Love shopping at Bidgoods for local products.

Employees are very people friendly , management is not . Most of the items are overpriced . The items that are priced , isn't the price that's being charged by their scanner .... this is completely unacceptable, they refuse to correct this problem... My suggestion is , to check your bill , before you leave the store , make sure the posted price is what they are charging you . This isn't a mistake , this is stealing from the customer .

Bidgoods was once the local homegrown grocery store that the east coast of Newfoundland loved. From the unique Newfoundland foods and gifts, it was a haven for visitors and locals alike. The commercial conglomerate Loblaws has swooped in and is quickly destroying our beloved store. We were shocked today when we went to buy some items. The mark ups are atrocious! I understand that inflation plays a factor with price increases; however, not to the point of blatant gouging. Shame on you Bidgoods and Loblaws.

Absolutely fabulous! They have the best home baked bread and other baked goods. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I was most impressed on how safe and ice free the parking lot and walk way was especially after the past storm we had.
