I went to the Convention Center for the Tattoo and culture Show 2019 and what a disappointment. The convention staff knew little to nothing about what was going on with the event and had people lining up outside. The show was 30 minutes late opening which created a 45 additional minute wait in a line to buy tickets. Naturally, your parking is slowly expiring. Convention staff were not allowing ticket sales until the doors of the show opened. Once inside the doors it was even more disappointing, Nothing like the years past. Very few vendors, unlike yhe years before and it seemed so much smaller. Most of the artists were either tattooing or ignoring people and chatting with other artists (staff at their boorhs). I managed to see everything in maybe 20 minutes and did a second round just to feel less ripped off. Not worth the 50$ plus the insane parking fee.

Always a pleasure to walk around and laze here. There are benches, covered areas, and even a living rooftop garden with grass patch to lie down on. Perfect to enjoy the views of the North Shore.

Sellers offer their best decorations and a live singing performance will entertain you as you warm your feet in the dining tent. Restrooms are available near by. Come after sundown to appreciate the full decoration of this venue. Small kids will enjoy a horse carousel... ho ho ho.

A great place with a fabulous atmosphere whether attending something like Imagine Van Goghor just a day trip; a great place for photos and a seawall stroll. If sampling local fare 90% of the Restaurants are all $$$$ and on nice days you will have at least an hours wait for a table so I suggest looking ahead & make reservations depending on your visit.

This is a really beautiful spot! At all times of the year there is something to enjoy. In the spring there are cherry blossoms nearby, in the summer there are beautiful ocean views and so on. There are often interesting events happening and lots of nearby attractions year-round.

If you are a tourist this is a must see place. There are some Steller views of North Vancouver. You could see the entire Burrard Landing in about 30 min or so. Along with killer views there are also many places to eat around the area. If you just want to relax there are also many benches you could sit on and people watch or just soak up some sun

A nice place to stop after a long trip. Very nice people who had a good system for luggage so its a quick process. No waiting on taxis and they have wheelchairs for elderly people. Plus an amazing view to look at of the city when you get out.

Interesting place to see. This is where you catch the ferry across the harbour. We enjoyed watching the automated ferry system in play. Very quick you wait about 15 minutes between ferries each time. On board the ferries are great maps that assist with your destinations and directions.

This is a great place to just walk around and see all the sites. There are several restaurants in the area and the convention center is right next door. If you love planes, you will love watching the float planes take off and land on the water just a few feet away from the dock. There is also a very nice sidewalk path that runs along the edge of the harbor. A great place for a walk or bike ride.

My daughter and I came in after seeing Imagine Van Gogh. We had a very nice time and a very nice waiter. Unfortunately, having been recently to another Cactus Club, I found that the presentation of our sushi roll here was rather off. Good thing it still taste great. This mall truly encompasses and focuses on how beautiful Vancouver is. It has a gym for those who love fitness, Western health food for the yuppies, a gift shop for the eager tourists and of course the convention center up top brings in a lot of neat characters. A great place with fantastic views. Lots of people out for walks, and watching seaplanes taking off and landing. There are many restaurants here. Best experience will be on bright sunny days. The Olympic Cauldron is in a square, and gets lit on special days. What you see beyond the water is North Vancouver and the eastern part of Stanley Park. A Seabus can be taken from near the Waterfront station to North Vancouver across the water. The nearest SkyTrain stations are Burrard and Waterfront.

Made the mistake if being there on a Sunday luncheon. There is some religious freak show that happens on the plaza that is just crazy loud and in appropriate. Very unfortunate. Go to Barrett Landing to have lunch or dinner. They had a bunch of cute small places to sit out and look at the boats as well as the wonderful Water Taxis. The fish and chips are excellent but if you were an American do not expect to be able to get catch up with your French fries. They do however have great vinegar and mayonnaise. Also, for those of us who like iced tea in America be aware that what you are going to get for iced tea and Canada is a cup of hot tea and two ice cubes. Canada is not a place to get iced tea. Nevertheless., bird Landing is definitely a place to visit they have great shops, clean restrooms nice places to sit and watch people as well as the boats and also get a great something to eat at a reasonable price.

Probably one of the best downtown seashore views you will find anywhere. Situated between a couple of convention centres, right next to a cruise ship terminal, you'll see a steady stream of wondrous visitors from across the globe. Some high-end coffee outlets line one side of the wharf, while the other side is adorned with the big white sails of the Convention Centre. with ample free seating also providing a nice view of the constantly changing marine activity. If you just want a regular cup if coffee, fast food outlets in the bottom of a high-rise just across the street will provide you with "Joe to Go" so you can occupy a seat with a good view without paying an extreme price. Be prepared to go down a few steps to get there in a hurry. Otherwise, go around the building to use an elevator. If you want to be part of that marine activity, a walk-on ferry to the North Shore is a couple of blocks to the east. It's a pretty busy place, housed in an historical CPR building--the western terminus of the CANADIAN PACIFIC RAILROAD....the enterprise responsible for joining the far reaches of the country.

I've been here a million times since I worked a few minutes away from the Burrard landing, numerous restuarants / bars within the vacinity and unparellel views of the north shore mountains and who can forgot the Olympic cauldren right smack in the middle of the landing.

Currently closed to public access for the Christmas Market 2021. The landing is a great place for photo opportunities and great views of the north shore. Easy access to sea bus terminal and sea planes. Local brewing and pub service is steps away. Ocean tours are nearby during decent months. Olympic cauldron sits on the property, marking the symbolic nature of Vancouvers' 2010 Olympic Winter Games. On a decent night, there are a few seated spots where you can lounge, and possibly charge your phone from one of the hidden outlets, provided you have your cable ????

Burrard Landing is a must on my "Travel Must Visit List" in downtown Vancouver ..... The walk along the harbor with the sea planes, restaurants, shopping near by, is a very delightful area. But please be careful. "The Pickpockets Are Around". My family was targeted this past weekend (April 2017) while visiting Fly Over Canada. They watch you and will bump into you taking what ever they can. Take care.

This is a great area to walk around and check out the epic scenery! Cruise ships come and go and there’s always a hustle and bustle of people walking along the water, plenty of options for eating and drinking! If you’re up for romantic sunsets and some precious time with your loved one, this is a great place to be any time of day! What better way to experience Vancouver then a long stroll through Burrard landing! Some places are covered and others are open with benches to enjoy a stay awhile. There’s a couple breakfast spots and restaurants, plenty of seating to sit and just watch the water, and still be close to the down town hub a few blocks away.

The Burrard Landing area is a delightful place to take a walk with the family. Went here on a early Wednesday morning and it was beautiful. The fresh air really gave me a boost for the day and the little eatery nearby hit the spot. It's nice to come here just to get away for a bit, without actually getting away.

Nice area to walk about looking out over the port, harbor and in the distance towards the lush green scenery of beautiful Vancouver. There is also excellent night life for the adults including restaurants, bars and music. It was about a five minute walk from our hotel and ended with an excellent cocktail, wonderful meal and meeting the ever friendly and amazingly health and attractive locals.

I liked going to that place a lot. You have a lot of things there (eg.car show, home show, boat show, etc.). I like the assortment of collection a lot. I enjoy all of the shows very much. You did also have the Olympic there in 2010. That was also pretty fun! That is all I have to say.
