This Mall belongs to the category of Shopping mall.
I work in this mall, it's a good mall I mean it's not anything to phone home about. I wish they had more but that's our economy for ya! Thanks Aberdeen mall.
It was ok
Came for 4 specifc items, left with all 4 items. Wife reports the washrooms are clean. Everyone wearing a facemask, plentiful hand sanitizer. Looks like a mall, smells like a mall. 5/5.
This is a review of Sephora in the mall. I have never shopped at Sephora before, but every time I try to walk in the store just to browse around and try out products on my own, I always get a worker (or more than one) that comes up to me, slams me with questions, and they don’t leave you alone! They make you feel so overwhelmed that the 4 times I have walked in the store, I ended up walking right out. If I can’t browse around on my own, and try out your testers for myself and see what I like and what I don’t, than I will not be shopping there. There is a big difference between having someone at the store help you, and people who just get all up in your face! Sephora is one of those stores. Big thumbs down to you ladies.
Awesome
Pretty good mall but needs Lush H&M and urban planet ????
Clean and easy to walk around. Has all the essential mall stores.
Small but nice could use some more additions like the basepro mall
Love this place
Great Mall. Have been going to Aberdeen Mall all my life and I've always liked it. The food court is mediocre in size but has great food. Many places to shop for clothes and shoes. Definitely a bustling mall with people there all the time. Love Aberdeen Mall
Clerks were nice. Mall had a lot of empty stores. Supposed to be the #1 Mall in Kamloops. Pretty dead inside.
Nicely maintained good shopping selection
Tis a mall. Free parking and all the standard mall stores you'd expect.
It's been yrs but I enjoy shopping up there
It's been yrs but I enjoy shopping up there
I love this mall! Every time I go to Vancouver, I visit this place several times. They have a huge selection of Chinese food and they have a Diaso!
Its well decorated on christmas days...
The mall is what it is: small city with a few clothing stores. Lululemon fans are happy they finally got one but nothing special. The food court only had one vendor open so it's not worth the look. Best buy is outside the mall but there is an entrance inside for Marshalls.
Nice to see the mall open. A little disappointed that it closes so early on a Friday night. Very clean and COVID friendly.
Lots of places to go and nice places to see.
Great shopping. Would love a better place for lunch. Food courts are fine but would love a nicer experience.
Clean washrooms .lots of great stores. Tons of parking. Good size food court. Has car push carts for young children at no charge.
Easy to find parking. There's even parking available for families with small children close to the front entrance
Staple in Kamloops. Very good custodians. Welcoming by the tenants that set up shop there.
Clean and spaced out. My preferred shopping centre for the area
Lots of free parking Good service in the theater.
Great shops usually busy. With a theatre close by. Also close to many other shops and restaurants.
Aberdeen mall has many different stores including clothing, electronics, food, books and several stores with multiple departments. It also has a movie theatre and best buy.
I've going there since I was a Little Boy and it's still, pretty cool for Christmas.
Recently brought in Sephora & LuLulemon, aberdeen mall is a great one stop shopping spot!
Tons of places to go . I like the food court
It isnt a large mall but it has most of what you would need and no vacant spaces. Local coffee as soon as you walk in and a clear map of store locations. Plenty of parking and a theatre just behind for afterwards.
Definitely seems to be falling behind compared to malls in other city's similar in size. Still has House of Knives tho! But food court is pitiful.
Food court used to be bigger with more choices. Many diverse stores including a children's store, jewelry stores, much clothing as well as cell phone services and more. Free wifi. Free parking.
nice ????
Great changes around the hole look of the mall better upgrades
Nice mall has all your reagular shops
An enjoyable place to shop with plenty of atmosphere and charm. One of the cleaner malls I've been to as well. My only issue is the lack of variety in types of stores. To the left, there's clothing. The right, clothing. Upstairs is clothing, and to mix it up a bit, there's a show store by the entrance. There are a couple shops that differ from the general sameness, but the rest are basically all the same with different labels on the shirts.
It's not the same as it once was but they still have alot of good stores
The stores in this mall are not worth all the traffic but it's the only mall we got so 4 stars
I love the mall. Small place but lot of amazing shops to shop from :)
Loved the BEHIND CLOSED DOORS charity event held last night. Great sales and a fun evening.
Great selection of stores although the food court could use more restaurants. Beautiful upgrades to the mall in general.
Could not find the particular item I was looking for, but a nice mall with a good selection of stores.
This mall when I was younger seemed huge. It was my favorite place to shop. Now this mall is a comon size. It is still a decent place to shop at. It would be nice to see a few shops that have clothing to fit more sizes of people. I find that the mall is always clean and tidy.
It's small mall but it's all right it has most of want u want ????
Koodoo kiosk staff fruity pebbles can take a hike way to emotional and a scary germ a phobe. Malls fine other than that
It’s a very good place to do some shopping. they have a good variety of stores.
Your average mall with the usual chain stores. There is a cinema complex adhjcent. The mall is also close to a grocery store and motels which makes this mall handy for out of owners enroute.
Fresh Street Market Great addition to the mall.
I always have a good time and love finding those gem items here!
Good place to hit up for your shopn needs ????
If you read my North Hills Mall story than this is kind of the continuation of it because following that Escapade I went to Aberdeen Mall to try and get my copy made. Well believe it or not the customer service desk was not able to help me because they are not allowed 2 do anything from anybody else's computer. So I would more or less consider them to be a lack of customer service desk. Anyhow I went to my good friends at Koodo and they all know me there because I'm the guy who always wants to smash my phone because I am too dense to figure out how my phone works. Anyway these guys were just too happy 2 help me out of my temporary bind. I tip my hat to Steven and James and the other two folks that work there.
Very nice place.......
It's barely deserved one star
Pretty good mall. Lots of stores. Plenty of parking.
Average mall, the Bay at one end Sears at the other, best buy on one side, usual mid Town size mall with usual amenities. Food court lower end by Sears.
clean and friendly people. inconsistent store policy's through out which I found awkward, but their recycling system in the food court is the bees knees
Renovation looks good People are very nice
Busier now that covid restrictions are lifted
Really live the atmosphere of the place so many places to go and eat. Hang out with friends. And just friendly staff all around
Wonderful place to hang out with friends. Well located with ample parking space . Convenience stores (Walmart or Safeway )would have added more appeal to it .
Nice new place to Shop????
If you like shopping I believe this is the right place for you to go ;)
Not enough options for shopping, parking is awful.
An okay mall but the stores they have are pretty redunant. Mainly clothing stores.
A large variety of stores and services to chose from. The food court offers enough of a variety that it should satisfy any appetite. There are several coin operated riding toys to entertain the smallest members of your family for a few minutes while you decide where you want to start your shopping trip.
The lack of options for stores has always been an issue for Aberdeen Mall. The layout since the renovation seems to have left a lot of wasted space.
This is a great mall. There is a mix of lots of different stores. A good sign is how clean they keep their public bathroom, they scored very high here, very clean. The entire mall, parking lots and grounds are very well kept. They have a very friendly customer service agent who greats you as you walk in, depending on the entrance you use. But helpful friendly staff in the stores that I walked into. It's easy to get to off the main hwy and always lots of free parking.
It was a decent place to shop i had a good experience with the stores I went too
Nice and modern. Great location and easily accessible. The stores offer a wide variety of Content too.
I think the best mall in the whole of kamloops. Have more stores and wide selection of clothing and accessories. Food court is upgraded and looks better thaN last year. Fresh st market has given a new outlook to the food court.
The mall is always quiet and lacks excitement to draw crowds in. We go here in the winter months for something to do while staying warm and dry.
Nice place for shopping
only 3 words discribes this place LOVE LOVE LOVE!
Love the stores in the mall interesting selection of items in the stores
Nicely run mall.
All stores open during this time. Great Lil mall to get what you need and want.
Beautiful structure nice shops excellent selection of stores as well as. Food court wheelchair accessible. Higher prices and high end merchandise. The Bay , Sears, Footlocker, ect.
Clean. Bright. Lots of stores. Decent mix of options. Food court ok.
Best mark in Kamloops, but not the best mall. They have been doing a lot to make it better lately
Good mall to sign up for a cellphone call. All companies are available here.
This is a really intricate and nice looking mall with friendly staff everywhere that will definitely give you a smile. The food court is amazing, always coming out with fresh hot food left to right. But gotta say i personally am not a fan of this mall. Sure I am not a women that wants clothes and other stuff, I'm more into the technology and food in this place. But so far, this mall is acceptable if you have tons of time on your hands.
This is the only mall in nearby 100 kms of diameter. Overall good experience.
The mall is okay, there used to be some nice places in the food court.. then they were forced out and other places took their spot. Well they eventually went out of business and now there are empty spots where they were.
Easy parking, not too busy, reasonably clean.
The mall has gone the extra mile to protect shoppers during the pandemic. You feel safer knowing risks have been minimised
Lost my keys and someone found them. Thank God
Chaotic but fun, dashing, prancing hahaha.. Christmas shopping
My future daughter-in-law works here. When we visited, the Mall had ample free parking, many store options.
Family room is closed and the stroller doesnt fit into the disability stall that has the baby change table. I have to leave my stroller unattended with all my stuff in it due to it. It is very inconvenient and i dont feel safe with that. I have stopped going since as its always me with my baby and no help and the mall has made no solutions.
Aberdeen mall features a decent selection of stores, plenty of parking options, and a quaint food court. Considering the population of Kamloops, you would think the mall would be larger though.
Amazing mall situated near the highway. Nice friendly layout that's easy to understand and has a good variety of stores to visit
It isn't metrotown but it gets the job done shopping here
The stores are great, the bathrooms need more care though,
It used to be a decent mall, but upstairs is looking a little empty. The food court is also a bit dark.
Always loving my time here. Great place to shop at, especially around Christmas time. Never overly crowded.
Best mall around. Lots of great stores, clean and modern, if I could give this place more stars I would.
Nice place
Had a smoothie and went clothes shopping. I had lots of fun, just keep in mind they are mostly high end stores so things may be a little pricey, but well worth it! So many stored to check out! There's something for everyone! Very clean and sanitary environment that is safe for seniors and young people. I would highly recommend visiting!
This mall is smaller then the big cities, but it's got most of what people really need in a mall. My favourite places to go are Sephora, Ardenes, booster juice, purdys chocolate and coles bookstore !
I went to Rogers in the mall to fix the problem of my device. The staff there is incredibly helpful. I am very satisfied with them.
Shopping galore awesome sale's
Busy but was clean Well managed for covid and everyone is wearing masks
Great Regional shopping center. Trendy clothing stores, tech, sports, department store, large food court. New stores and activity center coming soon
Busy being just before Christmas but not overly so. Lots to see
Great variety of shops. Good selection at the food court as well. Needs another anchor department store now that Sears has closed.
Yaya I'm so excited Saje is coming!
Very small and not a lot of stores very run down and ugly colored mall. Needs major Reno and probably make it bigger and nicer...
Great place to shop around and relax with a meal
Shopping mall in Kamloops
It's really our only mall option in Kamloops so it's okay. Very small but fun to burn some time in a day. We are finally getting some bigger stores like Lulu Lemon and Sephora. The hours are so lame; closes at 6 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday which is so stupid especially for people who have to work late. What mall is open til 9 on Thursday and Friday and then randomly closes at 6 on Saturday?? Makes no sense.
Eahhh, pretty small
Great mall and good size and tons of stores
Very quiet here
I'm from the states.. In St. Louis Missouri you would find malls of this caliber.. I was so pleased to find this place. It had all the great shops I'm used to finding in a mall. Been there multiple times, and will continue to do so.
Too expensive
I have not been in the mall for a couple years, but I was pleasently surprised with the results of the recent renovations. ????
Kids enjoyed there day shopping
It's an average size mall. Good for small shopping
Seen better
Easy to navigate and lots of options.
Pretty neat Small Town Mall. Has variety of things. Mostly for women. Good Sports Apparel collection. Chinese, Fast food and coffee available in food court inc. Orange Julias ???? Jewelry, Fitness, Perfume, Gadgets and gears almost everything is there a beauty saloon too.
Went to the food court for lunch, the food at OPA was pree good. The staff at food court were courteous and friendly.
We need more new stores!
Hey, nice mall, close to everything right? And I believe that they have extended the vaccinations. Got mine there on a Saturday, and a lollipop too…very convenient, as I work all week long.
Nice big mall to do your Christmas shopping, or have a coffee or a meal.
Stores for every need! Beautiful complex
I've always loved this mall. For one, its not just a shopping center. I actually mostly visit and do business with the kiosks @ this place. Basically the cell phones businesses, & also visit Best Buy. Blendz is a good coffee place to sit with friends as well, and have great coffee.
Small little mall, nothing to special.
I used to shop here as a kid and it was great, but now that I've grown up and have seen more other malls have to offer, this mall is not a great mall. The stores are old, and a lot of them are shutting down. There is a lot of wasted space in this mall. Sad to see a place that I used to get excited about become so drab.
Has the basic stores most malls have
It was a nice place and outside look is totally different form inside. So many shops are available inside it and so many fast food shop including subway and many more. Mostly shop are related to shopping clothes stuff. It’s look like a big house from outside.
Lots of interesting shops and kiosks. Food court offered good variety of choices.
Aberdeen Mall always has what I need - sometimes its a few stops but I can always find it!
Clean lots of stores that are easy to find on the Map Board
Ok
lots of selection of stores, clean and tidy.
They are open and ready to serve ! You can always find what you need whether you’re 5 or 90 and into whatever fashion suits.
Nice mall with good variety of shopping.
Not too bad a mall. The food court is pretty slim on choices.
Went to Fresh Street Market, great new store for the Kamloops area!!
Love all the Christmas decorations nice big mall with lots of specialty stores
Smaller mall with a couple of anchor stores. Limited variety and a small food court is available. For a quick visit to pick up essentials this would be the place to go.
Great place to meet up with friends and family. Clean building and good selection of stores.
The Aberdeen Mall is a pretty nice place to shop. Convenient location if you live in Aberdeen/Upper-Sahali. Almost every store in there can be found in the orchard Park mall in Kelowna and other shopping malls.
My old haunt, this mall brings back memories of watching girls and wishing I had more money to spend. Lots of good stores and still a great place to people watch. In this day in age though, it's strange such a large place doesn't have electric car charger stations though. For that, I have to go across the street to the BC Visitor Center.
Amazing food court. Amazing shopping and cinaplex odein so u can watch a movie after a long day shopping. Love it
Clean and wonderful mall
Not bad, don't forget it's a small town mall, ok stores. Love the GAP outlet.
If the security guard starts following you and you're with a friend or are on the phone just loudly proclaim "HEY I THINK SECURITY IS FOLLOWING ME!" Works pretty well.
Nice layout as malls go. I like that there are amenities at both ends, so you don't have to go all the way to the one end to eat/drink. I really only go in for GNC, so I don't have a lot to say. Parking is usually no problem at all, can find a close spot to where I'm going most days (in my experience).
Awesome social distancing floor stickers! Most stores had a greeter behind a rope at their entrance, to control movement. Well done!!
A nice mall. Lots of stores to explore.
Like a lot of shopping malls in the world. It seem to struggle. It is about to lose one of its anchor retailers because the retailer(Sear) is closing the store. However it is still the biggest and best shopping mall in Kamloops.
Some great stores here. Got my last minute Christmas shopping done on my way through.
Been going almost every day to this mall for about a year, stores could be updated, some empty units that bring down the appeal, could be more done regarding services like washrooms and family rooms but all in all a great place to shop!
Small mall but has hudson bay in it and shops were pretty decent. Pretty decent small and has all the basic stuff you're looking for. Usually shops has in-house sales or promotions going on all the time. It also has cinema besides it.
Mall has a range of decent shops and amenities. Always had a good experience here. Lord Robin Holgate
Clothing store, next to clothing store, next to more clothes, then finally a cafeteria. You can venture upstairs, but guess what there isn't anything up there except more clothes.
This mall is by far my favorite mall to visit in BC interior. It has stores for every budget. Christmas is so beautiful in this mall. We literally can shop for everyone in this one stop. The food court has many awesome choices. There are a few different restrooms that are all equally clean. There are 2 floors and I love that there are escalators and an elevator. On days i am in my wheelchair, we dont miss a beat. I can easily access every store in this beautiful mall. The employees are so upbeat and positive...even the mall cleaning crew. The customer service counter reps are always smiling and helpful.
Room was amazing! Definitely a must for any kid who loves space.
Good customer service Good job Stephen with my phone preordered and deal with the Carrier Agent!
Lots of stores to choose from. Would like to see a specialty shoe store.
Lots of good stuff here. I like quiet spaces but it is a higher traffic area so I wasnt expecting what I am used to but it was great alot of variety and lots of good quality stores
Small shopping mall, needs to be bigger really as Kamloops got very busy. Has the usual shops here, you have no chance of getting lost in this mall. Food court is small. Easy parking.
The store selection is nicely diverse in price ranges, selection of kinds of stores ie. Clothes, electronics, jewelry, sports, makeup and a few others. I find the employees are generally really nice and willing to take the time to help you out but will also let you browse in peace. The food court has a decent variety of options for the types of food, I favor the Chinese food place.
There's a bit of renovation going on in Aberdeen Mall but generally speaking it's a great place to shop for jewelry and jeans and women's wear. Did I forget to mention they have a leather shop for a bike riders.
Not a bad mall considering the size of Kamloops. Small food court. Marshall's, Old Navy and The Gap are a good addition.
Awesome lots of nice stores
The best mall in town. Little bit of everything, except groceries. Food court is a decent spot for lunch.
Amazing place very clean, good food court
Nice mall
Didnt have time to do the mall
Love to shop at Aberdeen Mall when I'm in town ????.
Another good place for shopping and spending time with family and friends. There is also Cineplex in the same complex
Always like coming here lays something new to look for food court food I good
Nice mall. Found what I needed for my hikes in Kamloops
With malls dying out in the warmer climates in the U.S., it's nice having a pleasant and somewhat lively place to shop, walk around or people watch. It's architecturally attractive with a coffee shop right in the center. With Opa! for grabbing a bite to eat, what more do you need?!
One of the best mall during our 45 days in Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia!
A lot of people not enough ppl practicing social distancing not many ppl wearing gloves or masks
Small local mall, quiet and peaceful. It's got a lot of variety for stores and a perfect one stop shop!
Aberdeen mall is Kamloops most busy bustling Mall. The old Future Shop which is now Best Buy, tons of Center kiosks that are selling phone cases, piercings jewelry, sunglasses and Koodo, Telus and more. There is a great knife shop, chocolates!! got to go and try the chocolate. Course like any other Mall it's kind of crazy young kids but more than that, It's a good place to walk around in makes you feel like you're in a bigger city. The food court is good little Japanese and A&w and a french fry place, along with Orange Julius which I'm pretty sure is the longest-running little restaurant in that food court.
I love this little mall. Now that we have Fresh Street Market, Old Navy and Marshall's it really does make shopping easier.
Great mall for such a small city, they could improve the food court but other than that an amazing mall.
Went to La Vie En Rose Aqua & bought a cute bathing suit as I lost quite a bit of weight so I needed a new one for the summer. I know my way around the mall and went straight there and did my shopping and left.
Just like I remember it: meh. It is the biggest and, arguably, bestest, mall in Kamloops, but it has nothing special. Its a mall. With stuff. And the same stores you can find anywhere. But it isn't terrible. Its a place to buy stuff.
Nice mall and Staff
Mall is mostly dead and even prior to covid. Adding The Market and expanding the mall added a star but still is... A solid "Meh" place to go
Dated Mall, not alot of great options for shopping. Lots of fun of the mill shops that serve to the younger demographic.
Typical shopping mall, multiple stores and now with new to Kamloops "Fresh Street Market" Food Store.
The mall is a great space with lots of opportunities for growth, but currently it's appeal doesn't specifically pull in any type of specific consumer. It's an in and out type of mall, not so much a place to browse around to pass time. Hopeful that more recent developments being made will improve its buisness and make it more of a center for shopping in the city.
Mall is not so big and doesn't offer much but still a cool place to hang out. Have plenty of snacks, coffee and juice centers. It also have shops exclusively for fashion, jewelry and phone.
Aberdeen mall is a great place to waste time. The place is lacking in modernization and has a claustrophobic feeling to it. Although there are many stores to choose from, most of the stores are very much the same. Leaving you wandering aimlessly searching for variety. With the addition of Marshall's, Old Navy and a few other places, you would think there would be more shopping to be had. Well, no...... It seems they opened the store but, forgot they need to bring in a variety of product to interest consumers.
Could definitely have a better selection of stores, especially if they want to keep people in Kamloops and not heading to Kelowna to shop. Looks like they are starting to add more big names. Can’t wait for the new grocery store too!
Went to Ardene and got an upscale service from Anna. Good sale prices right now. Worth a stop
Have been waiting for Old Navy to come to the Kamloops! Great staff and selection of products!
So many stores to chose from if you need something Aberdeen mall has it and their food court has lots of restaurants to chose from.
It's very nice
Great mall for trendy clothes and back to school shopping, lots of good choices, like sportchek, and lululemon. Well maintained and clean, as well as in a central location makes this mall the better option for shopping in town. Also has a food court and blends coffee.
One out of two “major” malls in Kamloops, a great place for shopping, a decent variety of clothing, jewelry, and shoe stores. The food court is a bit small but It’s close to Best Buy, and also the cineplex!
Accessible, clean, lots of shops and places to get food and drinks. Not too crowded and covid protocols for social distance and sanitizing in place.
The best mall kamloops has to offer and everything under one roof, amble free parking, food court and an assortment of the finest shops
Nice mall. Good place for shopping
It's the only good mall in Kamloops but it doesn't have lots of options in terms of entertainment
Staff in stores I visited were friendly and knowledgeable... Emily in the bookstore lower mall is great at assisting customers. The mall has some vacant stores... and is seriously missing an anchor tenant at the east end, since Sears departed Canada. If none can be found it might be a thought to do what some major malls in Asia have done... rows and rows of small stalls selling lower cost items.
I know someone who works here and I like to go to.aberdeen just to window shop and get a bite to eat or grab a book
Not a lot of variety, not all of good court open.
It's a lovely shopping destination within the Thompson Nicola Area :-)
Decent mall, has the basics. Its constantly adding new stores and has activities throughout the year for the shoppers.
Loved Aberdeen mall. Was disappointed to find out there was no where to purchase any mints or chocolate bars anywhere in the whole mall! And no dollar store! What mall doesnt have a dollar store!
I absolutely love Aberdeen mall I always have and am sure I always will. The staff at every store in that mall are very friendly... helpful and make you feel appreciated . If you get a chance...please go . Wish i still lived in Kamloops.
Large mall with large variety of shops and food options, had arrows throughout the mall for direction to assist with keeping a 6ft distance from others. Felt safe while shopping.
Great shopping center located at the east end of Kamloops. I often visit to kill time while I wait for my movie to start at the adjacent Ciniplex! Worth a visit.
Definately nicer than the new mall in Kelowna
A good place to stop in, has a few staple places I like to pop in. Wish there was more options for men
It is good place to spend time with family. You can do shop and eat without worrying about weather.
It was fun and easy to find the stores I was looking for:)
Good variety of shops and central to shopping district. Located near Tru which is super convenient.
This mall has everything food court coffee shop clothes great people
Great mall that is clean and the people are all very respectful. The only reason 4 starts is that I couldn't figure out the food court because I am english speaking Canadian with little knowledge of ethic foods but it sure smelled good!
Dece mall, no major complaints. Low volume due to nature of location. Lots of parking :)
Foot locker is empty. No good stores for guys. Small sizes in the ones they have. All in all just not a very good mall
Several stores with hostile staff forcing people to wear masks, even if they have medical conditions.
Great deals, cute clothes, friendly service.
It was alright could have some better stores
There were many people this week because it was a boxing day. I went to Gap to buy children's clothes. I could buy good clothes cheap.
Love what they've done and kept functional and modern
Nice Mall, with Covid protocols. Great variety of stores.
Very nice mall , they have a Best buy attached to the mall, and all the typical clothing stores you'd expect
We went directly to the food court as we had to have our lunch within the hour and get back on our tour bus. We found the ‘Sizzling Wok’ outlet to be the most attractive and colourful restaurant in the food court. We grabbed our bowls of Chinese Noodles with the gravies and sat down on a free table in the common seating area. The dining hall was crowded and milling with people. We enjoyed our meal, watching other hungry visitors deciding on where to get their next meal from. Besides the food court there are many other shops vending clothes, furniture, jewellery, cosmetics and electronics, but left that for another visit to Kamloops. The Canadian company selling specialised clothing for athletes stands out as it’s outlet is a bit apart from the main mall.
A couple big name brand stores makes a difference in a small mall...Nice work!!
New store new shops changed my review it's got that big city feel in kamloops with some major retail as well as local
Everything you need in one place!
Small i guess
Good spot to shop for a Virgin Mobile ????
Good sized mall. Need more toy shops for kids. Lots of clothing and body shops. But nothing really for kid to get excited about. It would make the mall more family friendly.
Some good stores but big empty space without Sears.
If you need some time to spend here, this has a lot to offer. Numerous stores and a food court with Italian, Greek, Asian and US restaurants. Its located on a centralized spot where tour busses with tourists make short stops. Washrooms are available and clean. An ATM is available as well, which is located near the exit in the central hall.
Best place to shop in Kamloops
If clothing shopping,,,,but thats it,,,,alot of walking to see same thing from 1 end of mall to the other
GOOD covid rules, people respecting them. All stores are safe & following social distancing, sanitizing!!!
The new food court upgrade looks good.
Small Mall But Functional. Has A Decent amount of stores and a small food fair
Hudsons bay was good. Found shoes worth buying. Good service.
It was easy to get in and out quickly. The service was fantastic
Great place. Lots of fun there
Clean, taken care of and has a lot to offer.
its a shopping mall :)
This mall is very clean and has a little bit of everything in it and very friendly people I very much enjoyed shopping here.
I had some time before an appointment so I decided to check out the mall. Had a great experience I stopped at blenz coffee for one of there and I quote “bc best hot chocolate” and they weren’t wrong. Be sure to stop by.
Can get everything you need at one stop.
Was just in broke frames , told I have to go get new prescription because they cant find my file .been getting my glasses there for 10 to 15 yrs . Not again
Always find what I'm looking for.
Now fresh Street Market has opened, Aberdeen Mall has one more shopping reason to be visited.
Fresh market great shopping
It's busy little Mall again they have a nice food court and lots of stores to shopping
Store clerks are friendly and always able to help. Mall is clean but not much options for shopping. Food court is good and has lots of different types of foods. Never any line ups at tills. New stores coming hopefully
Great place to do shopping.
At least we have an old navy and lulu now... Oooo and a Marshal's. Ooo la la - we're moving up in the world.... A small taste of the big leagues. Hahaha Maybe soon we'll get something to make it worthwhile to remain in-town, rather than taking our money elsewhere.... to either, Kelowna or Van? Would make sense to keep the economy flowing here but the options, are seriously limited.
Wish this mall would expand. The area is growing and why does the only mall not expand??
Good to see the plandemic is almost over, great service and covered smiles
Was not busy, some great buys, the new store appearance impressive, majority if people had masks
Not a bad place to walk around with just the right amount of stores to choose from. Could of had more selection for food, but overall not bad.
Decent selection of stores. Needs better parking lot
Great place for shopping I really enjoyed it. I liked COVID-19 measurements. Staffs in shops and people were highly following the rules.
Had a great shopping trip here! The staff at Bluenotes and Ardene were very helpful!
This place has tons of stores and great shopping
It is like a miniature city. It is very chic. There's shoe stores, Purdy's chocolates, and much more. Shop in the morning or mid afternoon to avoid the crowds; as the food court is bustling.
Alot of empty stores in that mall.
An old fashion indoor mall. What's not to like?
Nice mall, the right stores
Very hurt and disappointed with the treatment I received at Saje on Sunday April 18/21. A situation occurred that was completely beyond my control and had absolutely nothing to do with me, but nonetheless I am being punished. Lies were told by a certain managerial employee, security was called and then today a phone call from the police. Now I am barred from entering the store until this issue is resolved. And even when it is resolved I will never step foot in that store. For a customer to be humiliated and embarrassed is bad enough, but telling lies about this customer is something I will never forgive. I am a 57 year old female that has lived in Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa, all major cities with huge malls, and never has security been called to remove me from a store. I am appalled at this treatment for I am not a rude or threatening person in any way, and the behaviour of said employee is something that should not be tolerated by anyone. I am fighting this with every ounce of my being and will not be bullied like this. The police phone call did not scare me if that was the intend, it only solidified the urge inside of me to fight this. So anyone entering Saje please be aware that this particular store does not enforce the "positively outrageous experience" motto that they strive to provide to their community members. At least not this one particular managerial employee in Kamloops.
Good store selection. Can't wait for Sephora. They should add a lush and then if give them 5 stars.
I like the visual appeal of the mall. It's clean, modern looking. While a handful of stores appeal to me I have to admit that the diversity of shops is lacking compared to say Orchard Park in Kelowna. It wouldn't be a bad idea for the mall to try courting a few non-clothing/non-jewelry stores to occupy their vacant spaces.
Lots of variety clothing, shoes ,tea even House of knives(awesome)!Open until 9pm Christmas hours.
Good stores like House of Knives, Best Buy, Showcase, a good coffee shop near the lower main entrance, a food fair, a Kitchen Store, Cole's Book Store, the Bay, Payless Shoes and other clothing stores.
Always a fun place to look around
It's all right.
Good mall as far as malls go. Lots of variety of stores
Mall is clean and bright and the parking is free. Best Shopping mall in town.
Improving so much over the ladt couple of years, under new ownership! Keep it up! Give us more!!
My experiences in the mall have been good. My only two complaints are that the food court has very little for variety. Unless you love fast food or Asian cousine, your out of luck. The salads and such that these places do offer are not very palitable. A place like subway, or the chopped leaf would be very welcome I'm sure. I myself are neither a vegan or vegetarian, however I give my reviews on the out look as EVERYONE, not just myself. My second complaint is being a woman with walking restrictions found myself having to WAIT for the only working mobilized chair. Was told by the lady working the door, whom also is in charge of the chairs that they only have TWO and one was out of order at the moment!! You would think a mall that size generates a handsome revenue, and would be Both generous, YET smart to have at least , especially this close to Xmas 3-5 of them, because for me, next time someone says "let's go to the Aberdeen. Mall, I'll be more inclined to say " umm, no, let's just go (somewhere else) because I'm NOT willing to take my chances that the ONLY motorized chair will be already in use as if there were 3-5 I would be willing to chance it.
I was truly disappointed on Saturday. I took my 3 and 5 year old to see Santa and we arrived at 2:13pm (i looked when we were turned away) Santa takes lunch from 3-4pm! The elf told us there was not enough time to see Santa right infront of my kids! I understand everyone needs a break but my children were so upset and almost in tears!! Maybe it's time the mall considers Santa visits by appointment because i will not take my kids back to see him at This Mall!! It is Christmas time... a time for giving. :(
Good stores, prices
Liked coming here to get my vans at the beginning of the school year prices were cheap.
As a visitor my experience with , zumiez and boutique of leathers. The service was excellent , friendly and helpful.
This place is getting better with more retail store then In the past
Great Mall but the bay department store needs to upgrade their women's clothing to more fashionable clothing. Their selection seems to be geared towards older ladies
It is a nice little mall. There are more stores on the way. The Bay has some great ladies that work at checkout that are amazingly friendly. It is going to get better yet.
Lots of options that helped me prepare for the winter. I parked in a really awkward location and didn't realise Best buy didn't link through to the mall.
Good layout
The mall is great but the one star rating is because I had a horrible experience with a retail worker at the massage kiosk across from La Senza. Rude. Unprofessional. Not only to me and my partner but to the customers he was serving. Would not recommend visiting the kiosk at all with that employee still in place.
lots of store fronts now empty. Not a lot of great shopping
It's a ghost town most of the time it's in need of a face lift nothing has really changed in the last 30years. Fingers crossed, change will come when old navy opens
Great service at the bell store. Both employees were super helpful and friendly.
Renovations look amazing! Lots of new and exciting developments
It was awsome the lady at people jewelry was so helpfull
Always an great selection of shops and products..
Good place for shoes and clothes
I used to enjoy going to this mall, but the mall manager and security aren't dealing with the anti masker problem. Currently mask mandates are still in effect but people are being allowed in the mall without their masks on. By ignoring the problem they are putting customers and employees at risk. Every time I have gone this mall in the last few months I've walked past people not wearing mask and not social distancing, and no one saying a word. Until Security actually helps, me and many others will not feel safe at Aberdeen mall.
This mall is terrible and hasn't really dont much expansion since the 80's. Take a look at Orchard Park Mall and take some pointers.
Wish this mall had better stores.
Needs some more store like bench or lush would be nice. Other then that she's pretty much the same mall as I went to when I was a kid. Still a good place
Not enough diversity.
Lovely place to shop!
It's a little outdated but fresh street really brought it up a couple points
Wonderful experience many options and ideas for gift buying
Good mall.covers all the different store types modern and clean
Great to see the Mall Is very Coronavirus Aware!
Mall is good. Can't wait for all the new stores moving in!!! Always something to look at here!
Very nice mall, same name as a mall from home in nova Scotia where I grew up as a child and where my family lives.
Nice place for a break in the food court. I have done business with a few store fronts in this mall and I have found a very friendly atmosphere in all of them. Another convenience is the available parking and access to the site.
Everyone is so nice! However the mall is much smaller than other malls I've been to
It's a mall. It was clean and quiet when we stopped in there.
Lots to do and great for all your needs. Food court has great options and great quality. Bathrooms are always clean and service is amazing if you need help finding anything.
Best mall in town. Not really saying much there.
Pretty good wearing a mask is mandatory which sucks
Same stores as every mall across BC plus Gap, sephora, bluenotes. Small
Three employees in the store, two doing nothing. Restricted access of one customer per employee. Stand there for 4 minutes and finally asked if I can come in as there is only one customer. Mike tells me they are all busy. Mike was the one standing there watching the other employee. Don’t ask Mike for help. He likes to make excuses to not serve people. Terrible service!
In kamloops this is the most active mall in town. with stores offering skate apparel, woman's garments, all cell phone provider's, and everything you could need for the holidays and everyday. Right around the corner in the same complex is best buy and an great movie theater.
Fun place to checkout and possibly shop when visiting Kamloops ????
Courteous personnel. Even though they didn't have what I was looking for, they were happy to give me the information I needed.
It is smaller that I expected hahahahaha. Anw there is a nice food court with a lot of delicious food and drink. Moreover, a lot of clothing stores as other malls. I hope they will expand it, so that customers will have more choices.
would be an even better mall if all the stores weren'tfor sticks. They need more clothes for bigger people. Not everyone is skinny.
good, not as much variety as I would like tho
You need a make over, desperately nothing new same old stuff that's been there for decades, not fun at all
Nice variety of stores.
Functional, with a good Safeway Store inside. The Big Bonus is a Huge Value Village store which just opened up a few month's ago.All items, and the Store, are meticulously clean with a good price for everyone's dollar.
Seems to be struggling a bit like most malls during covid and people shopping online more frequently.
I'm from the lower mainland and I found this mall to have plenty of stores with a good selection. HBC should be open later.
I'm from the lower mainland and I found this mall to have plenty of stores with a good selection. HBC should be open later.
The best mall in town. Not as big as those in large cities, but they have a nice food court, some good stores, and a friendly customer service desk.
It's good
Was a good mall
Rude encounter at The zGap young man barked at me re needed to disinfect counter then told cashier standing next to him he was going on a break never cleaned left it for her.Shame on him you finish with your customer before passing them on to another this was on Wed around 11 12 in the afternoon Really almost drop the purchase and left the person taking over saved the sale
Clean, tidy, medium size mall. Generally friendly staff. The usual mall stores with some independents. Plenty of parking spaces.
Great staple shopping mall in Kamloops. It has a great variety of shops and not too big or overwhelming.
Starting to feel very empty and the food court use to be a lot better.
Aberdeen Mall has the best of the best in Covid protection measures in place and an all around excellent shopping experience. I appreciate all the fantastic services at the mall.
Good shopping and food court
A nice mall. Lots of stores. Covid safety protocols in place
Nice mall
I'm from out of town and came to visit family and they took me to the mall and found it was small as west Edmonton mall much bigger
Had what she needed
Great pace to shop and eat
Just added a new grocery store a couple of weeks ago. Still have 4 or 5 fast food outlets a coffee shop a chocolate shop a couple of sports stores plus clothing stores along with a variety of different types of shops
Very posh and very clean and is especially safe to go to it has the whoke lot of necessities and the bedt it yas tge stuff tp pamper yourself store "neat"
The biggest mall in Kamloops. Only thing it's missing is an Old Navy, but they have everything else you need. Fun mall.
Not a wonderful selection of shops but it is definitely better than it used to be!
The mall is a bright, clean mall with the usual stores that you find in any mall. The food court is clean and bright with a limited choice of food providers.
Always has what I need.
Decent mall. Its got different kinds shops - clothes, jewellery, electronics, sports, bedding, food etc. There are bus services through there and the cinema is just behind.
Nice place for shopping, food court, various retail shops, plenty of parking space etc.
Went to the Best Buy. Customer Service has improved greatly in recent times.
Shop here all the time. Good staff in stores always helpful and super nice. Mall spaces like bathrooms are super clean and always stocked up.
Easy shopping place
Aberdeen Mall is a great place to shop at, but with stores closed and never to open, I surely will miss Davids Tea.
I went to the family washroom near the food court to feed and change my newborn and walked into a room full of garbage, used needles and bloody toilet paper. Absolutely disgusting. Update: I was contacted by management and they are looking into a solution for the problem. They contacted me promptly and apologized which was kind. Hoping something will change soon as I do really love the mall. Four stars now!
