I've watched this mall change over the years. I remember when Toys R Us was a grocery store, Shoppers was Sneaky Petes, Laurier Optical was the movie theatres, Sportschek was Zellers and you there was no section between Sportschek and the food court. The rumors still keep going around about a second shopping level but we know it's not happening. The mall is a great place to get a variety of things however there is definitely to many jewelry stores there. I honestly don't know if you can go somewhere without seeing a jewelry store or kiosk.

The quinte mall is a place to go and enjoy at any time. Food, shopping, people and entertainment it really makes it hard to resist. New friends are met, old friends share stories and kids get to be in shopping heaven. It's a great place to hang out at.

A decent selection of stores. It seems like someone put a lot of money into the building, but maintenance is lax. Roof over the food court is covered in plastic sheeting. Dividers between urinals have been bent, but not fixed. That sort of thing.

Today I went to the mall, I haven't gone much since covid. Watching people walk around with no masks really irritated me. The fact there is nobody around to deal with this makes no sense. There was even a Purolator driver walking through with his mask below his nose. I'm not big on the masks but do wear them out of respect for others.

This is conviniently located off the highway and a good place to shop. They have lots of stalls where you can buy and look for the things you need. They also exercise social distancing and so expect that the line outside to be long. I was able to get what I was looking for quickly. their customer service was nice and friendly. Thank you.

Not sure if it's all malls these days, but this mall seems especially dead most of the time. Many if the stores are similar to each other. (Lots of jewelry stores, tons of clothing stores, endless shoe stores), with little variety. My daughter loves coming to the mall during winter time to see the trains, Santa, and the big Bear. I love coming because of Starbucks and sushi. It's well air conditioned in the summer and well heated in the winter. I always give it a second shot, and still come often, but there is just a very large lack of something and I can't quite put my finger on it. Has free wifi with a good signal though.

Small-size mall with a decent variety of stores and food court options. Easy to walk around in about an hour. Window shop in about 2 hours. Small enough to run in and run out if you have something specific that you're looking for. It's always clean and comfortable. Suitable seating for families with kids or an older crowd.

I'll give you five stars for being empty and Harley nobody around but there's a couple stores in there that have 70% and 50% off depending on what you're looking for when I was going through I'm pretty sure it was mostly clothing stores but the shoe stores are ridiculous the prices they want but I think it's more or less for the younger people like the clothing and stuff I seen a lot of science a 70 50% off but I'll tell you at the mall was only like maybe a third full????

The mall it self is nice and clean. Usually not too crowded. The mall security chief is a little bit negative when it comes to education: he refused to allow my very small grade 11/12 class to come in to observe advertising as part of our media studies unit. I called ahead to give advance warning, but he completely shut down our field trip. I don't know if it is mall policy to kick out people if they aren't explicitly there to spend money, but retailers should know that security is actively dismissing the demographic with the most disposable income. I feel like other groups drop in even if they aren't spending money: mall walkers/ stroller walker club etc. Just teens supervised by a teacher aren't welcome, I guess. BTW - students were not going to "waste" the time of store staff, but Marcus didn't even give me the opportunity to explain that.

The Quinte mall is still definitely somewhere I go almost every time I come to Belleville! I don’t do a ton of shopping there but I love that they have an Old Navy, La Senza, Spencer’s, Toys r us, Ardene, Bath and body works, winners, chapters and sports check to name a few. The washrooms (particularly the family room) are amazing! the mall and food court is always clean. The staff are very friendly. (even when my son drops chocolate milk all over the floor) It seems outdated and small compared to others like in Kingston but it’s a very good mall with good stores! Easy to navigate for sure!! Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

This mall is a newer, large mall! Everything you would need for house, garden and family can be found in this spacious very clean facility! The security guards here look like very friendly police officers! There are jewellery stores that offer fantastic deals on all kinds of top quality jewellery! I had the jewellery I bought as gifts for Christmas wrapped free of charge in very beautiful gift boxes with expensive paper and accessories!

They were not prepared for guests. No one answered the door until I phoned. She couldn't find the key to our room. The room , up very narrow stairs, smelled stale and was very hot. There was no welcoming feature such as a bottle of water, a glass, some fruit. We asked about AC and she said they had a portable unit they could bring in. I asked for ice and she said their freezer wasn't working. Made us worried about food safety. So in 6 minutes we decided not to stay here.

The Quinte Mall was a great place to stop while driving on the 401. There are a variety of stores and food options. We were there around Christmas and there was an amazing model train that was a lot of fun to watch. In the parking lot there were Tesla car chargers - a whole row of them. This is the first place we've seen something like that. There's a game store with a variety of board games. There was also a temporary calendar store that had some great board games too and these were discounted after Christmas.

Review is only based off a handful of visits. Overall it's a nice mall, i can say the food court staff needs things clearly spoken and repeated multiple times and even then they will probably mess it up.

A good variety of stores and excellent cleaning /social distancing. However, there are very few tables in the food court now - in fact, half of the space is now roped off. There is no clear place to line up for tables so people hover and wander for a long time looking, all while the food in their hands gets cold. More than once I saw arguments break out. (Meanwhile there are always people slowly sipping a coffee and scrolling on their phones.)

Whenever I'm in Quinte West I find I'm here viewing one or two of the stores here. Lots of parking always available. Sometime handicapped parking is all used. But that's okay, if I have enough room to open the rear passager door wide I can load and unload my scooter no problem.

For a smaller city this is a good sized mall with more than the essential stores. You can find pretty much everything here such from clothes to sporting goods to grocery basics. Excellent place to stop to stretch your legs if your driving a long piece on the 401 as it is right at the exit. Some of the stores are not attached to the inside of the mall which can be annoying if the weather is cruddy. But overall worth it.

I always love going to the Quinte mall, there are so many stores and so many places around. It is just off the highway, so it is very convenient. Theres plenty of restaurants, breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a movie theater right beside it. Very bumping spot!

It pretty much has whatever you're looking for. Cell phones, toy's, video and board games, food, tea, clothing, books, there's a smoke shop there that sells nice Cuban cigars. There's a LCBO and theatre near it along with a handful of restaurants like Lone Star, Montana's, Boston Pizza, East side Mario's. Sure there are better malls, but honestly how much are you really going to need?

Nice mall with stores we can't find in Kitchener. Loved the Shumaker store and the associate was very patient and kind even though we did not make a purchase at the end. Eclipse was one of the faves and the associate was very nice too! I had a falafel bowl at the Greek place in the foud court and the server used her hands with no gloves to push the falafel on top of the salad. Feta and tzaziki sauce are extra..a joke really! Everything else was good, pretty clean and security at the food court making sure you show proof of vaccination.

Belleville's only Mall. They are in trouble. Online shopping will hit them hard. Already they manage their money poorly due to very high rent for owners (told to me by many owners). They need to change their model to welcome customers better. E.g. Like Christmas "Meet Santa". Free picture. UNLIKE meeting Easter bunny. Pay only picture. Christmas is very busy and there is a steady stream of customers. Makes me wonder where their money goes?

Haven't been in over a 1yr( due to the plague ) surprised how many stores are gone or shut down. Went at 6- thought was open till 9 but only 8 . Hardly anyone shopping but made clerks super needy w offers of " help" and kinda felt creepy. 40% off at bootleggers , plus 10% if sign up via text message.

Food court has decent selection, with several Asian takeout varieties, a New York Fries, an A&W, and a KFC. (Also a Timmies) Overall, there are better malls out there but for a small city like Belleville where there isnt anything else its good enough

I don't appreciate the Mix 97 booth being in such an awkward part of the mall, especially on Black Friday. They should be placed in the Kindness Court where people will enjoy the talk show and loud singing over speakers.

Parking kinda sucks now that they're adding more stores in the lot. The atmosphere is grim and there's always these same few guys there, walking around, not buying or doing anything but walking around. The main anchor store is Toys r us since sears left and the other anchor store is chapters, which isn't accessible from inside! ???? Some of the prices are really high but they know theresottle competition so they can get away with it. If you want a cell phone, go to the mall, otherwise don't waste your time!

I like the mall, the food court is a good size and has a decent variety of places to eat at. There's a water bottle refill station and I find it very handy! The washrooms are ALWAYS spotless. The janitors here do their work amazingly. There are quite a few spots in the mall that are just empty however. But if you have some time to kill and are interested in shopping then this is where to go here in Belleville.

Worst experience ever. I slipped in their mall in a smoothie and my purse broke. I reported it to theit management and they were so difficult. They offered me a $40 gift card after everything. I don't appreciate their lack of consideration. I spent a lot more money in the mall that day, and for my purse and my cloths and they made me mail my purse to them. I didn't take their gift card because it's bullshit. Needless to say, I am never going there ever again.

Good shopping selections here for the size, and the food court isn't bad either. There are a couple older stores that should likely be phased out, but overall it's not a bad place to shop. There is also a movie theater and other restaurants within the vicinity (accessible by the same parking lot), so it's a good place to just take a walk after dinner while waiting for your movie to start.

The mall is fine (small), it's how the town deals with Traffic that effects my rating. I'm from out of town, but stop at this mall for a break in my travels (food, simply a walk). But every time getting into and out of Belleville, I'm incredibly frustrated with traffic. Bigger towns and cities seem to do MUCH better. Belleville just is a mess traffic wise when compared to other town/cities in Ontario.

Not enough handicapped accessible parking. Inside the mall they have incredibly steep ramps, so if you are using a walker or manual wheelchair it can be an impassable barrier. They have no other option besides stairs or the steep ramp. The mall itself is bland and very 1980's look to it. Thete are no grocery stores or lower priced store there.

The Quinte Mall in Belleville is a positive shopping experience. The stores we visited were friendly and helpful, the layout is easy to maneuver and it's clean. My only issue is the food court. If you're on the other side of the seating from the food stores you have a choice... walk all the way around the outside to get around, or go through the maze of seating hitting many dead ends you can't get through only to have pretty much ended up with you walking all the way around anyway. Guess you get your calorie burn in BEFORE your meal....

I live in Trenton so having the quinte mall is nice. Change of scenery with a few different food options. I finally tried Toro and had their ramen. Bowls are huge!!. I had the vegetable one which just meant extra cabbage. Unfortunately with all the cabbage mine smelled like dirty feet. However the taste was delicious and I would definitely eat there again. Hopefully they have their cheese ramen next time. I like having a bunch of different stores to look through. Spencer's, winner's and EB games are my favourite pit stops though. I dont think I've ever had any issues.

They have signs that say that you cannot enter a store without a mask on, the employees inform people that the reason is because it is the law. It is not the law it is a mandate, a mandate which has exceptions. One of these exceptions is medical. To not allow an individual to enter your stores because of a medical condition is discrimination. Another of these exceptions is too young, do you force parents to leave thier children out of the stores because they have an exception to the Mandate. I would think not. Under the Constitution everyone is to be treated equally, the Mandate allows this because it is in place to protect businesses from receiving fines.

The parking is all closed by the entrance to shoppers and the main entrance to the mall. After the mall was closed for 3 months they just decided to pave the parking one week after the mall opened. These retailers have suffered enough already. This work could have been done previously.

A pretty standard mall. For a small town, the store selection is quite good. Went on black Friday weekend and it wasn't busy at all. Even though some of the stores still had good deals. Plenty of parking available as well. Only downside is not all of the stores on the outside have mall entrances

The mall never looks inviting. It is the same dull atmosphere it has always been. The lack of garbage disposal trolleys is a pet peeve of mine. The two on the middle just don't cut it. The men's washroom is disgusting at the best of times. The only good thing going is the staff are friendly and willing to help when able. Not sure with the already empty stores what will come of Sears closing.

This mall no longer has a department store...which for many was seen as the "staple" of the mall. I've heard rumours of what the empty space will become, but it's most likely that the space will be partitioned into smaller stores. Considering this isn't a huge city, the Quinte Mall is pretty impressive in its options for shopping. Winners, Chapters, Sport Check, Sam the Record Man, La Senza, Old Navy, Toys R Us, Roots just to name a few. Good sized good court with several options for eating. Visible security presence with several security staff on site. Clean and well maintained. I'm always impressed with the Quinte Mall.

I used to feel excited as a child coming here. My family lived in even tinnier places than Belleville, so coming here felt like going to the city. That all changed in my early 20s once I got a taste of the real big ACTUAL cities. This mall just feels like the same boring cookie cutter stuff over and over which can't satisfy me. Granted there are a few stores I come here for on rare occasion, but ONLY when there's something I truly need. And even those particular stores have much larger and better selection up in the city. The food court could also seriously use more selection in food beyond Tim Hortons and Burgers and Fries. The only place there worth it is probably Oishii Sushi if you want some cheap fast sushi rolls. Otherwise you'll need to venture outside to the other more pricy restaurants.

The moral in the fast food industry at KFC/Taco Bell was loco...i have never seen it so bad such as chicken lying on the kitchen floor not to mention in the dining area pop spills and fries smeared at different areas although there were warning signs of the mess the kitchen was discusting I left very upset of what I had just saw which was poor management and kids working there with no clue!:-?

It's a Mall that's for sure. When you notice the parking lot full of cars, it is pretty busy inside. The opposite can be said when the parking lot has less cars. I am usually able to find what I am looking for and can always find stuff that I am not looking for. Enjoy!

I definitely spend too much time and money here...which is a good sign. The washroom are clean, it's a modern mall with everything you need from a food court to specific stores specializing in things like athletic gear or health products. It's got your beauty salons and hair dressers. But what I like is that it's attached to a restaurant as well as a pharmacy. They also have a toys r us and a roots store, which not all places have. Don't get me wrong, It's not Eatons Centre in Toronto, but for a city the size of Belleville, we are doing pretty good for ourselves. Oh, And chapters/Starbucks is right beside it!

It's just what you would expect of Any mall. I've just increased my rating of this mall because while driving by just now I noticed many Tesla charging stations being added the the property. I love that they are encouraging elective vehicles and making it easier for those who have an electric vehicle to charge. Great for the the environment.

This's only shopping located on Belleville. It's actually french name and it mean "pretty city" Almost all stores you could think of, is there. Not gigantic shopping mall, but quick come and go. Winners, toy R'us, sport check, food courts, and music stores available to shop. An apple stores not there and would be o.k. Too much traffic to come down depend in time.

I am not much for shopping but I rather enjoyed wandering the mall. It was not too crowded and I found a few unique gifts at some of the stores. Most of the staff in the stores were cheerful and enjoyable to talk to. The only drawback is the lack of seating to be able to rest when you need to.

To be completely honest. I rarely go here anymore, because I do 80% of my purchases on the internet. When I do go, the mall is still well kept, but the prices of goods are over priced for my liking. The mall in the 1970's and 80's had a mystique about it, but it is long lost. Everything changes I guess.
