This is a strip mall located on Torbay Road. You will find a Sobeys, a Good Life, First Choice Haircutters, Tim Hortons, Wendy's, Piper's, and some other places. I don't find the Sobeys here very good. They're fresh produce is always in short supply and looks wilted. I've bought stuff off the shelf multiple times from here that had been past the expiry date. Make sure you check your dates and what you're buying there. I do really enjoy the Wendy's from The Shopping Plaza

The main building is old, run-down which really needs to be redone or fixed up. Main attraction there is the Dollar Store and the H&R block office. There is an excellent Shoppers Drug Mart at the far end of parking lot.

A good, easy spot to go to. Not of choice and it's a chain. Everything is mediocre but you can know what to expect, watch sports, eat pub food or just drink with your buddies. Chill place. 5 stars for the caesars they make!

**update : GoodLife Fitness is now in the same plaza; shoppers just finished Reno's---so this is a growing spot for business, but great for the consumer also! You've got free parking, dollar store, h and r block, Chinese restaurant, tanning salon, pizza in a strip mall. Best kind. There's also shoppers and Tim's nearby within the same parking lot. This dollar plus store does helium balloons, a bonus for me personally.

The mall itself is nice. It's fairly small, and kept well clean, but the selection of stores is pretty slim, and while there is adequate parking spaces, the parking lot is not well kept. I think the Shoppers Drug Mart here is probably the largest business involved with this mall, and that's a separate entity

There's a few services in this area worth checking out. There's a dollar store, a tanning place, a dental clinic, a Shopper's Drugmart and some other services in the area

Couple of gems in this mall, including the Chinese restaurant which, in my opinion, is one the top Chinese food restaurants in st. John's area. Unfortunately the mall itself is starting to fall apart and needs major renovations. Heard rumors of a home hardware moving into the old Walmart location. This would be a good start at driving business back to mall, otherwise I could see it being torn down in the next few years.

I have probably been to every store here over the past several decades. Restaurants, pizza places, banks, grocery, retail and nearly anything else that was there. I have seen it change dramatically as the new stores have opened up and I still visit fairly frequently for the odd items. It is amazing to me how many different places I have gone to in this place but it has always been clean with a lot of parking.

Kind of empty. Has been around for many years but no cornerstone or large retail draw. Has the China Kitchen which is a busy location. Mall could use some variety of stores and updating to a more modern look and feel. Has lots of parking but northern exit and entrance somewhat difficult.

They have very good deals at this Shopper's drug mart on eggs and peanut butter and for seniors. It is in a good location also being right by the bus stop and within walking distance of Sobey's and Dollarama and Piper's on Elizabeth Ave.

The staff here are good. My main issue with this place comes with having to deal with the obnoxious odors coming from the perfume counter. My Canada post outlet is located here (Ive made numerous requests to change it to a new location only for my package to end up here due to zoning ) and I don't appreciate being forced to smell every synthetic chanel or dior fart thats sprayed there. Besides the perfume counter this location is great with helpful staff and great selection.
