Tourists beware. No refunds (ever) & no help with exchanges once you leave town. The staff here gave me bad advice about Blundstones sizing. When I emailed them for an exchange, I was told they could not help me. I would have happily paid for shipping to exchange my boots. Better yet, the staff could have helped me with the exchange directly through Blundstones, no cost to them, win-win! Thankfully I was able to exchange by product by emailing Blundstones directly. Skip the middle man.

This store is amazing! So much great technical gear including a huge selection of Keen shoes and boots for men and women. So surprising that there would be a place like this in such a remote, small village in northern Nova Scotia. If you’ve forgotten something or the Cabot Trail is colder than you imagined, they’ve got you covered but honestly it’s worth stopping by regardless. The owner even helped us by not only recommending a good restaurant but called and got us in.
