It's alright, way too crowded for my comfort but there are some good stores there and a decent food court. If you are a new parent there is a few stores for baby stuff and clothes but you won't find any maternity or nursing clothes.

I absolutely love this mall. It is the perfect size for a mall. Not too big and not too small. It has all the essential stores that you might need for your shopping trip. It is easy to navigate and find stores because all you have to do is walk in a circle. It is also just a great place to meet up with people.

There are many brand names to choose from and one interesting factor is the ambiance of the mall which is cozy and clean. To include is the set up of the stores that you just go around a circle and stores are visible on your 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock angle.

Big mall clean and a lot of stores over 200 shops H&M , Tommy, Banana repablic and more, parking is a nightmare sometime and also this mall can be packed with people and you can't even walk between the store's. The best time to come shopping at Vaughn mills is at weekdays and before 17:00 Otherwise you will be swimming with tons of people . Must see the Bass pro shop beautiful store.

Bigger mall than I expected! I only went for the Uniqlo and it did not disappoint. It was a very good location. The mall is well maintained and organized, each section is divided into neighbourhoods and it basically forms a circle. Very easy to find what you are looking for. You could spend a very long time here if you were in the mood to do some serious shopping.

This place is huge, and it feels like it has a lot of brands under one roof, and thank God its all indoors, definitely see a lot of parents get kids here. The outdoor brass shop was huge with live fish. Definitely recommend as a one stop shopping center for clothes and bags

I would like to help the retailers, but the mall operation was horrible. No announcement before locked down stores who had both street and mall accesses. Lots of families got sepatatef without notice. Some mothers requested to meet their kids either getting into the store or in the mall, but the security simply tell the mothers to go out and lineup again. DISGUSTING.

They have many great options to buy clothing, toys, bags, shoes/boots, perfumes and home accessories. Right now, due to COVID-19 pandemic, they have limited store capacity, so you need to stand in long lineups, especially for stores like Kate Spades, Michael Kors, etc. The food court area is well-organized and has decent food options.

Easily one of my favorite malls. Clean, spacious bathrooms. Good selection of stores. This is an outlet mall, so great deals to be found, too. Over the past few years, stores have been moved around to create niche areas - which is fine - but returning patrons have to re-learn where everything is. The food court is beautiful, but with some repetitive food selections/stores. Eg. multiple Greek food stalls. There is only one floor (a flat layout), so expect to do some walking when you visit. Overall, I highly recommend Vaughan Mills. Give it a visit.

I was shopping for gifts in EH Canada today only to hear an older white lady at the counter say the N WORD with the HARD R. I am absolutely disgusted and will never be giving this store my service ever again as well as telling as many people as I can about it. I truly hope an owner or a manager see this review because I'm positive this incident would be appalling to other customers/workers as well.

Fantastic mall with lots of free parking. This mall has it all and is clean and well maintained. This mall feels safe and enjoys the benefits of good security and lots of cameras. The mall has a Bass Pro Shop in it which is always fun to check out. Its located beside hwy 400 and is easy to access. The mall has a large food court with plenty of options. This is definitely one of my favorite malls.

This place is enormous and has all the shops in the world. I liked their food court as well .It has many seats to sit and lot of options. It has lots of directory Kiosks available so one does not get lost in the mall. The Nike shoe outlet is great .The bass mills pro is ginormous and one of the major shops. The parking spot could be difficult to find on weekends as there are lot of people in shops .I had to wait for someone to get out. One can totally hangout at this place without actually buying anything . It is great to kill time.

One of the best shopping malls. Always have great deals. The mall carries almost all major brands. There is a locker facility also. For cake lovers, there is a nice cake atm...haven't seen yet in any other malls. The mall is all on ground floor, its huge though. Great for shopping, eating, and to bring kids (Legoland for kids). Must visit for great deals on Kate Spade, Coach, Nike, and many other brands. DSW is huge with so manu brands of shoes. One wouldn't be disappointed at all if shopping for clothes, shoes, bags, accessories and much more.

It used to be that this Mall was a great place to get some deals on items. It now feels like what Yorkdale was back in the 90's. High end clothing places with a few specials. Doesn't feel like an outlet mall anymore. You can find the deals at some stores but overall, not big discounts.

If you have the option to visit Hamilton Mall or Vaughun Mills, choose Vaughun Mills always. The deals are better here in most stores especially Tommy Hilfiger, Fossil, etc.

Sign on door mentions the shopping mall opens at 10:00am. Security agent at the door mentioned that the new hours are in effect only starting the 14th. You would expect more from such a large shopping mall management company Ivanhoé Cambridge…many people unhappy and waiting outside.

This is a very shallow and wide restaurant. The service was courteous and fast. They had 3 people handling the toppings for the burger orders. There were table and counter seats. I had the Mushroom and Swiss burger combo. It cost $13.40 + tax. In the area where the prepare your burger with toppings, everything was free except the extra cheese.

What a beautiful day to go shopping at the Vaughan Mills Mall. I try my best to visit at least once a month, because this mail is very different than other malls! This is what you might consider an outlet mall and every now and then the change up their inventory and you get lots of great deals, especially at COACH and Banana Republic and HUG BOSS and POLO. There are also a few new Booths like City Shades and another one k found today called Babsh"s Blends! Check it out, they are hiring and looking for some part-time and full-time time staff! For those with a Tesla, they have a large area for charging your car. I love coming to this mall, but it is always jam packed, even on a weekday afternoon.

Jan 6, 2021 2 security guard at door, asked 2 questions. There should be temperature checks (in my opinion). You can buy from food court, but can't eat there. So ppl walk around the hallways, with mask off to drink coffee. No security anywhere around. Only at one entryway

It’s one of those places where you’ll get almost everything, in almost every price category. An indoor outlet mall that comes in handy especially during winters when you don’t have to worry much about snow and the cold like in case of Toronto Premium Outlet Mall when you’re out for a budget shopping. The only thing they need to work upon is the aesthetics of the mall. It feels like a 90s mall. They need to spruce it up even further.

One of my favorite shopping malls. I shop at Bass Pro a lot which is a good entrance to Vaughan Mills. Not too many people. Also the fish tank is always a good place for kids. Rest of the mall is nice and clean but mostly outlet style so you won't find the newest style here. But good price and selection.

Vaughan Mills Mall is an awesome place to shop with a variety of options and at really great prices! In the heart of the city, just minutes from the 400, you will find not only ample parking, but an array of dining options within their food court. Everything you need is in one place. Check it out! You will be glad you did. This is by far my favourite mall in the GTA.

Single floor mall is really nice with lots of what you'd expect, but because it's one floor everything is really far. Same with the parking lot. It's vast so you will find parking, but be prepared to walk. With a good pair of shoes it's a great place.

The place is always packed, but not to the extent where it's affecting your experience. The place always smells great, which I have no idea how it's done. There's many small stands, massive shops, or small shops to explore. It's inclusive for all ages, so you shouldn't be scared to bring your kids along (make sure you have spare change for ice cream, though!!!). Vaughan Mills is also very clean. This is the closest outlet mall to downtown Toronto where you can find big name brands at great discounts though they might be past season models. If you are not particular with chasing the latest models, this will be a great place to shop for great items with big discounts, especially for clothings. They do have brands like Lululemon, Nike (which is always having a long queue anytime of the week), The North Face etc. They do have a food court and also stalls in between shops which sell food items, like one of the stall that sells maple products (but at a premium price, I found similar items at Loblaws at a much more affordable price). This outlet mall is the closest to downtown Toronto, but taking public transport here is quite a chore, you have to switch out of the TTC metro and take the YRT which is a separate cost and is not included in the free transfer for within the TTC network. It is very convenient, however if you were to drive or bike here.

5 stars for the mall security for enforcing masks when a couple was walking around the mall “drinking” (holding) their beverages. He was very polite about it and reminded them that drinking and eating are limited to the food court. The couple was quite rude and argumentative but what would you expect if they already can’t follow signage. Honestly, if employees in most sectors and students have to wear their mask for much of the day and only remove it momentarily to drink, then so can shoppers in a mall. The security officer’s effort was very much appreciated even though the couple was argumentative. I didn’t stay to see how it turned out, but 5 stars nonetheless.

Vaughan Mills is a huge outlet mall that has over 200 stores and a dozen plus anchor stores including Bass Pro Shops, Best Buy, Nike, Toys R Us to name a few. It has a large food court with enough choices to satisfy pretty well anyone. Restrooms are clean and there’s even an Universal washroom and a Nursing Room. I love the flooring as you walk throughout the complex; wood, tile, carpet, etc. The walls and ceiling vary to create a cheery feeling. Overall, a very nice place to visit even if you don’t spend a single dime.

This is a fantastic mall! A bit hectic for the holiday shopping of course but still easy to get in and out of the parking lot! They literally have everything you need for last minute deals for Christmas. We also love this mall for shopping all year round as well! The food court is amazing with lots of options healthy or not! Its COVID we visited on a Tueday. It wasn't crazy. All of the indoor seating within the mall is closed. All of the stores have their limits. Their is security at every entrance to confirm people are wearing masks. Lego Land is closed for the fun thing, and you can only access Winners/HomeSense from the outdoor entrance. Parking was ample, just have to deal with those jerkoffs who double park.

This one is similar to Toronto Premium Outlets near Brampton in terms of the number and quality of brands housed as well as the deep discounts offered by many of the stores. Some brands may still be missing such as Canada Goose (maybe since CG doesn’t have an outlet store). One big pro of Vaughan Mills over TPO is that VM is completely indoor - so no exposure to weather, summer or winter, yay! The con is that there is limited seating when you’re tired of walking and wondering. On weekends, the food court is almost always packed so one has to find other eateries inside the mall such as Blaze Pizza, South St Burger, some coffee shops etc. which offer seating. A good place to visit for discount shoppers (which I believe many of us are if not all!)

I took my boys into the Vans Outlet to check some stuff out and we never left for probably two-and-a-half 3 hours. I confirmed yesterday with customer service if they were open, Ivan told me that it's was open. Once I arrived and waited outside for 45 minutes until the Mall doors opened. I stepped inside to wait for The Nike or the Footlocker stores to open. To my surprise both stores were closed. The security ( to their surprise) arrived and informed everyone that both stores are closed . There were al least 100 people lined up to do shopping in Nike. I hope management see this as a wrong decision to close. The moral of the story double check with the store to confirm if they are open during a holiday not just the mall..

The mall is done up well and there are so many shopping options that cater to everybody. I like that they have free shuttles from Union station to the mall. I hope they have shuttles that go from Vaughn Metropolitan Centre subway station to the mall as well. If they did it the way ikea has their free shuttle buses every half an hour, I'm sure they would get much more business.

Terrible experience. I have IBS and was looking for a universal washroom to use near the bass pro shops mall area and there wasn’t. Made my life so stressful. Get your stuff together vaughn mills most malls offer universal washrooms to patrons. Such a shame.

The mall is big in size with lot of different brand name companies. You may spend whole day 6 to 7 hours or longer tour around. If you get lucky, you may find things you like with good deals. However lot of companies are now paying less attention on head count in stores and care less on hand sanitizers refills. Many times there were lot of spots went out of hand sanitizers. Plus, visitors pay less attention on physical distancing. While people in Europe catching Covid-19 number are returning higher and higher, we shall now pay more attention and return to be high alert stage.

I went shopping their recently as I don't have much new clothes and the budget went pretty lopsided. Vaughan Mills is run by Ivanhoe Cambridge. And the Ivanhoe Cambridge is not good. They have very slow services, and they trick customers with promotion. In 2021, they said they will give10% promotion of gift cards. But they don't show quantity, and say limited quantities. Long story short, they will sell gift cards even if they don't have quantities. They can't be trusted since they don't show exact quantities, and ask people to get refund. And who will enjoy the refund process? Which was never done by Oxford Group and Cadillac Fairview. If you are interested in the promotion do it early, otherwise you will face an unhappy shopping experience. I never go back to them for shopping.

This is a fantastic mall! A bit hectic for the holiday shopping of course but still easy to get in and out of the parking lot! They literally have everything you need for last minute deals for Christmas. We also love this mall for shopping all year round as well! The food court is amazing with lots of options healthy or not! Lol Lots of seating and quick clean up staff! So many little seating areas around the mall to rest and relax with massage chairs and tv screens. LEGOLand, Disney store, Build a Bear and Toy’R’Us just to name a few of our favourite stops. Check out Bass Pro as well for all your outdoor needs!
