Great prices. Always run out of advertised specials. Yes they give rain checks but that just means I have to go back again which is inconvenient. Other than that it's a great location to shop.

It's a great little stop with a variety of shops and locations to eat. It's off the main road so there is always decent parking, but if the McDonald's there has a back up of customers, they start to block the lanes or just park randomly.

A very convenient located plaza which contains a good variety of stores such as a pharmacy, Little Ceasars pizza, Subway, dry cleaners, Royal Bank, Food Basics, McDonald's and Esso, plus more. Easy access to the plaza from Franklyn as well as from Jamieson. Plenty of parking space available. The plaza is clean and well kept.

Congestion and awkward parking: landscaping blocks drivers views in parts of the parking lot (trying to get from RBC 'road' to turn left to be able to get onto Jamison you can't see the traffic coming on your right from Food Basics without going into the road), lineups from McDonalds spill into parking lots main access roads blocking traffic. Food Basics is still dirty and grubby.

Food Basics is the best grocery store in the area by far. Their produce is fresh as are their breads and bakery products. They have regular deep discount specials which are really appreciated. This past week they offered asparagus at $1 a bundle where competing markets were charging $4. The staff are bend over backwards accommodating. They have an electric cart for those of us who can't get around easily and grocery cart depots in the parking area so shoppers don't have to walk their carts back to the store and then walk back to their cars.
