The parking lot layout at times is chaotic. Some of the stores in back are really hidden from clear view. I don't really like how it's set up but there's not much you can do about that. It has potential but I can't see any new store wanting to set up here.

I had supper at KFC - it was great ???????? This is the only KFC I eat at. The others are more grease than chicken, and the chicken is cooked to perfection, no grease or blood, but tender and juicy ❤

This is the most active shopping hub in Cape Breton. It has most of what you need (grocery, shopping, food) and things you don't THINK you need (weed store, booze store, good wings). The problem is the parking lot itself. Its in rough shape and the flow of traffic is not properly planned. The rules of driving lose all meaning in this lot so keep your head on a swivel. The area between Walmart and Don Cherrys needs some TLC and proper signage for those poor businesses in there

I've grown up watching this plaza devolve into the dog-eat-dog gauntlet of chaos that it is. Each store on its own fighting for our attention. No cohesiveness, no interest in providing a community feeling while parking our cars in random collections of 6 here, 12 there, there's one, there's one! Jesus!, That's not the front door anymore! Watch out for Pedestrians!

Service was good but the chicken even though was good its hard to tell the difference between white meat and dark meat. It all looks the same. Smaller pieces also. A bucket is only half full because the pieces are hacked up into smaller portion sizes.

The businesses are fine, however the traffic on Kings Road can make it an exasperating experience, especially when trying to turn left onto King's Road towards Sydney. For this reason I avoid this shopping plaza, sadly.
