Overall - nothing really stands out but 7-11. I can't imagine the frustration of the business owners there being tucked behind where everyone buys drugs.

Houses an interesting little dollar store that has a wide variety of items that you might not see elsewhere. Seasonal and festive items always have a good section dedicated to them. The prices are generally competitive and while you definitely can tell it's a dollar store, the selection and quality is at or above par nine out of ten times. Overall, if you're planning a party or looking for some festive decorations, I'd say this place is a must see.
