Great place to shop. Unless you consider thee fact that there is no convenient store there. Don't forget your RTC tickets too. You can't buy some here. Where are the ATMs? One of thee good point is that it closes at 9pm all week.

The shops weren't that interesting expect for David's Tea Laura Secord a lightning and hair salon. English language really isn't used here much. The staff were very helpful at Baby r Us. The mall is supposed to be wheelchair accessible..there aren't enough elevators to make this place really accessible..they are 2 at the other end of the mall as far as you can get from Entrance A near the Bay. The MAC Cosmetics was a disappointment; they had absolutely nothing in stock though their website claimed otherwise..the staff there weren't friendly or helpful. The amusement park was nothing special save for the carousel. That was gorgeous; wished I had taken pictures of that. The lighting kiosk was a lovely place and the woman who ran it was really helpful and polite. All in all I won't be coming back vut if you have small kids this is a good place to go 4 indoor rides.

Second best mall in the city, everything is always clean lots of parking. You can find almost everything here but especially clothes. There's a Simon's, Hudson's Bay, Best Buy, American Eagle and many many others. Great for cellphones too as most if not all providers are there. There's also the Mega Park, an inside attraction park with many great rides.

The biggest mall in the city. Pretty much all the shops and brands are there! What I don’t like: 1) the lights are very bright, it’s hearting the eyes; 2) there are no middle zone, where you can sit or take care about your bags. Only food court. Will be wonderful to have some sofa in the middle 3) sometime it’s hard to walk for pedestrians from bus stations

I really love this mall. Think of it: there is a huge food hall, plenty of small and big stores, the largest Canadian IMAX, a huge and diversified park for kids with a roller coaster, and a ice skating ring. So, yeah, you can please pretty much everyone here.

Nice place. We stopped there for kids to have some fun after we had to give up on going to Montmorency Falls because of the rain. Lots of good shops of all types. There is a ski rink and other attractions for the kids. A good break in a hectic holiday schedule.

This is a mall for a young family. Reminiscent of the 80s need to have an amusement park inside, there is a fun favourite for many local children and adults. The mall is oddly shaped making it more like Maze Runner when you have low blood sugar and tantrum children, but with a smart phone and patience it's quite easy to navigate. There is even a gourmet food area where you can everything from fresh fish to potato doughnuts! If you're visiting Quebec and you want out of the heat, this is a fun busy mall that can stimulate even the most bored minds.

An incredible experience with how space can be used to improve the quality of life. Fantastic idea of a skating rink and if this place an indoor workout area it would be an absolute gold mine. Unbelievable!! So happy we went! So there is a little trick or tip to the mega park. There is a point system to this place. Meaning you pay for each ride individually...so some rides are 4 points. We bought a 35 point card and we have 15 points still available. We paid $35 for our ride card. My son went on four rides and my husband and I went one each. Just to give you an idea. Worth the trip on a rainy day!

I was blown away at the shear size and attractions at this mall. For someone that's not a huge fan of shopping it's great to see all the cool rides they have and even an indoor ice skating rink! I've never seen an amusement park like this one before in a mall. As for stores they seem endless and judging by the amount of people there I'd say this is a very popular place with the locals.

Not a fan of malls but wow. This mall has a normal amount of stores. The normal mall stores. But the theme park inside the mall as incredible. I don't know how they fit rollercoasters and a ferris wheel and an ice skating rink inside a mall along with tons of stores. In addition, the bathrooms were tidy and the place was neat.

When going to Galeries de la Capitale, there is a cinema within it. There are also many stores, including some stuff a bear stores, game and book stores, and clothing stores. There are also rollercoasters and other rides, so there is a indoor amusement park. That park is for people of all ages. There are 2 roller coasters, a "escalade" wall, a mini golf course, many arcade games and other fun games.

This place is just awsome!!! The people who work here love their job (talking about the rides) and it is a great place to come with family and friends! Ice skating, grande roue! Rollercoaster inside!!! The best icecream place right next to it! The parc safari 4D experience is crazy fun! One lady who works at Michael Kors barely said anything to my father in French nor English. I’ve been taking French class for a couple of years and we’re from the U.S., so we don’t have an official language which means that my family doesn’t know French. The staff at FootLocker didn’t greet him as well or ask if he needed help. You just can’t be rude and expect good service! Right??? Being nice and helping others is the whole point of costumer service!

Place was fun and my kid managed to get to see santa. The amusement park was closed for renovations but only found out when we got there. They had a couple of smaller rides to use but nothing that compares to the pictures of the bigger one. Hopefully the parc will reopen soon.

The rides in the mall were pretty fun for the little one and seeing an ice rink inside a mall was pretty cool but we heard people say that it compares to the Mall of America and it really doesn't. That doesn't make this place bad at all we just went there with that expectation. Really clean and a great nursing area for moms and babies. Lots of stores to shop at as well.

The best shopping mall to visit when in town with kids. While there's not much attractions, the indoor amusement park is a big plus. Dad can watch kids having fun while mommy is free to shop around. Parking could be challenging especially on weekends.

I am putting this not as a review, but as a tip for those who want to go there for shopping: it is a bit weird, but mondays, tuesdays and wednesdays (I think, for the third one), employees that work in shops don't have to close at 9pm: they can close earlier (a lot of shops do that in the mall). Only from thursday to sunday, the shops are asked to stay open until the mall closes.

Very clean inside, tables are all split by plastic and security makes sure only vaccinated person's are able to dine in. I was also amazed the mega PARC is fully open. Next time if I have more time, I will definitely try a ride!

Great selection of stores. Very kid friendly. There's tons of staff and security to make sure people aren't too close on escalators. They are making people wait outside before they can come in the mail, respecting the limits. There are still a LOT of people in the mall though. There's a great vibe to this place.

SO MANY STORES! The closest mall to where I live is only one floor with not that many big name brand stores, but this mall was HUGE compared to mine. It had a Sephora, Mac, Lush, Urban Planet, Forever 21, Starbucks, Bath and Body Works, and so much more. It even has a little amusement park!

The BEST mall for shopping, eating and entertaining kids for the day. We spent an entire day here. There are dozens of choices of where to eat or have snacks, a huge selection of stores and the rides are out of this world!! Bring your skates for the afternoon and then have supper. Just wait to take your kids on the rides after 5pm so you can get a bracelet ($20 on weekdays and $25 on weekends).

Most entertaining shopping mall in Quebec. It has a little amusement park inside with several rides including a roller coaster that goes around a part of the mall. It also has a little train, a Ferris wheel and a little movie theatre where your seat moves. Overall it is a great place with lots of our favorite shops. The only downside I have is that I bought a gift card a while ago and took a while before I used it and when I did, it was empty because some fees were charged after a few months. So in short, great place, but do not buy gift cards from there.

Great shopping mall for the family, there are rides for the kids and a good selection of shops as well as an Imax theater. It was renovated heavily over the last few years and now even feature a solar parking for electric cars. My only complaints are that the rides are a bit pricey for what they are (i.e. the rollercoaster is very soft) and the renovations are still in progress as of july 2018 which means some shops are missing/closed at the moment.

Wonderful mall with many unique and regular shops. Grab some good or an ice cream at the food court and turn around to watch an exciting of hockey right there in the mall's own rink! But you may not hear those skates blades as there's a rollarcoaster attached to a mini theme park that rushes by. Bring the kids! There's something for everyone!

This is my go to place if i have to shop in quebec. It has everything you need and has less of the really expensive/"i wanna show im rich" shops. The new restaurant section is great and they actually use reusable ustensils and plates if they can. They also have people dedicates to sorting the trash so they can recycle and reduce trash.

This was the most interesting malls i have ever seen. We visited this mall while on vacation in the middle of a heat wave with two kids. And let me tell you everyone was pleased to have been there. Indoor roller coaster, indoor skating rink all year round and definitely sufficing your shopping needs. A must see ....

While the stores selection is good, this shopping mall suffer from a very badly designed , planed and executed car circulation scheme; getting out of there during rush hour can easily take one hour....and during the Christmas holiday shopping season it is even worse..... I personally don't go there much and simply avoid the place like the plague during Christmas... ....yeah it is that bad... not for the impatient type of person..... that's for sure!!

A nice shopping mall, a lot of choices: shops food court, restaurants, a cinema and attractions. It has been recently renewed new shops added the food court enhanced while the attraction totally upgraded.

The Mega Park s a waste of money and time. It is overpriced for indoor ice skating with terrible ice, overcrowded and overrun with over the hill hockey players skating to fast for the size of the ice. This is coupled with lengthy lines for rides and broken self-service ticket machines, and no staff made this an outing that will not be repeated.

Good shopping mall with quality stores. Great selection of anchor stores and price ranges from Dollorama to Simmons. Large food court too with lots of variety. Ample amount of free parking. Clean floors and large washrooms. The amusement park area was under construction when I went.

Kids really enjoyed this place and with shopping all around it can make Les Galeries a fun place for the whole family. A bit pricey - with 2 kids it's easy to spend $150 in a couple hours

You basic mall with a cool little amusement park. It is a great place to walk around with the significant other and enjoy a day, maybe have a nice coffee. There are a good amount of shops and the prices seem good. No copies which is good and a few different areas to get a bit. I am sure on a winter's day this is a great place to bring the kids.

Many people were unfriendly once they realized we spoke no French but the mall itself is huge and there were great sales on the Thanksgiving weekend. The Greek food was delicious from the food court!

Wonderful mall with many unique and regular shops. Grab some good food or an ice cream at the food court and turn around to watch an exciting of hockey right there in the mall's own rink! But you may not hear those skates blades as there's a roller coaster attached to a mini theme park that rushes by. Bring the kids! There's something for everyone! Great site to see.

Bring a snack or lunch if you're expecting to eat for less than 10$. The Galeries have something for every age group, children entertainment, a movie theatre anda variety shops (w/discounts) & eateries for the young and elderly. This center served as our day past time and we enjoyed the walk, shopping and food/snacks.

Pretty awesome mall with ice rink and rides. Lots of shopping available and IMAX movie theatre. Parts of the mall are being renivated. The food court is big with good food.
