Even by calling ahead and waiting for your prescription order confirmation, you can wait up to 40 min to get your medecin. All they will tell you is to wait and wont even listen to your questions. I even tried giving my insurance card to the first lady who didn’t even listen, so i had to give it while paying for my prescription which caused longer delays. I’ve been a customer of Jean Coutu for over 10 years and never seen a such problematic branch.

(Original) Service pourri à la pharmacie! À éviter Elles n'ont aucun souci pour le patient ayant besoin de ses médicaments. Mon médecin leur faxe la prescription à 14h. Exprès je m'y rend vers 17h pour être sûr qu'elles l'ont reçu. À l'arrivée et après avoir expliqué la situation on me demande d'attendre à la salle d'attente et ben j'attend longuement (dans ma tête puisque C'est long donc elles ont la prescription et sont en train de préparer les médocs) et ben non, après une longue attente une des criss vient m'annoncer qu'elles ont pas reçu le fax ???? donc j'appelle ma clinique, ces derniers compréhensifs, revalide avec moi le numéro du fax de la pharmacie et leur refaxe la prescription et m'envoie en même temps la même prescription par courriel. Après plusieurs minutes d'attente, elles me disent qu'elles n'ont rien reçu! Je leur montre la prescription que j'ai reçu par courriel de la clinique, elles veulent rien savoir! Je leur demande d'appeler la clinique pour valider avec eux l'info pour que je puisse avoir mes médocs et elles veulent rien savoir toute la gang incluant la pharmacienne! Leur réponse: on va laisser un mot à côté du fax et dès qu'on le reçoit on va vous contacter! Allez donc ch...gang de paresseuses! Je quitte les lieux et je me rend à pharmaprix juste à côté, j'ouvre en 2 min un dossier, j'appelle ma clinique, leur demande de leur faxer la prescription, en moins de 5 min, la prescription était en traitement déjà...je reçois mes médocs, je demande sur le champ au pharmacien de faire venir mon dossier ainsi que de toute la famille de la criss de pharmacie Jean coutu à côté, point barre. 24h après je reçois un appel de la criss de pharmacie me disant qu'ils ont reçu le fax ????????
