Always a good place to visit
This is a great 2 hour escape across the bridge. Lots of good cafes, and some big box stores. Nice.
Always a great place for a stroll. Lot's of opportunity to grab a cup of coffe and shop.
It's all here, nice atmosphere
Lots of good shops
Good selection of brands, with usually plenty of parking spaces available
Caposhie women's clothing is the greatest store. Nothing in the store is over $50 and sometime everything is 50% off. The gals are great there.
Good stores here.
Nice to walk around the area
Love this mall. Has a very good vibe
Nice area to walk around, wish the stores were open a bit later
Great variety of stores.
Cool atmosphere, convenient for shopping needs and great drink and eatery options all around
A great place to take a walk, drink a coffee, or tea, or shop.
Nice outdoor mall. Lots of parking and plenty of shops
My favourite place to shop. Great for crisp autumn afternoon or a chilli winter morning. It is beautiful when it snows, and there are all kinds of stores around the area. I always go there with the family and everyone enjoys.
Very enjoyable shopping experience. Diverse selection of stores to choose from. We recommend
Nice mall -- Some stores are a bit antiquated and some areas seem to be closed or under construction, but it's a nice location nonetheless
Lots of little shops to stroll around and visit from clothing, crafts, home decor, skin care , athletic wear , hardware , grocery , coffee shops and restaurants...lots to see and do .
great little shopping place you can enjoy some western food and walk around a bit or go into the pub for a hockey night really colorful and welcoming
Pubs, shopping and grocery store (whole foods market) make it a nice place for everyone, everything and every season.
Just the village nothing new.
Lots of selection for whatever you are looking for.
Great outdoor shopping complex. Has whole foods , Home Depot, clothing stores, coffee shops.
Very unique shopping and relaxing style including coffee shops and restaurants..I love it
Great spot for all kinds of shopping, eating or just a nice lil walk
Great place to hang out and shopping with family.
Love the updates they're doing.
It is hard to find parking on busy days, other than that it is a very nice mall.
Whole foods and other goodies
Good selection of stores
Doesn't price match other Home Depot pricing. Customer service lacking. Difficult to get help finding product inside store. Multiple Employees reluctant to help or give help and information.
Copy place for shopping
Good variety of shopping spots. Clean.
Great selection of stores in an outdoor mall makes it a great experience. Only thing better would be more stores as part of the outdoor experience.
Good variety of stores, decent food court and new movie theatre. Ample parking.
Great place nice and clean.
Great shopping , clean shops
Love this place really only place i shop
Today was definitely 5 star...food always good....drinks good....service excellent!
Great place to shop.
Appropriately named... Feels like a village
Village Taphouse was excellent, fantastic food and great service. Fabulous evening, thank you.
The service was excellent. I bought a long sleeve T shirt that I really liked.
HAd fun. Went to Michael’s
Roots My girls love the clothes. Keep it up .
I'm sure it was only me, but I found it really difficult to navigate entrances to key stores. I'd love to see better (I saw none) signs to where to drive. Right now it's only easy for regular customers. The bit of mall inside is very beautiful.
Nice place
Grandparents love it here
So big it's like a city
Love this place no doubt ! Amazing views too .
High end stores unique brand clothing stores . One of my favorite places I'm there almost everyday. You must try the latte at Caffè artigiano. Yum
Large mall complex is sprawling but has just about everything.
Boxing day sales galore
Large, festive, but a parking nightmare when busy. Has everything...
Great place to hang out specially in sunny days.
Great shopping but very busy
Nice outdoor higher end mall
Great place to eat and walk.
Great stores! Love the design
More accessible maps to store locations outside needed.
Such a beautiful place to take a walk. It has trendy shops, good eats, and really feels like a village.
Today, the traffic and the parking was awful
Beautiful, fun and practical.
I love to go to the Village. There is lots of different stores to go, for both shopping and just for a walk
Nice and cozy environment.
Not crowded.
My favorite place
Enough parking and nice and clean. They have agood selection of restaurants to go to.
Home Depot is doing a great job with selection and service!
I go to Whole Foods here.
It's a mall. Used to be indoor mall and now it's an open air mall concept...I guess global warming has it's good sides...
Nice shopping environment
Amazing how they’ve managed to make big box stores / mall environment feel like a little village. Lots of great shopping, restaurants and cafes.
Great pizza. Special price on brunch from 10-11. Cheap cesaers laid back vibes. Would recommend
????????????♂️????????♀️????????♂️????????♂️????????♀️Horrible parking lots, filled with dangerous drivers. Nice shopping place.????????????
Good
If I could do all my shopping here I would. I really like the parking situation, the stores are great and it's easy to walk every where.
Fabulous customer service.
Wondeful promenade! Lots of shops and food/drink options. Very lively during the summer months.
Village at park royal. Feels like outdoor stroll with wide side walks and variety of stores.... Beneficial for covid. Allows spacing and outdoors. Lindt, home depot, whole foods, clothing....
Great stores, fab. Coffee ships, good selection of stores. Lunch, tea coffee are all there. The trees go into blossom right about now. Great little hidden gem in West Van.
Variety of shops, parking available, near transit
I wish I had more time
The village in west van is great they have the Tap House in there and have many other stores they even have a Whole Foods and a keg with frequent fairly regularly
So many places its amazing
It's all here. Clean well designed and fun.
It's nice to go to a mall but not be inside a mall.
A great stroll and good variety of stores.
Park Royal is very peaceful to me! Although it’s far from my place but whenever I want to go somewhere different that has variety in brands and restaurants i would choose here.
Best place to shop in West Vancouver
Good shops easy parking great atmosphere
Little bit of everything for shopping and restaurants
While I love this mall for its accessibility and ambiance, as well as the many good store options, I did find it less strict with covid19 measures. It just always seems so busy!
Nice,clean,safe
Good and clean place to shop.
Great choices here not too crowded..helpful service
The village honestly has just about everything you could want. From eateries to shops to grocery stores to home furnishing there is a little bit of everything. If you want to grab a drink make sure you jump into the Taphouse and everyone loves a small stop at lululemon, but you really have your choice from Cactus Club, to Milestones or even Whole Foods so it's a great way to bounce around a few places and get a few of your errands done. Whether that's something from Home Depot, getting a new pair of spectacles or even getting your groceries done.
It's pretty busy and parking can be tricky but it's got a lot of great stores.
Lots of parking on this side. And a Tesla dealer.
Best place for fun shopping, a large variety of everything in a friendly and cozy atmosphere.
The architects who designed the village should receive an award from the City of West Vancouver. There is a nice selection of stores from Lululemon to Home Depot. It is always a pleasure to shop here or enjoy the atmosphere and chat with people over a coffee outside while enjoying the sunshine. Parking is always available and free.
Whole foods is the best store there all the rest you can skip
Great place and lots to do
Absolute favourite weekend hangout place. Everything within reach and walking distance ... From restaurants, cafes, grocery stores to Park Royal shopping centre and walking on Ambleside beach. What more can one ask for? Love my North Shore ❤️
best place for hangout and shopping in west van. Very cute with lights and shops. Whole food market here is the biggest one with lots of variety.
Very nice. All the best????️
Nice layout and selection of shops
Awesoome place with lots of cool stores and a big mall ????????❤️♥️
I love going there. Much to see and much to do.
Loved it
Big stores, high prices
Great for browsing and shopping most of the time, but maybe not on rainy days.
Parking is a pain. Otherwise - excellent.
Perfect for family, date, shopping and simply relaxing.
Excellent fantastic. I dont think there is any better shopping or indulging place.
Lots of shops and dining. Old Navy, Home Sense, Home Depot, Whole Foods...
Nice place with a lot of stores. The parking at times can be a real pain.
Excellent service, good food and all delivered in a COVID respectful environment.
Lovely shopping are with a great variety of fine stores and shops
Not a maternity store anywhere in this mall
Awesome place!
Nice place I truly recommend
If you are looking for a great shopping experience or a selection of restaurants to eat at, the Village is a great place to spend a few hours. You can also enjoy the North Shore Mountains in the distance.
Ok, as always.
Just a traffic jam mess with nothing interesting to see.
Great place to go shopping, free parking is so hard to find these days?
love this place. i frequent here
Different experience in here
Lots of interesting shops.... parking can be challenging....
Very nice clean quiet mall with interactive directories and a good selection of high quality stores
Parking has become a headache
Cozy and chill
Good pup style food and atmosphere. Great place to watch a sporting event.
I just love walking around the stores in the village. When its summer all the patios open so its nice to enjoy the weather and during Christmas, with all the decorations, its very beautiful.
Poor selection of shops.
Great shopping experiebce.michaels had a long line up wait but a staff member prescans and bags you items and gives you a paper to give to cashier when at register to only pay after that! Home sense long lineups move quickly. Great deals at both these places to shop.modt if my Christmas shopping finished!!!
High end strip mall?
Love to go there for shopping and relaxation.
Always a great place to shop. Lots if free parking. Friendly people. Quite pleasant.
Great village to spend a good time, many stores and restaurants options.
Nicely done place.
One of the safest, nicest villages
Great service, my family loved breakfast here.
Went to Michael's Craft Store, Whole Foods, and Liquor Store. Enjoyed the village atmosphere. Parking was harder than expected, but lucked out right infront of Michael's. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Achieved everything on my list. Overall a wonderful experience.
Enjoyed Five Guys
Well done shops and restaurants
Great variety of goods to choose from...
Good mall and atmosphere, EXPENSIVE!
Good beer, good food, good stores. Decent little strip mall.
Good choice of stores in this outside mall
Park Royal South, if you like to dress with flair check out Simons, you can always find a good deal all over the place. A new favorite store.
Usually only stick to the South side of the mall but there's enough there for me since I'm an more of a tech shopper. So I like going there for Best Buy and EB Games. It's good on the weekends too since it's not as busy as a place like Metrotown
Awesome stores, worst parking in all of history
Symons anchors this mall on this side of the street. The village has lots of high end stores including a whole foods. Restaurants and lots of free parking make this a good choice to shop. They don’t have all the retail I like, but it is a experience.
Awesome ????
Good
Love it! Come see why! Tip: summer time is the best time!
Love spending time and shopping at this beautiful village, nice addition to Park Royal.
For Vancouver, and certainly the North Shore, the mountain views, ambiance, and overall high quality experiences, are hard to beat. Yes, it's pricey, but that's our modern world. If you want bargains as a demanding shopper, in exquisite settings, take a drive and look to the new super mall in Tsawwassen.
Beautiful collection of shops. Very pretty at Christmas. A little tough for parking though.
Great clean place.
Awesome mall
Super #friendly #customerservice and convenient prices
Too busy. Not enough parking. You have to fight for a spot every time. However there is a lot of stores.
It is amazing view, and it is suitable for young children.
Love free parking here
Clear and precise direction thank you.
Nice walk and shops
Fun place when weather is nice
Beautifully decorated for the coming holiday season. Parking is little to be desired due to where you may end up parking. High end shops with low end shops ...its ok
Best part of the mall. Beautiful.
Great mall with a old town decoration and great stores
Beautiful place to shop.
Always an enjoyable experience here with stores, restaurants and the mall. During the warmer months the outdoor mall is a great way to enjoy the weather. Enjoy lunch or dinner at Cactus Club here.
It's an outdoor mall with some good stores
Whole foods store in there was so good, bakery was great, very delicious blueberry- apricot cake ,you can even buy half cake! Which is bonus in my opinion! Juice was good also, it has flower shop, foods, fruits,everything....on the other …
Great selection of stores
Great place to shop and dine.
Great place to shop and dine!
Shops and food is a best way to describe the village . There is a cactus, Millstone and tap house.. liquor store and obv Starbucks good place for end of day stroll
"Park Royal Village" located next to Park Royal South Mall (adjacent to the "Simons" entrance of the enclosed South Mall complex) is the open-air high street in the tony Park Royal area of West Vancouver. The Village is a very scenic tree-lined corridor of colorfully and tastefully designed retail, commercial and professional spaces, which flows from the exclusive Montréal-based "Simons" department store, passes two fountain-punctuated plazas, and runs the length of "Main Street" (from Taylor Way to the edge of Ambleside Park), including in its vibrant wake, stores such as, Home Depot, Whole Foods, Home Sense, as well as an extensive array of other high-end boutiques, restaurants, cafés, and professional offices. "The Village" at Park Royal is a Shopping and Lifestyles Destination, certainly not to be missed or soon forgotten, during one's de-rigueur visit to "Park Royal" in West Vancouver -- Canada's first enclosed shopping mall complex -- which is certainly close to the heart of its social and commercial life.
Excellent shopping food and coffee houses
Very satisfying high end retail and commercial 'high street' experience. A real pleasure of an urban stroll, and alternative to the enclosed shopping mall routine.
All expectations were fulfilled
A wonderful escape down a modern country lane. Only it has shops. Eve's café is a must (inside Simons). Indigo Books. Free WiFi.
Amazing place for shopping, great atmosphere, very clean and convenient.
Good shopping and whole foods! What more could you ask! We love coming here for Aritzia, lulu lemon and a few other shops .. also good for getting a morning whole foods muffin on the way to the mountains
Nice selection of shops. Good vibes.
Tons of shopping and eateries too. A fun afternoon for all
Great food and drinks at a reasonable price ????
Good mall lots of traffic to get there
Best place for a sunny afternoon
Snobville
Too hard to find a parking space
Classic icon in vancouver .... nice diversity of shopping and dining
Good place to go shopping n lots of different stores. ????
Great place to shop, eat and hang out. A lot to choose from and really does feel like a village.
It's beautiful and cozy. you can shop as well as going to several good places to eat or drink. Places such as Cactus Club, Milestone, Starbucks,... it's attached to Park Royal mall which means you can go shop there and then go to village to have some fun
Beautiful, looks like european style street
Best place for summer time shopping and walking! l love this place.
The Village has gotten much nicer or the years. They have opened some good selection of restaurants from Cactus Club,Tratorria, to the Keg. The reason for the 4 star is sometimes there is a lack of parking space available.
A real authentic taste of village life. Ask one of the locals what it has been like watching the region grow from a hamlet to a village. Absolutely astounding and these good natured locals take such pride in their surroundings. Fantastic.
So good to be shopping again after stores being closed. Park Royal is a great place to shop during this time since it is outdoors and they have tons of great stores!
A great attempt still needs some excitement let add some theater clowns buck a beer nights anything army marches we need to liven our city it's so boring compared to Europe total human waste
Terrific place to stroll about on a sunny day & window shop
Great area to shop and dine.
Lots.of shops and.the revised food court is pretty nice
I liked the options of the stores
Lots of amazing stores everywhere
Beautiful place, with space outside
Great outdoor shopping center. Has got an inside area as well. Lots of great shoes stores with tonnes of variety. The zara store is also great
Many options & ample parking
Love the village. Love the new additions and renovations. Theres nothing to complain about.
Always a pleasure. Though gets pretty busy and sometimes hard to find parking.
Great place to enjoy a tasty burger at 5 Guys, a light stroll with a cup of coffee and peak your interest in some new clothes.
We’ve been going here for years...even more so since Simons came. There are great shops, great restaurants and cafes. The only annoying thing is finding parking sometimes...
The Village at Park Royal is very nicely laid out. I like it because it isn't an "indoor" mall. It has a pleasant feel with people milling about. The variety of stores are more boutique style than big box. There are several restaurants and coffee shops for the tired shoppers, and there is even a Whole Foods for grocery shopping. It is always pleasant to visit whether in the summertime or Christmas time.
Good shopping and atmosphere
Great for shopping
I just loved it... the food mmm mmm delicious
Great stores. Super clean. Close to Ambleside park.
A good selection if stores and restaurants
Busy but good. Lots of variety!
Parking is a pain. Generic stores for the most part. It's fabricated and it feels fabricated.
Great lights over Christmas and good shopping.
Diverse brand names and shops. Close to home depot
Everything you are looking for will be here.
Shopping at its best with the feel of a small village and not a mall.
Good spot to go if you like to enjoy unique shopping experience, different atmosphere than any other malls as its outdoor
Very nice mall.
Great selection of stores and places to eat. Too bad the traffic on Taylor way makes you want to set your car on fire and just forget you had a home to go to.
Best place to shop and eat dinner.
A few nice shops, outside as a strip mall connect to Park Royal. Covering for walking during the common Vancouver rain is non-existant, and the roadway through the middle of it is quite busy.
Lots of great stores in this outdoor walkable area like Whole Foods, Lululemon, and Lindt chocolates.
The village at park royal is packed with just about any shop you need all in one mall. Wonderful outdoor seating, with great coffee shops makes it a sunny day must. Just opened the newest addition to the cineplex chair, with brand new VIP theatres. Loads of parking and just steps away from the ocean front walk the leads to Ambleside beach.
Love this store ????
I love this area of the mall. A lot of attention has been paid to making it feel like a village - small, qaint, and traffic calmed. There is an excellent selection of stores and restaurants. I often spend my whole Park Royal visit in the Village.
Wonderful place to hang out
A bit $$$ but fun
Good ????
Lots of good shops to choose from. Nice vibe.
Fun to walk around. Pink berry is delicious, but pricey
Great selection of store, very reasonably priced with adequate parking. Variety of food outlets available both outside and in the food court.
Great selection
Nice shopping place
Beatiful place to walk, to lunch and take photos
I found it difficult to find the parking area
Great shopping location. It's very unfortunate that the mall is closed at 7pm during summer time.(some days). Lots of people are outside and could potentially be great customers...
Great place for all the transportation hub to the city.
Very nice small town feel but of course very busy area. Tesla was our visit this time. Great place.
very good scenery here
Nice mix of independent boutique stores and franchises. Spread throughout this outdoor shopping area are coffee shops and restaurants so you can shop for extended periods and be able to stop and fuel up. A really lovely atmosphere when the weather holds up.
Nice mall
Nice even with covid
Just quick stop at Michaels. Looks good though
Alot of people sitting around? I thought it a shopping mall however we walked every inch of the property and enjoyed it immensely!????
Really nice addition to Park Royal. Lots of open space and great shops. Plenty of food ans convenient stores like shoppers nearby. Theres also a Lindt chocolate if you just need a place to get a sugar high. One thing that's really needed is a kids play space though. Toddlers can only try to jump in that fountain so many times before you wonder if you'll be better off shopping inside.
Good shopping
A variety of stores, but parking can be difficult during peak times
Very clean mall. They are always making new additions that makes the experience of shopping that more enjoyable. The location of the mall is in an artery between North, West and down town Vancouver so prepare for lots of traffic.
It's full of fancy stuff with high prices
One of my prefered shopping centers in Vancouver! You can find everything, plus it's close to Park Royal
Great spot for shopping and dine out with family or friends
I love it here...especially during the holiday season. Whether it be for shopping, eating or just grabbing a drink, the Village never disappoints!
Lots of stores here and it's great to walk around when the sun is out. We don't have too many outdoor malls in Vancouver and this is one of them. Some of my fav stores include Whole Foods, Saje, and Simons.
Love this place.
Went for the first time and was surprised at the layout. Plenty of starbucks in this area lol.
It's nice but every city has nice shopping plazas so nothing here to rave about. It is nice to drive through at Christmas when the lights are put up and the TapHouse, the only real world feeling place there otherwise it's rich persons accumulation of muckymuck stores and prices.
Late lunch...
Nightmare traffic flow. Someone wasn't thinking about the customer experience... Only packing commercial buildings in willy-nilly.
Nice mall
Great Place! Great Stores, Covid protocols, nice products
Plenty of shops to find what you need or just really want. Nice area. A clean space in Vancouver... Surprising.
Plenty of shops to find what you need or just really want. Nice area. A clean space in Vancouver... Surprising.
Great village, real village vibe. Felt like I was in a real village.
Many shops, tons of parking available.
Liked this shopping spot since it opened. Awesome.
Love the village but always too busy
Nice shopping area at beach side.
Beautiful clean place
Great mall. Lots of good stores
Very friendly and helpful. Such polite staff.
Great mall. But a lil crowed in the food court... Found what I needed
Sergio at Home Depot took the time to help me find all the required tools. He even went out into the parking lot and brought a shopping cart for me. That's what I consider a fantastic service from the store and its associates.
Nice place to go shopping and wine and dine.
I love going to this mall. Lots of good shops and food. I like that it is outside and well layed out.
Good mall
Like going here on a nice day otherwise it's just too messy.
Easy parking
I love this addition to park Royal. This wasn't here when I was a kid. Its still fairly new to me because I moved away 10 years ago
Easy access.complete shopping
Went here twice. The first experience was pretty good. All the food we got on our table were yum. Second experience was just alright. Had to return a plate as well. Will give it another try though, to check on consistency.
Disorganized and poor planning here. They need to go back to school on what a mall should be. Sadly the district of West Vancouver has snarled traffic here for the poor souls that enjoy life as a Mallrat
Great outdoor walk.
Good food and good service! Patio seating!
Nice feeling, lots of good dining.
Yeah, good mall with lots of shops, varied.
Great ppl.. keshav is a good guy there.. always ready to help..
Very crowded
Nice place to walk around
Nice play. There are not alot of brands here but it has some nice restaurants. It's sometime hard to find parking spot in the village so it is better to park in the parking areas behind home depot or another one behind wholefood or near homesense
A GREAT shopping area with anything you need. Growing in popularity as all shops that I have visited have friendly helpful staff. A must to visit is David's tea. If you like tea this is the place. Only problem is on weekend gets a bit overcrowded with plenty traffic problems .
It's a great place to be. But you need plenty of time, due to the season the parking is a challenge.
Bring a VISA Black card. Add 50% to what you would expect everything to cost.
Outdoor shopping at its best
Most people prefer this part of Park Royal to the interior. It does have an urban village motif, but a very busy urban village motif. Good for people watching.
Very very nice place it's always a great place to go to when on the north shore
I love walking around the village.
Always a pleasant experience in the Village. Plenty of shops and places to eat/have coffee.
Had nothing in the way of model paints except for one air brush kit. And the one staff member I talked to was clueless about testor model paints. Kept pointing me to acrylic paint for canvas. What guy has never made a model?
Park Royal is a first class shopping centre with a great selection of shops, restaurants and cafes. A pleasant and spacious place to walk around.
Always a nice place to visit a great variety of choices
Cool place to go shopping for the day, a nice switch from being inside the mall, hit the more popular shops with a walk outside
Fabulous place for everything overpriced. West Vancouver has lost touch with reality.
Not a village. Just a bunch of shops. Nowhere to stay. I should not have brought my family here for our annual vacation. Children very upset.
Thank you for all the shaded parking. Just a hop , skip and a jump to an air conditioned mall.
Lovely and lively place to be at. Very European feel to it.
Lovely setting, good selection of stores
Excellent shopping mall with lots of great stores. Basically part of an little outdoor plaza that is really pretty to walk around. Nice bright interior compared to some other mall. A one stop shop for most things that you could need to get running errands and then some.
Additional stores to park royal but the are outside and no cover
Fair sized mall, but not much selection
Always enjoy shopping here. Some good shops and a great pub... the Taphouse. Only two criticisms...whoever designed the covered walkways between shops and the overall parking lot should be made to use them every day for the nine months of rain we have in Vancouver. Clearly not designed by locals or people who have to park a larger car with kids.
So many great stores !
Great shops with plenty parking space
It's a really nice mall in a nice location with many of the regular mall-stores. It's not huge, but it's nice if you're visiting or living in the neighborhood. The Park Royal Shopping Centre nearby is where the food is at, with some of the more expensive restaurants being located outside.
Nice area!
The favorite hangout of West Vancouver residents. Lots of high end stores, not too crowded with all the stores high end buyers want. Unfortunately lots of road construction makes this place a traffic nightmare. Also always a parking shortage because lots of people park their cars here to exercise at the nearby parks and trails. The EV charging stations either have a long line or are out of order. Worse people overstay while parking.
Good variety of stores
An outside snapping experience in Raincouver! Stupid idea! Plus there is NO parking ever! #dumb #ridiculous
Never fails. Service and food great as always. Reccomend to a friend for food, drinks, football etc..
Gorgeous and lots of great shopping
There is about over a 100 stores and many restaurants
Great outdoor shopping environment, especially on a sunny day. Lots of seating and shade as well. Had lunch at the Village Taphouse, and would definitely come back.
Awesome place to shop, have a meal
Or my favorite malls
Best outlet mall in Vancouver. Not too crowded so many stores to choice. Love the light house design too.
I make an extra trip to shop at Park Royal, I absolutely love the layout of the shopping center they have all my favorite stores and when I get hungry I go to Whole Foods and get a delicious smoothie. Will continue to make this my favorite shopping spot.
Good store. Need to open the contractor door
Be prepared to looking for parking at holiday
Beautiful place with a lot of aminities
It's okay. Has a lot of nice stores but parking is a nightmare
One of my favs to shop and walk around. Parking is difficult at times.
Very busy, I like their bakery. Fresh n delicious
Nice place to browse through the shops and have a snack at WholeFoods; afterwards one can walk towards Ambleside beach.
Outdoor shopping mall is fairly rare in this part of the world but on a sunny day it is a very welcoming place. High end shopping from fashion to chocolate to Whole Foods. Only significant drawback is a serious lack of parking capacity.
Great choice of things
Pretty live and vibrate, lots of stores and eating area
Just a great place to walk around and shop :)
Good location for the folks in west Vancouver
Nice area... Kind of set up as it's own location independent of the actual mall. Lots of its own free parking and a different product mix of stores that appeals well to the audience and vibe it is shooting for -- slightly more artizanal etc... I hate malls, but would come here to walk around or browse...
Not easy to find parking.
Excellent place for a family walk, shop and dine. Easy parking, good selection of retail stores plus peaceful surrounding a stonethrow from beautiful Ambleside park.
Cute and community like shopping
Lovely place where you can find everything you need
Love the stores and restaurants
Great selection of merchants. Without crossing the bridge into Vancouver
Lots of very nice shops, coffee houses, restaurants and pubs. There is parking in front of each shop but it's often busy so there are large parking lots very near as well.
NO ELEVATOR, CRAZY PLACE
Nice shopping village. Parking can be a struggle but certain times of the day are better than others and of course weekends are crazy busy.
Covid Aware! Lots to see and taste and shop
It is a nice shopping area, especially on a sunny day. Unfortunately there is usually a lot of traffic but the sidewalks are large so it isn't an issue. Lots of big stores for fashion, homewares, a grocery store and restaurants. The north shore definitely needs this shopping complex.
Nice easy walk about to browse the stores.
If you are new to Vancouver make sure you visit Park Royal. It is a really cute village/mall with great restaurants.
Parking not enough you need to park next door
Just keeps getting better.
Great concept and outdoor shopping.
Best coffee shop, Second Cup located in the mall.
Lots of stores. Great restaurants
good
Lovely place to spend a summer evening
This Plaza is very cozy
This is a wonderful place to walk around, there are very many cute stores around for all your needs.
Nothing really there. Not worth going to again.
Great place to shop and eat, but I have yet to see a villager or a donkey stroll by• :(
Had a lovely stroll around and enjoyed a David's Tea then found some goodies at Whole Foods. Parking was ok today, but a one hour limit is awfully short!
Wife loves this place.
Park royal is a fantastic mall all around and they are in the process of building a cineplex on the top of the mall it is becoming even better than it already is plus for all the tax free aboriginal people Park Royal south is all on Squamish Nation land so therefore it is all tax free shopping ????????
Huge mall with a neat layout that utilizes outward facing shops and smaller clusters of shops instead of a megamall layout. It's a hike to get there if you're not in North Vancouver, but features shops Metrotown does not. There is a grocer and a movie theater, a food court as well as stand alone sit-down restaurants, so if noisy open cafeteria style of eating isn't for you, there's plenty of other options.
Good variety of stores pleasant place to walk and people watch
The Village by Park Royal south has a small beach community feel. Nice shops and places for coffee and tea as well as bigger brand staples such as Whole Foods and Home Depot. Trail to Ambleside beach makes walks to and from the Village enjoyable.
clean, tidy and well maintained
Great shopping
Nice space. But bad for parking. Lots of stores with a nice walk outside as long as it is the raining.
vwry nice village to go shoping. Very good stores all over
Great selection.
Service was not the greatest, waited 15 mintues for a server to come! Ended up leaving after having one appetizer.
At least it got Whole Food and Homedepot there.
Shopping is ok, decent places to eat
Someone handed in my wallet at whole foods! Bless their hearts ????
Lively place. Good selection of restaurants and shops
Very Nice
Free parking..nice to visit for dining and shopping
Very clean washrooms
Good place to shop for produce
Very hard to find a parking.
A good shopping centre. Lots of stores and restaurants. There is a Whole Foods Market here and Home Depot. Parking is free.
It's an outdoor shopping mall, cure but a pain in the butt when it rains
If YOU are LOADED with DOUGH, MUST HAVE the VERY BEST or YOU do NOT CARE on HOW YOU SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED CASH.... then THIS PLACE HAS ALL of the DESIGNER SHOPS for YOU and for TOURISTS. SERIOUSLY THOUGH, THIS is NOT a MALL for THOSE ON a TIGHT BUDGET or for THOSE WHO HAVE MORE COMMON SENSE than MONEY to BURN!!!
Wow superrr !!!! the Village at park Royal Exclusive ...
Shoppers Drug Mart is the best. Great staff always willing to help.
I like this mall. Has pretty much everything you need to find in a mall yet it's not as crowded like Metro or Richmond Mall. Plenty of parking spaces.
Great place to go for brunch
Great stores, but very congested.
Lots of choices
It's a big mall has most everything you want or need
A good place to stroll with the family when the mall itself feels a little too crowded.
Bad drivers all around. No one obeys stop signs. And pedestrians think they own the road.
Large shopping mall...with all the big box stores.
