I have to say this is by far the best Canada Goose store I have visited. I'm visiting from Toronto, and I just have to give a big thank you to Hillary Greco for the amazing experience here. If you have a chance to pop by, I highly recommend her. She took care of my friends and made sure we were welcomed. We had a terrible experience at CF Chinook Centre location the day before. I am so thankful for our time with Hillary. Next time we visit Banff, I have to grab my next coat through you!! 5/5 stars well deserved

This store is located in the middle of downtown Banff at Cascade Shops right at the corner of Banff Avenue & Wolf Street . It's equipped with very cool "Cold Room". Finding parking was easy. There's a heated parkade directly connected to Cascade Shops via Marten Street. If there's any place in the world to buy a Canada goose jacket it's in ice cold Banff, Alberta. Would definitely recommend stopping by.

I first went to this store on my trip to Banff in October 2020. Enny was there to help me through buying my first Canada goose. I tried on every single model I liked and she was so patient and gave me really great feedback and tips. I ended up buying a white Shelburne which I absolutely love. After having my white one for a few months I realized I wanted a black one too that was a bit more practical. Having such a good experience I called the store today to get some suggestions. Ben answered the phone and suggested a few models that he thought would be great for what I was looking for. I was still unsure which I might what, so he offered to FaceTime me back with Lily which was amazing. Lily tried on 5 different jackets for me and talked about all the features. It was so helpful seeing as I live in Ontario and I can’t go into any stores right now to try anything on. They offered to ship me the jacket I wanted, and everything was so quick and easy! Much better experience than just ordering off a website. I’d feel confident recommending this store to anyone!

Canada Goose makes great products and I’ve always been happy with my purchases, so I was excited to make a visit to their newly opened Banff location. BUT I was very disappointed with my experience there. Not only were my family and I treated like criminals, I was also shadowed by a worker so closely she almost bumped into me multiple times until I left the store. I get that theft is an issue in high end stores like this but don’t hassle paying customers.

The BEST Canada Goose store in Canada with more variety in style & size. We added two black labels to our CG collect because in store fitting with sales assistance here made us a spontaneous consumer. Be sure to visit even just for an update of CG latest wears & accessories.
