This Mall belongs to the category of Shopping mall.
Good mall for everything you need. Some high end store.
Why I like in this shop is that most of the things u need to buy u can find it here ur really welcome all of u here
They are doing better, but still… nice and quiet and found a Carlo’s bakery for under 12$ you can get a slice of cake!
Well with the covid-19. You really can't sit anywhere. I feel so sorry for the elderly. Even my pour mother couldn't do it anymore. I had to do all the running around. That's why I gave it a four star instead of five.
They're not monitoring this amount of people coming in and it's constantly overcrowded
Mall is under renovations but it looks amazing.
First time back in shopping mall. Grab a quick bite at new food court on first floor, this us a plus. The food was not a wow, same old stuff. Need to attract some good brands and make it an attraction. Stores not all opened.
Nice shopping mall. Has all the trending stores and an Apple store! Convenient if you want to avoid going downtown for the one on Saint-Catherine. Parking area is massive; there are also charging stations for electrical cars which is quite cool for Tesla owners (or any other make for that matter). Nice place to shop.
Almost all popular stores in one place..very neat very well organized.... always our destination for most shopping
Very huge and beautiful mall! Stores are larger with more variety of styles and fashions. Well maintained with lots of comfortable chairs and seats with many USB outlets. Bathrooms were kept clean with comfortable couches and huge. Separate breast feeding rooms with private doors.
It's a very nice mall has many different stores and has a good ambiance. Big parking lot (regurlaly crowded). Is easy to get here in public transport. Food court is ok.
Love it.
The way this place is set up in terms of corona virus is pretty appropriate. They took the right measures to ensure others safety, and played a reminder on the speakers ever now and then, encouraging us to do our part and stay safe. They also set posters, hand sanitizers, and etc. Nice job ????
Cute terrace outside of the food court
Nice shopping mall and nice food court
They are renovating the mall and "modernizing" it. But the tiles they put are way uglier than what they had before! Half the stores are closed and the ones that are still open have no appeal.
Large and always awesome variety of stores and good quality products
Lots of parking, key stores and the sanitation measures during covid are great
Very nice and clean. Getting a little old now though, may need new stores to make it more interesting
Fairly good selection of stores and the stores have a decent selection of goods. Consistently changing the smaller stores. Only reason can't give 5 stars is because of the roach infestation in the food court a few years ago.
Great mall but i prefer Eaton Center
Plenty of stores and a bus terminus with busses to the metro. There is a record store, the bay, a few coffee shops, an escape room maze place, clothing stores, children's stores, a food court, public washrooms open even with COVID, an many other stores, including a Simons opening soon. Not usually busy because of its size. Has free Wi-Fi and air conditioning so perfect to go there in the hot weather so that you can cool down.
Good for last minute shopping. Not many options though. Many clothing stores are similar and some may be overpriced. Food is very good
Have everything there! Loved my visit
Largly safe and peacefull place for shopping. Adequate sitting arrangements, clean rest rooms, adequate parking and highly accessible to all. The bus terminus makes transportation even a lot less stressful with warm covered area in the cold weather.
Love this mall, only thing missing is a proper food court and restaurant choice to match it's size!
Good place to shopping.
Great mall with so many option. Clean and organized!
Great mall with so many option. Clean and organized!
Very nice stores and food court... but always a pain to park close to an entrance...keep the kids close in the parking lot!
It's the mall I frequently go to since I am a young kid. I've seen the evolution over the years and I'm mostly surprised by the recent changes in the food court. New style that's very convenient and very elegant for today's change. I can't wait for more novelty in the future!
Good hi-fi mall. As good as any CF mall would be.
Love the new food court and excited for simons to open ????????
Nice place. Could spend an entire evening going around the centre just window shopping. Also love the food court. Nice variety.
Good place to visit as a family wit5a lot of stores and restaurants
Good shopping mall! It has a huge winners and Homesense which is very cool!
Big and modern mall. Nice shops there. Food corner is also nice. The style sometimes is somewhat reminiscent of the 1920's & 1930's which is very cool.
Great place! Offers everything you need.
Wow. Several stores closed, food court some restaurants are open. Bathroom access available. Stores that were open some were excited to see clients and that was nice.
Save the planet! Let's turn off the escalators to save some energy !??? You should also put some stationary bikes that we can sit on to power the lights …
Very clean shopping mall with lots of stores, I would like to revisit once the renovations are completed and the Simons store is open.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G In The Boxing Day Sale Dec 26 2025
Beautiful variety of store Pharmacy love it
Love the new Gourmand food court and the renovations.
Very good shopping center
Big mall. Ilove it. Its clean and foodcourt is neat.
Shopping place to get the goods quality products at best price.
Very clean and spacious inside. I like the rest area on the second floor, comfy couches for kids, adults and elder people. It has good variety of shops with very large parking areas. The food court can be improved.
Sometimes we all have to go to malls. Boring
Clean, spacious, shopping Mall, renovated as well, and always a pleasure to shop around, to look around - and to roam around ! I like to go to Fairview Mall, I visit my friends, there are many stores to chose from, you can also find a variety of products, according to Your needs, and some products are imported from Europe, there are many original stores. Close to everything, with parking available, with public transit as well, it is thus suitable for a variety of population, for families, children and for people with Adapted Needs, as well. Nice decor, many escalators inside, and a nice scenery, with an overall good location and an overall good Customer Service provided from most of the shops I have visited, so far, all in all! The lady that answers questions from the Shopping Mall Information Desk (and the phone information) is beyond friendly as well, as she is a nice, courteous lady that answers all questions, exactly, promptly, in a friendly manner. Thank You for making my Shopping (and relaxing!) experience a nice one ! ????
A great mall overall, there are 2 floors and a great amount of shops. there are always room for parking and there is a bus stop nearby if you are taking public transport. there is a good court on the second floor, the food is fine and there is a great selection of it. there are 2 ice cream shops on the ground floor, i would personally recommend the one next to starbucks, the ice cream there is softer and creammier than the other one. the best buy looks connected to the mall but actually its not, you will have to go from the outside if you want to go there.
The Bay is an iconic trademark in Canada and it will not disappoint they have a variety of items there and a great selection of men where I would recommend this place to other people and they do have Canadian friendly garments
Shop with patience and budget friendly. Huge Parking lot. Food court. Shopping turns in family fun.
One of the best shopping malls in Montréal. Not only you can enjoy exploring lots of styles, but also you will definitely find reasonable prices on awesome qualities.
Getting nicer and nicer. New food court has expensive options but not necessarily good ones. More options would have been better.
It's a mall so, just being open was in itself great.
The best, and well basically the only mall around
From what I saw, it was beautiful. I visited the Apple Store to get a battery for my phone (last summer). The Apple Store? I was impressed! I have knee pain and can’t stand long. But because of Covid...there are always lines. But with my online reservation, I was in and out pretty quick. Then sent out to wait for the work to be done. The Food Court upstairs was closed to in-house dining, but a salesperson in a small kiosk let me sit with her. Such nice people in that mall!
Too crowdy for me during these times...People dont respect the social distancing. Nice variety of Shops.
I loved how there was hand sanitizer everywhere! Did not appreciate how a few employees from different stores had lack of patience and a lot of attitude towards my dad, even when there was no other customers waiting. I understand times must be stressful on these employees, but employers should be helping them with mental support during a pandemic, so that the little things don't get to them.
Great selection of shops, (can't wait for the Simons to open!) and very helpful information staff. Always clean and well maintained, great updates here.
Fairview Pointe Claire is probably one of the best malls on the island of Montreal. Very clean and always visited by locals on the island. They have some unique stores and also common stores. Food court is decent, plenty of parking. Always busy especially during the winter season as well as most weekends.
New food court is very nice. Wish there was a little more variety in food as it's pretty much just burgers or Asian. But it's still good quality and good atmosphere.
This is ONE of the best places in the WORLD for ME TO GET personal gifts AT very reasonable prices,, plus I ACTUALLY enjoy going there because OF two other reasons,, seeing THE AMAZINGLY GORGEOUSLY HOT Asian WOMAN that work IN the food court and eating lunch/dinner (ASIAN food) IN the food court... yes I guess that your figuring it out that I love "ASIAN females"......... to ME personally,, I think that THIERE the most amazingly,, GORGEOUSLY,, Hottest BEAUTIFUL WOMAN IN the world TO ME..... ????????????????
By far my favourite mall in the city, it has everything you could want or need. Always clean, bright and very accessible and well set up for families and children of all ages.
Don't get me wrong it's a great place but when I went to the food court it was no longer there instead there was a Dollarama being built. No directions to the new food court
Nothing special about this place. It used to be a nice place to hang out but they got rid of most of the affordable stores and activities to do.
Very nice food court after renovation
The best shopping center in the west island.
Love this place I always find everything I need
Its a mall too many clothing stores but also too many people so i guess it balances out
A well laid out, medium sized shopping mall with many trendy shops and a decent size food court, as well as a few restaurants in the mall. Parking can be extremely difficult, especially for someone with disabilities. The mall has 2 elevators, but they are often overrun by able bodied shoppers. There is not priority given to shoppers with mobility needs. There is the same issue with their bathrooms - the disabled ones exist, but are constantly being used by able bodied shoppers
Really like this mall, can't wait for the renos to be completed. The new food court is fancy and there's a lot of choices for your dine-in experience (If only we could eat inside though). Well get there eventually!

In general, this mall is decent in the diversity of things you can buy, some stores are indeed expensive (if you're going into brands especially), but overall it's decent. Sadly, the only backside of it is the attitude. I always like warm welcomes and having nice service in stores, but... it does feel like a lot of the store's sellers have this attitude. I don't know if I should call it the "snob" attitude or plainly rude. But trust me, there is still a good amount of nice stores (personally I loved Winners, Sears, the tedy bear maker place, and a few others for being so helpful and caring.).
Stay safe stay home social distance is the best ????????????
Fairview is my favorite spot to chill even tho i dont have money to spend there, i go to the foodcourt and i see i my beaco friends who are high on xans and mdma most of the time and i just chill with them and have the best time
I like taking the kids here for pizza at the food court on the second floor and going to the Lego store. There is an elevator in the middle of the shopping centre and stairs and escalators at each branch.
Grate place for shopping and something more, best Mall to West Island.
Grate place for shopping and something more, best Mall to West Island.
Great stores that suit any need. Great place to hangout and kill time
Stores are great, the new food court is amazing, I suggest you try Koryo
Too much crowded Food court have some good options for Hilal food
Pros: Nice mall. Clean and kept modern looking. There are lots of stores and it’s well cut out for people who are in for a defined shopping experience. Cons: It is a very simplistic map/design. It is mainly constituted of a row of shops on two floors. So if you go there to kill some time, you’ve done the whole mall in about 30 min... unlike other malls that have several wings of shops.
Huge shopping mall. Clean. Nice natural lighting. Nice collection of shops, mainly well-known brands. Bright and lively common areas. Nursing area. Dedicated diaper changing area (out of tissue ... Open, not private and some babies may not like it) Fair parking space. The Bay entrance is not accessible, if you have wheelchair or stroller, use another entrance.
Very clean. Good choices of stores. Good value
Lego store is cool!! ISS!
The renovations are coming along fine once it’s all finished it will be nice Simon’s coming soon in about a year from now.But unfortunately my favourite shopping centre is Carrefour Laval nobody beats it.
Great place... For weekend shopping
Big change and renovation In the food court
New food court is a BANGER!!! Dining area is vast. Shame they cant open a few tables to rest at. The mall itself is infested by teenagers. Crawling in packs and hiding/sitting in corners. Very little enforcement towards EATING within the mall itself. Every stall/restaurant operating within the mall should remind all customers that eating within the mall is prohibited. Enter at your own risk.
Rundown shopping that doesn’t respect its customers Only 1 bathroom found tucked away in a corner on the second floor. 5 minute walk to entrance because parking lot is huge. no valet parking. Broken tiles on the floor. Only shopping in West Island hence crowded but there is much nicer and classier around Montreal
This place became a really nice mall for West Islanders. It has lots of comfy seats. Food court is a little lacking but the rest of the mall has everything, Starbucks, Lego store, br and the bay.
I grew up with this mall. I remember it as a single floor mall with a sofa bar in the pharmacy. Really I am not kidding! The mall right now has a pile of gentrified expensive shops and a growing number of eclectic secondary quality ones as well. Anchor department stores are going the way of the dinausor and the people buzzing about them seem like drunk bees...aimless and purposeful at the same time. Malls aren't what they used to be but this one still has purpose and life left to it, especially with the new sky rail coming in.
One of the good malls around with the best brands for everything from clothing to accessories. Some decent food places too. Food court has variety of Asian, Lebanese, pizza and Sushi options. A lot of footfall on weekends, so wait times for a latte at Starbucks goes up to 20 minutes too. Haven't seen a kids play area here though.
It looks a bigger Rockland Center. Nothing impressive
Fantastic shopping place. I go there whenever I can. Highly recommended. It's like our Edmonton Mall- quite close.
Best mall ever. Just the right size.
The mall has been remodeled (& is still technically finishing things up..nothing disruptive though) and looks good. The floors have been completely redone. Stores have mainly stayed in their original locations. The main relocation is the new food court which is now on the main floor. The restaurants at the newcgood court have changed. Some have left, and there are a few new arrivals. Looks good.
Fairview is a huge mall. You’ve got a lot of entrances and all of them have parking close by which makes it very convenient. You’ve got most stores. There’s no pet store around though. The mall is located in Pointe-Claire which is quite far from the central Montréal areas.
Not big as CF Laval but you will certainly get everything. Not that much option in food court. Clean and organized.
Very nice and clean place staff are very friendly and helpful thank you so much for your service and helpful staff
Not quite what I expected, but was cool nonetheless.
Great as I got Tesla Y charged
Wide variety of stores, very nice and relax ambiance for a great shopping experience. Food court also has a lot of options ranging from American to Mexican to Chinese food and yes they have vegan meals for you DARN VEGANS.
Bright shopping Middle size mall with good collection
It's huge, but, I don't know why it's too small inside, but you would have everything you're looking for even a barbershop is inside. The parking lot is also huge but in rush hour you can spend 15 or 20 minutes searching for a spot and there just a couple exits, so go figure with the mess but nothing extraordinary it's a nice place for shopping, same prices than everywhere
Good shopping mall with plenty of retailers under the same roof. Don't miss the second floor, there are some nice brands are up there. However, if you wanna eat, you don't have many options.
I must mention about the feeding area for infants in the mall, they do have a tidy, spacious and comfortable space for feeding baby. The mall itself is very spacious with lots of brands, and the food court is kinda small . If you take the public transport it's 10 minutes apart to metro cote vertu ( take express bus #470 to reach faster)
Been a good shopping mall for years and will only get better!
So many closed stores.. sad to see
Big indoor mall. Great young people. A good Heidi of stores. No restaurants in the mall just a food court and some coffee places around the mall. A fun place to shop. There is even a gelato place. And Laura Secord that sells ice cream too. Parking may be difficult but with patience you will find a parking place. There is also a pharmacy in the mall.
It would be nice if the UNIQLO store entered here.
Loads of stores, better mall than Vermont has or will ever have most likely. Very difficult to find a parking spot on a Sunday but pretty much to be expected.
Neat and well serviced mall and of the best in Montreal. You will find most of the outlets but not all. They are missing most important athletic brands. Somehow pricey
Nice mall . Not too big but all the brands are available
Good clean CF mall. Wasn’t too busy and easily accessible right off the highway. Warning: call ahead if you need to go to certain stores, because they all close at different times.
Really nice and clean mall. Very big selection of shops, you'll definitely find what you're looking for. Make sure to stop at the Lego store, most friendly staff of the place!
Lots of changes but not the same vibe after Corona. We can feel the distance. Less people. Less stores. It is not as it use to be vibrant with peoples voices and enthusiastic. I wish that citizens will start come out more and rejuvenite the streets the malls. But of course keep everyone safe arround us. On the other side is good you take your time browsing. Trying. Walking with less crowd and enjoying the vitrine slowly with no rush.
Nice shopping mall and a great choose of everything.
A central point for most bus routes in the West Island making it easy to get to if you don't have a car. Large variety of stores and a decent food court upstairs. Not a bad place to go shopping but nothing extraordinary.
very nice mall with a lot of options
What can say Fairview is a wonderful for whatever you are look for
Nice mall newly renovated food court
Great shopping mall, be careful with all the people inside.
Great shopping center. Biggest plus is how baby friendly it is. Has a dedicated changing section near bathrooms and a nice big comfy feeding room with microwave, couches and change table. Has good selection at food court. Also has a good variety of stores to cater all needs.
A well-located shopping centre where you can find all well-known brands especially for apparels, shoes, mobile providers and home appliances & furnitures. What makes it distinct from other shopping malls is the opening hours till 9pm Monday to Friday.
It's an older, all indoors mall, with water fountains and benches. The food court is okay but best food is scattered. There's lots of little kiosks in the mall. The Best Buy is outside. There's a Lego store and an SAQ.
Parking difficult on weekends. Stores too crowded with lines.
Fairview Pointe-Claire is most likely one of the cleanest and most efficiently placed stores. There’s everything you need there. The stores are not as big, but they strategically places things for you to find what you need. Loving the black and white theme ;) There is a bus transit and a soon to come train station!
Great mall! Food court smells though.
Nice and newly renovated. It is mandatory to wear facial coverings/mask. Some stores are closed, SAQ is the best store so far for me.
Great mall with many stores and a nice layout. Current renovations and the future REM will make this mall even better!
I would say it’s the best CF in Montreal. It carries a lot of brands but the store size is much bigger than others. You can find everything you need here. Plus, super clean!
I felt very sad when i have returned to visit this shopping center. Many of my favorite shops have closed. It is so badly managed. I bought clothes. I talked with few store owners. They complained to me that rent became very high and that CF is a permanent construction site. Anyway, this place lost its prestige. I hope things change... it is the variety of products, the smiling shop owners and the flock of happy clients that make a shopping center attractive, not the Decor.
A decent mall. Often overloaded on weekends and food court doesn’t seem to have anything fully plant based/healthy (a copper branch would be awesome)
Huge shopping centre. In normal times a jolly place.
It's great to do shopping after the holidays frenzy! So much quiet!
Mall is fair but this is review is for the **new food court on the ground level**. How much money was invested into this project? Looks nice and modern, but disappointing meal options. Very tired menu options and there was a potential of bring in some excited and new options. Also, jul2021; who is the genius to remove the trays? Who is ready to get sued when someone carries a scolding hot soup/flimsy paper plate with piping hot food on it when this drops and splashes or burns consumer or bystanders (or worse of all; short kids getting burned/splashed). If this is a covid restriction, then the mall should provide ALL food venues with paper bags to transport meals whether takeout or dine-in. We touch doors, escalator rails etc. While walking in the mall, so really no need (imo) to remove trays from food court with no substitution. Good luck for that senior citizen that needs a tray to carrying their items or parent with a stroller/or with small kids carrying piping hot meals with your bare hands. It’s so shortsighted this policy that it hurts…
my fav mall has everything
When I stop and think about it, the shopping centre is always clean cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
When I stop and think about it, the shopping centre is always clean cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
There are no seat to sit and it makes me so tired
Great stores, awful parking situation with a big portion of the lot closed for construction.
Not a lot of space to sut down when we are tired of walking
They moved stores around and I had to walk around to find it.. and now that it's getting packed with a lot of ppl..some don't want to keep their distance so I can't stay in a boutique long enough. Other than that I grew up going to Fairview and hanging out and widow shopping. They also added new stores and the food court is downstairs instead on the second floor. Pretty much the same mall.. just been upgraded.
Very fancy mall compared to the other ones in the region
My favourite shopping Mall, I often leave Montreal to go shop there.
The mall is great and all but it should seriously consider staying open late on weekends. Many people would benefit from it being open passed 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. People with jobs, children and full time responsibilities do not only have weekday evenings to get to the mall. If the plan stayed open until 9pm on weekends would be great!!!!!

Such a nice place, very big
Such a nice place, very big
Clean and great stores! Cannot wait for simons to open there!
Some stores such as winners seem to have lesser variety than other winners and homesens. The shopping center is cool specially for new moms! There is a cool breastfeeding lounge with microwave to warm up bottles and baby food. It would really help if there was a bathroom in the breastfeeding room. Cause if you have toddlers or older kids you have to pack everything and go to the bathroom with them if they need to go.
Has the potential to be great, but it isn’t. First of all, there is enough parking and I like that it has multiple entrances. But to a foreign eye, those separate entrances feel like the entrance doors to the stores advertised right by the door and not the entire mall. The mall itself is okay, they need go get more restaurants because as of now there is really not much to eat there.
Great selection of stores, but better to go on a week night, Monday to Wednesday. Every other day is completely packed, making it difficult to walk and enjoy. It's popularity is a good thing I guess!
Great atmosphere and friendly people. Easy to get around. Love that there is a room for breastfeeding mother's and another for mothers or fathers to feed their little ones. I enjoy that there is a completely separate area that is dedicated to just diaper changes :) all they are missing is a bathroom stall that is dedicated to bring your stroller in so that you don't have to use the handicap toilet. Weekends are usually busy and can be difficult to find parking but week days and early evening during the week seem to be decent.
The Food Court looks really nice but I have one critique. I am 100% in agreement about the vaccine passports BUT you should be allowed to show your passports and have it scanned upon entering the Food Court, and then go get your food. I was at the complete other end. I had my hands full because now there are no trays to carry our food. I had to come all the way back, put everything down, take my phone out AND then my ID. It just seems more convenient amd it would be easier to scan us in BEFORE getting our food. Thank you.
Great mall. Many options. Facilities are well maintained and very clean.
A fairly sized mall on the west island, has big department store like the bay and Sears and a bestbuy. The stores are good varieties of things people wanted from kids store to trendy clothing. There is a Lego store and an Apple store. The food court is average you won't be able to find anything decent. Also there is a passport Canada that opens on Saturday.
What a beautiful mall. Very nice and clean.
Great mall with many options. The best, and well basically the only mall around.
Food court is the highlight, the korean BBQ spot was great.
First class food and drinks. The steaks and twice baked potatoes are delicious. We waited over an hour for our table but it was well worth it. Highly suggest you try the white wine sangria!
great place to go and buy something occasionally, the new food fair is great.
Love this mall!
Well it's a mall! I love it... because i grew up in the area... childhood memories. When it was built early 60's, it was the First Indoor mall in Canada!
Great shopping mall all around. Lots of Tesla chargers! Parking is a pain when the mall is busy... Hoping to see more unique stores being introduced.
Very nice food court after renovation
I bought a pair of sandals. The size was not the right ones. The vendors wouldn't change them stating it's center final. The error is in both side I took a 6 size for 9 and on one it's sticker 8. She said no way to change it. It's Suzy mode
Nice place. A lot of shopping.
Not alot for the boys here. There's a few but this is a woman's mall. Lots for the ladies.
You can find almost anything you might need under one roof
Nachos were very good!!
The Food Court can be improved.
A short drive from downtown Montreal, Fairview has something for everyone. Clean and easy to navigate, you will find a little of everything. All the stores are social distancing and crowd controlled (let’s hope one day I won’t have to add that forever.) You will find great customer service and a while variety of shopping options. Like most of places in and around Montreal it’s very LGBTQ friendly.
The last of the West Island shopping bastions. Very airy feel with plenty of parking. The closing of Sears has introduced a vacuum on the West side of the mall. Shopping trends have incredibly changed in the last few years and the effect is noticeably taking it's toll on these former shopping emporiums. Still has a nice feel to it and good place to spend a bit of time here.
Visited today, boxing day, not a good idea. The place was a zoo. Almost impossible to find a parking spot. I found the public rude, pushy, constantly bumping into us without an apology or an "excuse me" in French of course. A nice mall, but like I said boxing day was not a pleasant experience.
It was really nice visiting faire view for the first time it was really awesome....
It was really nice visiting faire view for the first time it was really awesome....
Nice mall
What can I say, a mall is a mall! I enjoyed my short visit was looking for a salty caramel candle. Went to Bath & Body Works. Wider selection than the downtown branch and bonus for me (east-end montrealer here) I get served in English
If you know the mall well enough get what you need it's an overall good experience!
If you know the mall well enough get what you need it's an overall good experience!
Love coming here decent mall to shop
Great spacious mall many stores
Great place to shop for the holidays ????
Great mall, always clean and full of good stores. Can be extremely packed during the weekends and tough to park within proximity. What's new with any place worth visiting!?
Nice place to do shopping. All brandes. Fast food
Well kept. A nice place to just stroll around, of you want. Some people come early to jog indoors.
20 minutes from the heart of montreal, located on the south, not that busy, good to kill some times and spend some dollars.
Good place to do shopping. When it is sale season, most shops really cut down their prices, so one can find wonderful stuff at very good prices. It has a decent food court with several options (Thai, Mexican, Japanese, etc). The toilets are clean and the parking lot is big. I would definitely recommend it, except at weekends which is packed, but still it's worth paying a visit.
This mall is always packed! But if you go before the stores early you can find a parking spot. Its good that a passport office is inside. Also a bus station as well.
Boring old mall with the regular stores. I came here in the 90's and it seemed more exciting and prestigious. But now the Food court was small, direction signs lacking, and the parking is crowded but the mall is empty.
This mall has a lot of the places I want to go in one stop. It might need a grocery store though. The parking lot right now is a mess, but renovations and that new REM train has to be done. The new Gourmand section is huge and has a lot of delicious looking restaurants. (Once they all open) The mall over all has huge hallways for social distancing and is clean. Because of the shape of the mall I do find myself back tracking often.
The building itself is going through a lot of construction, a bit rundown and old looking, dark. But has all the good, basic shops like Zara, H&M, Browns... There's even a food court upstairs
Has so many different types of stores and the workers are all very kind. They even have a food court, clothing stores, shoe stores, game stores, etc.
Bet you can't leave here without buying something you think you need
Still to many empty locals, maybe once the construction is finished and the tramway up and running then maybe, till then ( on line) shopping is more convenient
Always clean and exploring
It was fine. Not crazy busy yet.
Love it! Always something
Every storefront and the design of the entire place is full of that glossy white plastic that bounces the incredibly white lights off the walls to blind you into not realizing the price of the shirt you have in your hands, so you buy it anyway.
Well it's a mall guys so I guess I gotta give them full stars for that I like best buy and saq so I ain't disappointed ????
Clean mall, variety of big indoor shopping stores, food court, wide parking, near bus terminus,......it would be perfect if there is also an indoor grocery store.
Nice mall. I didn’t get to go through it all as I got lost and was alone. Love all the plants throughout. The guy working in the Starbucks was sweet, didn’t go into any other stores
Love this mall, the only mall that allows me to bring my dog with me while shopping to avoid leaving him home alone. Just absolutely love this mall.
This place has all sorts of amazing shops ! I loooovvvveeeee it you can find everything concerning clothing and yes they have a nice Starbucks! People there are very welcoming
How sad to roam around emptiness... the hustle and bustle of energetic shoppers is lacking... not much choice of merchandise...our local Shopping Mall definitely needs a "face lift"????
Excellent place to hangout and buy stuffs
One of the best malls in Montreal area. Lots of stores of all varieties to choose from here. Every store is usually a little bigger than norm so plenty of space for big crowds. Multi level location with an elevator in the center for assisted access to upper level. Also a good amount of food options while you are shopping. Very clean and well maintained. Always a pleasure to shop here year round.
Very clean inside.... outside looks like a war zone
Such a beautiful shopping mall
Best shopping center for West island. Hope they don't ruin it by building huge condos! Reduced parking because of the new train.
Nice shopping center. Would have loved more variety of shops.
This shopping mall has it all. Great atmosphere. They keep improving it too. Tons of parking. Love bringing the kids... they get some clothes, some LEGO, some food, and ice cream. Many coffee shops. :-) Very friendly service counter, where we often buy gift cards.
Great Mall, a lot of choices for west island citizens. Also has an eatery with Chinese, Greek, American/Canadian fast food.
Drastic rénovations now I can no longer find the washrooms
My favourite shopping mall in the province. People mostly speak English and you can find almost all the most popular stores. I have the impression everybody is super kind and helpful. I like to spend a lot of time at this place.
Great options and price
We love the renovations done, the food court, the illumination is great, we saw how hard they work into details and it’s a pleasure to see the results. Always clean and bright. We are happy to go as family and we all have our favourites to go, a lovely place.
Got a good referral to try out an independent cell phone service kiosk to find a case for a new phone as they were sold out everywhere else. To find parking is difficult or impossible!
Fairview Pointe-Claire is a classic shopping centre that serves the West of Montreal, some from Laval and the south shore. The shopping centre is nice and decent. It is renovated and looking nice. I hope that they have more restaurants and other stores that they could put since some of them are not open yet as of November 2021. The Layout is easy to follow and there are maps and personal that can assist you when you need. It feels like an old Mall but there were a lot of people on Boxing day and many new faces from all over the world. There is a second floor as well which many forget to check and look although it should have been converted to a one floor only mall and have followed the design and simplicity. One idea I have in mind is to make the mall Carbon Negative, zero waste, environmentally sustainable and adapt to current climate changes in the future. They should bring back the trees and plants and nature within the mall. Also they should develop something to fill the shopping malls with like residences a grocery store, green spaces, trees and and other spaces they can use. I hope this shopping centre will live up to expectation and make it the best shopping mall around the city. It was hard for them to maintain the control of Crowds because of the measures put in place by the province but there needs to be better control and management. The Bus terminal should be improved and make it easier, safer and accessible. Since it looks a mess crossing the paths. All in all, a nice and beautiful shopping centre since August, 1965. Hope to see improvements and changes in the near future.
Pretty nice mall, decent amount of food to choose from. Just don't go when it's busy (i.e. Weekend or during the holiday season). It is a very popular mall and parking is kind of irritating to find. Other than that store selection isn't too bad either!
Used to be excellent, this mall is going through some transformation. Covid-19 and the REM have made some stores to close. But can't wait for Simmons to open. The new food court where Sears was located seems to have better restos than the original location upstairs. I hooe this mall will go back to 5 stars when changes are over.
Nice mall but accessibility is a problem as most things are in the west Island I suppose! Especially when exiting via boul. St jean. Can be get pretty tricky during busy times. Good store choice inside otherwise
Security guard at food court doesn’t do his job,I did the line to get a seat and I saw that there were some people sneaking around to get a seat not showing the vaccination passport .
Very quiet night to shop. Went to Zara. Great sales. Coats are 49.00, 69.00 Do not miss the end of season sales. Shoes at the Bay. Enjoy
Beautiful new food court. Clean. You can actually see the workers actively keeping up with sanitation in the food court area and mall.
Alright so this mall is amazing. Alots of stores and it is well maintained. I grew up going to this mall and I always had a great experience here. The only complaint(and biggest for me) is the wifi. It is absolutely terrible. As a student its a big zero for me and makes it harder to study here. It already takes a min or two to just connect to it. If I try streaming a video, it ends up being a 4 pixels powerpoint slideshow. Please fix it, and I will forever love you.
Your basic mall definitely needs a update it's been around for a while. It does have all the stores youd need a Starbucks and pretty good food court. Overall the mall is clean and safe cant ask for much else. Avoid on weekends itz always super busy. Also forget it during the holidays! You've been warned!
It’s clearly a mall that hasn’t caught on to the fact that malls are the new dinosaurs. Someone needs to breathe some fresh air into this mall.

A large mall with many of North America's popular stores. Found the food court to be lacking on interesting meal options. Throughout the mall their are benches and resting areas. Very well designed.
Great mall with a lot of great stores. This mall stays on top of renovations so it always looks fresh and clean with new stores to look at and next year there will be Simons finally!!! So excited
Always fun place to shop
Doesn't seem like there's much I would buy Over large mall, finding parking is a serious task and the newly improved foot court isn't anything great.
Cheaper prices in stores compares to Eaton Centre store prices. Spacious, neat and clean washrooms. Nice small food court. Closes to various bus stops. Nail saloon is just too expensive ????
Been visiting this mall for years now and have always appreciated how clean it generally is. Washrooms have always been clean. My only issue is the variety of food options. Although I believe it is being redone in the next coming years ! ☺️
Boring. It's just a mall
This shopping mall might be undergoing a few renovations, but don't let that stop you from visiting the CF Fairview Pointe Claire shopping mall. It has an excellent assortment of shops, a very nice food court and the look of the place is quite modern and very clean. I was very happy with my shipping experience at the CF Fairview Pointe Claire shopping mall.
Roger's store employee, Jean Baptiste, is outstanding. I was waiting to be served and he could tell I was in a hurry. He excused himself from a client who was waiting for information to be transferred from her old phone to her new phone. He was able to deal with me quickly without comprising the service he was offering to the other client. He promised to follow up later to ensure the matter was resolved and he did call me back. Wonderful customer service. He is in the right job!
Good place to buy Zara clothes
I LIKE VERY MUCH DOING SHOPPING AT FAIRVIEW MALL...
Fantastic! Every store I went too had great service. Was amazing to br shopping there for the first time this year !!????????
Nice clean place. A lot of people and a lot of nice stores.
The Fairview is a big and modern mall, full with the coolest brands like Apple and Victoria's Secret. If you are looking for a mobile phone plan, all the carriers have a stand here (or two). A great Temple of consumerism! There is a food court if you are hungry and it's easy to get there by bus or by car.
Great place, a lot has changed for the best. Winner/Homesense has the worse service though but overall, very clean and renovated!
Great dental clinic. Clean, efficient, friendly and professional. Dr P V Eisenhauer is the best! She explains everything clearly and will NOT hurt you.
Good mall. Lots of different options. A little more on the moderate/expensive side. A few stores offer good deals. Very c popular so lots of customers regularly. Good food court. Clean bathrooms. Good security.
I was lucky enough to go on an early Thursday afternoon when there weren't to many people. Covid vigilance in place ????Quick trip to Reno Bray and LUSH for specific items. I have always enjoyed shopping at Fairview for over 40 years through all the transitions. Will look forward to a time when this outing is relaxing again.
It has never been the nicest mall, but now with the revamping and extension works is uglier... It has some good shops, but the food court is one of the worst I've ever known
This mall closes at 7pm on FRIDAY! ????
Best mall in the West Island. A very happening place
Not the best mall definitely needs more urban stores but the people that work there are awesome
Nice store
Very satisfied with this place and easy to find every thing you are looking for !
Amazing, renovated during COVID lockdown
It’s the only mall In the West Island
It's an average mall. You can get your shopping done here but nothing mind blowing. Pros: - Good selection of shops - A lot of parking space - It's not as confusing and chaotic as the Eaton Center in Montreal Cons: - Food court with below average quality - The retail clerks tend to be very pushy and aren't afraid to invade your personal space - Prices are higher than they should be
Had my vehicle keyed in the parking lot. Family SUV parked normally. CF Fairview won't help.
Fairview is a great place for shopping! You have everything there: BMO bank , SAQ, Winners/Homesense, and a ton of other stores.
Nice shopping mall. Easy to park and normally not very crowded. Comfortable to do some shopping there.
Nice mall. Clean safe great selection
CF Fairview point claire is one of my favorite malls. It's clean, it is a very shopper's friendly and looks very well organized. I think my favorite area is the second floor since this floor has most of the stores that I often visit ????. This mall is also well decorated specially during the Christmas holiday which I love so much! The 2 storey Christmas tree, the huge reindeer and santa's place was beautiful! and above all, It's full of good selection of stores, like La Baie, Winners and Home Sense, Best Buy, Lululemon, urban planet, Skechers, Gap, Brown shoe store, Geox shoe store, Nespresso boutique, Children's place and a lot more! Ah! and there's also Reno Depot just across the parking lot. - speaking about parking, there a lot of parking space for everyone but it might be a little bit difficult to find a spot during the Holiday season and Boxing Day but it's totally normal ????, you just need to have a little patience. The other thing I like about point claire mall is - it's very convenient. It's only about 10 minutes drive and by the highway 40, so getting to this mall is easy as well as leaving. I truly enjoy visiting this mall everytime and I'm sure most of my fellow shopper's too ????. I highly recommend visiting this place if you haven't yet. ????
Good place to find what you need but over the last few years the stores have become more upscaled catering to the upper middle class families. Not a great food court. Not much choice for a meal in the mall. The keg is connected via an outdoor entrance and serves as the premium restaurant in the area.
New food court looks GREAT! Can’t wait for the new restaurants to open!
As usual the Keg serves up excellent food! Great service.
Faireview shopping center certainly is the best and biggest shopping mall in the West Island of Montreal. From Lego to Hudson Bay, everything under one roof. The only thing missing: a supermarket. Boy would you kill it if one could do grocery shopping there as well!
This mall is da bomb like my momb????
Love this shopping center. It has been there for so many years and a lot of stores have closed and opened new ones.
Big renovation since covid.
One of the best malls I've visited.
Variety of stores and known brands. Plenty of parking
Always crowded and had to wait in line.
Very nice mall. Nice stores. Well kept.
Great mall, practically every store you can think of. Higher end, though, so it’s pricey. Very clean mall except for the women’s bathroom stalls, but that’s not the fault of the mall (I usually have to check at least 10 stalls before I find a seat not covered in piss. C’mon ladies, clean up after yourselves).
My son and I went there for a walk (I need the exercise to recover from my quintuple bypass surgery) and discover the stores. We had a great time and went to the Gelato shop. I had not tasted Gelato since 1962 in Italy and it was every bit as delicious as I remember it
Love the new redesigned mall. Enjoyed doing my Christmas shopping at Fairview like every year. Some traditions must be preserved, we try with my family to help keep the local businesses afloat by doing our Holiday shopping at the mall.
Packed with people because of Black Friday
Great shopping mall. Always clean and lots of variety in the stores to select from. It's well located and easy to reach even by bus. Food court offers nice variety. The mall service center offer services like coat check and baby carriage rentals. One thing that seems to prevail, most stores will serve you in English. Even if you speak French and the salesperson can speak it but with an accent, they will often times revert to easier French. It might just be a west island thing but from a customer service standpoint it can get awkward. This seems to happen a lot in stores (been shopping here for over 20 years). Overall the staff that works for CF is usually bilingual and ready to serve in both languages.
Have everything you wanted
Mall is decent but they need to do something about the excessively high speed-bumps. Don't take you sportscaster here.
Busy Mall, great selection of shops
We had a really nice time! The map was complicated but fun to do!Also Alex was extremely helpful and fun!:)
Beant and team so a great job and I always feel supported
I’ve been shopping at Fairview for a long time and have seen many stores come and go. It’s a great mall with middle range stores to accommodate most shoppers. The mall is well kept and very clean. It does however need some updating, the food court for example, could benefit from a Carrefour Laval vibe, especially the green initiative eliminating disposable dinnerware.
It is the place to go out ouest mtl especially if you want to shop Inside...its clean with restaurants great even with kid's it is a family friendly place all store in one place get ready to walk its big
It used to be a great mall but many stores have gone out of business.. It is still practical for the west island folks
Great turnover of stores, lots of options for different interests. My absolute favorite store there is home sense.
The staff was friendly and helpful with finding the product my girlfriend was looking for???? They were all wearing masks so I felt pretty safe (for covid times) they had someone at the entrance to make sure you sanitize your hands and tell you to not test products- pretty standard but nonetheless made me feel safe once again. Vague review but not anything I can say that is negative about this store that I am aware of
Great hang out spot. lots of stuff to buy
OMG obsessed with the bathroom faucets, so ingenious !! Soap????, rince???? & dry all from the same spot ! The rest of the mall is really good also, some high end stores and some normal stores, something for everyone
It's a mall, but a pretty good one.
Lots of renovations looking good
The rear entrance, near the chemist, is under construction but the car park was still quite full. The entrance is accessible for those with mobility limitations thanks to an ice free entrance. Moreover, the floors, doors, and walls always appear clean thanks to hardworking cleaners who remove the salt muck and grotty handprints.
With the unfortunate PANDEMIC still an issue and the construction inside, it was like a ghost town but I always have a great shopping experience. I love Fairview, Pointe Claire.
Beautiful small mall but you can find everything you need!
Beautiful small mall but you can find everything you need!
This is the go-to mall for people living in the West Island area of Montreal. The shopping plaza mainly caters to the fashion conscious but most any type of retailer can be found here. The duel level plaza is expansive and though parking is plentiful, it can be challenging to find a spot. The mall features a liquor store (SAQ) with a good selection of wines and spirits. There is also a passport office. Highly recommended.
Nice shopping center... with a brand new food court + they will add a new store SIMONS what a great addition
I got the second vaccine at your place . Very nice people and very short needles which was great ???? I m waiting for an email with the QR code soon Thanks
Has all the anchor tenants for a CF property. They did a good job renovating for the most part - it's no longer a dump! Food court is now respectable. Uniqlo in 2022 will be a great addition
Never too crowded, makes it an enjoyable shopping experience. But try to leave the center some time before the weekend closure, otherwise the parking will be jammed.
This is one of the larger indoor shopping centers with plenty of free parking. It provides an information desk and free WiFi. Although the WiFi is free, I do not like to have to register to such a service which will lead to unwanted emails. Other shoppers may welcome such emails. Naturally such a large center has many stores, food court, coffee shops, some very big stores, etc. There are two levels in the center, and other store not far away. This is not my favourite center, but certainly one of my favourites.
First time at the food court, very nice, hopefully they will have a greater selection soon
Nice place to do shopping
Good mall but I don't go often
Shopping is a social activity as well as a personal experience. I always use the architecture and tenants of the food court as a measurement of its attractiveness. CF Fairview Pointe Claire new food court exceeds expectation with a good mix of Japan, Korea, Mexican, Vietnam and many unique international eating experience all in one place, with the latest healthy eating trend in mind, a success. I have a first look of the place while the city still in covid red zone. Many tenants are not open or officially move in yet. A terrace is used. As soon as the situation improve, this is the place for friends and families. Not to miss.

Seems like a great mall to hang out on though bitterly cold winter days. It has a variety of stores meaning there will be something to interest everyone. If you drive a Tesla, there is a huge bank of chargers available to keep your car topped up while you grab a bite or browse the shops.
Pretty much the main mall in the West Island. Has a good variety of stores and they do update/refresh from time to time. Always very clean and it's super easy to find your way around the mall (signs, banners and information counter). The parking lot during holidays is always a bit hectic but you'll find a spot (except for maybe on boxing day). Accessible by public transport and the main STM bus terminal is just outside (on the DecoDecouvery side).
Clean, good stores, good measures in place. Only complaint is the parking lot is chaos
Place is still running even though it's under construction... But nothing dangerous. Very nice and useful shops
Love this shopping center. Has many stores and is clean. Parking is hard to find but that's no different than any other shopping centers. Food court is large and has a decent restaurant selection. Wish their baby carriage rental was cheaper than $5 though (some places it's free).
Great mall. Two stories of shops, including the best shoe store (Brown's) and the best fast food place (Kimchi) that I've ever been to in about 30 years of mall-going. I was impressed by the variety of shops there. Also, it's a bus hub, so very easy to get to and from.
Way over crowded Security was not seen anywhere And physical distancing really not respected Food court to be avoided. No one reads the signs or follows the arrows.
its under very slooow renovation and hopefully the trees will return... and the REM is a few hundred meters away,... hopefully if CF is smart, they will make an enclosed path to the mall... dream on.
Mall has just been renovated and has a new interior design that is modern and up to date. Also, moving the food court from the second floor to the first floor and being close to the exit door has been a good decision and has a beautiful design. Most brands have branches here and also the existence of free parking is another positive point of this shopping mall.

Shell of what it used to be, but still good place and kind of cozy. It needs new creative ways of getting people to come to shop. The mall is a little on the small side, the stores are accessible for general clothing needs and the food court is a good place to wait for the busses. The food choices are mostly generic fast foods. I'm gonna be real, it's not as varied as it used to be and that's why I'm giving it a 4. I wanted to give it a 3.5 but I round upwards.
An older mall nit still beautiful.
It was a good experience. Although some stores had lines, not all did. The staff of the stores were all very friendly and helpful. This is a nice place to shop and you can eat too ..
Everything is good ????
Plenty of parking but usual stores
Plenty of parking but usual stores
Very competent staff. We were done in half an hour.
Grew up in the WI, how things have changed at Fairview, miss the fountain!!!
Decent small mall with a good selection of retail outlets and restaurants.
Nice and clean Mall.
Visited the newly revamped good court. Nice variety.
WHY DO YOU GUYS NEED A REVIEW OF A SHOPPING MALL. THERES LOTS IF PEOPLE STORES AND FOOD. LOL ???? it can be great in one store bad in the next.
Good mall and can find most of what you are looking for
Awful awful mall. No maps
Clean,, lot's of great stores, massive parking
They have lots of stores that you can check out, pretty cool place!
There was something cold and uninviting in the general ambiance. The food court is pathetic, no Amir, many of the stalls were closed. I did not like my visit there at all. Nothing specifically wrong, just didn't feel good.
Clean environment and nice service. Need more brands to come in.
Always liked this mall there are plenty of boutiques for avid shoppers and for all budgets accessible by a central elevator for weary and people in need of this service. The biggest Dollarama I've ever shopped in is upstairs where the food court used to be. All mask wearers welcome!
Visited Best buy electronic store, got the item i was looking for, it's Best buy, what more can one say..
Large mall with a decent selection of stores and services. Wait times and crowds aren't really an issue minus the weekends. The CF branches of shopping malls generally are all well kept and good to shop at be it for a quick stop or window browsing.
Amazing shopping expérience in that all the popular retailers are there. Too many to mention or select here and not fair to mention. Trust you understand and would suggest everyone interested visit and enjoy a great shopping expérience. The food court is moving downstairs on the old Sears site.
Love the place
Very clean, very nice people, ready to help you to find what you need. One of the place where employees don't follow you like a shadow in the store, don't make you crazy with their stupid questions or recommendations.
Stopped here to use one of the Tesla Superchargers.. worked great
Great mall! A lot of variety. Food court is delicious. The place to go in the west island. Similar to Rockland with better food court ????
Place is ongoing much needed renovation all the new stuff that has been done looks great !!
Nice place to walk around .. good variety of places
First class service. They made my custom pants with quality and precision. The Fairview Stich is amazing. Beant and Elizabeth did a wonderful job with my Kid Mercury custom Go Habs Go costume. If we win the Stanley Cup.. Thank them!
Parking is horrible with all the construction
Great Shopping Center. The atmosphere is friendly, inviting and most of all the place is kept spotless. Great for those dropping in for a quick look in these pandemic Legion X but for those looking to shop around. No hassle shopping when you follow the rules. I recommend it.
Cvoid-19 doesn't exist here. Nobody cares..
Clean and very big mall, great for walking workout. Very airy, lots of skylights. Two levels, pair of elevators at center. Banks, passport office, drugstore, Apple, Lego, Maze, many miniphone kiosts, and regular mall stuff. Lots of parking, but you need to walk when busy. WIFI. Bus station at one end of mall, and food court moved way over to other end of mall. New train station is located a ?short? 20 minute walk out from the food court. (Dogsled rental this winter?) If you are trying to go from bus to train, allow 30 Minutes for the walk and climbing.
A bit boring to be honest, unless you are a woman shopping for clothes, not alot of cool stores. There used to be more varried offerings 10 years ago... I guess Amazon is killing malls and retail in general. It's still a big enough mall and food court is decent.
Bath & Body works is simply my favorite store in Fairview Pointe Claire. I'm just so satisfied with each & every visit.
Pretty good experience, hundreds of stores.
Absolutely beautiful
It's not a bad place but I've seen better...
Loving the new renovations that they are doing, excited for the results
Nice mall with good parking just off of the highway
A very nice experience
Nice and clean Mall.
Always a good option for larger scale shopping needs. Theres lots of parking, even during the hectic Christmas season and the coridoors of the mall are large enough to receive large crowds. I was disheartened to see the walled-up space where Sears used to be. I'm always quite satisfied when I shop at Fairview Pointe Claire.
Excellent. We enjoyed so much
Happy place except Howard at Clarks is terrible
Very good shopping centre but needs to be more clean.
Once largest indoor mall in Canada. Shops on 2 levels. Outdoor parking. City bus terminal. The mall opens for walkers early in morning but stores open at 10h. Has 4 escalators. 1 elevator. Food court is quite noisy but many nice sitting area in middle of shops. Teens as well as seniors like to meet there.
You ruined the mall big time!! You shoulda not play with it so much and try to make it nicer when it actually made it worst! You ruined the vibe of the original Fairview vibes! And moving the food court on the bottom was the worst mistake ever for other stores to move there? You shoulda moved them else where and keep the food court upstairs it was PERFECT the way it was shame on you.
Due to covid, the mall is rather quiet. I was still able to find what I was looking for. What I like about it is that there are quite some ev charging stands that makes the mall stand ahead of many other shops.
The mall (back in the day) to go and be seen, but... the good, is the choice and selection all under one roof. There is excellent space inside the mall to circumvent the number of shoppers in the aisle. The biggest complaint is the parking. This mall is so popular, that parking is at a premium. Good Luck if you go during the winter bargain season. The plus, there is a passport office.
Hands down the most efficient and high quality tailoring services in town. Been coming here for years and have never been let down.
Perfect shopping experience. All protocols respected.
My favorite mall in the West Island. Certain to find what I want each time. Food court offers a lot of variety and bathrooms kept clean. Nice seating areas throughout.
Lots of parking. Very quiet during pandemic since the rule is stores work at half capacity. You need your vaccination passport to sit in the food court.
Lots of parking. Very quiet during pandemic since the rule is stores work at half capacity. You need your vaccination passport to sit in the food court.
Good sized mall. Good variety of stores. Parking is free and plentiful. Accessible by transit. My favorite store is INC, always has fantastic clothes and amazing sales. That and the Winners is really good too!
Kind of disappointing place became... Dining area locked down. Merchandise overpriced in almost every store
It's a huge mall with a variety of clothing and shoe stores.
Massive mall, lots of selection, always clean too.. but on weekends can turn into a absolute mad house in regards to the amount of people there, also parking can be tricky at times.
Can find mostly anything you may want and need Great food court good selection. Free Wi-Fi. Good place to spent some time.
It's a cool place to spend time in.
Always busy during the holidays and on regular weekends. Nice variety of stores and a great food court. Go early on the weekends to get a parking spot. Fun for adults, teens and kids.
Always good.
I went there to go to Centre De Rasoir and the salesperson was friendly and helpful
Lots of choices for pretty much anything: clothing, footwear, accessories, homeware, electronics, there's a pharmacy and food court. Also, it is open until 9pm all weekdays. There's decent amount of parking around, which can get overcrowded on major holidays!
Nice selection of stores. Clean and bright. Areas well designed for easy shopping and seating.
Very clean mall with so many stores to shop at. We had a very nice day and there were so many great specials.
Not crowded at all, but it was Tuesday. There was plenty of parking.
You can fibd everything that you need, the only cons is the parkibg is mostly crowded, you need to be patient to find a spot
Good shopping mall. Have a lot of stores
Good shopping mall. Have a lot of stores
Good mall but I see too many “à louer” spots everywhere, also CF want access to your Facebook and email contacts to login to their wifi (read the fine print before saying yes), but that’s a CF policy in all their malls. Still it’s a good mall but the stores are getting dated.
A bit pricy
This is one of the largest shopping center in Montreal. It has a huge parking lot and has most of the brands.
Great mall. They keep on improving the stores looks and adding new ones. Great demographic.
For people that are not vaccinated you can still enter the mall and order at food court. You can also enter a few stores if not most stores. Go out, enjoy, shop and have fun!
Seniors need chairs, as they are often on medication and might feel dizzy There's nowhere to sit.
Nice shopping center. Many options/shops to chose from.
Still a great place to spend some time shopping grab something to eat
Great mall. Plenty of natural light, well ventilated and very clean. Many good shops plus a Hudson's Bay and a Sears. Huge parking area but can get very crowded on Holidays.
Very good mall. The look is very good. Many different brands are there, many good cafes. Overall very good. Good accessibility as well.
This shopping center has been around for years & still is a good place for the variety of stores in this location. The only problem is with the building of the Rem Track, which at times can make it a challenge to parking your vehicle.
It has all the basic brands there there are working to open simons there n also the new food court is also nice the new ice cream shop is my kids favourite. All in all it’s a good mall to go for shopping
Beautiful Mall and food court, fresh food and good service ????
The Mall is finest considering they house almost all popular brands. Despite the big parking its always a challenge to find a spot. If you do happen to be in the best tip i can offer is, use restroom first as the available restrooms are quiet a distance apart.
Best mall on the West island of Montreal. Plenty of parking and decent store selection. Good food court and clean bathrooms for at least the men and the family room. I enjoyed the lego store especially. The French Renaud Bray is a nice store, too.
Clean and brightly lit. New food court with great options. Only complaint is that some of the big name stores are not available at Fairview like Victoria's Secret & Steve Madden so that I've had to go Laval to shop there instead.
This shopping mall has a wide array of different stores. Now the closure of Sears makes it feel in construction and undeveloped. Needless to say it feels hospitable and I spent four hours walking around and shopping, you sort of lose time since you are dragged into the experience. After those hours, I managed to get something for my dog, this nice dog dish.
Great mall with a huge selection however there is not a lot tailored to young adults. Needs more stores like Forever 21 that have trendy clothes at non ridiculous prices. Ample parking and easy access by public transit make this a great place to visit though, and it is within proximity to so many other stores that pretty much anything you need is within a 5 minute drive
...the place feels like a ghost town these days. Sad. So many shops are boarded up...barely any life in the mall. I wonder, if the bus depot wasn't there, if they'd have any customers at all. Clearly something needs to change.
Average size mall. A good selection of stores and specialties. Well organized. It used to be a busy clean and classy shopping center. My last visit was a couple of days ago. I was moved to see how deserted it was due to the curfew and security measures, as many businesses elsewhere. Nonetheless, the mall administration seems to take advantage of low flow of people and does some renovations such as changing floor tiles and some other minor renovations. Food area is closed for sitting and eating. But few restaurants are still open for take away orders. Many stores have closed possibly permanently. Cleanness still well preserved throughout the mall and its facilities. They have removed most of seatings throughout the mall, just a very few left for necessity. As for parking, you can always find a place to park your car especially nowadays. The shopping mall is easily accessible to wheelchairs outside and throughout the mall. So empty yesterday considering it Friday evening. I guess it was due to the vaccine passports
Great shopping!
The Fairview Mall has changed a lot over the last years. Many stores have opened in the last years being able to answer a variety of needs. Parking is plentiful and stores have a big stock of inventory on hand. This is my go to mall in the West Island for all my shopping needs.
Visited Yves Rocher and found what I was looking for.
You name it Fairview has got it they have stores for everything
This is a great mall, with all you need. Clothes, jewelry, shoes, perfumes, make up, everything. Hours have been extended as well.
They are under going some renovations right now but the new food court is complete and open for business. It is a real improvement over the old food court. Many new stores are open and even more new ones to come.
Loved it...clean and lots of stores
It's good but for now it's a bit expensive!
Buses, bank, Best buy, clothing almost everything is there ..
The place is pack with shoppers now.Heads up Urban Planet is open as of Friday and store wide 50%off everything..Happy shopping.
Nice place to shop, variety of selections!
Big and popular, a lot of people, difficult to parking.
Good selection of stores, very clean. Great food court
So much has changed in this mall. It's beautiful ! Food court is now downstairs and looks really nice.
I really like this mall but the parking spaces are too small.
No matter what i do i always walk out with something
A beautiful mall with a huge variety of stores. A clean and attractive food court. Lots of convenient parking. It's a little tricky getting to the entrance from the 40 west, but I'm getting the hang of it - stay on the service road ????
Lack or parking for the past 5 years as the clientele is growing. I stopped going there as it was taking me up to 30 min to find a spot. Otherwise all necessary stores are in the mall.
Something for everyone
LULULEMON AND LA BAIE TEO PLACES I GO SHOP
The upgrade is nice in the food court, but most of the food i did not like and expensive.
Love their new updates and decor. Looking forward to the opening of Simons, may take a while.
Great mall. Very spacious if you go with strollers or wheelchairs. Tons of stores for the whole family. Normally Food court not so crowded, however we normally go Monday through Friday so not sure how crowded is during weekends. Overall a nice place to go
It is very good place.
The renovation that has been going on for a while is finally paying off it's a nice place where you'll find everything you need to redo your closet
Great shopping mall!
Large parking area and good variety of shops. This mall has slowly been attracting higher end brands such as Coach, MK etc. and has become somewhat of a higher end mall. However, you can still find Winners and Old Navy along with other types of bargain stores. Overall clean, recently started to offer free wi-fi and the food court has many options to choose from.
Beautiful renovations, very clean everywhere including washroom. Strict Covid procedures in stores.
I've never had an issue with the sports expert store besides there being too many staff at times standing around chatting and haven't really spent much time in the rest of the mall due to there being so many people in there.
Clean and organized but the staff are on top of you
Nice and pleasant mall to be in winners there is great and especially now food court is well desgined.
Lately renevate , a new food court, soon they'll have 3 restaurants opening, looking outdoors too , tables outside, clean , organized, Simons coming in 2022, a very well loved by its clients , you can find everything here, Linen Chest coming too , huge changes , we'll organized for the safety if their clients.
Very food court. A lot of stores. Kind of expensive in some places. Fun to hang out.
Always clean and friendly.
Fairview is a great mall with many shops that you'd typically have to travel downtown for. It's very clean and extremely spacious however the parking is almost always an issue there even on the quietest of days it can be a challenge to find a spot.
Large mall with many renovations. Clean and spacious. Lots of parking
CF Fairview is lively mall and will always be the go to place the shop for the West Island community.
One of the best malls in the area and i believe it is the best mall in the west island! It is easily accessible by public transportation since there is bus terminals located the place, huge parking area and there are variety of shops and having very good food court..
Nice place ...nice stores, good prices
Neat place despite covid, people keep their distance, great variety of shops.
The mall was extremely busy but it was well organized such that our shopping could run smoothly.
I've been going to this mall all my life. Its got a decent selection of stores. Can't really complain about much. For covid, Be warned: social distancing, as you would expect, is utterly impossible here. Most people wear masks at least.
Getting better. It took a beating during covid-19. I'm hoping Simon's will be ready soon. They offer something different. The upgrades they made to make it look more modern are nice. Now they need stores that offer different experiences. Right now too ordinary. Bring WOW factor in!
This should be the best shopping mall in West Island. It’s wonderful that the government allows the food corners to re-open.
Being renovated...nice mall. Currently mostly closed due to lock down
Very clean and carefully maintained shopping mall, with everything you need under one roof. Quality products, good deals, many items in every store on special, the food court offers a wide variety of Asian, Mediterranean and Canadian food. Parking lot is spacious and with sufficient spots. A good place to spend a Canadian winter day.
Great place for retail shopping. One of the few brick and mortar malls that are still busy and popular. Good selection of stores, nice food court and very festive during the holiday season.
Great place to shop and get a bite to eat
You can find what you want to buy at this mall
All around great...love it there
