I stop at the dollarama here all the time. Pretty decent and consistent collection of stuff. Usually have all the essentials I need and some stuff I probably didn't ???? they also always have a seasonal section with stuff for all the different holidays. Great place for last min shopping or on a budget

Even though Google Maps has it listed as a mall, Springwater marketplace is what I would call a plaza.

The lot was quite clean. The only downside is that in the back parking lot, you can find a few things that are not as satasfactory. Using my bike, I challenged myself to see how far I could go using only private property. When doing so, the Springwater Marketplace took me quite far, from the Rogers store, all the way down to the Bayfield Ford Lincoln dealership.

This plaza is always busy, there's a grocery store, clothing stores, Rogers cable store, there's a few other stores as well. Good place to get alot of things.
