The mall was actually fairly clean during this visit. The stores visited all had good helpful and cheerful staff. One store though needed to open more than one cash. There was a long line up, and no other cash register opened to accommodate the long line.

Very good mall for Brandon. Lots of stores to choose from. Good food court. Good location. Mall is always kept clean. The only complaint I have is that the parking lot is getting too small and overcrowded with all these new restaurants opening up in the parking space. It's not so bad if you go to the mall on off times. But if you go during a busy weekend it is quite difficult to find a parking spot aometimes.

The customer service at the mall is very good! However most of the store in the mall has very young age staff that haven't been trained in appropriate customers service. If your hiring employees you need to train them for the job you hired them for! Don't assume that they have training in customer service! I went to 5 stores at Christmas time and only one out if five gave appropriate service! No good!

Superstore pharmacy totally disappointed waiting to talk with pharmacy and this lady totally butts in front of me well I'm waiting. The pharmacy talks with her then goes back to what his doing.So I'm still waiting finally I just got up grab my Vitamins and was on my way .This is the second time and the last time I will deal with them. Waiting 3hours for a prescription is wrong any way you look at it .Bring in more people to help. I have had nothing but bad luck dealing with them so I go somewhere else now.

With the recent inclusion of Sobeys in the old Target section, the mall has continued to build on that growth adding new restaurants into the parking lots (positive more options, negative less parking). Additional new shops continue to be added as renovations progress on the North side.

I like the mall for shopping, however, I am absolutely surprised with the newly renovated bathrooms by the old food court. The designer was not thinking as they only have one change table. This change table was put in the worst possible location. Today while I brought my son in to change his diaper someone was already using the change table so we had to wait. As she was changing her child an elderly lady with a walker came in needing to use the larger bathroom stall. The lack of planning is obvious in this bathroom as the elderly lady had to wait till the baby was done being changed so she could use the bathroom. When I went over to use the change table to change my son I then noticed the next mistake in this bathroom that makes it difficult is that bathroom stall door opens outward. Now if an elderly or disabled person we're to be using this bathroom stall and a mother can in to change their child not noticing someone was in the stall the person would be TRAPPED in the stall till the mother would be done changing their child. My other thought is sometimes people have emergency bathroom situations when they are in public. If someone were to be needing the extra space due to a wheelchair or walker, etc and they were to need to get to a stall quickly, if someone were to be changing their child it could potentially cause an unnecessary embarrassing situation for a person. Next time you renovate a bathroom please think of locations of different necessities people need and to make it that both can be used at the same time!

As far as malls go Brandon's mall has a lot to offer. It's definitely not big city mall shopping but it's not small hick town shopping either. It's usually pretty clean. The weekends it's always packed with tons of people of all ages. They offer all the amenities that malls usually offer such as a food court, bathrooms, parking(albeit this is a weak point for the mall. Never anywhere to park) they also offer cute cars you can rent for free just bring I'd and you can push your kids in it while you shop. They also have a parenting room where mother's can breastfeed and be quiet with their children. I was mad when they took the expecting mothers parking spots. But they replaced them with handicap parking which is just as fine. Food court features: a&w, Tim Hortons, NY fries, freshi, sizzling wok (my personal favourite, try the bubble tea), dairy Queen. I think there's one more I'm missing.

Well it smells like bath and body works. Don’t go if you have allergies. I like how the stores are always changing. They added a subway that’s my go to. Constant sales, I love the sales I spend all my money at mainly Manitoba. And EA games that’s where I bought my Nintendo switch it was used. Sometimes it’s messy one time I found blood on the floor. The bathrooms are up to date and kinda cute, selfie time. I get lost sometimes but there’s maps all around so it guides me to the right way.

I’m incredibly disappointed with this malls policy on the little cars for the kids. They have a height restriction, and I happen to have a very tall toddler Any time we are here we have experienced very rude customer service regarding this issue and it hurts my sons feelings - he might look older but his emotional capacity for rejection is at his age level. Why not have oarents and guardians sign waivers if the mall is so concerned ... every other mall I have been to has a self serve option for these carts- perhaps that is an option, and then the rude woman can find a job better suited to her .....personality(?)

I will describe the Shoppers Mall as the jewel in the desert. On a good day, it attracts a lot of people both within and outside Brandon city. If not because of lockdown, December period is always the most busiest month in a year at the mall. The mall accomodates varieties of goods and commodities ranging from cell phones to clothing and housing accessories. Some friends just feel like catching fun inside the mall since there is food court inside the mall. Its a decent place to be. If you haven't visited the mall yet, please include it in your plan!.

Now my new ph.will take and organize my over 1000 beautiful pics as a freelance photographer and the other ph. Is a backup and there if needed, lol Life is so good!

As the Mall has allowed 3 new restaurants to be built in the parking lot, there is less parkings spaces for the customers going to the Mall. Be prepared to park off site and walk. Maybe the mall should not allow employees parking in the lots thereby allow more parking for valuable customers.

The hours of the mall/ stores don’t jive (discrepancies with what time they say are open to but if you go there they’re obviously not open to that time as everything is locked down at least a half hour early). Quality of stores are lacking and I find most staff people not overly helpful. For example, once I was in line at a food court business and the worker was serving someone who’s first language was not English. Instead of being patient the worker was rude and started talking louder/ yelling at the lady which made the situation worse.

The Shoppers Mall is getting better with recent upgrades in the bathrooms and with new store area by the Sobeys...a new Ardene store etc. Parking is getting to be very difficult as the parking lot is now filling with restaurants...sometimes we give up and just go somewhere else. We have waited a long time to get some new stores and it finally seems to ve happening. Shoppers Mall also seems to be doing more promotions and activities which is good. Also has more social media presence. Still not a Winnipeg style mall but we are Brandon after all.

Great for parents! This mall has a wonderful parenting room equipped with comfortable chairs for breastfeeding, a change table, sink, TV and microwave. They have those small strollers that look like cars, but they also have two strollers that you can strap a baby into. This is great for people who come in from out of town with babies who are not yet able to sit up. We really appreciated it!

This mall is nothing special, and is very very ugly. Alot of stores look very dated and don't have the new looks that other locations are adopting. The parking is cramped and confusing. Definitely needs a facelift to bring some life back to the mall. I was pleasantly surprised at the number of stores in the mall.

Went to David's Tea to use a coupon I received along with a gift card. The store was pleasantly laid out, clean and organized. Unfortunately, the staff did not reflect the professional atmosphere of the store. I was able to use my coupon no problem and told me that the gift card was applied. The total didn't seem correct so I asked again if the gift card was applied and he told me that it was. So I paid and left the store with my purchase. It was still bothering me so I stopped in the hall and checked the receipt. The gift card hadn't been applied. I returned to the store and spoke with the other clerk who checked my receipt. Simultaneously, the clerk who helped me originally turned around nonchalantly and picked up my gift card from the counter behind him. Instead of adjusting my bill, I left with my gift card which was still loaded. I don't know if the original clerk was that inept or if he was stealing from me. Either way, I will never return to this location.
