A shopping strip mall that was once very popular with the residents in the area but has now lost most of it’s shoppers to other larger and newer malls. Still, it has it’s very popular Cineplex Kirkland theatre, Tim Hortons and Winners stores. Buzzfit gym, Dollarama have opened in the past couple of years and with the new rail transit system station, I’m sure newer, establishments will open and revitalize this mall.

The first time that we went to a winner's outlet we were not happy. It's not our style of shopping. We like shopping in a store where everything is organised by brand and size. I took my daughter shopping for her highschool graduation outfit and we were both very happy with the finds. They had a ton of choices but you have to dig and hunt. I'll come back here again. The staff at the jewelry section was very helpful.

It is great for having the theater and a handful of good stores, but feels like it is slowly dying out and being kept alive by the remaining stores. Most of the store locations have closed down making it look semi-abandonned.

Movie theatre is well maintained. Best way is to book online and avoid the wait. For snaxks you will have to go through the lineups but that's not bad.

Very accommodating staff at the jewelry counter. They don't have a huge selection in the home sections or shoes. I went to buy pillow cases and they only had 3 packages. If you really want a huge variety of merchandise, go to Fairview or Vaudreuil stores.

Nothing much here, in the fall it's has a spirit Halloween, which is now a covid testing station. There is a dollarama that is nice too. It's busy because of the drive through tim hortons. The exits back to the highway are a bit weird.

Went to a movie here when it was -40°. So cold. Lots of options and shops here. All good. Easy parking. My beef with this place and other like it are the design of the building. It is always a chore getting to your theatre. Always a chore getting to the washrooms and the same at the end of the movie trying to leave the building. One narrow escalator for everyone. I much prefer the layout of the Landmark theatres that I frequent.

Nothing special but every restaurant youd ever want is at this place! Huge selection of great food and various shopping. Some high end shops places to get nails and hair done. Thrift shop and electronics if you need something you'll most likely find it around here.

There's not much there. Most of the locations are empty from businesses that went under. The only things are besides the movie theater are a few stores and the gym, and there's a trampoline place. That's about it

Very sad lots of stores closing. Back in its glory days a very good variety of stores mostly at discount pricing. All the goodies are gone. Trade secrets is no longer there and a few of the clothing stores are gone as well. Bureau end gross has also closed.

"The RioCan shopping mall that could have been". Love coming here, but most of this place is non happening. Many stores have opened and closed. It's almost a ghost town!! However, this area is slated for a major re-development, potentially starting in 2022. Very sad to see that Kirkland will be losing it's Cineplex theater. West islanders will have to really drive out to go to another Cineplex as movie theaters start opening again.

I did not visit Winners instead I was at the covid test center next to the dollarama. The way the test center works is You show up at the door to get a slip of paper with the time of your appointment (1 paper per person needing a test). Then you come back at the time on the slip of paper, not before. Ensure that you had already registered online. The QR code and website is at the door. Once inside, it is about an hour before you are done.

A great example of a hugh super mall with lots of parking, lots of spots, and mostly empty. Built-up when too much money was available for speculation. Should have worked, but perhaps a second life when the train gets out here. tim hortons and dollarama and winners and a ?montana?.

I visited buzzfit which is an affordable gym, this being their best location on the island. They are well equipped and open 24 hours a day which can't be beat.

Always something new to see at this RioCan shopping center. COVID-19 safety protocols are in effect. I visited the Linen Chest store at this open air shopping center and found a good deal on a bath tub pillow and anti-slip mat made by Softee. Visiting this RioCan shopping center brings back memories of my childhood when open air shopping centers were popular.

Many vacant storefronts. Lots of businesses have closed over the years. There is a Winners and Dollarama anchoring the shopping complex but essentially that is it. A fitness centre ( Buzzfit) and children's play centre (iSaute) round it out. Very limited dining choices (Thai Express, Subway, Tim Horton). There is a Cineplex there though. Plenty of parking.
