I was in the Bell store on 450 Garrison Road a few days ago to get Bell TV and Internet. The staff was excellent & their hospitality was incredible but upon entering the store we noticed that the store was significantly hotter than the outside temperature. After a few moments it became very uncomfortable for my wife and myself and my wife become to feel faint and uncomfortable and was also having a hard time breathing. We then took her to the air conditioned car to cool down. This happened a few times. We were not the only couple to experience this. Multiple customers walked out due to the heat. We’ve asked the staff why their air conditioning isn’t on and felt extremely bad for them. This is completely unacceptable. Smarten up Bell you’re losing business. SHAME ON YOU.

Josh has been extremely professional - very likable. Following many, many calls with staff at Bell's 310-bell number, we were told that we could not receive our hubs by mail. Josh was able to order and get these in for us. Thanks
