This place is great it's like a mini shoppers mall. It has its own Clinic thousands of different places to go to and a library.

A couple of nice features like the Library, BRHA, and Forbidden Flavours. Otherwise very glum atmosphere. Options at the food court are limited and not great quality. Also I hate that you have to pay for parking and that the BRHA does not give out parking tokens.

So Jamaica!

Place a little deserted not much visitors to the location. Most of the stores are closed. You will find a number of healtj related serbices their though from Ear, Eye etc. Also a some social services like a couple school offices, library, mental health clinic/ outreach centre. A number of employment facilities also exist on the property, example regular job fair amd employment centre. Since the RBC Bank sits at the front/ Side depends on you entrance point you have good range of services. Notice its in close proximty to the bus terminal so its definately a win win. Also note the do a good job of keeping the facility clean.

When i was a kid this really was the downtown hub. Use to spend alot of time here. But now it seems run down I still go to the rbc bank when i need to (slow) and the sub place in the foos court is great (get the assorted 8 inch) My idea for the building is turn it into the town center medical facility scince ts all medical stuff.now anyway

This place used to be pretty good. Unfortunately a lot of the shops have closed down leaving not very much to do here. The last time I actually went through the entire place I remember it was almost completely empty. It does have a few things though like the library. I don't go there but I know people who do. Maybe it has recently improved but I don't have my hopes up...

I was so pleased with staff service upon ordering meal and so enjoyed atmosphere in dining room with pleasant concern while enjoying meal...I would highly recommend a meal the Ukrainian venue

If you can get over what it used to be and accept it for what it is now, its great! Parking is easy - either meter or in the lot which is free with tokens provided by the place you visit in the mall. Coffee is delicious from forbidden flavours and the centre is easy to walk through.

No longer being kept up since the pandemic. Flowers used to be planted but not this year and landscaping is sorely neglected. Butts everywhere around the grounds on Rosser despite about ten cigarette butt receptacles. Heavy doors at entrance to Public Health inaccessible for those in a wheelchair. You must leave The Town Centre to enter the bank from the street.

Went to the public library to use one of the public access computers so I could read contents of a CD. While they did have computers for public Internet access, none of their computers had the capability to insert a disk.

It would be nice if they had working cameras inside the mall. Some times people can be crazy inside ???? the security staff I would give a 5 stars for sure. When my son was approached by a drunk guy they immediately looked for the guy and phoned the police. The need of cameras inside would give more security to customers.

Some hidden gems here.... try the ukranian food restaurant in the food court! You can even eat inside this cool little restaurant! I absolutely love the food at this place try it out!

Jin's Place has such yummy food and its likely the best thing about the towne center considering the tax and rent are so high that no business can really afford to locate there. It was booming in the 90's. Today ( August 19, 21), I saw a security guard and an electrician outside of the Towne center harrassing and making fun of an elderly Indigenous woman with special needs. This type of privileged victimization needs to stop.

The parking isn't great if you don't want to pay the $2 to use the parkaid. The building looks super dated inside and out. The few shops offered in the town centre are good at what they do (coffee and eye care) and the rest of the building is made up of office space, the library, and a small food court with limited options.
