We just moved into a new house so needed to get a few stuff. We spent some time looking around and eventually buying several appliances, and furniture. Frank attended to us on those occasions. He was patient and not pressure-selling at all. He explained the products and offer us good deals. When some of my orders arrived, Frank called us. He said the team helped load up my truck. Shopping here was a positive experience and I recommend this store. They have a great team as a whole.

So disappointed that this manager has forgotten it is about customer service. I never experience anything like this in this warm small town. I spent over 5 grand and was very unsatisfied about them changing my delivery date 3 times . I will spend Christmas without any furniture and all I get from this manager was a complete arrogance and rudeness. The worst manager I have ever encountered in my whole life . He was extremely rude and arrogant. Although Kauthar Ali was really polite and very professional. I recommend to ask for Kauthar Ali if you have to shop there.

No sign in door saying anything about hours on thanksgiving Monday. Website said open til 6:00 pm. So basically the sale ends today and we can not get the appliances we want. I suggest not only honouring the sale price but a 10% discount on top for inconvenience as we live 25 minutes out of town. Not happy customers!

Wish they would have treated my mother and I, after all, the money we spent in there????. Spent over 5 grand in there buying t.v, washer and dryer, fridge and stove, plus our couches as well.... Then our Samsung television broke down after a year-and-a-half and they didn't help replace it at all. Not impressed after all the money we have spent in there
