This Plaza has everything you need fabulous Doctor receptionist pharmacists hearing specialist Chinese food and more .Everone is fair friendly and helpful. I have been going there for 31 years so that should say it all. Great bunch of people ????

Other than the parking being a bit difficult (I personally disagree with paid parking at a hospital/clinic when you just want to visit a loved one or see a Doctor yourself) overall a nice place. Doctors and staff there are nice.

The plaza is usually quite accessible but durring covid restrictions they have moved their entrance to doors that are not accessible to those with mobility issues. Unless you have a chaperone to open doors for you, you won't have an easy time getting in. We'll blame this one on Covid ;)

It is where you can see a doctor find a prescription and various other medical services as well as Kim's oriental cuisine.

just some thoughts

Not bad for filling a prescription, there is a fantastic Chinese restaurant there and one or two other shops, I believe there is a hair dresser there also. Not a huge place, mostly all dr offices and medical treatment, right beside the hospital. Most parking is paid in the area, as the hospital is right there and finding a space can be difficult, I think it’s $2.00 hour for parking at the plaza, there may be one or two free parking spots at the Chinese restaurant I think it’s called “Kims”( the food is well worth it).

Really wish they had an elevator that goes down to Vital air to purchase items for my moms cpap machine. Two flights of stairs going both down and up them are really hard if you have health issues that makes climbing stairs a burden.

The parking is difficult at times. The medical equipment supply place in the basement is rubbish. Lady insulted me, was rude, challenged me and made me feel very uncomfortable. She tried to belittle me and she ended up crying and trying to escalate absolutely everything. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the facility is clean, easy to navigate on crutches, and houses many more services then the horrible IMS that brought this rating down. 0 stars IMS, 5 stars to first Street plaza.
