I love it here! They have EVERYTHING, the new food court is perfect and the mall is always clean. If I had one thing to improve I would have to say that the parking should be free. We are already going to the mall to spend money so its kind of greedy.

SHOPPING what else need I say lol..theres shopping here for all ages all groups all people oh did I mention shopping the stores all have good to excellent customer service.theres mask restrictions being more common for our covid pandemic lifestyle..sanitize station are posted and available for all throughout the mall.its a two floor shopping mall with a you could call a medical tower on the upper floors.while shopping you get tired or hungry theres a common resting area on the second floor with a great food court with a verity of foods to choose from free usb ports here and there to keep you in touch without a dead phn or device..clean clean clean theres people who go out and constantly clean awesome place to shop

Great place for shopping though the stores have gotten more expensive as time goes on. Less stuff for a lower/mid budget and more high end clothing now. But the food court is a good space after the upgrade. Shoppers is nice to have and the layout of the mall is nice.

During a recent visit the underground parking was full and as such I parked in the north parking lot . After enjoying a couple hours of shopping in midtown we returned to our car arms full of packages. Wishing to continue our shopping at toys "r"us I asked the security guards who were manning the access to the underground parking lot and there fore access to the toys r us parking lot and was denied permission to use the underground street . This therefore would require me to pay and leave the lot only to reenter the lot via the south lot. That just seemed so dumb to me I decided to leave and NOT come back. I feel it was a poor judgment call on their part that cost toys r us hundreds in lost sales.

Good mall, overall. Nice and big, with a good selection of stores. With the new renovations, the mall is looking very modern and trendy. It is clean and tidy, and a very nice mall, overall. However, I do wish that there were more maps or directories, since it is a bigger mall, and I always seem to get lost. Overall, Midtown is a great mall to shop in. It is clean, modern, fresh, and there is always something for everyone; unlike most of the other malls in Saskatoon.

The plaza suffers from all the usual mall woes and a few more. The increasingly connected affluent shoppers of the day are not interested in travelling to any mall when they can have their goods delivered to their door. As with most down-town facilities, it suffers more than the average mall from the standard parking issues of convenience and cost, as well as not having a lot of local residents to offer their custom. In it's 40s, now, the mall is dark and, despite past renovations, a bit dated, mostly made up of pricier than average stores that are in low demand outside of a set audience and Christmas shoppers. For the most mature of shoppers, it offers The Bay and Sears but, aside from moderately-high-end clothing, little to attract the under 60 shopper.

This place is full of good stores and a lot of shopping. Plus the food court has many places to choose from and it will blow your mind while tasting the locals food.. So bring a big enuff wallet or purse along with a huge dibit card. Spend a week there and shop until you go crazy.

Not a huge fan of shopping here. Mostly because any other mall in the city is free parking and has the same stores. It’s inconvenient and a hassle unless your already down town to get to. Also have an issue with always been harassed for spare change when you go to the most used exit by Starbucks. Washrooms and the food court are always well kept which is nice.

I had a great lunch at the Cactus Club today while visiting Saskatoon for work. They have a beautiful deck off the lounge area where you can catch some sun in the summertime that is screened in with heaters if it was a little cool. Drink selection and food selection is excellent and my waitress today was super sweet and helpful. I ordered the chicken salad that had a little bit of everything on it and I was very happy with what I received. Will definitely be going back next time I'm in town

This is a great mall within the center of the city, it offers everything anyone might want and more! There are quite a selection of food choices and places to grab a drink. There are several clothing stores and nice candy shops with other cool little places to go see! Overall this is a great mall if your trying to get some much needed shopping don't I loved my experience!

Quite a huge mall with a lot of floors. Main floors consist of regular stores. And the next few up are specialty floors for specifically made appointments, like oral, and optical surgeries. Was a great place, elevators were quick and was quite clean. People were cleaning hand rails and bathroom left and right.

This is Saskatoon's largest mall but needs a lot more stores to keep up with malls in other cities. Please try to expand and bring in more clothing stores not just different stores that sell the same variety of low-end uncultured merchandise like Bootlegger, Below the Belt and Bluenotes. Same merchandise under different names. There needs to be more variety of stores like H&M, Zara, Lucky Brand, etc. Saskatoon desperately needs more variety and shopping options, especially in terms of clothing, Midtown would be a good start for this. At least it is clean and well renovated. The new food court is nice but funds would have been much more usefully spent attracting new shops.

Even post refit, it's a dated-feeling old fashioned facility with the best bit being the food court, that is a great space. The Bay looks tired, but some smaller units are knocking it out if the park. Would love to have a Westgate or Intu here, but it's a good indoor space as it's warm in the winter. Website not always the most useful tool when trying to look stuff up, but excited for the future of what will go in to the MEC space. Parking is a little steep on the pricing.

Midtown is a beautiful Mall that has almost anything anyone could need. Though it may be a bit pricey, you can still find some great deals! I have spent many hours here with friends, and it's a great place to wander if you are just looking for something to do!

Checked out the Midtown Plaza during my visit to Saskatoon. They have alot of shops and very easy to move through the stores. I love the different concepts in this mall especially to make children to have fun.... I guess they are still doing the construction so some noises and places were closed.

I always thought saskatoon was a tiny tiny place... it's not lol.... I was impressed at how large this mall is downtown. Has over 130 stores and a nice food court that looks like it was renovated not long ago. Street parking was $2 an hour on a Saturday, there is a parking lot that we didnt even see until we were in the food court looking out, but it has meters to pay for parking as well.

If your looking for anything that's brand name, Midtown is your place to shop. Well lit, spacious and spotless clean. The food court is upstairs where one can enjoy all sorts of great eats. Also one can enjoy looking out the huge windows at the city scenery as they enjoy their meal. Also theres outside patio in the back. The Midtown Mall is the best mall in Saskatchewan.

Best mall in Saskatoon with the most shopping places and the biggest food court. There are two floors and are doing construction so you know they are keeping up to date with making sure its safe. Its also always clean with their workers always cleaning and helping out. This is a very friendly place and I suggest every to go here!

Probably my favourite mall in Saskatoon. The recent renovations to the new food court really help this mall stand out from the rest. Great selection of stores and the measures taken to protect both the workers and the public have been great. I can't imagine trying to regulate so many people during a pandemic such as this. Just wish people would actually sanitize more often and wear their masks.

It's a mall it has stores, so it gets 5 stars. Good selection of everything you could ever need, and a pretty decent food court to boot. If you have contacts though be prepared because the air is really dry and your eyes will hurt after a while. Can get pretty crowded on weekends, weekdays are pretty quiet.

Place was somewhat busy for a week day. I'm disabled so I don't get around too much. I hobbled to Eddie Bauer and found a good sale. Poked around and found a pricey flannel shirt reduced half-price. Flannel shirts are good value comfy and long lasting so I bought it. Small business are going belly up and offer deep discounts. Maybe this is why quality gear is marked down so much Covid protection was well marked except for elevation so I took escalater down to underground parking. Mall has an abundance of parking available.

Since the renovation the mall improvements have been great, it looks more modern and clean. Unfortunately the mall just seems bare without stores! I know retail especially malls have really been hurting because of covid, so I am sure in a matter of time the mall will be full again with new retail and customers! And they lost a star because the family washroom are always closed and underground park is under construction with no signs saying to go around or maybe not park there!

Under construction at the moment for more stores to enter the building. Once its done it will look beautiful i believe. Handicap accessable from the basement. Elevator on all floors. Many different stores to choose from . also a nice food court with lots of options. Once the place finishes its renovations and gets the new handful of stores. The main downtown shopping centre for Saskatoon has really stepped up its game recently! It’s nice that things are opening up again post-pandemic! Lots of space to shop and look around. The H & M is a fun addition. And the new food court that got moved up to the second floor is pretty nice!

It's a very nice mall with a good selection of stores. While the renovations are ugly while they're taking place, the end result in areas that are close to complete are a massive improvement. They make the mall feel like it belongs in a bigger city than Saskatoon.

Midtown plaza is the main mall in Saskatoon. It has a decent variety of stores but could use more of a variety. Would be nice to have some entertainment or something instead of just shops. They have been improving throughout the years forsure. The food court now has a pretty great selection! Happy that Spencer’s has joined midtown. Would be awesome to see some more unique shops! Definitely needs better decor as walking around midtown is pretty dull compared to all the malls I’ve been to throughout Canada. Good place to find gifts. I’m glad it has 1 plus sized store, wish there were more though.

Great place to find what you need and is very clean. Stores from electronics to clothes,they got what you need. Although, it was really crowded on the weekend for covid-19. I'm not sure how they keep track or even if they do. That was my only concern otherwise it's a great place to get what you need.

Shopping here was fun, and I enjoyed the food court! However trying to get into the parkade if you have never been to Saskatoon before is equivalent to passing through an apocalyptic hellscape in search of an oasis, haunted by mirage and fear alike. 8/10 Would shop again

There are lots of stores I like to shop at, but there are ALWAYS homeless (and sketchy) people hanging out outside the parking lot doors and in the food court. They stare and gawk at me and ask for money/other things every time I go (which isn't often for this reason) It freaks me out and I feel scared walking into the mall by myself - it shouldn't be that way.

The Midtown Mall is very expensive. I think it really needs a playground. That'll bring more people in. There are a couple good options for lunch but there should be more. And the construction it's taking really long... one think I don't really like is the parking... is too expensive. That kills a lot of business because the price is really high... Specially if you lose your parking ticket in Christmas time

The place to go afternoon shopping and eat some good food. Food Court is huge with good variety. Same with the shop's, it is unlikely that you won't find what you are looking for. Parking isn't hard to find with the lot's underground and above ground. The rates are a tad pricey but not unreasonable. 100% recommended.

It's a nice , updated design and had pretty much every single service you can imagine in it. I had to go for a oral surgeon appointment and if was a bit confusing at first to find it as there's 2 separate elevators to 2 separate towers. I love that there's understood parking and it's not super expensive

I was pretty impressed with this mall. They have a good selection of stores and it looks like they will be adding more. It was clean and had a large family bathroom which is important. It’s also nicely located with other stores nearby which is convenient. Being that we’re from out of town I was a little bit disappointed that they didn’t have strollers available to rent (this may have been strictly because of COVID though).

Super nice new food court. Lots of new add ons there also. Everything was nicely updated. I had got pretzels from the pretzel food place. Had an enjoyable trip with my almost 2 year old :) would go back again forsure. Maybe when she is a bit older. ;)

Poop Review

Bathrooms in the food court were dirty, including literal bagels on the floor. Decided to use the other bathrooms upstairs, and although they were cleaner, it did not make up for the amount of starch on their toilette paper. It would have been better used as origami paper. My butt did not enjoy the experience.

Renovations are coming along nicely, real improvement over the old look. Food court is a nice place to sit and enjoy your lunch. Security is constantly visible keeping the riff raff moving along, and no where near the amount of panhandlers out front on First Ave that there used to be.

It's not bad for a small town mall, you're likely to find what you need if you're a female, just not as many options or price variations you'd get in a larger mall. However, if you're a male like myself, you have limited clothing options, and only one suit/dress shop.

Midtown has always been one of my favorite places to shop at, and that won't change after the renovations. Midtown Common alone raises the review up to five stars. Yes there have been quite a few parts in construction during my numerous visits (escalators), but I'm optimistic for the future businesses which will expand into the mall. Parking underground is great, though do remember that it has height limits for a reason. Shopping during COVID-19 was definitely going to be a cause of concern, however the mall feels mostly sanitary and therefore no worries about any potential outbreaks (please still wear a mask until this is all over).

Me and crystal had an amazing time in the garage. Went down a few levels if you know what I mean. It was -30 out but the car was steaming and cozy AF. No one bothered us. Would recommend.

These are upper Restrooms. But as you can see on the picture it shows that Men's restrooms are occupied by 9 people instead of 7 So we stood in the line waiting for people to get out ... After something like 10 minutes I decided to go check and there were only 2 people in the bathroom.. This thing doesn't work! Better be updated.

Midtown Plaza is a major shopping destination in Saskatchewan. It is a medium size mall in the heart of downtown Saskatoon. They have the branded lines of stores in the mall. Victoria's Secret, Guess, Peoples' and MK to name a few. Food court is quite big and good selection of food stores. The Bay is also a main store within the mall. The mall also offers gift card of their brand (Midtown Plaza) that can be spent at the stores within the mall. In the current multi-million dollars makeover they are giving the mall, the mall itself is poised to keep it's status as Saskatchewan's top shopping destination.

My friend Sam and I went to buy DC shoes and matching SAXX underwear, we had fun but didn't find what we were looking for. They also still have that cell phone accessory shop with florescent lighting, I never understand why people can live with those things

It's pretty good there. The food court is pretty yummy. In all honesty, I never had too much trouble finding a parking spot. True, it's expensive, but it's cheaper if you park to the left where it's a different section. It takes longer to walk, but it's cheaper. I like this mall, it's definitely the biggest, and has most of my favorite stores.

Pretty good selection of stores but the food court had some issues with staff not doing their jobs. There was barely (by barely I mean no one) cleaning the tables, and the only worker I saw was sitting down on her phone with the cleaning cart sitting beside her. Also the security guard was to busy chatting with customer services. A little disappointing considering what's going on in the world right now but other than the mall staff, the store workers are doing their best to keep you safe while shopping.

This is now called the Midtown Commons. I absolutely love it you're going to excellent job and the food court it now upstairs centrally located in the corner. Prices have went up at these food establishments but it's very well put together and it's very nice keep up the good work Midtown Commons yes yes

I like that there is EV charging in the parkade but those parking fees are pretty dang high. It’s strange, we just moved here from BC and I can only think of 1 mall out there that has pay parking. The vast majority are free.

If you don't want people using the only easily accessible west door to the mall, you should have considered that in your remodel. Decent place to shop, only mall with a good selection of men's wear. However, they don't even update their own website's hours when they close for events. Very inconvenient. Edit: thanks for the super condescending response! That was super cool! You've never updated for your champagne shopping event. Take care.

Nice size indoor mall. The layout is a bit confusing, especially with Reno's happening. The signs indicating stores like eb games are only within the hallway you already have to be in to get there. It would help to have them more on the way

Checked out the new midtown common today and it's pretty sweet! Lots of space and lots of restaurants. Glad to see the old sears space is able to be used in such a nice way. This food court is way better than the old one and its so much nicer having the walls of windows overlooking the street and the city. Looking forward to spending a little more time there as soon as I get a chance!

I always go there on Sunday coz of the free parking, pretty good place to shop, they have family washroom so you can feed your baby and change diapers easily, lots of food choices at the food court too. you can basically do all your shopping here

Toys r us is a great store for kids. They have a wide selection of toys, store is clean and if you spend some money they will stamp your parking ticket for 2 hours free parking.

I worked in this building for about a decade and a half in the 90's and 2000's and I thought I had gotten to know this little mall pretty well in that time. Sick to death of malls, I guess I avoided it since, popping in occasionally for something or the other, alarmed by the number of construction projects I needed to walk around. That said, I have never seen Midtown Plaza looking as polished and new as it is presently. The common spaces are clean and, in some cases, re configured and the stores look ready for the holiday shoppers. It really is a good experience and, if you haven't been down that way in a while, it's worth seeing for yourself.

The renos look great! It was nice to see the Christmas decorations all over the mall this year! The atmosphere is far better. It is actually safe to eat in the food court now that it is on the second floor! The plaza has never looked better. Congratulations on the work you have done!

Great shopping experience every time! Lots of parking around mall, as well! Great food court by doors, if you're hungry and don't wanna have to venture through the mall, it's super handy! But who wouldn't wanna check it out? Seems like I always see something cool, as well as great place to check out trends while shopping.

Very poor service from a business in your Mall. Cellicon is dishonest and has no refund policy despite installing the incorrect type of screen on a phone. The business has numerous terrible reviews stating that this is not unusual for them and yet midtown is still happy to take their rent money. Do not do business with cellicon. Other stores in the mall do the right and honest thing but this store needs to be shut down.

Parking at this mall is terrible. It's such a big place so the staff take up much of the convenient parking that customers should be using, especially those in wheelchairs, strollers, and other disabilities. If they want to renovate it and be a high end mall then they need to build a proper parking complex with access to the mall.

I am giving a 1 star rating for midtown. WHY? - because the new parking system sucks. Before you could get a ticket and pay inside the building, now you have to stand outside, waiting in line in the cold only to find out you need your licence plate number, then have to go back to your car to get the plate number so you can then guess how long you are going to be in the mall. We used to make specific trips to this mall because of LUSH and PINK but I won't be doing that anymore. The new parking system is not worth the hassle.

They have updated the mall and moved the food court to the second floor where Sears used to be. Much better location and looks great. Their is still construction and we are looking forward to the next visit to see what is new. We come to Saskatoon about every 3 months.

Midtown mall had a good variety of stores. Mainly clothing but a few games, tech and makeup shops as well. Has a barber shop and a decent food court for a quick bite. There's underground parking for a reasonable rate.

This mall used to be stuck in the past, no expansion or plans for the future. To many big box stores. But that has all changed! Now they’ve updated the food court and updated most of the mall. A huge investment in the city is great plan for future success. Can’t wait to see what this mall has in store now

WOW is all I have to say. I havent been to Midtown in years, and to be fair, I only saw the new set of escalators from underground and the main elevator bank going upstairs, but daaaaaaamn, if the rest of the mall looks anything like that area, they have definitely brought it forward in time!!!!!!!! Might have to take a trip down to just walk around and check it out!!!!!!
