Here you will be able to see all the opinions of people who are consuming the services of Mapleview Shopping Centre (Mall) in the area close to Burlington (Canada).
At the moment the business gets a score of 4.3 stars over 5 and that rating is based on 127 reviews.
You may have noticed that it has an average rating is very good, and it is founded on a large number of opinions, so we can be quite sure that the assessment is quite reliable. If many people have bothered to value when they've done well, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to place tatings when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Mall belongs to the category of Shopping mall.
There's some really cool stores there that managed to keep me busy for awhile. Way too many stores catering to women which kept me in the mall for way way longer than i had planned. Parking is hit and miss. One day you'll find spots close to mall others you're best to just park at the outer edge and make your way in.
i come here for aerie. the whole mall is always very clean. i find that lots of stores are geared to women
The mall is clean, the air is welcoming, the food court always kept clean, Thai Kitchen I give them a five star for their food less than $20 dollars can give you a lot. KFC I’m a regular customer especially with their zinger sandwich, the mall overall is a 10/10
Usually has whatever I'm looking for with a pretty decent food court. (but note that some of the stations are under supplied and will run out of popular items toward end of day. And most of the stores do not carry sizes for larger folks. )
Large selection of stores! Best mall in the area. Huge food court. Lots of parking. 2 levels of stores. Victorias secret, the Bay, bath and body works, boathouse, american eagle, arie, Sephora, shoppers drug mart, H&M, Aldo, Fossil, Soft moc, browns, hair salons, Dynamite,Garage, Le Chateu, La Vie En Rose, Lulu Lemon, Foot Locker, booths of most cellphone companies and more. Earls Kitchen and Turtle Jacks restaurants.
One of the best malls to go to in Burlington. Even with curbside pick up available the employees working there are really friendly and welcoming. You can find mostly all brands at the location with amazing food court. Great with social distancing and COVID 19 procedures. I really recommend people to visit this mall if they haven’t.
It’s a great shopping mall for those who are looking for a good variety of stores and good food court. Went there on a Sunday and it wasn’t crowded. Plenty of seating in food court and clean washrooms. Plenty of parking space and close to QEW.
This mall is great, but whoever they get to plow the snow on their lot is aweful. So many parking spaces are blocked because of poor organization for snow removal.
It's a rather large mall, with two levels. The food court has the usual variety of options and has a large area for sitting down. Aside from a few shops that I cannot find in Kitchener (ie. The Vans Store) there's nothing that put a this mall at top notch. It was very clean however, and that I liked.
Wonderful mall, the floor plan is simple and directory is very helpful. Love the variety of stores available, ranges from high prices to reasonable. Always my first choice mall.
We love this mall!! Because Milton has the worst mall, we always go here to get clothes. It’s always clean, has great deals and a lot of options at the food court. It’s not a really big mall, so you feel you can do it in one stop.
Great Mall! Everything there!
I love this mall. I can find anything at any time.
A lovely mall, very clean and easy to navigate (or so I thought ) and the Danish pastry place is absolutely wonderful.
Not too busy unlike malls in Mississauga. Could use a selection boost perhaps more stores. Apple store is best location compared to square one mall in Mississauga as its not as packed.
My First time in the mall after covid Situation. Felt strange to be shopping in person. Walking on a cloud helped me find some good supportive shoes. Can't do that on line. Thanks.
Great stores!
Very nice mall, clean with a great store selection.
Lots of great stores, including in the food court.
Nicely upgraded. Good mall to shop on.
Best mall in the Hamilton area. They have all the latest trendy stores for clothing and a decent food court. Always something on sale at a clothing store that's in style right now. Highly recommended
Our new fav mall!
Thanks to the staff at H&M I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, fulfilling a Cornershop / Uber eats order
I love this mall. Can’t wait for Covid to be over and I can go there
Good location and selection of stores
Neat midsize mall. Straightforward layout, nice updated food court. Ample parking, decent rest rooms. Nice place to shop or just browse & kill the time.
I love Decathlon...
This mall has stores. I'd say... 40-100 stores. It is wonderous and wonderful. Some stores have a shirt. Some stores have plants. Some have trees INSIDE. I would say, there's a foodcourt with maybe even a KFC I didn't check but I smelt the chicken. I'd also like to say there is some nice stores for games and I saw a dog outside walking towards the mall and maybe allowed in but maybe not.
This mall has every type of store you need, a Starbucks, and a great food court!! Plenty of parking and easy access from the highway. Lots of traffic lights to help you get out of the parking lots!
Beautiful Mall!! Gap, Banana Republic, Pandora, COACH, Laura and Laura Petites… endless selection of high end to low end shops! The Bay too... Shopped here regularly for the past 35+ years and we always find what we need. Recommend to all! Clean bathrooms in food court area...and great selection of food as well.
Good mall, unfortunately only a single EV car charger! Whats with that?! Great selection of stores, clean and modern inside. I do wish there were a few more food options for sit-down dinning. You have Earls and Turtle Jacks.
Nice mall. Clean. Well designed. Food court has lots of options. Stores are great.
This place was nice for a little shopping visit take my wife on a date. I felt like it doesn't necessarily have anything I wanted but it's still for immature group it was still a good time
I really like this shopping centre. It has a variety of stores. The regular stores we usually go to and some high-end stores. The food court is big with different cuisines.
Moderately sized mall with diverse and high end store locations. Parking and mall accessibility is a challenge. Connections to roads and available parking needs major overhaul.
Went to meet a friend and was smaller than I thought. (the mall, not my friend). Parking lot is huge, yet full, yet not reflectively busy in the mall. The shops are good with usual selection.
Very quiet . But loved the options like zara and all
Good location, airy and bright. Not really a mall person as it takes a lot of walking to get your shopping done.guess that is why there are so many stores for younger age group.
Love this mall. Clean and beautiful
Wish guest services had an operational contact number for a store called The Nooks. It's not on their webpage and I visited from western Canada so it's not like I can walk in there again to buy the product I am interested in.
man this place is empty and a lot of stuff is closed. Can’t even blame them! This isn’t even a diss to Mapleview mall it’s just sad to see it like this ????????
Large mall with retailers focusing on apparel, gifts and personal services. Large food court and features upscale restaurants on main level. Anchored at either end by Sears and Hudson's Bay. Plenty of parking and within 2 min drive of Downtown Burlington and Spencer Smith Park. Direct access to QEW Niagara, 403 Hamilton and 407. No direct access to 403 Toronto, but street signs get you there.
Ok mall but it seems like it’s falling behind malls like square one and Sherway. I hope they can revamp some things and make it on par with the other malls.
As my first time goer to this Shopping Mall, I found several, and countless things. I am not a shopper unless I have to be. I don't consider even coming here until I have something to purchase, so let's get started. First off, the mall is clean and very generic, as opposed to super malls, located mostly in major cities around the globe. I however will not compare them, since everyone has different shopping experience. The mall, as I said it's very elongated, from one end to the other, and has 2 floors, UPPER LEVEL is at street level and LOWER LEVEL, is below the street level. Food court is located on UL and offer variety of foods, NY Fries, Timmy's, and Greek just to name few. (I will not give review on each since I don't frequent them very often). Aside from all those it's just very simple mall, with retailers and Customer Desk is very helpful and friendly. Maps are always at the entrances, but you don't have to use the map if you know where you're going. The mall is small so finding your way around is very simple. On second and final note, from my experience, I don't really care much for malls unless I'm shopping for specific reasons. I see people just aimlessly walking around, and I find this part of life very boring, and being part of social convention I just do not find it very important for life. That said, it's amazing mall, clean small but big (it looks bigger when you actually enter the hall) and store are curtious, friendly and helpful. Go shop. ????
So much better with the new stores in it now like Charmed Aroma. Would be better still with a Tiffany's, True Religion and few other trending brands.
Not a big crowd. Easy to get in the stores I needed too
Not the same shopping experience. This place seriously needs some good stores to bring back the finese it once had.
Not a bad selection of stores. Food court has good options. Good hours for a mall! David's tea staff are friendly and outgoing. Mall always appears to be clean and maintained. Very easily accessible. Parking, however, is a bit of a nightmare..prepare to spend several minutes looking for a spot!
Several changes have been made to the Burlington bus services resulting in a long traverse over the parking lot past the closed former Sears to enter the mall. Return bus trips are even longer as one must cross an 8 lane highway. The mall seems quieter than in the past. It's trying to only have the highest end stores. I wish them luck.
This mall is garbage. They got rid of all their benches and stools so you can only sit if you qualify. They turn away people who have QR code’s that are accurate and up to date. Ridiculous and a basic infringement on the AODA. Clearly they don’t care about disabled or elderly folks in the mall, or parents that need a place to sit down and rest. Ridiculous.
I love this shopping centre: it's both close to me and has most of the brands I do my shopping from: Hudson's Bay, RW&CO., Zara, Aritzia, Apple, etc. I have been here multiple times since COVID started and all the stores have been following COVID-19 safety measures. On their opening after the second lockdown, They do their safety screening on your arrival at the shopping centre instead of each store individually, which I found more convenient.
Very well kept mall and lots of great places /stores to shop . Prices are the same as almost everywhere. I really like the swatch and the Bay Parking it’s easy -food court is great with lots of choice. I will return .
Ultra clean, well lit and great variety of shops. Prices here tend to be much higher than Burlington Mall due to the higher cost of rent
Nice clean mall but very stark, no greenery or plants of any kind. Also seems to be a little dead - maybe it was just the time of day when I was there. Definitely needs some visual improvements!
Always a nice mall to spend a few hours, always walk out with something.
Heading to grab some essential items and I had the store to myself on a Saturday. The clerks were so helpful and happy to see a live person inside.
Wow love it, there was a lot of choice.
Few days ago my family and I were denied entering the food court because our vaccination proofs are issued by Halton Region as we’re living in Oakville! The security guy told us that our proofs won’t be recognizable by whatever app he’s scanning the QR codes with. I’ve explained to him that we just used it to have dinner in one of the mall restaurants, and we’ve using those proof since last August and we were never denied entering any place before. But he was so stubborn and just focusing the conversation that the app doesn’t recognize our proofs!! I was left speechless and puzzled of how an old security guy in such a mall failed to apply common sense in such a situation!!! It was really really a frustrating experience for us, and for that I don’t think we were ever come back to the Maple View Mall!
Guest services at Burlington is very good as they're one of the few malls that offer stroller services in the Burlington-Hamilton area. Good selection of stores from clothing apparel to high-tech goods (Apple Store).
These folks have created a great place to take your teenager shopping. However, there is absolutely nothing there for an adult man except a bench to sit and wait helplessly as your day evaporates. Cheez, get an old fashioned sporting goods store in there that sells more than just shoes.
This mall has a lot to offer even though it has a very small footprint. If you're looking to walk around for hours, go to a bigger mall. This mall can be ridiculously busy at Christmas time too. To the point where you can't even park there.
Very Clean And Not Busy But It's Very Classy With All The Retail Stores you may need. There is a much older crowd (retired )which makes it even better which gives it tranquility.
This mall has awesome shop selections and a Starbucks. Food court is meh. It's really hit or miss. Most of the restaurants are dirty and disgusting, and have workers who don't care about the job/place. Please, only try the Juicery spot, or the Tim Horton's. They *seem* to be clean, and they're good-tasting. The others will probably give you a sickness, with how dirty they look.
Update. From 1 to 4 stars. Previous review: We were there yesterday. No social distancing protocols observed. People meandering in all direction. Approximately 50% of observed guests were not wearing masks. Felt unsafe. I will be returning to online shopping. Update: Mapleview has step up their game. All visitors are wearing masks and seem to be observing social distancing protocols. We feel much more comfortable shopping at this shopping mall.
Love bringing my girls here!
Great mall. Clean and well kept. Good selection of stores. The store selection does tend to be a bit more high end.
Very strict and I loved that because of the Delta Variant becoming the fourth wave.
Huge mall with bunch of everything inside. I don't come here often when I do I love my time. Browsing all the shops with more to come soon :)
Fantastic location just off the QEW wear for all three meets in Burlington. Approximately halfway between Toronto and Niagara Falls. A great variety stores including the Apple Store and Tesla superchargers in the parking lot on the south side. Don’t get confused. Each level of the mall is connected to a different parking level as well. It is outside parking but if you expect to find your car remember that the lower level has a different parking exit side from the mall. It took me a few minutes to figure that one out LOL I believe the exits on the top level of the mall faces north and the exits on the lower level of the mall are facing south. Or is it east and west. I’m not extremely familiar with the area however you get the point. On each level, the exit is on the other side of the mall.
This is Burlington's largest mall. Very clean and well maintained. Large food court and a fantastic large window to look out. A great place to take a walk around the mall on a cold day. A good place for your Wife or Girlfriend to shop at while you relax in the food court.
Beautiful mall that is well-maintained. Great variety of stores, especially for teens (foot locker, boathouse, Zara, H & M). For adults, The Bay is a great anchor store that carries high end fashion brands at good prices (especially during summer clearance days).
Stores that mainly cater towards the high maintenance crowd. Really nice food court. Not enough parking for the volume of people that they get, if you go mid day it is normally hard to find a parking spot.
Nice shopping center, big parking area, it has alot of the main brands. Easy layout that makes shopping easy and remembering where everything is also easy :) The food court is not too big but has a descent variety to cover all tastes. It's one of my favourite shopping destinations.
One a the better malls around and a good selection of shop. Just does what it needs to do. Never had any problems there to speak of.
The best mall !
One of the best malls in the Hamilton/Burlington area. A great compromise for Hamiltonians that want a more high end and luxurious shopping experience without the hassle of heading all the way to Toronto. Mapleview has a lot of stores that just can't be found anywhere else!
Provides a nice indoor shopping experience and provides an upscale feeling compared to today's "outlet malls". Don't get me wrong, still not a sherway gardens but not far off
There is such a wide variety of places to shop. Tons of parking, clean, and lots of foodie choices! Great mall! Something for everyone!
Good variety of shopping options, opened a new zara store which is great. Clean facilities and a renovated food court was a lot of options.
The shops and the customer service in the mall make this my favourite mall. However, what totally ruins it for me every time is that there are barely any mother spots, and the ones that are there are really far from the entrance and are very dangerous when loading things and for those with babies it is really dangerous because many drivers unfortunately speed through the parking lot. There also needs to be more washrooms in the mall besides the one in the food court. The doors are very difficult for those using wheelchairs or with strollers because the one door that has the button sometimes doesn't work.
Fantastic mall but I am noticing a number of store closings and vacancies. That said there are a few new stores opening but the writing is on the wall for malls like this. I hope this mall makes it because they have some fabolous shops.
Many wonderful stores to choose from! A two-level centre with a great selection of everything you may be looking for ♡ There is a food court to have a break, or nice restaurants if you want a dine-in lunch or dinner. I experienced both, the court and one restaurant; and both were good.
Mapleview mall is a great place to shop, they have a good assortment of stores, and definitely something for everyone. Now compared to bigger malls such as Square One in Mississauga or Toronto Premium outlet mall the selections depending on what you are used to would be limited in comparison. So keep that in mind. Other than that great overall. Social distance measures are being observed and followed, staff, atleast in my experience were helpful overall and accommodating. Overall a great experience, I would come back again.
Went to thr Apple store for my sons phone. I don't own any apple products myself but i was amazed at how wonderful all the employees were there. They help with everything you want to know regarding your apple products.
Have some good shops. Mostly pricey. But the mall s location is very convenient and has lots of parking at 2 levels.
The trendy mall of burly. Its got everything u need. My favourites are Sephora and Forever 21 they're large stores and have sooo much stuff to choose from. They have a good selection of food options as well. ????
Overall good experience at this shopping mall. Just sad to see one of the large department anchor end of the mall sitting vacant. Would like to think that, at least during Christmas season, that vacant store could be leased out in some way. Only good thing about that vacant store is the amount of empty parking spots. Great for parking if one does not mind the trek. Not a very good look though, for the main entrance to one's mall, seeing a large empty store. #celebrity_bucks
Good selection of shops. Unfortunately there are a fair number of stores that are no longer there. ????
Lovely mall, great store selection. The only downside is the up/down inconvenience...you have to walk far to one side to get to an escalator! They need more stairs in the middle.
Kudos to the Gen Z Team at Maple View, for triaging herds of anxious consumers back into the Mall. Maple remains the hot spot for local residents shopping needs, and is operating with all COVID-19 safety measures.
Very clean, upscale feeling throughout the entire mall. Great variety of stores.
Nice mall to shop. Never too busy and a great selection of stores. I like the way they’re following Covid-19 protocols too.
Maybe it’s just me, but I believe that to stay in business in the online shopping world a mall has to have a lot of service oriented outlets I.E nice cafes maybe an arcade. Outside the food court and a tiny Starbucks I can’t find a nice place to have a discussion and a nice coffee. Not my type of mall
Clean mall. Very modern decor. Lots of stores to visit. Public washrooms and food court. Ample parking and easy to access via highway.
Love this mall, it virtually has everything u could want and great protocol as fsr as covid protocol goes, Great food court. NOTHING TO SAY THATS REMOTELY EVEN NEGATIVE REGARDING THIS MALL..keep up the great work
It's a long 2 storey mall. Has what you need.
Great mall that just happens to be short of parking spots. That's where it loses most of a star, the other part of the star is for the poor shape of the couches and seating areas. Other then that this place has lots to offer. There are multiple high end retailers like Apple, Michael Koors, Roots, Burks, the list goes on. Other malls in the Hamilton / Brantford/ Burlington / St. Catherines area don't have certain higher end stores and so this is the place one has to travel to to visit to shop at Apple, for example. The mall is clean, has wide hallways, brightly light, has a nice food court with a wall of windows. Convenient escalators, seems to be only one elevator. Handicap parking, entrances, access throughout. Decent place to spend Sunday afternoon. If u can find parking.
Well, I did not get to look around the mall much. I lost my way several times as I did not know which entrance would take me to the store I was going. That being said, there were clear markings at the mall. The store I went to had directional arrows and strictly controlled the number of people in the store. They also all wore masks as employees...
I love this shopping mall. It's not to big, with a lot of parking spaces, very conveniently located close to major highway and street. Many elegant stores, the Bay beautiful and warm environment, will make your shopping very easy and special.
Good mall, but around the holidays, the parking lot turns into a zoo. The normally polite people from Burlington get down right snarly in an attempt to grab a parking spot!
Very clean, high end stores. One of the best ( if sometimes expensive) independent kids toy stores around. The Sears was just remodelled. Their Santa is awesome and free every year. If you don't want women's clothing and makeup not sure there's much for you here however.
One of those good shopping malls out there .
Huge mall lots of stores to shop and good parking available.
Very busy but well planned. Good mall. Still has a lot of good stores. Went here with my parents a lot when I was a kid. Hasn’t changed much. Nice inside.
Lots of great stores, easily accessible, even has a relatively decent food court. The parking lots are quite massive, but always packed. I never leave disappointed.
Danish Pastry house in the Mapleview mall. Fantastic
Clean and well kept mall that likely has everything you could possibly want. DONT BY FROM AMAZON TOO MUCH, SUPPORT LOCAL!!!
Delicious Pad Thai, Grilled chicken and Thai fish fillet from Ruby Thai Kitchen.
This placed has turned into a joke. My wife and I were tapped on our shoulders by two teen girls who were trying to enforce ridiculous mask mandates that aren't laws. We told them we were exempt, but they let us know policy is everyone wears a face sheild or mask. They continued to follow us throughout the mall. Just a note for this shopping centre, it isn't fair for you to try and have children in charge if enforcing rules or regulations that aren't law. The emergency act was revoked on June 9th, and with it went all covid policies and mandates. You are not allowed to enforce mandates like these in a public place. Good thing there are other shopping centres who understand this, I know it's not a huge deal for the mall but we won't be returning.
Awesome place! Went to Apple store though
Great mall has all the stores I need. Zara, Aritzia, h&m, etc...etc...no crazy lines like other malls. Clean and beautiful
Under construction, busy parking lot. But love to spend time and shop there
One of my favorite malls. Has every good brand you can think of, also has beauty shops and aetheticians and dentist offices. Nice clean washrooms and nice foodcourt.
This is by far the best mall in Burlington, however there is a caveat to this. After Sears pulled out I've noticed a lot of vacancies. It seems as if the owners are having a hard time filling spots and I worry that the mall might sooner or later end up as a ghost town. It's disappointing because Mapleview is actually a great mall and it does have a great selection of stores, but I'm disappointed to see the amount of vacant spots growing while CF Limeridge in Hamilton keeps attracting great new stores. The parking lot can be a bit of a zoo during peak times, especially come holiday season, but they usually hire security guards to monitor the lot and traffic flow.
A lot has changed, it appears that the goal is to have more expensive retail stores. One thing is certain, the inside is well maintained and clean. Food court has a great selection of places to eat, all that is missing are places to get snacks or a drink outside of the food court.
Wide selection of shops with awesome variety! Everything from children's toys to technology to the top name brands- there is a store to keep everyone happy! Always clean, friendly environment. Food court with lots of dining options, or nice restaurants if you prefer.
I love this mall. It's small and organized in an easy way. All my favourite stores are mostly on one end.
I like this mall but it really misses boards showing a list of the stores and where they are. I like the food court and the seating area, especially the booths where you get more of a sound barrier even if very limited.
Exquisite selection of quality items to choose from! My favorite store in this mall is Vintage & Memories! You have to check this store out for yourself because they have the best of everything to choose from,i love it! Unfortunately though the mall owner won't renew their lease at the end of this year! I guess there's no accounting for taste in what people love to buy! I traveled all the way from Barrie just to shop in this store so i was very sad to hear that from the staff there!????
Great place it was mt first time shopping ???? and visiting with brothers.
This mall has a full of stores with giving great discounts on products. Apple store Nice food court All mobile and wireless stores Well maintained Large space for parking Near to highway It could have been a better if there is any bank
This is a beautiful mall with a number of big box brands available under one roof. Clean, modern and lots of parking. The food court has a lot of healthy food options and the bathrooms were clean.
Good mall in Burlington for your shopping needs. Sears has left a void. Overall location is centrally a feasible and parking is easy to find.
All the stores you are looking for are in this mall! Lots of clothing stores and a few small businesses with jewelry and crystals.
Theft have Tesla Super chargers!!!! Mall is great too. Lots of choices. Cedric clean
Mapleview has always been a great, big, trendy mall and with the new renovations they're not falling behind. A great selection of store to suit nearly anyone's needs. I often like to just go browse through the stores until hitting the now massive food court! Great job on all the updates and keeping the stores new and fresh. Will always be a part of Burlington and strong and free.
One end of the mall is construction. But nice selection of stores
Need a better security covid vacc checker at the food court. Sooo many people went through the exit part without being checked for proof, I counted at least 10 people without masks on passing without the old security man knowing.
It's a shopping centre. Indoor two floor mall. Usual chain stores, plus an Apple store. Mall has free Wi-Fi but strangely coverage is very poor in the food court. Precisely the place one would want to use it. Better to go to Second Cup downstairs and buy a coffee and use their strong wifi signal.
well this mall is definitely for higher end shopping limited stores in terms of general shopping ???? but i still would go there for specific shopping
Beautiful and clean mall with a well stocked food court and stores I haven't seen in a while.
Went to check out the sales with some friends. Wound up buying a watch strap from the Fossil Store. Good purchase for me, good environment in the mall itself.
I think it’s the best mall in Burlington, but well overall still can’t compare to square one or Yorkdale.
Great mall. Lots of options for all ages. Good selection of healthy fast food. Not too many great deals as this is catering to higher income demographic but good quality storrs. Parking can be a challenge- try behind the mall. Go early on weekends.
A beautiful mall for shopping or simply to stoll through. Food Court has good selection of tasty fast food.
Love this mall, the upgrades they did, are awesome, sadly stores that sell product based on race don't have a great selection for people of color, i.e. their Sephora store didn't have a wide selection of skin care products that carter to my skin color.
Has a Lululemon and Saje store that are really great. Also the mall itself is very nice, big screen TV to advertise stores, nice washrooms etc. Love the found court layout, nice and spacious. Could use more healthy food options though.
Good selection of stores, lots of higher end types of stores. Still nothing where Sears used to be. Washrooms are clean.
Need some better stores. Nice shopping mall. Escalators are on the ends instead of middle. People are actually lining up at the elevator in the middle.
A wonderful place to go when it is too hot outside
The Mapleview mall is a great walking Mall towards the evening. there are not too many customers roaming around so you can really walk around and enjoy just browsing and window shopping
Long waiting lines to enter the shopping mall under COVID restrictions. Many good brands, nice brands ambassadors.
The best shopping options in Burlington in terms of varieties and major brands. It is clean, comfortable and well organized and they have lots of comfortable sitting areas throughout the mall for a break. If you are hungry, there is an excellent food court and restaurants that will surely please most palates. Furthermore, there are ample free parking all around the mall.
I have been shopping here for a very long time and I love this mall!!
Nice mall, large enough and plenty of stores
This mall is the best for shopping
Very awesome place loved the stores and shops. Really love second cup and shoppers really amazing place!! Edit: The person at the front desk (most experience was a little bit rude which is why i removed 2 stars try to avoid the most the most experienced tall woman at the guest services.)
A big well maintained shopping mall with an abundant variety of stores and a large food court area. Clean washrooms around the mall that are easy to find and in central locations. Design is modern and its really easy to find stores. Large parking lot with lots of parking space. Good location in the heart of Burlington. Its a nice place for Shopping with the family. Sears will be missed, and lets see what opens in its place.
After enjoying the patio at Earl's we quickly toured this mall before closing. It is very big and on 2 levels. I esp noticed the more upscale stores which the teenagers would gravitate too. Clean and friendly staff.
This may has an excellent selection of popular stores, all in one spot. If you can't find it here...you're in trouble. ????
Apple Store......The phone had a battery issue when purchased. Your company made an attempt to fix the problem and extended the warranty for 90 days. They shipped it back to our residence . With in that time the phone crapped out again. Brought it to your store and had to pay for a battery replacement for the SAME problem. Your store / staff and product leave a lot to be desired. Terrible customer service. The WORST I have encountered in 50 years. Your company's demise is definitely on the horizon. Wake up and smell the roses you pompous egotistical self righteous blow hearts!
Nice mall with lots of outlets and small stores. With this many clothing and fashion stores, many found this mall to be on the boring side... but if you get hungry while shopping, there is a really nice food court with plenty food variety to chose from.
Best Shopping from our neighborhood, even compared with some other great ones ???? ????
The security girls in the food court are so rude. Felt uncomfortable with my family
Stores are amazing! They have almost every store in there. The mall is very clean and has multiple entrances. However the food court lacks choices of food, and they could do better with the stores. Should carry more halal options and vegetarian options as well as vegan.
A very nice place, but it often feels like one gigantic clothing store with a food court. It could use more variety.
Best Mall in Halton. Good parking space. Really nice food court, with some nice tables and booths. Needs more entertaining area for dads/kids while moms are shopping.
It's the nicest Mall in Burlington! Maple Ave parking can get super crowded. I recommend parking on the opposite side of the Mall. I've been shopping here the last two years and never had a bad experience.
I really like this shopping mall. I find it comparable to the Yorkdale shopping mall in Toronto.. Have a really good food court here.. today we ate at Osmow's. I was really happy to see that they had one here.
Nice mall good on off free way access . Also a few good places to eat.
I hate shopping malls but Mapleview is an exception. Clean, safe and never overcrowded, it's home to a great selection of stores. Food court is pretty good but nothing exciting. My only gripe is that while it's never jammed up inside the mall, finding a parking spot can sometimes be a real hassle.
Really upgraded pleasant spot to Christmas shop.www.santsdave.ca
Well it was extremely a great pleasure walking around and uncrowded. Very clean neat and safe in all stores. Well organized and safe.
Very busy place. The employees at the mall are very busy keeping it clean the Bender's in the mall or very nice.
Very disappointed that the mall didnt socially distance the food court. You can buy it but you cant eat it there. I missed the signs walking into the food court, such a shame. I was with my daughters, one of whom was pregnant and due any day...she couldnt even sit down to rest. Shame, shame.
Has all of the basics, nothing special, it does the job
Two stars just because they have decathlon inside otherwise there’s no good store to shop
Nice little mall. The parking lot is terrible, but it’s a mall????, and people don’t know how to drive.
The best mall of the area. Apple store, h&m, zara, Decathlon, ...
Ive Been Going to this mall since i was a little kid it hasent changed much, Good Store Collection just very busy and not very clean
Awesome Mall. Always enjoy going to the Kitchen store on the 2nd level and of course Bluenotes, LIDS, etc. Best time to go is a around noon. And due to the expansion and size, you park at the back for safety. And within 2-3 hours you can walk the entire mall and make a day out of it. ✨
Was able to use the gift cards I hot over the holidays . few stores but it has most of the ones I shop for
It’s a standard mall, nothing bad to say ????
On the best of days this mall is a 3 star. There will be many holes to fill in the mall after reopening post COVID19. If you're looking for a full mall shopping experience without driving to Square One try visiting Lime Ridge in Hamilton. This mall was a great destination years ago but now I find no need to go in, even considering I live across the road.
Good! Love the food court view
Finaly a sports store that makes you want to play!
Safe mall, great crowds that come here, I've worked here for two years in two different retail stores and it some of the nicest customers around. The people who work the mall maintain it very well and keep it classy and clean
Nice place to shop upto 70% off on H&M
Attractive mall with large variety of stores. My favorites are: Laura, Purdys, and The Bay.
Upscale shopping mall. Lots of woman's clothing and shoes.
Great mall in the local Hamilton and Burlington Area with great store options. Always clean and tidy and I personally like that it's not so jamed packed. You can always find a place to park and really never had an issues here. I like the design of the food court but the rest of the mall neess a redesign!!
Mapleview mall is a higher end Mall, full of fashion boutiques and larger fashion stores. There are also lovely boutiques such as Sephora, Bed Bath & Beyond, Body Shop, and service for most cellular brands. Lots of other stores to check out as well. There are a couple of restaurants within the mall, and a fairly decent food court. Generally, there is lots of parking at Mapleview on the front back and one side. Be careful of intersection at Maple and Fairview. It's one of the most dangerous in the city. You'll enjoy your visit. Plan to spend a few hours browsing.
Pretty great mall, though I do wish it had a bit more selection of stores. Always very clean!
Nice quant and very clean mall. Looks a lot better inside than out.
Nice mall with great nursing and family washrooms. It's too bad there are so many empty stores, not including the now empty Sears location. Love the food court with the beautiful, big windows.
This malls operating hours during the week are unattainable. By the time you finish work and try to head over to do some shopping the mall is closing in the next 10 min. I don't know why this mall closes at 7pm. Hardly gives me anytime after work to get their and do some shopping. I'm sure several people feel the same.
Not many good stores to shop
Great shopping mall. I've from a slightly bigger city and find our malls so busy, especially end of November and December. Finding parking I thought this mall would be crazy too but it wasn't. Lots of room to walk without walking into other patrons and a lot of great stores. It was supposed to be an IKEA trip and ended up spending more time here
I love this mall and have been going here since I was just a kid. Staff in most stores are super-friendly, and are always ready to assist their customers. Unfortunately though, I have seen a lot of people with their masks down while walking from store to store. I wish that they would have people to remind people to keep their mask up during these unfortunate times.
Maybe the second time I've been here. I thoughy it was a much bigger place. It's a good mall but I just expected more stores and variety. Seems to have the same stores as most malls do.
The Mall is clean, bright and open concept. Lots of sunlight and good culinary selection in the food court. Great cleaning staff. Security is helpful too. Plenty of parking.
Great store selections. There's enough parking around the building. The food court could be a little bigger but it works when its not a busy season. Easy access to the QEW and 403 highway.
Very nice and modern mall with lots of stores. Food court is decent. Lots of parking but it draws a large crowd as well.
I REALLY REALLY REALLY wanted to like this store, as I like their product and I live nearby...but unfortunately, the customer service was a major disappointment. After having some issues with my initial order and having to come back 4 times to the store, the final time I came in for my appointment, the 3 staff just ignored me until the Manager/optician was forced to ask if I needed help. Just some advice for the staff in the future. A simple “hello” and a smile goes a long way. A “we’ll be right with you” would have been fine, but sitting in silence waiting to be acknowledged was weird and made me feel uncomfortable. It was disappointing to then see other customers getting pleasant treatment, while I sat their quietly for 5 minutes, waiting to be acknowledged by one of the three staff. Especially when you’re sitting right across the table from them, and it’s radio silence...awkward, right? I left the 4th time needing to re-order all new glasses and being told, that if the new glasses don’t come within my 30 day window, I’ll be stuck with whatever I get. Lovely. Unfortunately, I don’t feel comfortable in this store. Clearly I’m not welcome and sadly, this experience reflects back on the brand. Next time I’ll be going somewhere else.
great Mall just would never shop at Hudson's Bay again after the way they treated me and tried to tide me over with gift cards which I was not interested in whatsoever
Food court not operational and they offer NO WHERE to sit down...even if needed.
Clean and large mall with tons of parking. Huge selection of stores especially for women! I always find what I need here. Better than limeridge in my opinion! Visited aritzia and dynamite :)
Large selection of stores for men and women , Apple Sore, Hudson Bay , Sears and huge food court with great views . The cleanest nicest, largest and most modern bathrooms with huge area to change your baby. Easy to get to large parking lot, but horrible to return home to Toronto or Hamilton 403 directions.
This is one of the best malls in the area. Good selection of store types and fantastic food court. Actually better than most GTA malls
A lot of good retailers; good shopping experience. Parking lot tends to fill quickly especially in the front of the mall so come earlier in the day. Tip: Try to find parking at the back of the mall where Earl's is located.
Went on May. 31, 201. The Mall is huge and very clean. But I heard others complain that it's a shame that not many people and that the shops cost so much. I thought the same thing as I went into a place that sold sunglasses and wow.! $225 for the same kind that I got at the Dollar Store, and your paying for the Name of the sunglasses. So many clerks could not bother asking a customer if they need help as they only spoke to each other. No wonder customers don't want to go to malls anymore. So many products you can buy online. If stores want customers to return ask them if they need help. Won't return to the mall due to clerks not asking if I need help. I am from out of town and I sure can see a lot of problems at this mall.
You can find store directory on website
Best mall in Halton! They have Apple and Nespresso, everything I need ????????
This mall is a little more upscale with good stores. Can always find a parking spot. Food Court is okay but sit-down restaurants are definitely needed.
Good mall. The new store Decathlon is worth the visit
Very clean mall.
Always a busy mall. Most of the shops you might need and many you probably want, this location has it all. Easy to get to, ample parking and always clean.
Nice mall with lots of variety. Updated look with a nice atmosphere. Would definitely stop by next time I am in town.
Nice place to shop at but not many options. Hopefully they add more branded stores. Small food court.
Very nice place great shopping experience
Great shopping centre with variety of excellent retailers. Good food court too with many choices.
Always enjoy the mall. Never had a bad experience. The Christmas live wind instruments were lovely the other day. I'm hoping a Torrid store comes here though! It's a long journey to bus to Limeridge.
Lots of empty stores now with the pandemic.
The mall itself is ok. Very busy all the time. The food court isn’t the greatest.
Clean mall with not too many punks hanging around. Good selection of stores...parking is a problem u less you want to take a bus to your parking spot.
Great place for all your shopping need. Apple store and starbucks are the usual stores i frequent to. A little tricky to get out of if need to get onto 403/QEW to Toronto. But great place!
The mall is large with very few people actually shopping. Most of us, like myself, choose to windowshop here. It is quite nice and shiny but the store clerks won't help you unless you are Coco Chanele and can afford a $500 hat. The family bathrooms are a discent size and the food court selection is admittedly better than that of Burlington Mall but overall it seems to be a sparkly spot for the 20 somethings to use their parents credit cards. Frou frou shi shi and overpriced which is definitely not ideal for avarage local mommies or those looking to shop at Old Navy.
Love this mall. It's clean and has everything you need. Lots of parking. Easy access to and from the QEW
Be sure to check out my review on Oakville Place Mall for how I feel about malls. There are so many other, better things we could be doing with this land, instead of funneling money from the poor to the rich on expensive designer shoes and hand bags. Get outside and save your joints and bones from being pounded on this hard surface while you waste your money and time trying to find the "perfect" item. No one cares, they're not looking at you anyway.
Great location right off the highway with ample parking. Bright and clean mall with just enough traffic but not crowded which I prefer. A good selection of stores and food eateries both fast food and restaurants
In the Halton region this is the shopping mall to go to, it’s not an outlet, but a two level indoor shopping mall with the Bay as its anchor store. The stores are mid level, with the usual Gap, American Eagle type stores, and a few higher end like Coach, and Michael Kors. Food court is reasonable offering options for everyone, but no McDonalds, for burgers you have A&W. Parking is plentiful, and the mall is clean and easy to get to from the QEW hwy from Niagara, Hamilton and Toronto
Great place, many options!
This mall is ok .Not really as good what I expected. But Burlington itself is a beautiful city to visit .
Clean and a great selection of stores. Food court has many options. Parking can be very hectic on weekends and during the holiday season.
Nice mall with a good variety of specialty shops. Clean and well kept. Parking on the upper level is typically full. Easier to find parking around back on the lower level.
This is the high end mall of Burlington and it's not crowded most of the day that I'm aware of. Plenty of parking and directly accessible by Burlington transit. The layout is pretty straight forward with plenty of parking and access to the highway. There are a bunch of good specialty shops but no Indigo and a smaller Starbucks with a small amount of seating.
Mapleview Mall is kind of meh, it offers a few good stores by 75% of the shoppers here are interested in a few stores causing extremely busy sections with very little foot traffic in other parts. This isn't a huge problem as all of the stores are still staffed well but due to the layout going from one of the good stores to one of the other good stores causes a lot of unneeded walking due to decision to have all of the mobile booths and ISP's situated in the dead center of the mall by the food court. Its at least really clean, bathrooms are very clean in comparison to what you would normally expect at a mall and the general tidiness of this mall is good.
Definitely needs more life! Becoming more & more boring in comparison to SQUARE ONE, EATON CENTER, YORDALE MALL. Need more sofas - Cannot find a place if every person occupies two - one for their bags and another for themselves !!
Traditional stores of a neighborhood mall. I even ended up buying something I didn't expect! Nice and clean with lots of accessible parking.
Just meet people to pick up things I purchased online
Skip CF Limeridge and Jackson Square and visit this mall instead. So much cleaner and so much more spacious. Props to the cleaning staff for doing such a good job always.
My very first visit to the mall... found beautiful shoes .
Great place with a wonderful selection of stores and a beautiful mall to shop at. I would definitely go again.
The location of this shopping mall is truly needed. They have a variety of stores for all ages. The parking is free and they have a big food court. Kind of reminds me of the better version of square one because it is everything you need in one long mall. Square one is bigger but let's be real, none of us go to half those stores.
Nice mall, good selection of stores
Today I was at the mall with my family and this one 16 year old girl approached me I guess she works there telling people to put their mask on what a waste of a paycheck anyways I tried to have a sip of my drink and she told me to put my mask on and go outside and have a drink it was very disrespectful her and her friend coworker I guess and didn't even keep six feet apart can't believe they have useless people working at a mall I will never come back to that place ever again
Everyone had a blast and great time shopping and is shops for everyone. Couldnt leave without a ice cream for kids and starbucks for adults ????
Lunch for a group of 13/14 at Turtle Jacks. Wait staff was fine, the atmosphere was fine. The only issue, it seemed like forever to get our food. Usually, when I go for lunch with such a large group the multiple conversations make time fly by and before you know it, the food is being served. The myriad of conversations were happening, but we found ourselves bringing up the topic of where the food was. Typical jokes like, "are they having it delivered?", "Are they killing the cow themselves?" Etc. After the food arrived, there were no complaints; the quality of the food was fine. I ordered the beef dip. It said it comes on a hoagie. I was quite surprised when it arrived and the hoagie turned out to be nothing more than a smaller than normal sized bun you get at most Italian bakery's. As I said earlier, it was good, but definitely not a hoagie. The makers of this menu have obviously never been to Philly to see what a hoagie really is. I found the price of the food a little on the high side. My beef dip (on a smaller than normal Italian bun) and a beer with a 15% tip cost $40ish. Overall, it was a great time with friends and that was the important part.
Overall not a bad mall, starting to get quite busy with the holidays, not much decor is up yet but I'm sure that will change. Half the mall seems empty with the sears being gone. Overall the food court isn't bad, fairly clean mall, decent amount of seating available. Decent store selection as well.
Best mall in Toronto
Great organization for patrons in regard to line up and service
My favourite mall; not busy with most of my favourite stores like Zara. Not far away from the lake and Ikea, which a plus.
First time that I visited this mall, it is relatively big and not as crowded as I expected on a weekend. My only issue is the Hudsons Bay there. It seems a bit dated, walking in there I felt like I travelled back to the 80s and in a swap meet. The food court was fairly decent, it was nice that they have a Turtle Jacks in there as a sit down restaurant.
Every store I went into would follow my friend and I around like we were shoplifters. Except for one store they were great wish I remembered what it was was called. Plus most of the stores were very messy. It was like walking into my teenaged room lol
As good as it can be with COVID-19. All stores take caution and safety into mind while letting you inside. Sometimes you may need to wait a few mins and put on hand sanitizer before coming in, but it’s not too bad.
Has many of the popular name brands and fashions available. There are two levels, a large food court with many options, and ample free parking. Restrooms are usually pretty clean as well.
Lake the mall. Good selection of stores. just cannot understand why there are so many cars in the parking lot but it is not busy inside. Best to go during the day, or you will spend more time finding a parking spot.
Higher scale stores. Has an Apple Store in it too. Food Court is very basic. Almost mirrors the food court in Burlington mall. Escalators are set up very weird. Only one going one direction. If you want to go the other way, walk across the mall.
Pretty clean and nice place to do shopping
Good shopping mall. Well laid out and awesome that they have a public charger for electric vehicles (when it works). Just needs more enforcement from the mall security when non EVs Park in the spot.
Good selection of stores. .unfortunately the parking lot was a disaster.. the traffic is all over there has to be more sense of direction around N posted .. we always grab our kernels popcorn and this time the girls worming didn't smile once heck I couldn't even hear the asking me what j wanted. . Hat part was a bit offensive but overall the mall is good itself
Such a good mall to go to, they have plenty of stores and something for everyone
It’s great for everyone because it has a lot of major stores and also a lot of seating throughout the mall so if you enjoy mall walking you know you’re never too far from a seat if needed.
A good little mall with nice stores
Lots of choices. Never ever packed with people. Good selection of stores and services. Always get decent parking without driving around for half an hour. Polite and has what you need. We like it there, people are friendly and always very very clean. Nice experience, especially at Christmas.
It’s a pretty big mall.It was my first time going there but I was surprised to see it has a lot of good high end stores.
Urban Planet has become my new favourite store! Great prices and great selection of clothing!
It’s a nice mall to visit. Good variety in stores.
A wide array of different stores makes this mall fun to browse through. Parking is a bit of a hassle, but there are many parking lots so it isn't as bad as other malls. Bathrooms are a bit difficult to find if you're not accustomed to the layout, but they're clean and usually well stocked. Bathroom stalls are limited to 5 or so however, so be prepared to wait in line during busy times.
Horrible experience...no stars...went into several stores without being greeted..I did get some unwanted looks (being different), but other people did get greeted. Had money to spend but I guess I do not live up to the standards of shopping at maple view. Disgusted and will not shop in there again.
A nice mall, recently renovated, where you can find almost everything / store you need. Apple Store, roots, Coach, banana republic, the bay, geox, and more. The foodcourt is clean and has wide variety. Parking is big and working hours is convenient.
Quite nice place to shop around . Clean and peaceful ambience... food court is good and with lots of options .. The chocolatier on the first floor is amazing ????????????????
Amazing such a very nice place very good to your shopping the food court is nice clean and very cozy i just love it????
They have no stairs and elevators on the one side of the mall so that was cool
Was crowded in my opinion. Some stores had lone ups, then there were alot of people walking around too and almost bumping into each other. I got what I wanted and left.
No place for anyone with a disability to sit, yet stores are packed with people.
Love mapleview! Very clean and lots of higher end stores which is nice if you want to splurge. Usually come here to pick up my amazon order from the hub locker and end up spending alittle bit. Lol ????
It's okay... a typical mall.. but very clean and tidy.. the food court is a little boring... Lots of parking and easy to navigate...
Lots of shops to spend your money or time. Good food court. Parking is good. Close to ikea and sears home as well.
Don't let the overly crowded parking lot scare you off.. The mall still felt empty and I actually never had to stand in line to checkout at any of the stores (on boxing day too!).
Very nice mall. Easy to navigate as it's essentially a large rectangle. The biggest issue I had was the store directory. A couple of categories had several stores and the location number is far to the right from the list. I ended up looking at the next one down and went to the wrong floor. Getting back to the store I wanted took a few extra minutes. My fault for not looking close enough but it wold be helpful if the directories were a little easier to read left to right. :)
This mall has lost a lot of stores and there isn't honestly much left. Its rather sad to see so many empty stores. I went on a Monday morning so the mall was nice and empty, but some of the hours listed on the site for certain stores are wrong, hot topic in particular opened an hour later. Where the sears was is still under construction, so I hope when it's finished they put in some better fashion stores. I feel like this mall could use a nordstrom off the rack or uniqlo, there just isn't enough options for clothing.
This shopping centre and surrounding area is a decent alternative if you don't want to go into Mississauga/Toronto. It has a good bulk of the popular major retail stores.
Mapleview Shopping Centre is located right off the QEW. It offers a wide selection of the top retailers. A large open and bright food court for a quick bite to eat or a more formal sit down restaurant choices are available. The centre has extensive amounts of natural light coming in which improve the shopping experience.
It’s Mapleview mall what can I say. The mall is decent but just like Oakville Place and lets throw in Burlington Mall they all just aren’t large enough to have top quality stores. I had to travel to Square One in order to go to Tiffany’s. It would be nice if Burlington and Oakville made a Super Mall right on the boarder off of Burloak which had all the top stores similar to that of a Square One, Eaton’s Centre and or Sherway.
Not enough elevators or escalators or even just stairs to go between levels. They're trying to force you to go past stores and generate sales, but all it does is make me walk faster to get to where I'm going because of the inconvenience.
Really like the selection of stores here , best mall in the area.
The food court didn't allow digital id, although being fully vaccinated. We had to throw our food away because it got cold. They said that they can accept digital id for people under 18. Didn't understand that logic.
Nice mall for a quick shopping trip. It has a Sephora, Roots, Fossil and many more. Food court is conveniently located in the upper level.
Love this mall as it is less crowded than other malls in GTA
Pretty good mall, but it’s an exact representation of the demographic pouring into Burlington. Basically I only shop there if I’ve just gotten paid or if I’ve got some money saved up..
I enjoy the environment. I walk there everyday in the morning, have coffee and snacks and socialize with others at the food court. There's a good selection of stores and it's friendly place.
Always love coming back here. The staff at the food court were really accomodating and ensured the rules were followed by all visitors. Appreciate the effort taken by MapleView to ensure a smooth and safe shopping experience.
Great place to shop higher end stores
Great building at a great locations with good stores and food, but is in need of a luxury anchor tenant like Saks, Nordstrom, or Holts to keep up with the wealthing-up of Halton
This mall is in a great location easily accessible from the highway with lots of great stores like Nespresso, F21, Apple and others. Great alternative to going to Sherway, or Sq1. Not as crowded but still with the big brand stores.
Vast selection of stores and restaurants. Great mall with great staff, definitely recommended.
We went to the food court and there were good options. It's kept clean too. I liked it ????
Went to order food 40 minutes before close time, refused to make a dish and was advised “we are about to close”
Nice mall - mind you I judge malls by their food court! This one has a good one :) Teriyaki is my personal fav, New York Fries is nice to have but there's lots of good food. Feels very open when shopping in general, they have an Apple store which is always a plus as well as H&M and Zara.
Great 2 level mall. Excellent variety of stores. Large washroom area inside the food court. Tons of parking. 2 restaurants attached to the mall.
Good mall, clean. Limited amount of stores are actually open inside the mall currently.
Well located. Have various nice stores as: Saje, Bath and Body Works, Apple. Customer Guests Services is very good. Took off 2 stars as there are not enough washrooms (you need to walk to the food court) and there are not enough Directory boards to look for the stores.
Mapleview is a great, if typical mall. It's close to the QEW making it really easy to hop on and off and it is always clean which is something I really appreciate.
I grew up at this mall and have seen it grow. It was built when I was born and I absolutely love the ease of which shopping has always had a flow to it. Never too busy inside. If you’re looking for some great brand names, prices and RSAs this is the mall to be!
Nice and clean mall. Surprising that it wasn't too busy a week before Christmas.
This shopping centre is generally ok. Today I needed to do to a couple of visits to some of their stores. It wasn't too busy but together with my family, I came face to face with two clowns who were not wearing a face mask. If someone was playing guitar in the mall for making a bit of cash, they would be kicked out very quickly but people who play with other people's health are tolerated. In this mall, you cannot play music but you can play with people's health. Be warned.
Great mall with smaller crowds on weekends than other malls with similar shopping choices in the GTA (namely Square One). That makes it a favourite in our eyes especially since it has some exceptionally great stores like Zara, H&M, The Apple Store and Victoria's Secret. The layout is also great as it's easy to navigate without confusing loops and wings. The food court is updated and well-kept with delicious options like Villa Madina. We enjoyed our time in this mall as a family with small kids and will be frequenting it often now that we are in Oakville.
It is a very pleasant place to shop. I love it.
Amazing mall. It's big but not so big that you get lost. It has all the best stores
Pretty solid mall. The aesthetic is clean and modern enough. Has everything you'd want at your typical mall, with a few rarer stores that aren't at most other malls (Apple for example).
A nice, clean mall with a lot of high end shopping opportunities. Wish there was more signage for the Apple Store though!
I really like this shopping centre. It has a variety of branded stores. Specially I got found apple store in this shopping center. and The food court is so big ;with different cuisines so many choices here you can pick. Overall I like this shopping center very much.
Great mall! Getting a face lift! Has lots of store options. Clean, lots to eat in the food court!
Good mall with a excellent selection of stores.
Theres alot of great deals and you can find lots of nice thing's. Its neat and tidy.
It's a shopping mall. These things seem to be going extinct; probably for good reason. There's not much redeeming about it besides a roof over your head if you need to shop at multiple stores while it's raining and those stores happen to all be in a mall.
Many stores have closed down due to covid. Masks are mandatory is most of the stores and the food court is open but seating is closed due to social distancing
Busy mall with lot of brands
A great mall, love coming here each time. I don't mind driving out of town to attend this shopping mall.
Been to this mall few times; always a good bargain. Lots of good stores. Parking can be tight but nothing too crazy. It’s not jam packed like Square One so it’s a better alternative.
Upscale mall in Burlington, ON. Almost a the stores were running high in stock, vast varities of items available, ample parkinh at the frond and rear of the mall, good food court with unique seating arrangements.
Lots of stores for your needs. Good eating area with lots of food stalls.
Went Christmas shopping there. Found decent parking had lunch in the food court. Most the store fronts are occupied. Most stores are run of the mill hard to find anything unique. However if you need clothes or shoes or average fare then this mall is a good choice.
This is one of my favourite malls but I noticed there aren’t any charging ports(electric outlets) in the food court ...
Great place to shop!
The only mall I've been to where the reception was fun and courteous no matter which store I visited.
It’s good and clean shopping mall
Good mall but terrible parking around Christmas. People park where there are no spaces and it is going to cause an accident. You can’t see coming around the corners and there is barely any room to drive around corners because people have made up their own parking spaces. I talked to security outside and guest services inside and both said there is nothing they can do to enforce parking. This needs to be addressed because it makes for a dangerous parking lot.
Great variety of stores. Was looking for shoes for special occasion, received excellent service, certainly at Le Chateau! Bought my stunning dress at Laura's and also had wonderful experience.
I am not a resident of Burlington but I do enjoy coming to this mall on occasion. It has everything I'm looking for, it is big without being too big, clean and airy. The food court has just the right mix of food options and there are 2 great restaurants attached. I noticed that they are doing renovations not sure what they are adding or changing but excited to see the final product.
Great mall: 4 star because parking is always an issue
Being disabled myself I think it would be nice if mall loaned out scooters. I know they have wheelchairs but I dont always have someone to push me and I like to be independant. I avoid the mall because of this issue and am forced to shop at box stores
mall that has a lot of more expensive stores compared to other malls. Not a great selection to move forward.
Great mall. Small enough that it's easy to navigate but large enough that I don't need to go to limeridge. Elevators could have been better designed (going up and down at each location)
I am SO incredibly impressed with Mapleview Mall's Guest Services! I recently wound up on crutches, and walking through the whole mall to run my errands would have been far too much of a trek. I went to the website to scout out a map of the store I needed, and a chat popped up asking if I needed any help. The Guest Services team promptly told me the best door/entrance to get to the store I need with ease, and all necessary landmarks to make the trip as streamline as possible. Thanks so much for your help!
Such an alive mall. All the good stores and lots of fun
Malls are dangerous for me. Every time I go in..... my credit card balance goes up. Way up !
Just right for our needs. Great stores inside the mall..sales clerks just need to be a little bit friendly....its only mall...
Nice mall .visited first time.
A multicultural experience, you do not have to go abroad to taste there food it is right here in Maple View Shopping centre!! Then there is the diversity of your shopping experience, almost everything you could imagine under the same roof, shopping could not be any more relaxing!!!
Such a clean salon and a really good vibe. I can see why my stylist changed salons to here.
Not place to rest.Left not shopping order on amazon and learn my lesson. Supporting our economy???
Excellent mall. Excellent location, plenty of parking, great stores, and a very nice food court. Great place to shop.
Sad that there is only one ATM. Bank of Montreal. Sure was not going to pay $3.00 service charge. Other Banks should have ATMs i.e. RBC and T.D. or ALL stores should offer cash back.
Such a great mall!
Like the Mall, clean, organized, good brands displayed quality products
Great mall...easy parking food court and basically a lot of what u need is there...very friendly people in almost every store
I am always amazed at how little this mall does for Christmas. A few years ago they did nothing and people complained. They then added these pathetic looking hanging pieces which they were careful to make sure they are as little christmassy as possible. Yes they have Santa and a few trees below the food court but in comparison to all other malls its pathetic. Obviously they are so concerned about offending those who do not celebrate Christmas that they refuse to decorate. I will be avoiding this mall from now and suggest any Christmas celebrating Canadians do the same. Burlington Centre and every other mall are done up nicely!!
We went to the Shoppers Drug Mart to get 3 flu shots. Very happy with Shoppers and went into the mall, which was almost dead as it was closing in 5 minutes. Good assortment of stores and very clean.
Worst customer services, I called store and asked for a trade in, The girl over the phone told me you are eligible for an exchange within 30 days. She don’t know the difference between trade in and exchange. Highly disappointed with their customer services. They just care about the money not customers.
Nicely updated mall with low to medium price range stores, a big food court. One star off for not having enough Parent / Caregiver parking spots. The parking lot is packed on weekends.
Parking lot can get really busy, but great mall overall.
Great collection of stores and restaurants.
All things considered, this mall has come a long way. It's the best mall in Oakville, Burlington, or Hamilton. However, the lack of a true luxury anchor keeps it on the lower tier of shopping centres.
I used to like this mall when it had Sears, the General store, cinema one. Now there gone. The only reason I go to this mall now is to go to Bath and body works it's one of my favorite stores so many nice smelling hand soaps, candles, shower gels etc. Only wish this store was in Burlington Centre. I think Mapleview shopping Centre has to many of the same kind of shops.
Love mapple view mall .
Still going under renovation, has some good stores and quite crowded.
Seems like a nice place. Went with friend. Wanted to check out a store. Hand sanitiser smells bad....
Has just about everything you want in a mall. Very clean too. Lots of variety of stores.
Lots of stores offering mid and high end merchandise, open clean food court, mall is always uncrowded but you wouldn't know it from the parking lot which is always difficult to find spaces in. Sad but Sears is closing out. Theres The Hudson Bay, and there is even an Apple Store.
It's a mall. What can i say. Does the job it's suppose to. Clean and tidy. Food court's nice. No complaints. Good Job.
Its It's a regular two story shopping mall. Lots of stores to shop around and a nice food court. Lots of parking and close to highway maked it easy accessible.
Went to the bay and earls. Both good experiences
don't know why this showed up as a place i've been recently. I went there a couple of years ago after work.Wasn't dressed well enough to shop there, two security guards followed me around positive i was going to steal something. I knew when i wasn't wanted so I left and have not set foot in the place since. They judged me by how i was dressed, didn't occur to them that contruction contractors might not wear high heels and designer clothes to work on a constuction site. Can certainly afford to shop there though. Went to the Hudson Bay at rhe burlington mall where they didn't follow me around. Now pass Mapleview mall every time i go shopping on my way to the burlington mall as i live in aldershot.
Went to Earls for patio date..it was awesome!!
Service at bluenotes was horrible the blonde woman checked us out was just plain ignorant. Never going back. Zero stars! Shoppers excellent!!! Aerie excellent!!! 5 stars for Aerie and Shoppers.
Just left and STILL disappointed with the service team at ZARA. If an item is labeled wrong on the rack they should honor that sale price, NOT casually take it off the tag INFRONT OF YOU, reprice it and tell you oops sorry... the young woman at 11:30 at the till on Friday feb 8th needs a lesson in costumer service. Will buy online from now on and avoid the sale reps who do nothing.
Great selection of stores. Clean mall. Good to hang out or to do some actual shopping.
Clean wonderful mall
High quality fashion retailers with a good mix of fast fashion stores. Great food choices in and around the food court. Always clean and great accessibility.
Comforting vision of 21st century shopping nirvana now threatened by the online experience - whither virtual reality? Still, I am slowly being turned on by these places!
Lots of parking. Very clean mall as well as pleasing to the eye. A lot of expensive stores but the stores that I have been to are great. There is a food court with a variety of foods to choose from. Any time I need to go to a mall, I choose this one.
This place is a rip off. Got a haircut here and it was horrible. The guy from cellicon was a dick. Paid him for a guriella screen for a cell phone and not only did it break but he laughed when I asked him to fix it which he guaranteed. Went to the customer service desk and they asked to fill out a form for review.
Nice modern mall. Has many stores to find what you need. Food court is spacious and has wide range of restaurants.
This mall is definitetly premier. Has everything you need there.
This mall has many great stores. The food court could use an upgrade so that there are charging stations at some tables.
Usually do most shopping here but today I was disappointed to see the garbage outside of the Sears lower parking lot entrance was not just overflowing but all over the ground around the container. Also 2 identical furniture sets in Sears were priced differently-same reg price, same discount %...human error had one listed at $3487 and the other at $3847 (the higher price being the correct one).
Great mall very big
Rarely shop here as its not my favourite mall. Higher end than most malls.
Decent selection but not a huge mall. Pretty standard as far as Cadillac Fairview malls go for generic stores and restaurants. It's layed out nicely though. The whole mall is basically one straight line on the first and second floor.
Beautiful clean mall with high quality retailers. Good food court options and nice assortment of stores to shop through.
Very nice mall. I don't usually visit Mapleview but I was nicely surprised. It is a two storey mall with many stores. It is nicely laid out and very clean. I visited the food court and it is clean. I will be visiting this mall again soon.
Fairly quiet, masks required, lots of parking available. The only line up I saw was to get into Victoria secret store ????. Lots of cleaning staff and security.
What can I say...I absolutely love love love this mall! They have almost every store you could ever want. The parking lot is usually a disaster trying to find a spot. Can't blame the mall...it is just that awesome that people want to be there! Hint Hint...Please put a Bed Bath and Beyond in place of Sears and I'll be an extremely happy woman!!...lol.
I'm just going to be honest here. I'm not reviewing the mall, but a kiosk in the mall; Royal Beauty by Shoppers Drug Mart. This kiosk doesn't have it's own page hence why my review of it is here. However, the person who runs this kiosk needs to take a look at what goes on here. The employees leave for hours on end when customers (like me) are looking to buy something and they're not to be found. Today the guy who is watching the kiosk left his phone number out in case anyone wanted to buy something on a note that said "Be right back". It's been 4.5 hours since the employee was here and I know a few people including myself are looking else where to purchase our hair products.
Following covid rules the hole mall nice and clean food court well managed.
Good mall but need more stores
I have had the pleasure of having an exemplary experience at Caryl Baker at the Mapleview location from my first visit....the staff is always extremely pleasant and polite, and may I say, lots of fun. Very informative and helpful as well, excellent work...my 'girl' Brooke is always accommodating and is a skilled technician. Would not consider another esthetic outlet, ever. Thanks to you ladies for professional, caring service.
Average mall, nothing special. Would rather shop at Sherway.
Lots of parking, and not at all busy for 1pm on a Friday afternoon in December. I visited the Apple store and was well looked after by staff, there. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Zero stress, which was great. A fair sized mall with some good stores. Found a few bargains here, for Christmas. Staff helpful in all stores I visited. Would recommend. ????
Great mall with lots of stores! All the employees in every store is very friendly. The food court is great! All the tables are always clean and the floors are always shiny. There are two great restaurants Earls and Turtle Jacks. They both always have great food.
Very busy, fair-sized mall. Mostly chain stores. Only visited Nespresso and Apple stores. Had a great experience in both. Very helpful staff in both.
Really good staff and customer service, pleasant surprise and definitely a standout from other typical restaurant and bars.
Excellent food, excellent service!
It's a reasonably nice indoor shopping mall whose time has passed. Like the prehistoric department store model, it's time for a serious re-think. Personally, my principle mode of buying is online, from an array of retailers, doing my best to avoid Wayfair, Amazon and other global behemoths. In the Canadian climate which can be brutally harsh 75% of the year, I can see why the traditional indoor shopping mall has endured, however the Don Mills Shopping Centre and West Vancouver's Park Royal Shopping Centre were the first collection of shops grouped into a single location, surrounded by lots of parking area, both open air facilities. In view of the recent Covid-19 restrictions, I'm disappointed that Cadillac Fairview chose to extend in person shopping hours at their properties in affected regions, which can easily manifest itself into a "Super-spreader," destination, let's face it Greed is a key motivator. Online shopping's safer.
Great foodcourt Not even Christmas but had difficulty getting a parking spot Clothes jewellery shoes and phones mainly so not a place I frequent a lot being an older male Very clean and bright for those that like this type of outlet so it deserves 5 stars
Very nice clean and friendly environment ????
It's a nice mall with virtually everything you need
Has tons of stores, well lit and ample parking lot. It even has charging stations for electric vehicles.
It is big, clean, and beautiful. Especially the food court, we ate veggie works at New York Fries. Its was really good.
Location is clean. The store selection is limited but it is a fairly small mall. I am sad they no longer have a Pink but that's alright. Overall the place is enjoyable and quiet. I would prefer to go to a bigger mall. Though that is just personal preference.
A very good Mall :-) definitely the best mall between Hamilton Burlington and Oakville. This mall has a lot of high end stores and a lot of quality merchandise for everyone. With Sears about to close, not too sure what kind of impact it will have on the mall, but it should be okay. A lot of variety in the food court as well.
Its a beautiful mall. Most of the stores are too expensive to shop at. They could use some affordable stores like a dollar store. The food court is awesome, much better than our Pen Centre in St Catharines
Great mall. Great stores. Food courts good, but enjoyed one of the.Two nice restaurants, sat outside. Marvelous day!
Upscale and clean. Gorgeous mall. Great selection of stores although I find it more catering to the older generation for clothing stores but overall I like browsing through this mall and they always have good finds.
Its a traditional mall all indoor not like those terrible centres that you have to go in and out. A little pricey and lots of clothing stores. Needs a bit more variery
This was a nice mediocre sized mall. Although it appears to be almost abandoned due to the stores closings, the almost empty halls and stores along with constant clearance deals. These factors also make it a very nice place to go to in the midst of Covid-19 because you do not need to worry about anyone being at any of the stores. The store selection is also another reason why this is a great place to visit.
Very frustrating that this mall is only open until 7. I do not understand how this helps with covid, if anything it encourages more people to stuff into the mall within a shorter period of time. By the time work is finished, everything is closed. No wonder stores are going out of business
Proper security for lineup outside store, inside mall stores was following all safety protocols. Lots of choices and excellent service in every store we shopped.
According to the website the mall is open today, amid Burlington's State of Emergency!! This speaks volumes on how much they care about employees and the Burlington population in general. When it once again safe to shop, I will take my business elsewhere, to Burlington Mall that has respectfully closed except for 3 essential stores. One star because I couldn't give none
Clean. Many stores. My wife and I shop here often.
Almost all big brands are there...
The mall is starting to come back. A lot of gold wandering about, all with bags on their hands.
So happy with the service would definitely recommend to everyone..Farwa is my to go person for all the repairs I need.
The new srores added are great.. the stroller rentals are FREE! They have a bag for carrying your purchases in. The food court is ALWAYS kept clean and so are the bathrooms. They have family bathrooms and the women's bathroom has a separate HUGE room for breastfeeding.
The mall is nice enough - the problem is they are always CLOSED! They close at 7 pm every evening - can you imagine! No wonder everyone just shops online. As for weekends, good luck getting a park spot since everyone is forced to come in those extremely limited shopping hours (closing at 6 on Saturday). If you come by bus, even worse since it is a long, long walk to the nearest bus stop on those cold days...Burlington Centre is a better choice. It is a homely, unimpressive old mall, but easy to get to, open normal hours, and has the same shops as every other mall in Canada.
Trick or Treat at this Mall is awesome! My kids enjoyed. Many stores participated. Been here for this event 4yrs in a row????
Good mall newly renovated. Some great stores such as Coach. Beautiful food court with good selection. Has one of the new WTS Sears Canada.
Do to Covid-19 they have removed all seating throughout the mall and closed off the food court seating too. Anyone with mobility and health issues will find the mall to big to walk through without having the opportunity to rest. Best use your mobility walker if you have one.
There are good collection of shops. Ample parking and very well maintained stores and mall
Get some fresh honey when you visit
Big and specious mall with good care of customers
Great place to shop if you need to in a hurry
Love this mall..never busy so it's a great mall to get in and out
The mall is well kept
Nice upgrade on mall.
Good location. Hard to find parking before Sears took to the Heavens. Lots of good shops. Clean and comfortable.
I understand during COVID there are certain rules. But when I visit, a janitor yelled at me and pointed finger (physically) on me just bc I was walking in the so called “wrong direction”. The sign isn’t obvious, the staffs at door didn’t remind the rule and ppl just walked however they want. There are couple causation ppl walked with the same directional I do, the janitor didn’t stop them and said nothing, yet she yelled at me far away to let me stay away from her ( I was 3 meters away from her even tho we are on the same path). Such a unprofessional racist.
Best mall in the area, getting even better with the renovations. I especially like Johnston & Murphy, 5 stars for them as well.
Good parking but front parking lot entrance should be opened
Loved shopping at Hudson's Bay, SoftMoc and although I didn't purchase anything at FootLocker, the people there were helpful with questions I had. Their food court also offers a variety of different foods to eat when you get hungry and their bathrooms were fairly clean; though I can only speak for the men's bathroom (I really appreciate a clean and well maintained men's bathroom as they are so rare to come by)
Really nice mall. Not that many people and everything looked high end. We were still able to find really good deals at the sears inside.
Very clean, there are good collection of shops. Plenty of parking and very well maintained stores
They have a good selection of stores and right by the highway so it's easy to get to the mall and go back on the highway. Very clean and the bathrooms are clean as well. We always have a good experience when we go there.
I haven' been to this mall since last Christmas. It is a clean, fair size mall with a good selection of stores and a good food court. There are other services such as dental or eye tests. I wonder who is moving to the old Sears empty spot.
Great experience!! The Customer Service staff were so friendly and helpful and helped reunite my son with his favourite stuffed animal. Thank you again!
Can't say enough about how wonderful the people are at this particular Apple Store. They have helped me out a number of times before and are always trying to make sure you leave feeling like a valued customer. Special shout out this evening to Donovan! Thank you for sticking it out and getting the iPhone running again. You saved me AND you saved a very special Christmas gift for my daughter. Thank you thank you thank you!
I dislike this mall mainly due to the size, improperly controlled parking lots, quantity of "boutique" stores and the overall atmosphere as it seems to be overtaken by obnoxious and entitled teens constantly. There are a few stores that make it worth visiting every once in a while but i really have a hard time dealing with the parking situation.
Always liked this place, very roomy and clean food court with big windows, fast WiFi, and some interesting stores. Now Sears are closed, and hope they can get another big store soon
Great mall with tons of options. Lots of parking but it can get very busy. Many shops are here that you cant find everywhere. Clean place. Had a surprisingly good starbucks.
This mall is maintained nicely. You will get most of the branded store. Lots of parking, washrooms are cleaned and automatic doors are available.
Lots of good stores To bad the mall has been closed due to covid
Beautiful mall very well maintained. Also has alot of great stores.
Nice and clean...lots of spaces available for new stores...still too many expensive shops!
Quite a large mall so lots of space, even during the busy holiday shopping season! Ample parking as well! Tesla owners have access to superchargers!
the only benefit is as close to the highway but not soon enough for me I love rather there be an exit from the highway to the mom but I guess that's not possible in this day and age where it takes 20 years to build a streak or like in Burlington how it takes 8 years to build a damn GO station anyways the mall is odd is one way to put it all the stores seem like they're from some for Suburban girls girls that have way too much money I want a mall that has a Value Village and a Bass Pro Shop but I guess that's not acceptable in Burlington with all these booshwazee all over the place if I was a member of the Illuminati this is the mall I would shop at Beyonce Jay Z Hillary Clinton they feel at home at this mall I don't feel at home here I'd want to shop where you know the normal people like the bushes was shop though I've heard that the bushes are apart of the Illuminati as well anyways the best part of this mall is the KFC the employees are horrible but the food is great You Can't Screw KFC chicken I wish there was a Popeye's in the small maybe one day but probably not up to standards also this my only has one elevator why why not have at least two elevators the bay needs to be renovated the Shoppers Drug Mart should be turned into a Rexall I think that they should turn the Sears into I don't know some kind of nice like Walmart or a nice Giant Tiger one of those fancy trash stores no more of these crappy Hudson's Bay perfect Tim Hortons well what can I say about Tim Hortons they sold out their company to for an interest that used to be a Canadian own company now is home by the Brazilians I got nothing against the Brazilian but they don't know how to make coffee and donuts there more of the racing bananas help people but anyways Tim Horton should be owned by Canadians I think the government should nationalize Tim Hortons
I really like this mall, they seem to have everything anyone might be looking for, as a gift or to treat yourself. The food court is quite large with a great many different restaurants.
Excellent place to shop. I was impressed with the cleanliness and ease of access during the covid 19 period. Grear job guys.
Unique design and quite roomy. Conveniently located near QEW. WiFi everywhere so I could work, connect with friends while shopping. Located in the nice and safe Burlington area. I also got all the stuff I wanted. The Help Desk was helpful when I lost my shades.
I used to visit this Mall frequently, it is a nice Mall but the food court is not that great I will say less than average food and service just ok.
There r alot of empty stores but we found the perfect give at the kitchen store and the saleswoman was very friendly and helpful. U may get lucky!!
Great place to do shop.
MapleView Mall is clean and beautiful with lots of ground for parking. It is lined with the populars like Coach, Zara, Banana Republic Sophorea and more. Sorry unable to comment on their customer service or pricing as I only went in to use the washroom. The Mall is nestled in Burlington's Downtown core which puts it about 5 minutes away from their beautiful stretch beach front cycling/picnicking/walking path/ area. A must visit.
Overpriced coffee maker at The Bay. The same item can be found at Walmart regular price $98 sale price $48! Good luck The Bay
I really like this mall. I Management keep the good stores
Great mall, has most of what you are looking for in terms of stores. Best mall in Burlington in my opinion. Anything else you may need can either be found in the Burlington Mall or up Brant Street, by famous players by North Service Road.
Beautiful Mall Very Clean Lot's of Quality Shopping...And The Food Court is Great too... Welcome To Burlington...
Except for a few groups of teenagers, masks and social distancing was observed and respected in the public areas. All stores, which some had waiting lines, were observing social protocols and were not crowded
Visited the Apple store, Pandora, and Banana Republic. Great mall, great location, and fair prices. If visiting the Apple store keep in mind it can be very busy at certain times.
Wheel chair accessible. ...eat in restaurants and also a food court. ..lots of parking. ...outside cineplex theater....outside health food store. ....large number of middle to expensive stores as well as a large number of very reasonable priced stores. ..also a Walmart. ..love shopping there
I visit this location yeastrday girls are just Amazing. They are so professional and helpful.Even in this busy season like they told me,they been able to squeeze me in. I have funeral to go to and girl are just amazing. For sure I will let all my friends know about you guys very helpful ????
This mall have been here for years with numerous upgrade every few years now even includes Bay, Nordstrom, and H&M, more stores from USA are expected in next 5 to 10 years according to reports and hopefully rumors for Canadian and visiting tourists shopping in Toronto downtown core with lots of small shops for everyone who looks for that particular or special items with numerous high end restaurants inside the main and second floor of the mall and lots of fast foods counters at the lowest level for a quick bite A staple of Burlington. The mall offers a huge variety of stores including an Apple store, a Shoppers Drug Mart, and several clothing and apparel stores ranging from lower-end outlets up to stores such as Hugo Boss. However, the shopping clearly leans towards the higher-end and more expensive offerings. The food court in the upper level has a large variety of options from several large food chains. Even if you aren't here to shop, the mall is worth walking through and looking at. Wonderful place to shop. Great stores. Food at Marketeria is amazing. Lots of vegetarian delicious options.A ton of free parking which generally isn’t the case if you look at similar mall e.g Eaton center.
Excellent mall. Christmas time they offer free photos with Santa just bring a donation. Still cheaper than any other mall.
I am from india dear respected sir i really like this mall and my hobbies to survive people so i want to get a job in this mall i really to much happy if i will get a chance to get a salesman post in this mall Dear sir repose me if i can get a job in this mall
Great atmosphere lots of high end stores but not as much family related general stores as Burlington Mall, at least for parents of younger children in my opinion. Great open and bright atmosphere!
Beware of the Cellicon place and the guy Shan. He claims he can fix any phone issue. He lied to me to get my money and never fixed my phone. He wouldn't give my money back and said he didn't care if I wrote a bad review about him.
Good Mall. Super clean. And they have great restaurants attached to it. You will find a good selection of stores inside of here.
Tried to visit Mapleview today. Was approached by two teens that apparently work for the mall. Was told I had to wear a mask. Let them know I have a valid medical mask exemption. They then said their 'new' policy is that I have to wear a face shield. My medical condition prevents me from being able to wear a face shield. Instead of creating a scene I decided to leave. It was pouring rain so we walked through the mall as we had parked at the other end. Mapleview has nothing outlined in their policy on their website regarding those with medical mask exemptions. I will not be shopping at Mapleview anymore and I will be sharing this experience with my friends and family. Mapleview failed to accommodate someone with a disability.
No place to sit, people like me with mobility issues need a place to sit and rest. Burlington mall still has places to sit. Maple view is not handicap ready I will not be back to shop till seats are returned. Management at Mapleview mallshpuld rethink that bad decision
Overall really good. Best of all, Alexa at Rogers Telecom - I know, right? A telecomm rep who's so great she impresses even an ol' fart like moi. In search of a plan or hardware, here's where you go. !
Super clean location, nice shopping, good quality stuff and friendly staff!!!
My friend Cory said he really likes Kernels Popcorn so I came here and got him some. It was good.
This review is for the Tim Hortons upstairs. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. They have absolutely no customer service skills or are appreciative of their customers whatsoever. It has never been more clear to me that everyone working there hates their jobs. I went to order an iced coffee and the lady actually refused to make me a coffee because their coffee was "too hot". This place needs a strict and strong manager to ensure the employees are doing their jobs properly and treating their customers with respect. I had to literally ask the guy working to cut my bagel because not only did he not cut it he didn't even wrap my bagel properly he put it in the bag and threw it down on the counter. The two women beside me ordering even joked about what a hard task that was as he proceeded to make a big deal out of nothing. About 10 customers before me went up to order and walked away empty handed. Their iced cap machine has been broken since LAST WEEK. They had no baked goods aside from a few donuts and bagels of extremely limited selection. People in line behind me were looking very regretful of having chosen this Tim's. This is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. I have never in my life seen employees SO RUDE to their customers and they have no remorse or even care for their lack of empathy or appreciation. I work in the mall so I understand how important it is to treat your customers - NO matter what you are selling - like royalty, or else you don't deserve to have any at all and without your customers, you have no job. The employees of this Tim's clearly do not deserve to work here.... SO DISGUSTING. BE WARNED. GET YOUR COFFEE BEFORE GOING TO THE MALL ELSEWHERE OR GO TO STARBUCKS. Where is the district or store manager for this place??? (sorry for the long rant, please be advised of this before choosing to be a customer at that Tim Hortons). :)
Nice looking mall to go shopping in.
Well maintained and variety of stores. Parking is kind of bad sometime.
Honestly didnt think ill get such a nice mall with so much variety...amazing
The mall visually is very appealing and there are a variety of stores to shop at and a very big food court also including 2 restaurants. This is a more expensive mall than burlington centre but the quality can be worth the extra price sometimes
I come here for 2 main reasons. 1, the food court has a lot to choose from, 2, Mountain Warehouse. I've been shopping here for 2 years now. I prefer it over Marks . Good quality, excellent prices, and their clothing is guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturer defects. Not Mark's. Don't get me wrong. Marks is still ok, just not OK, if you know what I mean. . At least here at Mountain Warehouse you know where the product was made without paying an arm and a leg for the item, and if it screws up, they'll replace it.
Escalators were noisy one was broken down. Stores were late opening their doors today. So do not recommend going within 30 min of mall opening
Decent sized mall but doesn't have the big name stores like other major malls. Parking can be a problem here during peak times on weekends.
Basically has every store. Simple layout with only two floors. Many of the stores are also pretty big. Keep it mind both the parking lot and mall can get really busy during peek hours.
Watch your stuff. Lots of thieves.
Very clean, upscale feeling throughout the entire mall. Great variety of stores.
