It's an average mall with a good selection of restaurants and shops. 2 theatres and plenty of parking including underground. It could use some better shops since some have closed that were never replaced.

At the medical clinic. Staff is friendly. Sometimes there's a wait to get in to the Doctor when you are here. I don't mind if I'm having to wait in the waiting room because I view it as obviously someone is needing a little more time for whatever reason. It's important the Doctor takes the extra few minutes and doesn't just rush a person out the door because your appointment is only 10/15 minutes. Plus it helps their chairs are comfortable. I see Dr. McDonald and has never made me feel like I'm just a number/paycheck. He actually listens!!!

The clinic has nice and friendly staff but the wait time is usually a long time especially when you only need to ask questions or you have a cold then you'll be last on the waiting list so you'll end up waiting a long time. Basically its better to just make an appointment for a few days unless you have something to do while you wait. Also there are so many stains on the chairs and its very disgusting. With little ceasars its a nice small little place with very minimal seating but friendly staff and good prices. The rexal is a good place to buy things last minute things like a few groceries. It resembles shoppers. The staff is very nice here some days. This place is also usually very clean except for the washrooms which I recommend you not using because they smell disgusting.

Neighborhood mall, it's a mixed bag. The Sobeys is a regular stop, drycleaners once and a while, and we'll hit the Urban Cellar for liquor in a pinch. Couple of small food places, flower place comes highly recommended as well.

This mall is dying out. Which is a shame, because game traders whiskey Jack's and urban cellars are great businesses. It will be interesting to see what happens when the medical clinic moves. Rexall based gone from a great pharmacy to a ghost town...

Great little mall with a good assortment of shops and a Sobeys. There is a great physio and health centre here and a good pharmacy. Nice restaurants and a fantastic coffee shop. You will not be disappointed.

No bicycle stands anywhere within the complex. This should be unacceptable by now. Makes going to any of their businesses an unfriendly experience for many locals who can just as easily visit the mall up the street AND lock their bicycle safely. The very last time I visited College Park Mall my bicycle was driven over by a very drunk regular patron of one of the bars in the mall (while chained to a lamp post) and strangely the surveillance video disappeared before police arrived. There are better places to get what you need, whether on foot, bicycle or auto.

I have no idea what’s in the rest of the mall...I just come here for Sobey’s and the liquor store. No, wait...sometimes the pizza place, and in the summer to the meat place for good bbq stuff...oh, and when my kids are sick I come to shoppers...oh and there is a new coffee place that’s good. I also checked out the video game place for my kid’s birthday gift one year. Hmmm...I guess I do know what’s in this mall. Ok, I’ll give it more stars then.

The best elements of this strip mall are the Mystic Java coffee & tea shop, the Urban cellars, Whiskey Jack's bar with a tasty menu & karaoke nights, & the Sobeys. It's a handy neighborhood strip mall where you can meet up with friends for coffee or drinks, as well as pick up both your groceries & wine for your dinner.

The Doctor and receptionist were a great help when I dislocated my shoulder. Short time later I felt I was going into shock and got me an Ambulance. The Ambulance crew got me to the hospital very quickly. A big THANK YOU for what they did for me.
