A shopping complex which is about 10-15 min away from Terminus Longueuil. With the several options of departmental stores, I guess one can find most of the basic necessities here (Bureau en Gros, JYSK, Dollarama, Maxi, Giant Tiger, Winners etc). Guzzo cinema is also there.

The mall is ok, people go there mostly for the Fu Lam or Jack Astor restaurant or for the Guzzo theater. The Guzzo is nice because it's cheaper and less crowded than the other theater in the area. Sometimes they open a seasonal Halloween or Christmas store.

Parking spaces are very small as is space between rows. Not so good for parking or finding parking but all the stores are great.

My goto place for bagels on the South Shore. Always fresh, great staff, Jamaican pies and other goodies are served there. They have a couple of tables outside and a few inside. They also have sweet bagels, onion bagels... Very Good!

Many good stores here: Bureau en gros Universal Kids Depot, Jysk, Dollarama, Winners, Maxi , and more. There is lots of parking available, however because it is a popular place it is often crowded with lots of vehicle and pedestrian traffic in the parking lot.

The parking is tight for someone who isn't driving a subcompact. I always park at the back of the parking lot. Walkways are always messy. Not enough room for circulation. Whole parking area need to be rethought of due to the popularity of the new stores.

Cinéma guzzo is going down... No lights in the theater room and the chairs were coming apart. The popcorn tasted like it was two day old. Movie was bad to top it off which was no relation to the review loll

Though I like this place which people can buy goodies practically , if you wanna buy light bulbs you should visit tiger geient which is located in next to the Dollarama. I prepare blue lights bulb instead of yellow cause I can't focus on my studying under the warm and cozy yellow light, I bought 4 light bulbs at tiger geient paying around 4 dollars unlikely paying 4 dollar for one in dollarama.

The Cinema guzzo is near. And for local shoppers it is a perfect location. Or else the other one would have to be champlain mall. Accross here is mcdonald and. Duns famous restaurant.
