They clearly don't know how to do there job if they can't simply price match? There is a section on the sources website saying they price match from websites and other locations. In this case I tried to price match from Amazon and they refused, even though I price matched from Best Buy from Amazon. They need to pick up the information instead of being lazy and cater towards the customer. Ridiculous service.

i bought a note 20 ultra 5g this year i was told a 21$ smart care plan with bell covered screen scratches and scuffs i now have both of those on my screen and turns out the plan doesnt cover those
