REVIEWS OF Complexe Desjardins IN Chambly

Amazing mall in downtown Montreal, very small area, Great location and variety of shops and restaurant in the area. There is a lot of shows there around the fountain. Recommendation ????

Shopping mall doesn’t have as many stores as you’d expect based on the size of the building from the outside. Food court does have plenty of options from healthy, vegetarian, gluten free to greasy fatty dishes. During winter it can get dirty because of the snow and the high traffic. Parking is convenient, it even has a windshield washer fluid station, electric charger ports for electric vehicles, the parking prices are reasonable and even cheaper on the weekends.

Awesome mall, to be honest I got there by mistake haha, but once in, I discovered a whole new world, I had a meal at "The cage", the fountain is awesome, the only con is that everything is expensive :), but hey, you can go and chill with friends and family.

Cindy Fung

Huge shopping mall with fountain in the middle of the mall. It's also connecting to the Double Tree hotel. We didn't do much shopping here, nothing special to shop.

Hao Dam

Nice plaza with lots of range of shops and restaurants and food court. Plenty of seating with open area used for hosting televised ceremonies and shows. In the centre is a lovely lighted fountain with smoke effects.

Great place to enjoy and have good time. The best is that each season have their own decoration. Great boutiques, and also the CNESST and Revenue Quebec are in this Complex

Right in the middle of downtown. At times very crowded but still worth a visit.

Went there to ride the little train, which is now on the first floor (instead of the basement). The run lasts about 5 minutes and is now a bit shorter than it used to be, but for 2$ it makes my kid happy.

A shopping mall in downtown Montreal. Christmas spirit everywhere. If you like to have an audience with Santa, make sure you book way in advance. Light and water show at top of the hour.

Chelsea Nembhard

Very small mall. The only decent store in there is Winners. All the others are unknown boutiques with clothes appropriate for elderly ladies. It's too bad because the layout is really nice!

Theres always something pretty here. Not sure about shopping . the food court is okay but nothing special but definitely cool center pieces

Kind of a boring mall to be completely honest. But the displays and the fountain are nice. I once donated blood here. Covid measures are in place, not much else to say.

VoudouLounge

Really nice area in Montreal to sit down and have a drink and people watch on a nice day and spend some time relaxing

Complexe Desjardins has a nice shopping mall at the lowest levels that connects to other down town locations through tunnels and the metro station. The interior design and architecture is really well done and more interesting than the typical mall. Beyond that there is everything you would expect, small shops and restaurants throughout.

The Complex is marvellous. But the parking is very unfair. I couldnt charge my ecar for few minutes because I didnt have good signal to reach the ElectricCircuit app. After I could start the charging session, I went upstairs to find that the place I needed was closed because COVID mesures. I went back, in less than 10 minutes. They charged me 6 dollars for that period!

Marwa Yahia

It's located in a lively street where there are a lot of activities.

Judy Hung

Such a cute place with food courts and shops! There’s a indoor parking garage as well, giving the convenience!

Ankit Saini

The place is beautiful from Inside And really nice place to hang out with friends and family . There are many food and shopping options.

Security people are so nice and helpful and the shops there are beautiful and all the vendors are so nice, especially the lady at hallmark !! And they have plenty of great shops to eat ! Love it !

James Mandeville

Fantastic and large indoor shopping and mall complex. The food court is nice with a large selection of restaurants. The center Court is vibrant year around with a huge fountain in the middle. However parts of the complex are very 70's …

Siau Jonathan

Nice place for Christmas decorations. Too bad the food court and metro access are under construction at the time of writing.

Leticia U.P.C.

The Luminotherapy this year is beautiful. The lights are designed for reminding that traditional Christmas sensation, so expect a lot of green, red and gold.

It is a really nice lace to visit and alot of choices when it comes to restaurants, they even have vegan restaurants. Love it ????

Jusny Mackenson Louis-Jean

Very nice building! I love the policy put in place, that is if you buy for a certain amount you’ll get 1-2 hours of free parking. A good incentive! Good products too! Got myself a new coat for the winter, a nice shirt and sur mesure pant to go to dinner

Michael Yim

Very Christmassy during our visit, nice shopping complex with many different items!

Gobind Singh

This is the one off the biggest shopping complex of Montreal and nearby locations, you will find here all big brands, restaurants luxury hotel, with beautiful fountain in middle and it has a very beautiful lights also to see in the night time, worth to visit with family and friends. If you are visiting Montreal..

Truly fantastic. The best winter displays and Santa Claus experience I've seen in my lifetime. …

Nat F

Liking the renovations in the food court. They did not change the entire concept while freshen up the court area. Good choices... but as of Dec 2021... a few restaurants are waiting to open.

Tina H

This is so far the most visually appealing mall or shopping Centre I've seen. It's beautifully decorated for the season. The cafeteria sitting area, tables, and chairs were absolutely charming. I've never seem so much detail put into an interior of a mall. The stores offered here are basic and has everything a person may need. Not a shopping centre with high brands. There are a lot of affordable stores with good deals at this centre. There's even a dollarama and grocery store here.

I remember a time when dowtown Montreal was suffering from a lack of real estate development projects. Complexe Desjardins was conceived and built to encourage the development of what was once a derelict part of town. The building is very much a product of its era, specifically the mid-seventies of the last century. Built using mostly pre-fabricated concrete blocks, the four towers of the complexe succeeded in launching the renaissance of that part of Montreal's downtown. Complexe Dejardins has an impressive indoor shopping mall that has managed to withstand the test of time. It's airy and people friendly. Visitors can spend hours visiting, shopping or dining without feeling confined.

Isa Belle

It is okay. For its downtown position, it lacks a lot of entertainment. The boutiques are repetitive and overrated. There are just brasseries and fast-foods. It opens late and closes early. It could've been better.

Anthony Vucko

I went to this restaurant to eat breakfast. The waiter who served me gave me excellent service. He was very friendly. You get a large portion of food. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Anthony Babbitt, PhD, MS

It's a decent mall. It's clean, well lit, and the stores are opening up with the rest of the city. The Christmas decorations are done well and there are a definitely some stores worth seeking out!

Milene Acosta

So beautiful, quiet but yet alive. Lights, colors, space... No many restaurants available at the moment but there are announcements that they are opening a resto area soon.

heyo keyo

Large mall with just about everything you could need. Hours are restricted but very nice location.

Tasso D

Good mall with nice selection of stores, clean and nicely organized for the holidays.

Andy Luangrath

This mall is located at "Le Quartier Des Spectacles", an entertainment district in Downtown. It's one of the most well known mall in Montreal Downtown, and although it is geographically closer to other Downtown malls like Montreal's Eaton Centre, they aren't directly connected via the Montreal's Underground City paths. The major Anchors are Dollarama, Jean Coutu & IGA but it's also the Head Office of the "Caisse Desjardins", a provincial bank. There's many small stores, services & restaurants but the major attraction is the main hall with the rising fountain, which is spacious enough to host a variety of events. You can reach this mall via the "Place-Des-Arts" Montreal's Metro station.
