Pretty much everything to shop in one place was great but I am a professional photographer and I always carry my camera with me but the thing is that inside the mall not allowed DSLR camera to capture photos that’s kinda dumb but you allowed to take picture with phones lol, I just don’t get it cuz dslr camera with a good lens will blur all the background better than phone

Went to Baskin and Robbins, sign said " will be back in a few minutes" we waited at the store for more tha half an hour for the employee tl show up. Apoatently shecwas on a lunch break, which would have been no problem had they had a sign to say what TIME she would be back. Vert poor management if this store.

I like this mall. Always have. Great selection of stores, and very modern design. Bright and clean. Large parking lot all around mall. Only complaint is the chance of running into an acquaintance that corners you and instead of either taking the nod, or accepting the usual "good" to the question "how are things" and leaving it at that, they wanna chat. Then your stuck talking about how's lockdown treating you, or how you've put on weight because you've dipped in and out of depression over the last year, and have taken to the drink or salty snacks as a way to cope with it all. And how you decided that they wouldn't take your summer and decided to go camping on a way off the beaten track secret camping spot for a week to decompress. But seriously, check out the winners here. Top notch.

Conveniently located off Hwy 10 and Fraser Hwy in Langley is my go to place for shopping needs. It’s not overcrowded and has majority of brand stores. Small food court which occasionally gets full easily. Accessible via Hudson Bay entrance or entrance which are conveniently located on every side of the Mall surrounded by Parking stalls.

I remember coming here a lot when I was young. It's small in comparison to some shopping centres but they have a nice selection of stores. It has a nostalgic feel to it. ^^

There are arrows on the floor directing traffic. Some stores require masks or no entry. Overall, a lot busier than I thought it'd be! People who are wearing masks seem to think they're invincible and don't partake in distancing which I am not a fan of.

This year a holiday installations at Willowbrook Mall are very festive! Mall is undergoing gradual renovation with lots of changes. I love green planters installed throughout, cozy chairs. The atmosphere is very welcoming, lot's of light - now it is a place where you feel like spending your time! Plus you can find almost everything here.

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, I've been to several of the Image locations and this one has been the best by far. The optometrist is thorough and the staff makes sure you get the best for your dollar while explaining what you're getting in a way that even my children felt like they had an understanding of cost breakdowns. Definitely a location great for parents with kids that require glasses!!

Visited the shopping mall on boxing day, the mall was extremely busy on that day it took almost 10 minutes to find vacant parking slot. Food court was also flooded with customers. Otherwise mall was well maintained and showrooms were also well maintained.

It is the local mall and has always been good ever since I was little. The main feature being the orange Julius... You just gotta pick up a smoothie while you adventure around. Also I like the addition of the new stores that have been popping up. Even the new food court options are nice too, big fan of Steve's poke.

I went to Guilford Mall last night and Guilford is open till 9pm I will defiantly be doing all my shopping at Guilford mall this year!!!

The mall is a great place to shop. My concern is the space provided for parking is way too narrow. I noticed how tight it is throughout the entire area. How difficult it must be for parents to gain access to a child in a car seat, or someone who requires the door fully opened to exit vehicle. Lots of shops, seats and good food otherwise...

A family oriented mall that usually isn’t too busy. They recently got Nordstrom rack and will soon get a T&T supermarket. Centered in the middle of Langley, traffic around the area can be busy. My favorites are the Winners, the Bay and Purdy’s.

There's not enough options for clothing stores. Food court is all right they've added more food options, but 4 clothing store options there's very little, instead of so much parking space which is rarely used, I'd suggest extending the mall to make it bigger in order to add more stores.

The layout is rather confusing. The parking lots are cut off from one another and it makes finding your store a hassle especially if it's on the other side of the mall. Store selection is ok but definitely limited too for the amount of real estate it occupies imho.

Willowbrook was good. People were happily social distancing. All were wearing masks even kids. The mall set out traffic lanes to keep flow moving. I would suggest if you go, sanitize often. There are stations through out the mall. It was a safe experience.

Great little mall. It has changed a lot from the little strip it started at 3 decades ago. Never so busy that you can't move, but still has most of the shopping essentials! Willowbrook is so much better now then it was 10 years ago! The upgrades and new stores made it so much more convenient, better stores and better prices. The Toys R Us they have there take covid precautions very serious which is outstanding considering its mainly kids who go in there! If your in Langley that's the mall you want! Plus around the building of the mall they got everything else you need from superstore to winners , restaurants etc.

Safeway Extra. The newly renovated Safeway store is spectacular, inside and out. Without the name on the outside, you wouldn't recognize it to be a grocery store. On the inside, the visuals, signage, shelving and displays are eye catching and attractive. While it will take a few shopping trips to get used to the new layout, it will always be an enjoyable experience getting around the store. The millenials will love it.

I love Willow Way where you can see businesses you wouldn't normally hear about unless you're online a lot & constantly searching for new places to go. I can't wait to see the T&T open up, & the newest addition that was announced as well. I know it was a while ago but Skyway was hands down the best place to get a ceasar salad & sandwich - so I can't say I'd be sad to see the Subway gone, & a Mr. Sub pop up or something around the same quality.

After the renovation and adding a couple of good store. It has been change alot and really nice and clean with great location for quick stop by and shopping for your needs. However inside the mall its feels little hard to find all the location of the stores. Might need added a couple floor map will help to find the store easily (its just a personal opinion, just saying it will be helpful person like me who easily get lost lol) over all I was happy with their cleanness and adding new store. Game changer. ????

I get that different stores have different head office COVID policies. But I went into 3 different stores with 3 different set-ups for COVID including using hand santizer upon entry. After 3 stores I figured my hands had had enough. Perhaps the mall should have an overall policy.

Used to live in the area so this was my go-to mall. It has all the stores you would need. No complaints. I never got used to the layout though. Not sure why. Been back recently and saw some stores are now closed (not sure if it’s due to covid or not).

Enjoy shopping at Willowbrook. The mall is clean and has updated decor. Parking lot seems to be pretty full most days. A few vacant store fronts but there is atmosphere there.

Best indoor mall available for ppl living in South Surrey and Langley area. Small, reasonably good food court, medium amount of popular trendy well know stores. Best of it all is the new T&T super market that just opened. Although it is a smaller version of other t&t stores, I just feel lucky to have it in the mall.

Very impressed at what this mall is becoming, it just might be the best mall in the lower main land! Its not full of vacancies, so many places to sit, work and be, the most I've ever seen in a mall, not to mention charging stations basically at every seat. So even if you are not planning on shopping there are so many options to just come and do some work with your devices, Various unique shops and food options you wont find at any other mall and with the upcoming expansions it will just become even better. And its not overpowered by any type of culture/race. In addition, just outside of the mall you can find all the other shopping destinations and food options you could ever need. And ontop of that downtown Langley is just steps away. Langley really is the ideal place to live now.

Since the renovations were completed Willowbrook has by far the best public WiFi of any mall I have ever visited. The food court prices are typical, the Chinese offering is good, the Japanese quite poor and the others average. Around the mall are dozens of seats with 2 usb chargers and one outlet. An excellent example of "future proofing".

This is a decent mall with everything ideally that you were looking for. It has all major chains and some store if you haven’t heard of. The food fair is pretty goodas they have added some new selections in the last few months. Parking here is really easy it’s at centre of Langley lots of ways in and out.

A decent option if you don't feel like braving the masses in Vancouver or Metrotown. Less selection than the bigger malls, but most of the usual stores are there. Lots of parking, but busy. The outdoor addition isn't ready yet but seems promising.

Went to Toys are Us for Lego, son (12) bought what he wanted, as for my daughter (10) there wasn't a big selection so Walmart had what she was looking for, surprisingly as ToysrUs has a good selection. Oh well, service was good though.

Friends and I went to Willowbrook's Chsrity Shopping night and had a very good time. The theme of the event was the 1920s and lots of people were dressed up in wonderful period-appropriate outfits. The mall provided some snack food and there was beer and wine available. Several of the store had special deals for the eventso it was also a good time to shop.
