2 stars has nothing to do with the smart centre itself but rather the city of St. John's planning department. Our smartcentres need better access, roads & ramps. The city's planning department is great at creating bottlenecks. Try going there between 4pm and 6pm.. traffic backed up down the ramp and on to the outer ring. Hazardous!!

Stores are spread out too much and there is not enough ways to safely traverse the area. There is not enough variety of retail here. It lacks many amenities, especially places to eat. It has only 4, not including Walmart. Definitely needs more diverse retail and improvements for pedestrians to get around.

This is a typical power center with a decent selection of stores, such as Walmart, Canadian Tire and of course a supermarket. Similar to Stavanger Drive without Costco. Also this is the only location of Home Depot in St. John's

It's not a bad collection of stores, but today I was unable to get ammonia at Walmart, Home Depot, or Canadian Tire. CTire at least did locate some in their Mt Pearl store and offer that, so kudos to you for that, the other 2 had no suggestions.

Smart centers is a term for a Walmart inclusive plaza with other box stores. This one is fairly new and has a great Sobeys. Also has Wok Box. This one is the best in town. Clean modern with properly cooked food.
