Confederation Mall is a small but clean, convenient and cool shopping mall where you can find banks, clothes and refreshments. The interior looks beautiful and the mall has four entrances which makes it easy to find and walk through.

This place is more stores in the Charlottetown mall, but most of them are Island businesses. There are a lot more stores by remember which is a positive, but they still need to introduce more National retailers to the place if they wants to attract more customers since the mall is usually a bit quiet.

This mall has mostly higher end quality stores and gift shops, geared towards the business personal that work in the downtown area, not many options for those looking for "deals" and not really the kind of mall for those looking to browse. It is my personal opinion that this mall is geared towards the tourism clientele with many "collectable" or knick knack shops for tourists shopping when they get off the boat and looking for souvenir items!! Be sure to have change for the parking meters as they watch the meters very closely!!

I visit the mall every couple of weeks. There are several good stores. Some good sales. Nothing is outstanding it's rather average in my opinion. There is a new pizza place up stairs but I don't want to pay $20 for a small pizza.

This downtown Charlottetown mall, located one block north of the Confederation Centre of the Arts and Province House, has seen better days, with empty storefronts. Still, there is much here, especially for tourists, including various high-end souvenir shops and the excellent Bookmark independent bookstore.

Still a very big need for underground parking. If you are only slipping In to pick one item up, it's a nightmare to find a parking spot. I dot use parades as I'm only going in for a 5 to 10 min. But its something not I avoid like the plague. Just not worth it.

Went through this mall for the first time ( in a long time)the other day. Sort of sad. Shoppers was the busiest store, and that place is a level of sketchiness ya have to be ready for. Oh and I'm not sure why but The Bookmark is still in this mall though. It's cramped, but it's a good spot.

Parking can be painful to find on the streets. Metered parking around town or parkade is close by. One on Queen st has a bridge pedestrian indoor bridge crossing over Kent St to second floor of mall. Spa here has great massage therapists. Have a good time. Oh cellphone chargers you can lock your cellphone in to charge as you walk around shopping.

Overall, I have good fond memories of the mall. Now, I can't honestly tell you the name of any of the stores inside anymore. They change so often if they're not street adjacent. I imagine there is still a few decent lunch counters upstairs, but the mall closes so early most days.

Went up to the food court to try to find something to eat and the employees at all 3 establishments were extremely pushy and aggressive in trying to get our business. We were standing at a distance trying to decide what we were craving and they began to shout at us what their specials were and pressuring us to eat there. It's a food court, not a market. We ended up leaving the mall immediately because we were so uncomfortable. Management should really address this, especially during the height of tourist season.

A nice quaint little mall - so much smaller than the ones I am used to, but it was a nice change. There were different stores to browse in and find some treasures I found the staff in the stores incredibly friendly and full of knowledge, which enhanced my visit to the East Coast (especially since I had never been before and was roadtripping with family from Holland).

Friendly people here in Charlottetown for this visitor. Easy to find parking. Used my GPS on my phone to locate the Shoppers Drug Mart for a special on eggs and Coca Cola Zero. Found everything on my list. Free meter parking on the weekend. ????
