This Mall corresponds to the category of Pharmacy.
Sometimes helpful, good hours, good stock of stuff, good clearance prices it waits and line ups can be a little long sometimes. Over all, still a great store I visit weekly.
Generally I find myself waiting in a line of 5 or 6 people with only one cashier. Other times I have stood at the checkout counter for 5 to 10 minutes alone waiting for a cashier. I will not support self checkout. I’ve actually avoided shoppers for so long I don’t think I’ve been there in 6 months. Ive gone into shoppers several times looking for an electronic item on sale in the flyer which they never have. Why advertise it in the flyer if you don’t carry it?
I get my prescriptions filled here. Auto fill prescriptions by phone is a great service. Staff is friendly and professional.
This is a Shoppers Drug others but smaller. Regardless it has most items one would expect of a drug store.
I have always have had great service, good explanation for when problems occur and easy checkouts
After moving to Elliot lake I had my prescriptions transferred to this location. What a bad idea. Prices are CRAZY!!! Staff is uneducated. And wait times are pathetic. 24 hrs to be filled.? Think it’s time to transfer my business to Rexalls.
Have been with them for years, and not sure what has changed, perhaps a new owner or pharmacist, but we recently moved our prescription files to another drug store. Personal service and assistance almost non existent, not reading our prescription file notes, etc. Very disappointed.
Reliable services
I can not believe how unorganized and unprofessional this pharmacy is. I have never had to wait over 2 HOURS for a perscription to be filled. Im not going to put down my multiple experiences here but DO NOT use this pharmacy.
Older grey long haired pharmacy tech. Extremely rude to me and her fellow employee.. i asked if prescription was ready she said yes, but pharmacist has to sign it off.. and it will be awhile. They continued to yell at her partner taking prescriptions . Lady needs to chill and show more customer service .
Not only did the male Phamasist deny me my perscription because he disagreed with how my doctor perscribed it, he had the gall to charge my benefit plan for it.
They delivered services and dispite a few bad seeds there owner is right on
I've been in this store twice since moving to the are and I will never enter their doors again... I've had my very presence in the store questioned both times I've been there, that last time was as I sat with my family waiting an exorbitantly long time for my daughters flu shot, glares from members of the pharmacy staff who could not seem to comprehend my presence.. I must have been interrupting their constant gossiping about customers... two thumbs down..
Had the most wonderful experience at this shopper's I called to see if it was pet fatteningly like everywhere else in Gananoque, Unfortunately they were not. However, the kind young lady at the makeup counter offered to stand outside with my puppy while I ran in and grabbed a gift for my partner. Lovely people.
Great staff and service
Smaller location but good selection and I can always find what I need. Well-organized and well-stocked, they've been very reliable when I needed first aid items or medicines in a hurry. Always have great sale items too, on a variety of products and even holiday and seasonal items. I've been shopping here for years and they always have great customer service.
(Translated) I had forgotten my strips for my blood sugar tests in Quebec and the pharmacist was very kind, he called the pharmacy in Qc to collect the prescription and finally give me the said strips and a receipt to be reimbursed and everything went lasted just over 15 minutes. Great service! Super service !
The new owner has a bad influence, she worked at Rexall before and treats clients very poorly if nobody is nearby. Argues about everything, yet is all sweet and pleasant in front of a crowd. She is lazy and sneaky. The store is the usual SDM set-up, the cashiers are very helpful, pharmacy staff do their best but there is a constant turnover of people, so nobody knows you even if you are there most weeks. Staff part time pharmacists are excellent. Post office trained staff are terrible. incompetent and slow. Best to go to central Post office building for parcels, or use the mailboxes for letters.
friendly and helpful staff everything you could possibly need at midnight
I have been racially profiled in this Shoppers not once, not twice, but thrice now. 3 different incidents in less than a year. That says a lot. It's like (some of) the staff thinks I'm out to steal whenever I come here. Why ask to inspect my bag, and not the others'? What about me makes you think I'm a shoplifter? Can't think of anything but my race. Awful and humiliating. The only reason I ever come here is because of the lack other options. Otherwise, I would never set foot in this place ever again.
I was in garrison rd shoppers drug mart today late afternoon, the woman who was serving us was coughing all the time, had a mask on but still picking up our items to put in a bag, why do you have someone working there who’s coughing all the time, you have seniors shopping there and people who have babies small children, please only have workers that are healthy,
Basic shoppers with the necessities you'll need daily
Excellent service, friendly, helpful staff.
Tonight I got off work from the nursing home I've worked at for 20 years. It was extremely hot today and I work in dietary so it was extra hot. I've had anxiety as long as I can remember, shopping is very hard for me. So I sometimes look at something and look at something else while I think about it, and come back. Every single time I'm in the makeup section I hear the same announcement, and suddenly some young girl is asking me if I want help. That is the last thing I want. So it's blasted across the store like I'm trying to steal and you have someone come check on me. If I want help I will ask someone for it. Do you guys ever think about the fact not everyone wants attention called to them, that you are making it uncomfortable for some people to shop? That I'm not stealing, I'm making a decision. Now because of my anxiety, I will spend the rest of the night upset because I was reading razor packs to see what ones to get, not stealing
Im going right now and they have everything. I highly recommend coming here for anything, and the employes are really nice!
Great place with helpful staff and a handy location.
I'm addicted to this store!! Very friendly and helpful staff, the best place to shop in Kenora. Make sure you load those optimum coupons before you head out!! What can I say about the Optimum Program?! Not enough! I love collecting and redeeming my points. Amy in cosmetics is a star, and so is the amazing cashier who helped me pay for my dog food!! The managers must treat their staff well because the staff treats their customers very well!
Helpful, friendly staff.
Some things are pricey.selection is good .and staff pleasant
One of my go to stores in Gan. Friendly, clean, bright and easy parking. Pharmacy is the best!
Incredibly rude pharmacy Staff. Either a huge chip on their shoulders or a God complex. WILL never spend another penny there.
Standard shoppers. Post office at this location. Very clean. Pleasant staff.
The pharmacy staff are all very welcoming and understanding. They are available to help and explain any of my questions or concerns.
Just there... 20 people in line, and 1 poor cash. Unacceptable!
Stood in line up of 6 people waiting to checkout. Only one cashier handling cash and lottery purchases. Other cashier standing at self-checkout to help credit and debit customers, but no one using that checkout. She did not come over to open use another till to help with the lineup of customers. Likely told by management they want to force us to use self-checkout. So we were waiting and waiting as the single cashier struggles to serve us. We can't use self-checkout because it is a cash purchase. Finally I left store and went next door to Rexall to make my purchase. Quick service at checkout there. When a store installs self-checkouts they are not interested in providing convenience. They want to reduce employee wages at the expense of customer service. Avoid those machines like you do the illnesses you usually have to go to the drugstore to treat.
Staff is friendly, clean store and well organized. I frequently visit for essentials and beauty products.
All the staff here are super friendly and helpful. The pharmacy team is amazing and treat you like family.
The manager of the cosmetic counter at the Gananoque store has got to go. Entirely bad attitude and just over-all bad attitude. Asking a simple question about a moisturizer will get you a scowl and an eye roll followed by the answer of I don't know. You'd think that the manager of cosmetics would know some basic skin care needs. It's not an isolated incident either, unfortunately has happened on multiple occasions. I no longer buy any makeup or skin care from that store. I will order online or shop somewhere else. It's too bad as well because they've got a great selection of both skin care and make up at all different price points.
The staff inside were very pleasant but as I walked outside with my purchases I was met with a cloud of cigarette smoke. This was at 9:21pm on Monday, June 29, 2019. The smoker was a female Shoppers Drug Mart employee wearing the blue shirt. She was standing outside beside the in door. I am a survivor of cancer and I don’t need to walk thru smoke when attending a local pharmacy.
Me and my friends go there all the time to buy make up
I have a really hard time trying to get my meds from this one physician there a colored older lady gives me a very hard time and is very nasty toward's me????????. On the other hand the male physician is very nice to me and helps me with everthing thing I ask and give me break's all the time????
Over the phone service was good.
Friendly pharmacy and pharmacists. Small store but has most of what is needed day to day!
The pharmacy is getting so BUSY Now no personal contact shoppers drug Mart over two years can't REMEMBER my Name I feel like I'm not a Person Anymore, I'm client number #******?
Nice and big one. Staff very nice.
Very helpful staff
Very upsetting! I called to renew prescription and four days later they lost it. Who does that? No call back ! My doctor is now on vacation still no prescription! Very upsetting! I have been 18 years with shoppers I never knew that EL shoppers can be so uncaring and disorganized and so incompetent!
I am from out of town and asked for the pharmacy to have a prescription transfered for me that was very important and desperately needed. The manner and level of customer service was absolutely disgraceful. I am so disgusted in the attitude presented to me by 2 pharmacists that I want to complain to a higher level. I asked their names and they would not provide it, I was literally calling back and forth between the 2 businesses for 3 hours to only find out that the prescription still hadn't been transfered. Just a horrible experience which is so disappointing for a Shopper Drug Mart.
Nice clean store. Nice varitey of items.
Always very helpful, friendly staff. I like having the option of self-checkout or a staff member if I need additional assistance.
Normally I am quite pleased with the service I get in this store but yesterday I was thoroughly disappointed ☹️. I had to pick up a prescription from my cardiologist who had sent it to them on Wednesday. It was ready for pickup yesterday afternoon which was great. I paid for it and stated to the cashiers that I have never used this before, could the pharmacist take a moment to inform me of what I needed to know. She said absolutely and asked the pharmacist to speak with me. After watching him continue to fill 3 more prescriptions and was reminded that I was waiting he continued on. I finally left after waiting for 10 minutes. Done ranting.
Shoppers in Glacé Bay is the best drug store around in my opinion. Pharmacy staff can always find time to speak to you. The front staff is helpful and polite. Thank you for all you do! The pharmacists are second to none.
Came inside and was met with glares from employees stocking the shelves. Went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist told me the "prescription had just come in, she didn't have a chance to fill it yet" which I later found out was a lie, they had got the prescription and submitted a claim to my insurance 3 days earlier. (It's fine, you didn't think I'd be in the pick it up. I get it. I don't think you should've lied about it though). They borked filing the claim so the insurance rejected it, and told me that the insurance didn't cover it, I was going to have to pay out of pocket. Whatever, I thought, I'll figure it out, and paid it. Went home to see that they had submitted a second claim (3 days ago, when the original one was rejected) that was still pending. Had to call insurance and untangle their incompetence, and submit my receipt so I would get reimbursed. Everything else was clean and organized and the postal office was ok though, I recommend maybe trying the other location in town, or driving to Kingston if you need to pick up a prescription, not worth the hassle of having to submit claims manually each time because they don't know what they're doing.
Check medications before leaving the prescription counter. Twice I was given the wrong bag of medications for my toddler. Highly dangerous for seniors not paying attention or poor eyesight whom dont notice. Tried to take to manager on duty whom simply says "oh you should contact the store manager".....what do you think Im trying to do! Do ur job before someone gets hurt
Cashier was very polite and had an inviting smile on her face. Was very refreshing to see!
They don't keep my prescription on hand, so requested I call in 24 hrs in advance. I did that, but when I went to pick it up the next day, they said they didn't have it, hadn't ordered it, and it wouldn't be available until the following day. I needed it now. When I asked what my options were for getting it today, I was told they couldn't help me, there was nothing they could do, and that I just needed to wait until the next day. The lack of care and compassion was blatant. The woman was more interested in telling me it wasn't her fault that the medicine wasn't available than she was in helping me to get it. I called Walmart Pharmacy a few blocks away and they had it on the shelf. Walmart had my perscription transfered and I picked it up 20 min later. But there was nothing Shoppers Drug Mart could do!
Absolutely terrible service....
Very nice clean location , Just sad that they price guide during a pandemicTheir stuffIs almost double ALL OTHER stores
Friendly helpful staff in a clean organized shop. Ample parking in a newer retail environment. Close to the highway. Bammm
The ladies working the front end and cosmetics are super nice. Though the pharmacy department I've had nothing but problems with. Go to Pharmasave for your pharmaceutical needs.
Unbelievable this shoppers. Very rude. Some of which the older works seem to be racist. Was accused of stealing . Even went as far as charging me saying they had on video . But then when I was ready to bring it to court , they said they make a mistake trying to be apologetic. Lmao Sad store. Only ever one worker at the register when there's a long line. When I ask for help I always get rude responses. This has been going on for some time. With not only me but many others Are saying staff there treat people of color differently. ???? Terrible just terrible service. Minus 10 star
They could be faster with prescriptions
Very disappointed lately with the pharmacy...last three times we have asked for just one month worth of our prescription and when I go to pick it up...there is 3 months worth....why???... Are the staff working on commission? Now I have to wait around while they have to re-count pills..today tried to sell me 2 boxes of my meds when I had specifically asked for just one... again had to wait while they fixed this.... thinking it is time to switch to a different pharmacy....
Convenient with a wide variety of things and open later than other pharmacies in town! Getting prescriptions here is always super easy and fast. The pharmacy staff are very knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate the connivence of their up to date systems. The store is well stocked although I’d like to see more of the beauty area like in other shoppers drug marts across the province (with more options and variety) - other than that would recommend this location!
I come here to shop, not to get profiled like I'm about to steal something.
Great service n products but you pay alittle more
Meh
Go to rexall for prescriptions. ???? I asked the pharmacist if they would eat the prescriptions fee that's not covered by my drug plan. They said No so I found a drug store that would. You guessed it!
Good clearance sales. Pharmacy is friendly and helpful.
Bought a 75$ gel nail kit, the gel polish was rock hard. Went in to ask about an exchange, got told off (literally to go away) until the virus was over to ask a manager, but was advised that they wouldn't help me either. ?? Ok.. every time I started to ask a question I got interrupted and told off by the makeup counter clerk, Alison. Wouldn't answer any questions I had, just repeatedly told to leave until I gave up. Absolutely disgusting behavior, I understand that everyone is having a rough time but there's no need to treat people so badly. Anyways 0/10 horrible experience.
It's too bad the nurse giving the Booster shot today wasn't as nice to the woman as she was the men. Making it evident we were more of an inconvenience to her, than the elder gentlemen she could flirt with. Thought it was quite Unprofessional. All in all, I find some of the staff, rather snooty. I Will be sticking with Kingston. Friendly staff there.
I was told 15 minutes to wait for my script but it turned into 1 hour and 20 minutes later!! Upon checking the whereabouts of my meds at 15 minutes, all 6 people behind the counter couldn't serve me, was ignored and then told to step aside so another customer could be served! my 'script wasn't ready yet....1 hour later, my unhelpful pharmacists clerk couldn't find my meds and forgot my name. When they finally did get it to me it was more waiting to talk to another person who was standing around talking to one of the other 6 people practically the whole hour l was waiting!! Very disappointing customer service. I shant get any more scripts filled here unless I absolutely have to after hours.
Probably the SLOWEST shoppers in the world. Its ridiculous.
So much stuff under one roof. Food items, cosmetics, drugs, chocolates. Wow
Very rude shopper ever I have felt. Very rude and racist staff in canada post pick up. Please remove them. I was in the long queue and when I got my number then she said your post is here but is not ready for pickup and i was as per mentioned time in my receipt. Very very rude. They don’t know even How to talk with customer. Never again
Nice clean and organized store. Cashier was amazing. Found exactly what I wanted here. Russel Stover chocolate when no one else carried it. ????????????????
Amazing clean and organized store. Big parking lot.
Had my son's prescription faxed over from his dermatologist yesterday went to go pick it up was told I'd have to come get it first thing in the morning and that it would be ready I got there in the morning prescription not ready and then to find out it wasn't even anything they needed to mix it was just a tube of cream they had to put a label on my son didn't sleep at all from the discomfort in amount of pain he was in because he couldn't get his prescription.
Love the PC optimum.
Attitude at the post office is always good.. if not excellent... I often pick up Amazon packages there. Edit... I left a scathing review months ago near the start of the apocalypse.. everyone was on edge.. attitudes... mine included have improved so... Ive retracted my previous comments and re-reviewed SDM.. with a fresh perspective.
Small, quaint, well stocked store. Wonderful employees who are willing to help and are very kind. Kevin is a great pharmacist, at the ready to assist and answer all of your questions. Highly recommended establishment.
Great help and plp
I asked the pharmacist for a recommendation today and he was extremely helpful. Then the front cashiers were super friendly and super quick!
Always good service and friendly staff
Good hours, but everything is overpriced. And even though an item says it's on sale doesn't mean it is at checkout. Save money and just go to Walmart instead. Won't be going back.
This store had quite a variety of items you might need, all in one stop.
Good sales
Convenience store prices on most items here. They also only have one cash open to coerce you to use the self checkout.
No enough saff at cash.
Always try there best to address every one
Love the shopping and the rewards.
Staff is rude I was yelled at from across the store for not wearing a mask I'm exempt the staff member embarrassed me to the point of me shopping there only when I have to she could have just asked me in private quietly the staff stands …
This shoppers is the worst i have been to. The pharmacist (bigger guy with glasses) is always so rude! They have messed up my birth control twice now.. not sure if these people know what they are talking about. one time they gave me a generic brand and told me it was the exact same but decided to give me this one cause i didn't have coverage at the time. It was not at all the same and completely messed up my cycle. I didn't mind paying the extra for what i wanted they didn't give me that option.. that was last year. Then on Friday i went in for 3 refills and the lady told me my Dr. only gave me a script for 3 packs which was odd cause he always gives me a year supplies worth. So i didn't get the script i needed to start on Sunday. I went to my Dr. first thing Monday morning he showed me the script he gave me (the one shoppers already had) and it said 3 refills... so he gave me a new script and even circled the 3 refills part and laughed like wow... When i told the girl that my pills now got messed up because i was supposed to have 2 more refills and i didn't get them on time she was like well you have this script now right... that wasn't the point i wouldn't have had to get that script and i wouldn't be behind in pills if they did their job correctly. Not to mention when i was standing in line this gentlemen pulls some vitamins off the shelf and asked "are these chewable?" the pharmicist says "well they are gummies so ya!" in a rude tone like the customer was a dummie. Some people cant read completely especially older people or if they are picking it up for someone else they want to make sure its the right thing. No question is a stupid question especially when it is about medication.
Worst pharmacy in Kenora. Very slow. They magically "haven't received" faxed in prescriptions on 2 occasions, even though the fax was confirmed "received" by the original sender / fax machine. Very frustrating when a person has driven a hour into town to get the prescription. Save yourself a lot of headaches, find another pharmacy.
Quick stop while waiting for car. No real issues. Slow lines and staff only all that friendly. I usually stick to pharmasave in my home town. Cheaper
Good sales. Sometimes problems with the delivery of paramed supplies I think the student truck driver is a relative of someone like at Waterloo Ontario pharmacies hence doesn't push himself ever and I think he pretends that he calls me when he doesn't call me and he is at the cafe of st tim having a coffee. For me
The Shoppers Drug Mart in Fort Erie have thefriendliest staff. They always have a smile and are very accomadating.
I was treated like I was beneath the cosmetics girl, she was SO rude and pushy lost my sale instantly
Shopper's is a delightful combination of the everyday and the deluxe. You might be trudging inside for Kleenex and Tums but the Cosmetic Counter lady greets you like a celebrity! Designer fragrances bring back the frisson of department stores from days gone by. The staff is caring and friendly which means a great deal during Christmas in the Age of Covid. The Post Office serves the customers with true grace.
Awful place full of incompetent pharmacists who constantly “lose” prescriptions
I am a senior and visited your Fort Eire store today. I had 5 items to pick up and tried to get a basket to put them in. I could not separate the baskets as they were jammed together. I then went to get a cart. No problem getting a cart but there was nothing available to use as a disinfectant or wipes to wipe these carts down. I realize these are trying times but you are open to provide necessary services and I would expect as a pharmacy you would better protect your customers. Maybe you should visit Sobies to see how it is done.
I wanted to thank one of the employees, Ethan. I believe he is one of the managers . I purchased something from the electronic section and it was incorrect. He took time to hear me and do the best he could in the situation. I also want to mention that the woman that assisted me with the purchase was lovely and both cashiers that assisted were absolute dolls! I genuinely appreciate how lovely you all were.
Excellent knowledgeable staff, polite, helpful and very professional. The Pharmacy team takes time to make sure one understands the medication and clearly answers all questions. All staff are very considerate of the older customers and take time to listen to their needs and then provide helpful suggestions. Highly recommended.
Pretty much has everything you need in a drugstore that is comparable to a big city SDM
Staff was great and pharmist went over and beyond for me excellent service..
went into the shoppers and stopped at the pharmacy to ask where to find a product. Person standing in front of me, looked at me then turned and walked away, no can I help you or someone will be with you. Another person in the pharmacy quickly came over and helped me find my product. one rude person and one very helpful person.
One of them got rude at me over the phone because they sent out the delivery person to my house (without my knowledge) and I wasn't around to answer the door, this would happen a lot even after I told them not to send the delivery person to my house. Too bad there's only one shoppers in Fort Erie.
Go somewhere else. First the woman on the phone didn't have time to write down the bottle size I wanted my medications in so they were all wrong. I should have checked before I left the store but of course they were all packaged and there was a line-up behind me. Then when asking about a vitamin I was told that there were many and to pick what I wanted because she was too busy. Nice to get free advice after just spending a thousand dollars. They only want your money, go somewhere else.
Prices are outrageous. Some items are 25% more than most other stores. However, that is management and most of the staff are friendly.
I really do not know why I go to Shoppers Drug Mart in Fort Erie, some of the staff there are so rude. I went there today with my daughter to get a prescription . I went with my daughter because she was diagnosed with a mild intellectual disability so she is not very good around people. We were lined up just outside the door and when it got to our turn to go in the lady manning the door was not very nice about the fact two of us were going in. This is not the first time I have been spoken to in a harsh tone, I think I am going to start going somewhere else for my drugs in future.
Good selection
Great store
Service I got at beauty counter was not the best. I came to return an item that was broke and the lady wasn’t super helpful and couldn’t complete my return. However the other cashier did do it fast.
Love shoppers drug mart at Gananoque.....I find everything I need...the pharmacists are very helpful and knowledgeable!!
Be nicer if it was bigger way to small, one of the smallest shoppers in Canada!!! Yes wheelchair accessible to go in but hard to go anywhere in there so I don't go. Isles to small inconsiderate!!! Nice to hear they have no name products.
Exceptional customer service products are well-organized and store staff is always ready to help!
very unimpressed. went to fill a prescription today. was told it would take 1/2h, took over 1h 5min. after 35min I was told it would be 1 min longer and they hadn't even started mixing it yet. I was in a rush and would have appreciated more honesty than that. when it was ready there was no paperwork included that usually explains what the medication is for and side effects etc... neither the pharmacist nor the pharmacy assistant took any bit of time to explain the medication, how often to take it, etc... very disappointing and lacking in customer service.
went to see my doctor on a Monday, he unfortunately was on holiday. My high blood pressure pills needed refill. So as usual shoppers drug mart was my go to place. have been a client of theirs for years. In the past when requiring a short refill to get me by until I can see my own doctor, there has been no problem. On this day the young women behind the refill desk wanted nothing to do with assisting me, then projecting her attitude toward the pharmacist, who then promptly rejected my refill, which had run out that day. If they don't want to be in the business of assisting the public they should look for work else where, I have since moved my business and will be recommending others to do the same.
awesome owner
phone number posted on shoppers site goes to fax. unable to call.
Rude rude rude in the back.... they won’t even borrow from other pharmacies
Great staff! Great service!
Racist staff everyone is rude walked in with my black friend the other day got treated like second class citizens. And got stares like they never see people there that’s not white. What a embarrassing store.
I was at the Fort Erie store today. I was in the cosmetics dept. and was helped by Sheila the cosmetician. She was pleasant and very helpful making for a good shopping experience.
This store I personally didn't care for. I went in to get a prescription filled and I was told to come back the next day and pick it up. When I went there the next day, not only was it not ready but they hadn't even started it. So I will switch drug stores.
Convinient hours
Fast and good service 10/10 would recommend
This is the WORST Shopper's Drug Mart I have ever been inside. The pharmacy staff are unprofessional. They will only refax my doctor after 1o days if the doctor does not respond. When speaking with my doctor she said she never received a fax from them and was concerned over the 10 day wait to refax.
Very helpful and friendly
COSMETIC DEPT: Extremely poor customer service and management. Manager was unfriendly, unkempt, aggressively non-helpful in attitude and neglectful of front counter (due to unpacking stock in 1st aisle, without frequently checking for waiting customers). After being called to department counter via phone, refused service to exchange w/o receipt for store credit of SEALED UNUSED UNOPENED products, that are carried within store. Products ie: "Degree" Deodourant and "Rimmel" Brow Filler, "Nivea" Essential Lip Balm, "Lancome" eye make up remover, and "DUO" false lash glue. Will not be returning to this local department for any future purchases, will choose a kingston location, due to inconsistent customer service standards (per employee) would not recommend shopping here if in need of assistance from a sales associate or Suzi, the manager of cosmetics. Her Extremely poor attitude in aiding shoppers was discouraging, Manager is also highly inattentive to customer service, and overall monitoring of department.
So frustrated, store owner Ana Lees unapologetic, 3 weeks to get monthly medical supplies, put you on hold and forget about you, no advance phone call of delivery, not at home, product goes back to store and nobody calls you to follow up, told my phone was out of service, wrong product ordered - have to wait another 3 weeks UNBELIEVABLE!!! Switching to REXALL, they can have product in store within 2 days of request and free delivery, talking with them on the phone, they asked if it would be okay to put me on hold - at last - some courtesy!
Fine Mart. Knowledgeable staff.
Very Friendly Staff, my husband & I both find the staff at this Shoppers location extremely polite, helpful, courteous & considerate. Every time we are in the store we have a very enjoyable experience.
pharmact big let down since new owner. everymonth there is a problem, cancelled one of my meds for no reason , meds that have been taking for years, without Dr. o.k. or even checking with me or anything. will be changing pharmacy, had enough of having deal with withouth them adding more stress to my life. very dissapointed and someone needs to check up on them to find what the problem is there right now.
I love the staff at the fort erie location they are always super friendly, I would love to give a higher rating over all but unffortunatly their prices are outrageous, it's pretty bad when a convenient store is cheaper the them most the time
I just had surgery in Kenora and had to get an escort to drive me home. After release it had to pick up meds. The doctor wrote over the counter recommendations. But the pharmacist charged me an additional $12 for an $8 bottle of Ibupropen and an additional $12 for an $11 bottle of extra strength Tylenol. Talked to pharmacist and he said too bad we fill them quick. He said they ask if you have coverage but I wasnt even conscious enough to enter store and the driver sure didnt know. Watch this Pharmacy as if you can get it over the counter they won't advise you like other pharmacies. This one just wants your money.
Store often does not honor the advertised items in their flyers. - Cream 2 for $3 in flyer but $3.09 on the shelf ( staff : - sorry error in printing - no sale bacon anywhere in sight in the morning of the first day of the sale Wife has to get stuff but I will wait until Loblaws and Shoppers develop an honesty streek.
Not vary good customer service from the native male pharmacist but other then that problem great store and great female pharmacist
