It's been ages there elevator is not working. So, it's very unprofessional building management. This building is overcrowding but the cleaning and maintenance is very low. I don't recommend this place gay people would having disability or being in pain.

The entrance is not accommodating although it has three, they just are not well marked. You need a credit card to pay for parking machine does not accept cash but you can get a refund for parking inside the stores it's three dollars to park.

Going to Burnaby hand therapy in one of the buildings. At first I was confused by the fact that three buildings with different addresses are part of the Kingsway 5000. Something Google maps leaves out in directions.

I come here for the London Drugs. Pay parking Mon-Sat until 6pm, but London Drugs will reimburse you. Not sure if other stores do the same.

The parking is confusing..if you enter off Kingsway you might hit a Height Barrier. If you go around the block , it's a longer drive and no guarantee there will be a proper size to Park.

Not a whole lot here. Couple of banks, Japanese restaurant, a couple of towers with many doctor type offices and a very busy Life Lab. There is also one of the first London Drugs Store here, old and cramped. It's good if you know what you want, a small store compared to newer ones. Parking is not free.

Very busy Pay parking lot since it has TD bank and London Drug as well as there is a medical purpose building on the site. You can go to London drug to buy $5 shopping then reimburse $3 parking which is a good reminder to you all. :)

I don't know how you can even rate a plaza lol, since it depends on the store you go to. I personally went to the London drugs, and the dental clinic on the 4th floor. The London drugs is pretty good. But a bit sketchy looking. I liked Sushi Oyama (even though they're technically beside the plaza) the most but they closed down. The dental clinic is nice, but really scary (if you're getting procedures on your teeth). The parking lot is okay, but there are many cars so have fun finding a spot!

Well, you can only access the 2 Royal Bank machines from the Kingsway side. I was given hand signals from inside to go around ....so I went past several Chinese restaurants, cuz we need more, to the back parking lot, behind the bank, then I was told there's a side door on Kingsway - well maybe you should put a BIG Royal Bank sticker on that door (I know you have them) for those of us who do not frequent this location. Two lines & 25 minutes later finally saw a teller. Everytime I come to Burnaby, once a year it's always something, maybe I need a 'cleansing' Last time I tripped over a parking barrier that was hidden behind two cars at Metrotown...time before I lost my lottery ticket 'wallet' with tickets for every game that week & $40. in the wallet. Thankful to return to Vancouver where things like this happen less frequently!!!

Tight parking lot. Too small for the London Drugs, they need to move. Should take over Sears. The pay parking meter doesn't take cash, rediculous. Not everyone has a charge card.

Great little shopping mall with one of the best Sushi places in the lower mainland. Kiku Sushi is one of my favourite Sushi places in Vancouver. Exceptional tempura and really fresh Sashimi. Reasonable prices too with friendly staff.
