I buy two pairs of workboots a year myself as well as five employees I bought a pair of Catapillar work boots two days ago spent $300 the rear tab pulled off and Side of steel toe Was also cutting into my foot I returned it and I was literally bushed off and told to go shop at Niagara Falls store versus their store because they would have a bigger selection and proper boots for my type work not sure what that means but OK

Shop the sales, they are the Big and Tall store in Brooks so you may need to go a size down on men's wear. They don't like giving you your money back on gift returns so you expect a gift card for amounts as low as $1.18

Same 3 pairs of jeans for over 6 months now. Staff must be invisible or always on break. Have been there twice in past 3 days standing at checkout for 10 mins waiting for someone to show up. Pretty sure store was closed with lights on and doors unlocked.

Don’t take children in this store. Old ladies that work there will stock you. They act like they never had small children. I went in looking to buy shoes and a jacket but after seeing how the old lady treated my kids calling them thief’s for wanting to walk around with a stress ball I decided not leave one penny at that establishment. I’m not going back!

Avoid this store at all costs. Shopped at this location for a while and I frequently have to have the items ordered in. I was using a particular coupon for this ordered purchase and according to the store employee it would be somewhat of a complicated transaction when I picked up the item. (Store Policy) The employee advised she was working Wednesday and Friday of the following week and it would be easy if I just came in when she was working to complete this transaction. I called the following week and asked if this specific employee was working and if my order came in? I was advised she was not working and that my order did come in. I said thank you and I would be in to pick it up soon. I called back the next afternoon when this employee advised she would be working and the manager answered the phone. I asked the manager if this employee was working? The manager became rude and said “NO! I needed to call her somewhere else”. I asked, where would I call her? manager rudely replied, “At home”. I said, I was a customer who placed an order and she knows the coupon I was using, why would I call her at home? I asked the manager for a contact to speak to her boss as I wanted to make a complaint. I was then advised by the manager that she would not give me that information then hung up on me. I had to then go to the store and return the order to get my money back. I am still awaiting contact information to speak to the managers boss. Some people should not be in positions of supervision.

Good sales at the store. However no help whatsoever! Husband and I were there for over a half hour-40 minutes trying on boots and pants before someone asked if "you still doing ok?" Both employees walked past us multiple times and never asked if we needed help. We ended up buying a bunch of stuff ($175+) but we contemplated walking out and going to another location. And it was not busy at all (maybe 1 other person looking around) it's unfortunate as this location is still shockingly open in a small town. People aren't going to want to go back to this location (as we won't!!!) And like lots of other things, may close down.
