Well located. Plenty of parking in the outdoor garage. The highly polished floor tiles are dangerous in my view. Decisions need to be made re. The empty Sears location needs to be repurposed. How about a community project to solicit suggestions. I'll vote for urban gardens to be established there.

Since the renovation, the mall is very pleasant. The food court had a wide offering and there is an area with tall windows which is quiet.

Slowly decreasing, but has some good stores... Don't expect to find every single store you want, but some of the big names are there and it's good for last minute shopping. Food court is very large, a lot of choices. Not too crowded so perfect for families

Great place to go shopping or hang out with your friends! They have a cafeteria where you can eat various kind of foods and many different shops. They sometimes have activities for young children during holidays. There are snack bars like chocolato, la crènerie, Starbucks, etc. Amazing place to go during the weekends with your friends to go shopping or to have fun. I'd definitely go again and I definitely recommend it.

It's a mall. The majority of stores are for clothes (as it should be.) They have a food court with semi-diversified choices (as it should be.) They have some big names if you want to spend big bucks (as it should be.) There really isn't much to say here. This is a good mall, with a good experience. It's also the only one that seems to be -actually- thriving around the south shore, which is honestly more than I can say for a lot of them. Oh, also, it's minutes away from Panama, which will allow you to get on a bus quickly after your shopping. It's a good place. Go take a walk inside, check the stores out and spend your time contemplating stuff behind windows that you kinda want but not enough to actually buy it, but that's ok because you can come back next time. Easy 8/10 experience.

The mall was quite busy. Getting to the Mall is quite easy; located near the Panama bus terminal with many buses passing by it. There is a good variety of different stores for different tastes, likes, & price range. New stores will open shortly. The food court is diverse in selection with a constant and steady crowd. The parking spots around mall fill up quite rapidly but there was plentiful of choices.

Used to be the place to be few years ago but with the opening of another mall not too far kind of hit the crowd there. There's not as much people as before but since they did renovations looks like people are going there again. There's good selection of stores and there's also a nice food court

Five start not enough very quiet and clean one of the best in Montreal I highly recommend it if you are in Montreal you have to visit it they have even computers to access the internet for free. Your phone battery died no worries they give you portable battery charger just ask for it in information desk

Great place to come to on a rainy day. They have indoor parking which makes it very convenient to get to the store and they have so many stores to choose from. Would recommend to anyone to come here instead of nearby stores at dix30. Very clean and a lot of the staff was very friendly. Will be coming back when I find myself in Quebec again.

For tourists, if youre looking for something more fresh, its gonna be harder. Go to St-Bruno or Montreal instead. But you just want to walk and do some basic shopping, its perfect.

Electronics, clothing, desserts, hair salons, shoes, accessories, dollar store, grocery store, beauty kiosks that pierce the ears and the other does eyebrows, spot where you can use computers, sports, toy store, banks, etc. I would have given 5 stars if there was more for pet store.

Old style shopping mall, you park you car and enjoy going from one store to another INSIDE. You don't waste gas going from one store to another. Great food courtand plenty of fine boutiques for everyone's needs.

If you are female and need clothing, or you need a haircut or shoes, this mall might be useful. If you need sports equipment, ok. If you need a pharmacy, a grocery store, a post office, or are looking for something a little different, probably not your choice. Food court is small and lacks diversity. A lot of the stores are empty, including the spot Sears occupied. I don't really get where this mall is heading, but it's not a very interesting place as malls go. It certainly isn't one stop shopping for your errands.

Typical mall. Just stopped to get some food.(a&w). Cant sit in the food cart but they're all open for take-out. Did notice some of them double the item price without you noticing. Didn't fall for it but im sure some ppl do. When a slice of pizza and some noodles that usually cost about 6$ together jump to 16$ and the person on the other starts playing games, you know shaddyness is around. Covid is making do shaddy stuff. Unfortunately thats not the way to go and blaming everything on covid to rip-off people at other places is also not the way to do business.

With covid-19, this mail is a deserted place, unfortunately. I like that it has a good variety of stores, and plenty of parking available. When we needed a restroom, the only one we could find was located close to the food court area. It felt a bit off that such a large mall had only one set of restrooms.

Nicely laid out mall, very clean and well lit, wide selection of stores and a decent food court. Madks are mandatory, hand sanitizers available at entrances/exits, and the mall has lanes to split up foot traffic for social distancing.

During this pandemic, I haven't had much chance to go to the mall and recently went to see and I was surprised as to how many stores have changed. More and more higher end stores are moving in, in the hopes that things will open up more and attract more shoppers. Right now there aren't many shoppers, rightly so but that will change as more people get their vaccinations.

The mall is somewhat small and is mostly duplicate businesses. It feels less like a proper shopping mall and more like a glossier strip mall. That being said, the place is very clean. There is no reason to go here unless you're near and need to go to a specific store.

Indoor shopping! When I don’t want to go out in bad weather I go this this place else rather than going to nearby Dix30! There is even a indoor parking so you don’t even get wet from the rain or snow walking from your car to the mall! We can find all sorts of stores here and so chances are that you will be able to find what you need! This is a very active mall unlike some I see with many vacant stores and whatnot! They even have a decent variety at the food court!

Great big place for shopping lots of popular store. It's not what it used to be when Les ailes de la mode and Imax were there but still a good place to consolidate your shopping. There are some good fast food services located near to Archambeault. Parking is easy with a big 3 storey parking lot. Access is also very easy from tachereau and Lapiniere.

A small mall with decent variety. Very clean, and looks newly renovated. Same story for the food court (which is by entrance 4 by the way): not a lot of restaurants but has a good variety. The Decathlon store is pretty impressive, check it out if you need any gear for literally any sporting activity.

Decent selection of stores and restaurants. But where this mall gets rave reviews is the nursing room. Very clean and complete. They even have a hot water dispenser, so for formula feed babies this is an added bonus. There are microwaves and high chairs. If you are on maternity leave this is the mall for you!

This mall has lots of stores, it's not as big as the Dix 30 but it has everything you need under one roof and it's great during winter. It's clean and it has underground parking. The food court has a good variety of options to choose from. I would add more restrooms because I could only find one.

Visited the new Mayrands and was very disappointed . I thought they had good deals and prices but found them more expensive than IGA Maxi's or SuperC and Provigo . Don't think I will visiting again anytime soon . What a waste of time it was

Just an afternoon of Chilling with my Little Lady(Daughter).:-). Great place to walk and talk and do some "Window Shopping",,,,, or some straight up shopping shopping lol. Plus there is a food court with by far the nicest tables and softest leather skin chairs you have ever seen in a mall. Ohhh,,,, and did i mention theirs Thai Express,,,,, that's right,,,,,, i said it,,,,, Thai Express and their delicious Spicy Chicken Pad Thai,,,, Mmmmmm Mmmmmm delicious

Nice, clean place. I hate the allotment given to stores. Ex.: Decathlon is too big. A lot of empty space and empty racks. Some stores are too small especially for big chains such as Le Chateau, La Senza, Children's Place... Unfortunately, I will not go back there for shopping nor recommend to friends and family.

Best shopping center in the south shore!!! Lots of improvements, lots of new stores and clean mall. Best stores there are T-Shirt Pros, Decathlon and h&m.

The shopping center is very clean and well maintained. The COVID-19 prevention measures are respectfully implemented: stickers with arrows on the floor to indicate the direction of flow, hand sanitizer dispensers provided at all entrances, benches removed and chairs/tables blocked in the food court area, to name a few examples. I feel safe to run my errands.

Standard North American mall where the biggest shops are Sears and the Bay. We go there maybe twice a year for stuff but since the Dix30 has opened up, there has been a diminished need to go out that way. Parking is plentiful and you can find cafe depot and brûlerie St Denis here. The food court is, meh.
