Plenty of room for parking...not many stores to shop at. With the added inconveniences of the pandemic to top things off. There's very little pleasure left to be had when shopping (this is coming from someone who hates shopping). This goes for most places, not just this Center, which is sad compared to when it use to be the Brookdale Mall.

A moderately decent variety of stores that includes a Food Basics, Reitman's, Penningtons and LCBO. A Planet Fitness is also located in this mall.

Decent stock. Workers aren't knowledgeable though. Asked if they had a particular beer, the employee said no, we don't carry thst. We found it a few mins later. They are always clean and tidy and quick to open other cash registers when busy BUT employees need to up their game on what's in stock

Stopped at the popcorn kiosk and I had forgotten my mask I asked the people working there if I could get a mask from them and I would order some popcorn and some drinks if they could Supply me the mask because I forgot my mask in my car the ladies behind the counter told me it was company policy that they were not to give out a mask two people that do not work there so even though I offered to buy a drink and a bag of popcorn thinking that I would get a mask she said no so not only did I not buy anything from the store I went to the kiosk next door to them that's old cell phone parts cases stuff like that and the person behind the counter gave me a mask for free and the people running the popcorn stand would not serve me because I did not have a mask and they would not provide me a mask even though I had offered to even purchase the mask so I will never do business at the popcorn chaos in the Brookdale Center

Good mall, poor design. Nobody knows how to use the multiple stop signs at the entrance and poor visibility when turning around the mall. An accident waiting to happen but fills all your needs.

It's very sad , there's nothing left ! Have lost all my favourite stores in last couple years , everything from Suzy Shears, Payless, Bently , Things Engraved Claire Delune and many more, Sears ,the grocery store that wad replaced by another Dollar Store, now Tan Jay is gone , Tip Top tailers , Garage, and more!!!!! I don't know what's gonna happen, it's the only mall in Cornwall and the owners don't Sam to care if they fill the vacancies??????

Like the Tootsies shoe store which has good selection and prices. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Always get my shoes there. They are very helpful to check and make sure you are comfortable before leaving.
