This mall is struggling to keep tenants and their customers. It is in a questionable part of town which makes many people hesitate to go there. Maybe one day the stores will get together and hire onsite security to help protect the customers and make them feel more safe when they come here

Good stores well staffed and very little crackheads sticking around this lot and for Chilliwack that's a rare thing. They still go through it so be careful but not like the Save On lot.

Man does this store look all shiny and new. It had a very sterile look and feel to it however. They have some fantastic bargains in the large bins. I bought two bags of only on sales for about $42 and saved $19. Impressive. Staff still super polite and all shiny and new also. I think it will do well.

Lots of people in masks running around these parts nowadays. Not sure how I feel about it but I kind of like it. I personally am not a psychopath that thinks a mask will save my life made from some old fabric off your grandma's old curtains. But this place has treated me good so far. Haven't been robbed here, security guards can be creeps at times, but the businesses are chill and always treat you good. Just don't stand to close to anyone or you get yelled at by the world. Overall a cool place to check out as there's only crackheads in the rest of Chilliwack downtown .

Southgate is a good shopping center. They have many shops and a pharmacy. Weather it’s pizza or a snack or some medicine, there is something for everyone

For a smaller plaza they have a great variety of stores ranging from a shoppers to a few places to eat (fast food, health choice, and a restaurant) as well as manicure, delivery, dollar stores etc... Good mix:)

Even though the parking can be a bit of a chore some days, Southgate Shopping Center has a good size Shoppers Drug Mart, with a good amount of staple groceries, there's a Sushi, Ceasar Pizza, Youngies Restaurant, Florist Shop, Travel Agency, Employment Center, Vehicle Insurance to name a few of the businesses there.

Parking is plentiful but difficult to get to and the stalls are very narrow and difficult to get in and out of even with a small car. Specialized Doctors offices, Drugstore is expensive even for non- medical supplies like make-up, shaving needs. Clothing store for women, nice clothes but overpriced for last years stock. Not a great selection of shops, restaurants.
