there.
Horrrrible there are no real stores left just a few. Waist of time going there
One of my favorite malls to go to. Convenient for me as well.
Very clean and great service in the stores but limited places to eat.
Bad parking lot. Very windy. Hard to see easy to hit the crazy amount of curved islands and speed bumps.
So sad to see so many boarded up stores. I remember the way it use to be
With big box retailers moving out and some small merchants moving the mall scene in western new york is dying quickly. Have been here during the holidays and the place seems empty. Except for J.C.PENNY there doesn't seem to be any drawing power during holidays or normal shopping days .
Good place is huge good stores and huge Macy's I recommend coming in the week because there's barely anybody so not many lines I rate 5/5
Always fun taking my kids while they blow all my money...ah well there's always next pay day for me
Went to Chinese food store got the best bubble tea around
Went to China King and sat in the mall to eat. Was told it was 2 people to a table and had to sit diagonal. There was 3 of us (same family). It didn't matter!!! But you could sit in the mall next to people. There are 4 chairs in a square.. no social distancing ????
Smaller than the Walden Galleria mall that isn't that far away, it still has most of the stores I generally go to for shopping. For people who live in the area, I can see the convenience of coming here but since I commute out of town, both locations being about the same distance, I seldom end up shopping here. For the smaller stores, the selection stays about the same since their real estate didn't really change. The big department stores like Macy's, the selection is noticeably smaller, particularly in the men's clothing department. If you are looking for in house brands, which many may not be aware of but I am since I am a former employee of Macy's, they had about the same. If you are looking for a wider selection in other fashion brands, I would go the Walden Galleria. I can't attest to the other departments as I didn't thoroughly inspect them. Understandably, men's fashion isn't grossing the majority of the numbers and if you know what you want, you can always have them order it and send it to you. This usually doesn't work for me since I like to try on everything and have spent hours shopping for clothes. Yes, as a straight male adult, I enjoy clothes shopping. This location didn't have enough for me to spend more than an hour trying on clothes, versus the Walden Galleria or larger locations elsewhere like the Destiny Mall in Syracuse where I have spent minimum 2 hours. Given the demographic in New York state, fashion is generally pretty conservative unless you are in New York City so the meager fashion selection for men's clothing isn't surprising.
We love that the Boulevard Mall participates in the "Cares" event! This has been a lifesaver to be able to bring our kids to see Santa and the Easter Bunny.
The Boulevard Mall is a beautiful Mall it is in need of a lot of stores like it used to be. Need someone to change the front of the store to make it more attractive this used to be one of the prettiest Mall in Western New York please bring it back we love it wouldn't want to be nowhere else check it out
One of my favorite places to be
It's going downhill bad I used to love that place but there loosing all the good stores I still like going there for my hats and boots
Almost all the stores are gone, no update since last year on any redevelopment from the new owner. Other reviewers say the pandemic killed the mall, not true. Stores started leaving when they took the food court out
Great place, it like all the malls has dome vacant spaces but this is definitely one of the better ones in the area
It's a mall, clean and not mobs of people. So I would say it was nice
Ok
Love the convenience
But just was checking out the meat truck out front. Nobody was there.
They took all the food businesses out other than that it was okay
Looks like a flea market inside nowadays
I still like this mall. May not have nearly as many stores as the others. But if you need to go to one of the one they do have. You won't have to worry about crowds of people and long lines. You can run in and out quick and don't have to worry about forgetting were you parked
Wow. Virtually empty. Half the stores were gone, not closed just gone. Another one ox America's malls ready to fold up?
I like to walk this particular mall. Not too crowded. I can usually find what I'm looking for quickly. Macy's is my favorite store in the mall. I do miss the food court.
Has a decent variety of stores. Very convenient and busy. One of the better malls in the area
Please don't end up like Eastern Hills
It's a nice place; clean, bright, open. Too bad it's so underutilized. Just a shell of what it used to be.
Small mall with some good stores. A nice place if you don't like crowd's.
We had lunch at Applebee's. Food very good, servicer was very pleasant, very kind , she answered all our questions . She made us at home.
It dead less than half the stores open
The mall as a whole is far from it's prime, but thestores that remain are alright. Dick's is cool and all, but I do miss the food court. My whole family does actually
Never busy anymore..losing too many stores tho!! And i was sad too c no bears singing in the middle at christmas time! I loved taking my kids too see it. Doesnt seem like the malls gonna make it much longer sad the retail apocalypse strikes again ????
Great place to walk around and great customer service and just a place to hangout and shop and hangout with friends
I shopped at Penny's and bought some ???? and a new pillow for myself. I haven't been there in years. I enjoyed it.
It's a decent mall. It's not super large and it's not as much of an attraction to make a day or evening out of. But when it comes to shopping it gets the job done.
If you're looking to burn a couple hours then go look at the stores in the Boulevard mall. If you're looking to go on a shopping spree, you better not be too picky. There"s not many stores there and there"s no more food court so your choices are restaurants that cost a lot and are eat in, subway or some Chinese place
Good
The mall is showing it's age. Still popular though it lost Sears. I still go there, just not as much as years past.
Many stores are closed. Who decided it was a good idea to eliminate the food court. That was a poor decision.
Very quiet there these days.
Sucks that so much is gone but there were more life to it than I expected. People still need to shop.
I love going to this mall. More local people. Unfortunately they eliminated the food court, and the carousel, a huge staple in the community. However they do have a few places to eat. The stores are not outrageously priced and it's not too crowded.
This is the heart of North Town, sadness that retail stores are closing. The best best to shop.
Smaller mall, but good for your needs. No food court but there is restaurant in the mall and restaurants all around.
I decided to take a walk through the mall for exercise, and since it was mid-day during the week, it was very quiet and easy to get around. I did a half-mile around the mall...but I did stop in to a few places to check out the sales. Clean, bright, with a lot of little places that I hadn't remembered were there.
Best chinese food is located in this mall with a very friendly & funny staff
Small limited number of stores, food court limited choices a few good restaurants in mall or adjacent.
It was awesome. Bought some bargans. Got some xmas ideas to buy. Did 10 laps around. Was sweet. I'll go back again.
Wonderful....love Macy's...always a pleasant experience!
Definitely need more bathrooms, not ok when a child has to use the bathroom and there's only 1
Used to be a mall bustling with humans but now only empty stores no American wants to rent and conduct business.
Great customer service. Clean
The mall is dead. Hardly any stores open. I miss the big box stores. I don't like not being able to try stuff on. The variety is missing.
It's a mall with a variety of stores. You should be able to find what you are looking for.
