Wonderful customer service , Makayla is super nice and she did an eyelash lift on me although I am not satisfied with it at all, took an hour and a half and the end result was barely noticible. Only thing was good about it was the tint, which made my lashes darker. Other than that, there’s barely any curl to my lashes and I followed the aftercare instructions thoroughly. I don’t know if it’s becayse my eyelashes are short and really straight but I was not satisfied with this service at all. But makayla was super sweet, comforting, and very very customer service oriented . I’d recommend her to anyone, just was not satisfied with the results of my eyelash lift which came to 60$ with tax.

The girl was very pleasant, she had no trouble answering my questions and talking to me to pass the time. The nail quality and colour turned out perfect. She constantly asked if I liked it which I liked. However the price was expensive and it took 2.5hr to finish.

I went to get my nails done but they don't so people under 16 like come on ... and the day before when I went to ask how much it would be the manger told me all I needed was 65 and a parent's consent then they don't let me do it it's stupid

Worst hair cut of my life. Asked ( KYLA ) if she knew how to cut curly hair she said yes I have been a stylist for over 3 years. Was not paying attention as I was texting assuming she knew how to do a basic trim. Look up and she is cutting my beautiful curls one by one. I am mixed with very thick hair. The type of cutting style she was using was meant for people with very thin hair to give them more volume. Why would I want more volume when my hair is too thick as it is. This was Feb 2018, it is now one year later and my hair and still not fully recovered from this BAD hair cut. Literally don't understand how an employer can hire someone to work in a BUSY mall who lacks the skills they need to service every client. If she is weak in curly hair you send your staff for curly hair workshops or bring people in to help them. Free models etc. I found out after my hair was ruined that she was waiting to be trained in Deva curl because she don't have the curl hair knowledge. So if you have beautiful long hair make sure you research very well and don't go somewhere because the price is LOW. Cheap hair cuts are not worth spending over a year to repair someone careless mistake. Rant over. ! Love my new stylist Chyna Murphy at Athena By Anstey triple the price of a trim then glamour secrets but award winning stylist with numerous educational training within newfoundland and outside of Newfoundland. You get what you pay for and for me the price was ruining my beautiful long hair.

It has always been difficult to find a salon in this city that offers eyebrow threading. As mine grow out thick and dense, threading is the best option. Doha is so skillful and talented at what she does. I am glad I got it done by her and I am added to her permanent customer's list.
