The fresh value is really the only thing of value here. The rest of the mall is vacant or run down looking. There are strip plaza shops outside of the mall where you can eat or grab some video games at EB games. Walmart is at the far end of the parking lot so why bother with this place. Luke I said fresh value is the only value here...

It's old, dirty, and very busy. There are some good stores in this plaza but the parking lot makes me not want to visit them. The ppl that frequent this mall can be mean and jerky. There is a walmart in the plaza - in the opposite side of the parking lot.

This is a nice mall, quite economical. You have a modern Walmart on one side, and an excellent ethnic supermarket on the other. The Dollarama is a big one, and the women always go to the nails boutique for their manipedies.

Nothing exciting about this mall. The Asian fresh market is very smelly. The meat section is even more worse. Wal-Mart is pricer compared to other Wal-Mart's. Dollarama is the only place worth buying.

This place has a pretty great grocery store (Fresh Value), a furniture store, some clothing/shoes/jewelry places, three separate fast-food joints, a DHL, a pharmacy, and a pretty good tailor. There are no public bathrooms here. Plenty of parking is available underground as well as outside. It's part of a larger plaza with Dollarama, subway, payless, etc.

Walmart has almost everything you need for your daily life. Cosmetics, utilities, eatables, dairy, packed food, grocery, veggies and fruits. Besides you can get bathroom necessities, supplements, beddings and even camping stuff. Books and stationery besides other kids stuff are also available.

There are variety of stores, you can find beauty products, food, Asian store, Walmart. Inside the square there is also a gas station. There is also a Scotiabank and has good access coming from Islington.

Store was pretty good and maintained. They have flue shots center also so if anyone is looking for flue shots book an appointment and go there. Staff is very good and supportive. There are plenty discount going on when I visited.

Very convenient mall in Etobicoke. But cleanliness is the big problem. It's too messy inside and it stinks at the end near the meat section. Needed some improvement.

It's not too bad. There is a corner store outside of the mall. Inside has a couple stores plus the Chinese food and West Indian food store. The main thing in the small is the Fresh Value grocery store though

Small mall with a grocery store, pharmacy and some restaurants. Fresh Value grocery store is quite fairly priced. Selection of fresh fruits and vegetables is very good. It's well stocked. It's worth to compare prices with Walmart (across from Fresh Value)...some prices are less compared to Walmart.

they always treat you like you're going to steal the whole place it's not friendly to be honest I shop there many times I don't see friendly face and the vegetables and all the product sometimes I feel like it is expired that's why I don't buy canning foods one time I try to buy the the bread and the bread has the mold I wish the food industry go check that place out because it's not safe to be honest

Asian grocery store here is da bomb. Great prices for produce, lots of random shopping options from EB Games, Dollar Store, Jamaican Food, etc. Same plaza as a beaten up Wal-Mart. But hey it's pretty good for 'Downtown' Rexdale.

I can't think of anything to comment so I'm just going to post a Blueberry pancake recipe. 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 1/4 teaspoons white sugar 1 egg 1 cup milk 1/2 tablespoon butter, melted 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, thawed 1. In a large bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. In a small bowl, beat together egg and milk. Stir milk and egg into flour mixture. Mix in the butter and fold in the blueberries. Set aside for 1 hour.A 2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

The Grocery store in Rexdale piazza, is terrible place to shop. One of the worst place to buy my groceries. Extremely rude employee. Lack of communication and understanding. Management doesn't care about customers issue or feed back. I will never ever go to this store again. Keeping in mind that we don't ask for free staff, if they don't appreciate my business then I will take to those who care and gives good service.

Visit to WALMART today was slower than usual. Of course they were short of staff as usual. Electronic department had no one there so I had to look for someone to page a person who worked in that department. It then took them 10 minutes to show up. Also visited the pharmacy and they weren't very friendly at all. I don't usually visit Walmart as the level of service is not there so I only go when necessary.

I love the Asian Mall. (I am not Asian). The variety and freshness of the fruits and vegetables is breathtaking. There is a fresh fish store as well as a butcher shop. The packaged food aisles I usually skip. Lots of traditional salted meat in brine. It is a feast for the eyes.

A convenient place to shop if you live in the area. The Walmart has most things you will need, especially bathroom tissue, lysol wipes, masks, etc. The Fresh Value is a good place to get Asian ingredients but check the expiry date on canned and bottled goods before buying. The Dollard is a great place to shop and the food options here are good with a Subway, and Popeyes. Also a lot of Halal options for take away

Fresh valu has amazing fruit and veggies. Their meats are very fresh so is the fish. Great prices. A bit messy but if you.are looking for value than mess should be overlooked. Living well in food court is excellent for people on budget. I strongly suggest trying their Specials. Wednesday jerk poutine is my fave. Dollarama is always well stocked.
