Prices are decent compared to other Canadian tire type stores (marks, sportchek...). Staffs are friendly and helpful in assisting us to get what we want

Noticed the sign on the window advertising plus sized clothes, going up to 5xl. I headed inside to see what I could find, but I was shocked to find nothing above a 2xl. As someone who needs bigger clothes i was very disappointed that their advertised sizes were nowhere to be found.

Wasn't too busy at the time, we got help picking out sneakers in both adult section and kids section. Staff were patient and polite right through the whole process. Pleasant experience ????????

The employees are careless and rude. The employee at the door let approximately 10 customers in the store when there were already approximately 15 inside. The sign at the door stated a customer limit that was blatantly ignored by the employees (~12). The employee stated that the women's side of the store was full, so only shoppers looking for male clothing could enter first, prior to allowing a large group to skip the line and enter prior to other customers waiting in line. The employees made no attempt to socially distance. This store should not be open if the employees are unable to keep it safe.

Upon entering the store, Noah, one of the sales reps came and assisted me in finding a pair of hiking shoes. He was very hospitable and very well mannered. It is quite evident that this is a well managed company, and I highly recommend this.place to anyone.

I have been to this store to shop several times,, even twice last week , and I was shopping with my mother who has three disks in her back damaged and we were shopping for my brother ,, we had a lady helping us and we had a minimum of 400.00$ of clothes on the counter ready to be rang in , when I saw the shorts I was looking for ,, I went over to get the shorts and leaned down to get the box of shorts to show my mom hence she couldn’t bend down and over comes this man and stares at me while tapping his shoe at me all I asked was is there a problem he asked me and my mother to leave the store... it was his store and he didn’t want our business... I’m still in shock it was humiliating...

I stopped into the store on Saturday looking for a zip up hoodie, and the service I had from a young man was uncalled for. I left the store so upset, he made me feel so low. All I asked for was a zip up hoodie, he actually laughed in my face and said that they don’t make them anymore. He was making fun of me because I was looking for something that wasn’t his style. I walked out so low and hurt. I turned around and went back to the store to get his name to report the bad service I had from him . His name was Tyler. I hope no one has to put up with the same service as I did on Saturday. It was uncalled for.

I just want to say to the 16 yr old girl who served me and my son... THANKS SO MUCH!! She was so much help and the store was swamped with back to school shoppers. I was so lost as to where to look and what to get and she really made the difference. Wish now I knew her name. She was great with my son and really took the extra time to see how the sneakers were fitting.

Stopped by the Avalon mall store today to by a pair of shoes. We were greeted at the door and by the staff working cash The young gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful and made my purchase easy I had just come from another sports store and the service was very poor! Well done to your store nice to see that good service can still be found!
