Your typical CF designed mall. By that i mean if you’ve been to the Eaton centre or any other CF owned establishment you will notice the similarity. I go to this mall more frequently now that i live in this area. I want to visit their Cineplex but the good seats are booked for most of the times. It is getting very busy now that most pandemic restrictions have been lifted. COVID 19 protocols are in effect: Masks required Capacity limits in mall Capacity limit inside stores Sanitizer stations Proof of vaccination (soon?) possibly? …….

New York Fries. Good and healthier food then other places in the mall. I have ordered the works and asked them to add tomatoes and green onion. Loved the way melted fires, cheese chilly, bacon bits along with green onion and tomatoes go together...

Pretty clean and well kept. They started replacing a lot of the stores with higher luxury brands so it’s not as accessible for lower income folks. Parking lots are hectics but like a nice mall in general.

The security guards are combative while asking me to state my business. I know that it's tough for them right now. However, their demeanor is demeaning. I walk with a cane, I don't drive a car. I live close by. Otherwise, I would completely avoid dealing with them, and will boycott the place entirely once the pandemic is over.

Clear stickers showing you where to go, good flow of traffic... BUT SO very CONFUSING about which doors are open and which ones are closed. Once you go in, you can roam around freely but there’s just 1 main door to go in and out? (The one facing Sheppard Ave btw)

Mall is nice and location is great. It's not newly renovated like some of the malls in the GTA but still a great shopping adventure! Traffic in & out of the mall is pretty difficult to deal with especially during rush hour times.

Love shopping here! It’s near to home , fairly big, pretty beautiful and very clean shopping complex. It’s has all good brands and acceptable prices. The food court is amazing with wide range of food options for all ages. Overall it’s a great mall for shopping.

There are lots of stores, The Bay, Shoppers Drug Mart, People’s Diamond and other jewelry stores, fashion stores, footwear stores, food court, and movie theatre. You can find almost everything here. It’s a nice place to hang around with friends for shopping, eating, and movies.

It's located in the intersection close to Highways 404 and 401 and on Sheppard and Don Mills; very busy area. It's the home to many great brands and stores like Gaps, HomeSense Marshalls, Tommy Hilfiger, Zara, Pandora, LCBO, Hudson's Bay, etc. The food court has great variety of foods to sit down and enjoy the food or grab a bite to go. There are plenty of parking spots available on both north and south side of the mall and it has great access to the highway.

Most the washrooms in the building were closed for 'renovations'. I don't understand how public health will let them operate with a lack of facilities. Personally I wouldn't care to use their facilities but with young ones it's needed. Even their family washrooms were closed for no apparent reason just locked off. See picture.

I'm not happy with their entrance system. You need to use outdoor entrance to get into Marshalls. Many doors are not for entrance. Crazy rules for customers. If you are not familiar with this place it's really hard to access the mall. Same way to get out as well

I went looking for an empty spray bottle and not 1 store had any but if your after high end clothes and atmosphere its the place to be, movie theater is good but food court is minimal parking and entrances are few and hectic when busy

This is my favourite mall to go too. It has everything you need and usually isn’t that busy. Close to the hwy and also don mill station. Also has a cinema that’s always cleaned and staff are friendly as well.

I like this mall. Great stores. Convenient location and lots of parking spots are available. Easy commute by subway as well. You can find tons of good deals here. Washroom is usually clean. Food Court is also there. Banks are available. Hudson Bay, Shoppers Drug mart are also there.

Not pet friendly. My dog always on stroller & well behaved, going to lots of mall with me except this one! Most of the people are pet-friendly and love to pet my dog. I understand not going near food or restaurant because of the health issue, but I don't see why not in the mall! Also, security looks at me like I was carrying a bomb, made me so embarrassed. Tim Horton close had to walk through the mall a distance just to get a coffee. Wish my GPS said it wasn't open would have gone somewhere else. Also I know it's a pandemi. There are people with mobility issues that don't walk very far and need to sit. The chairs and benches are gone. This problem at Christmas I am avoiding malls now too much walking in there is no place to sit.

The mall is only open for pick up. Make sure you order your products online or by phone and arrange a pick up time with the store.

Securities at the food court are power tripping, we showed our vaccine proofs and they asked 2 IDs?! And when my wife called them out they got aggressive! You let people in without vaccine proofs but suddenly 1 ID isn't enough from us? Y'all acting like a police when you're not. Actually we met nicer/friendlier cops than those 2 hired securities!

Favourite mall in Toronto. Convenient to get to and lots of free parking. Huge selection of stores and restaurants in food court. Feels Covid safe. Mall staff are helpful in providing directions. I like the skylights and general atmosphere, which is saying a lot because I hate malls generally!

My favourite mall that straddles the line between a community mall and an all-out commercial mall. It's got many of the everyday brands you like such as Roots, Gamestop, Body Shop, and also an Apple Store. Nice food court too! Not much in the way of luxury items here though, outside of maybe Swarovski. However its proximity to many condos and the TTc station make it a crowd favourite

Good mall, but the cleaning staff wipes the tables with the same damp cloth... on food tables... no idea how that is helping stop covid? Also the cleaning isn’t done that well. Also kind of aggressively cleaning around people before they’re done eating or around their feet while they’re sitting...like what is the rush?

Bought glasses from lensecraft store in Markville mall, never fitted well even after many adjustments. Walked into Fairview mall lensecraft store to see what they could do for me. I was told the glasses I got was the wrong size for me and manager was so nice that she gave me full store credit for glasses and I was able to get a new pair that is fitting properly. Thumbs up for the great service and thank you standing behind your products.

I like the Fairview enough but I think Markville Mall is better and it's the same owners. While the shops and amenities are fine, the " free Wi-Fi " is terrible you will not connect to many pages and in fact I am doing this on my data right now because it doesn't connect on Wi-Fi.

Clean. Parking is easy to find. I usually park on the upper/top east side. Easy access to the highway and Sheppard. There's also subway access as well. The library is located outside of the mall, on the north end, past the parking.

It’s Monday and so, not that busy in terms of number of people. Covid reminders are everywhere and clearly identified. Hand sanitizer are in lots of places. Food court tables are clearly labeled for sitting. The store i went to adhered to Covid regulations and I absolutely support them, for the sake of staff and customer. Recommended.

Customer service has dropped. A lot. I was there this past week and I'm in a hurry because I'm working UberEats. I was trying to get into the food court and the security guard was talking to one of the suits who work there and would not let me pass. Even when I told them I'm working UberEats and doing a pickup. That I don't need to show my vaccine passport. She said to go to the other guard and wait my turn. I've never had to do that before. And the guy in the suit was just as rude.

Nice place to be. It's weird but the environment is very cold! You can't just stand there, you have to move all the time. Brands are not as diverse as you would expect. There are some low quality shops there too. Not too big, not too small.

Nice location, good connectivity . Lots of good brand shops that difficult to find in Canada. To go to the mall you can use line 1 and then line 4 that saves times. The food court has lot of options and space to sit and have the food. Apple store, Hudson Bay , Cineplex, Lego store, Mountain warehouse are few of stores. Gap store doesn’t have much options very limited stock. Liked Old Navy had good stock .

I used to go to the mall with my friends. Brings back good memories. If anyone remembers when Fairview mall would have their anniversary they would bring in this man-made mountain, when you would go into the store and buy something they would give you a special receipt and could go over to the mountain that was covered with these sparkling little stones, you would be given a long pointing stick and you would point to a little stone, they would put it in a little bag then u could take it to the jewelry store and the expert would look at it and they would bring it back to you. It was either the real thing or a dud. I haven't found anyone who remembers this ????????

Not happy to see Security at the food court not checking properly for proof of vaccination. When I confronted him he made it sound as if it was not a big deal. I was forced to call the Security office at the Mall and brought this to their attention. Curious to see how they will improve on that. The Health Authorities need to know about this...and then we wonder how the cases go up. What happened to the government validation App...no one is pretty much using it and to think how much was spent to develop this. Waste of money...how do you intent to enforce to this Doug Ford & John Torry???

The best part for Fairview mall is actually their great 5 levels parking lot! At night you can have the whole top floor yours and take some epic photos! The mall is very big. It have more than 20 Tesla fast charging stations. It also integrates with Don Mills Subway station and bus terminal. A very busy place at rush hour.

The floors have markings to promote unidirectional travel in the hallways. They even have security personnel to remind shoppers the appropriate direction. Masks are mandatory.

Decent mall, doesn;t compare to the malls in other suburban area like Vaughn or Missisauga with nicer layouts and generally more parking. Otherwise they have pretty much what you'll need and right off the highway. There are a few dinner spots, but certainly not first choice.

A great mall with the popular stores in it that thankfully has an Apple store in it which saves me having to go down to the Eaton Centre or Yorkdale. Food court is 7/10 for food choices and has a Cineplex AVX attached, so to save money, order food in the food court and bring it “stealthily” into Cineplex to save some $$$ and have a better meal.

Convenient, recent upgrades welcomed however already lagging behind other GTA malls like Sherway and Yorkdale. The lost of Sears has left a gaping hole in its anchor tenants so maybe it's time to rethink strategy and adjust to the current realities of retail. Maybe in the process, they can also rethink the abysmal access point to the subway, albeit this might be more the TTC's lack of willingness to integrate better instead of Cadillac Fairview. You would think that if you're one of the rare GTA malls with access to the subway with Viva routes, you'd try to make it more accessible than its current state where you have to exit outside before getting back into the mall.

Great mall located in North York. Transit is easy to come by as it is located above Don Mills station. Great selection of stores inside and a big food court. Place is kept tidy and clean and usually not too crowded. Parking is easy to come by at most times.

This mall seems to always been going through some sort of transition. My suggestion stick to a quality formula and work on making it better. The current restrictions at the food court are ridiculous. I understand if people can't sit without a vaccine passport, but to block access to purchasing food is inhumane. This mall targets a certain age group, therefore it lacks the sophistication and vibrant atmosphere. It's exhausting looking for stores when access is constantly blocked with renovation projects. I only visit for when it's absolutely necessary. I find no joy in hanging out at this mall. Try to promote healthy eating instead of diabetic laden foods. Also encourage stores to use recycled or recyclable material for food cartons. There's no point updating a mall if you don't adhere to current standards.

One of the best malls in this area. It is large and spacious as well as neatly maintained. The food court at the lower level is quite big and offers a wide variety of choices. There are lot of stores and most have good offers on their products. It has a Cineplex on the top floor. It is well connected with the Don Mills subway station.

This is a big mall. Similar or maybe bigger than Scarborough Town Centre. It has all the stores available in every other mall in Toronto. I like the food court. It has a lot of natural light and many food choices. If you go early you can power walk inside when the weather is bad. For me Yorkdale in number one but this one is a close second.

It’s always nice to come here. It’s not a very big mall but it has a lot of nice brands here. By the way Sears is closing the store. Besides the clothing and beauty stores, there are also sweets stores like Cinnabon, chocolatiers, Frozen Yoür, Aroma espresso & Bar among others. There is also a Nespresso kiosk here; Cineplex and Shoppers are also available here. You will not expect a big food court here, it means there’s not a good variety of food here. A Subway line 4 station, TTC and YRT bus station are also available here, so it is very convenient. If you are driving here, it has a free parking lot platform.

They have good measures in place for customers safety during COVID-19. Their security guards are walking the mall regularly and directing customers to the proper one way direction. The food court is not crowded and the staff are making sure each table is getting sanitized after each customer.

Been going to this mall for years here in the Scarborough Suburbs of Toronto. They just reasonly installed a new food court that looks like a garden. Very astounding and unique. Like the twin sister of the Scarborough Town Centre, another major mall in Scarborough ????

Love Fairview Mall. As long as it's been open, I remember hanging out with my friends after school. It was a place to go to get snacks and buy things on sale. Cause, my friends and I didn't have much money we would buy fries and one pop and share with our friends. Noone in those days thought about germs from sharing the same pop, and using our fingers to grab fries...in those days, there were no sanitizers, ..we were hungry, and trying to get some fries was the main goal. Now, I spend a lot of time with my two girls,...go for eye shopping...we would say...just to look...but we always end up with few bags of stuff....lol! Fairview has lots of parking, and almost every store you can think of.

Clean/good variety of stores/nice theatre/very wheelchair accessible. Everytime I come to Fairview it looks like the place just opened up that's how clean it is. They have a good variety of stores for anyone's shopping needs including the lego store which is very cool. The movie theatres layout is very easy to figure out and feels as it is on its own floor. The only worry about this theatre is the one elevator that has a reputation of being out of service which has happened to me once or twice and couldn't see a movie so had to completely change my day plans. I appreciate the care they put into the wheelchair accessible washrooms as they don't smell weird but actually smell GOOD with a nice fragrance same with the regular mens washroom (all are sparkling clean )! I really appreciate that Fairview has their dedicated wheeltrans drop off between Shoppers and Cineplex. So if you have a late movie you don't have to worry about waiting outside like Yorkdale.

Indeed a refreshing space for having a decent time ~ Fairview Mall. Nice place, and nice set of brands. I like visiting Zara, H&M, ~ Roots seems like a gender neutral brand. I will not buy these pants ~ or wear them to go on a hike trail. The Colors seem bright and I cannot discover the inspiration. ❤️ I have nothing negative to say but I have nothing positive to say as well. The local newsstand is amazing ~ the lotto tickets on a Saturday morning ~ make me smile. Not sure who buys them but they seem like hope ????????Also discovering this new apparel brand ~ Melanie ~ the designs are pretty ~ and reminds me of 70s fashion~ flowers ???? on a shirt ????Maybe I will wear them when I am 55????????Merci~ The mall is beautiful ~ and offers variety to everyone. A local cafe, a food court , and also various destinations to explore. The help desk is very well staffed. People help answer any queries. The Apple Fairview is one of the most crowded destinations. They perhaps manage more inquiries than any other labels. The food courts have various menu items. They offer a reason for people to enjoy a good meal before rushing to work. I would rate the mall high ~ on convenience , and a very easy to follow design as people move from one nd to the other.

Our to go mall..Due to Pandemic some of the store we love were already closed their branches here like Sears, A&E,Aerie,Pink & VS,Hot Topic ( way earlier),etc. But, you can still visit other stores here to explore like Marshall/Home sense, wider new Apple store, etc.Some part of the mall still under constructions, but more space to park your car. Updated front parking lot.

I live in the area and of course love the mall as well. Even though the mall is closed currently I go to pick up my online orders or to the dentist and for the second time in a row my experience has been horrible due to the Indian security guy in the entrance near Shoppers Drug Mart. He literally would give priority to enter the mall to others from his country origin or to those he ‘likes’ regardless who was there first. #thirdworldmentality #oldhabitsdontdiefast

There is an excellent variety of stores, a theatre and a pretty good food court. Easily accessible by subway, it also has a massive parking lot. Not much you can't find here. The only downside is the apple store which is always packed, and even before, Covid had insanely long lines of people who are usually melting and never in a good mood. If you are looking for an unnecessary conflict, it's the place for you.

The mall is in lockdown mode still. All the entrances are guarded by security. Went to the Apple store to pick up an item. They require appointment ahead of time or else a long wait. There is only curbside pickup and no browsing is allowed in any of the stores.

One of my go to malls in North York area. They have every brand that you can imagine for your shopping needs. The food court area has a good selection of fast food you can choose from as well if you want to eat. Great place to walk around and just window shop or if you're looking to kill some time and want to spend a day here, this is a good place to be

Fairview mall food court's checking for proof of vaccination is a joke. So many unvaccinated people get in saying that they just want to pick up, then they get their food and sit in the food court to eat. If Fairview mall management don't know how to control it.... they can visit the food court in Scarborough town centre and learn how to do it right. A frustrated customer

It’s been over a year and a half since I last visited Fairview Mall. It was under renovation when I was there on Boxing Day in 2019. Lots of stores were closed back then. It was nice to visit again after so long. This mall is now brand new inside. The stores looked really attractive and the washrooms even had touch less sensors sinks and toilets installed. You can basically find the most popular stores here. If you get hungry, there is also a nice food court with lots of tables & seats where you can grab some food. It’s a nice mall to go shopping.

Went to the movies on July 12th to go see Annabella for the second time due to the fact my boyfriend and I couldn't hear it the first time as the volume had issues when we went to another theater we were not told about it told tickets were already purchased anyways out of all that received 6 * free * movie passes this place to see a movie is recommended as never had an issue here

I haven't been there in years, but visited yesterday. They moved the movie theatre. Where did the massive food court go? I think it may be under construction . Disappointing that everyone has to walk outside around the former Sears store to get to TTC or vice versa. Long walk for elderly in all weather. Very few signs in mall on how to access TTC and fewer directions to the mall from TTC. If I wasn't familiar with the mall I may still be outside wandering. Maybe not, but you get my point.

Very disappointed ???? I have been asked to leave that I am not allowed to shop at stores. Because I cannot wear a mask. That is discrimination. Like I cant shop because I have a breathing issue. Same as not being able to shop because I have cancer or because I was autistic or had no leg. How dare you. ???? wrong on all accounts. Put yourselves in someone's position if shoe was on your foot. I did nothing to cause this disability. Should not cause me to be unable to shop in any store. ????????????????????
