We have new restaurants in the neighborhood. Love to visit Chocolat Favori, Bar a ongles where they do a fantadtic job, Sushi shop, Abey and Mary's new restaurant. The parking lot is a mess. A lot of people are just cuting lights on the street and driving like maniacs. A SAQ should open there. It totally make sense. The nearest are kinda far or not convenient. The Starbucks is really popular and create a lot of problem because the drive-thru is in the way. The Pharmaprix creates the same problem. Having the entrance near the intersection is a call for accidents. And for the Provigo... You can only park on the side because if you try in front, you can't pass with your cart but people are trying to or are just leaving it in front of the gate instead of returning it at, litterally, 20 steps further.

However, there's a massive pothole in one of the entrance/exit to parking lot. I believe it's the one close to Starbucks. Please be careful. Update 2021: Pothole is fixed.

The only reason I go is because I use the gym there. But very honestly, everytime I go, I'm this close to have an accident. The parking is too tight people can't see when backing up, the Starbucks line is messy and creates arguments in the parking lot, the people don't know where to pass. Very honestly it's a mess and it makes me unpatient everytime I go.

BACARO pizzeria. Google hasn't updated the location yet. But it is the first 5 days of the grand opening. Food was great. This isn't dominos so you get what you pay for. Chicken wings and a tomato creamed soup appetizers. Pizza, spaghetti and meatball giant one. Two soda drinks. Two deserts. 85$ before taxes but the experience was great and the staff are very enjoyable. Cheers

There are no designated parking lots for the subway or other businesses around, except the starbucks.
