Very family oriented but delicious

Beer Store, pharmacy, bakery, fantastic family diner, best sub shop in town, good pizza shop, a family owned "smoke shop" This is is probably the crown jewel of all the little strip malls in Burlington. It is nice to have in my neighborhood and I usually have reason to stop in here at least a couple times a week if not more. I have had reason to frequent it ever since I was a little boy.

Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast here last week. Kids finished their plates (that rarely happens). Pancakes and omelettes are a hit at this place. Portions are huge, coffee is good! Would certainly recommend this place. They are very busy, you may need to wait a little.

A nicely kept strip mall that has a little bit of everything. There is a restaurant that serves breakfast all day, a beer store, a knitting store, a travel agent, a tea kwon co club, back therapists , dentists and other services. Something for everyone!

This is a fantastic throw back strip plaza that stands alone on its options. Beer store , daycare , pizza , subs and great gyros for 5.90 tax in . 2 convenience stores and 1 really great restaurant. Ample free parking and much more. There is also a drug store( pharmacy)

So disappointed. Have been going to the mount Royal for 20+years. Today I expressed my disappointment for the first time about a less than fresh, over ripe, chicken Greek salad. The owner Masooud(Sp?) refused to do anything about it. My server expressed her regret and said she would pay for my meal... Which under no circumstances was going to happen. I said I would like to speak to the owner. He came out said fine take her salad off the bill but then said the server had to cover the cost and lied about saying it. Apparently, his policy is that anyone who doesn't like their food or if there is a problem it becomes the servers problem to pay for. The server left in tears, I felt horrible. I was polite and simply wanted to express my displeasure. Sadly, cannot support a business owner who takes no responsibility. He was the cook... He made my meal. Not my lovely server. Unbelievable.
