Here you will be able to see the opinions of people like you who use the products of Erin Mills Town Centre (Mall) in the area close to Argentia (Canada).
At the moment the business receives a rating of 4.3 stars over 5 and that rating has been based on 127 reviews.
You may have noticed that the average of ratings that it reaches is really positive, and it's based on a very high number of feddbacks, so we can be quite sure that the assessment is very credible. If there are many people who bothered to value when they are satisfied with the service, is that it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to put reviews when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Mall belongs to the category of Shopping mall.
Love this mall. It is not huge so you don't have to walk a lot. Mall center area is redesigned a it is beautiful during holiday season. Food court is big and nice but too noisy. I guess voice echo too much in that food court.
This mall is HANDS DOWN one of the cleanest in Ontario. I've shopped in Erin Mills Town Centre for many years......and it has absolutely no "eeww" factor anywhere (including all the washrooms)! Always a nice and relaxing experience when walking through and shopping. Great food court as well!
Ok mall they had sears but they closed down in my opinion management can do a better job all over is ok mall
A nice modest mall the whole family can enjoy. The center of the mall has fake grass that children can run around on and enjoy. Not a crowded place at all, very relaxing and convenient. Parking is only confusing, and variety of stores is not to the extent as square one, but definitely a top notch mall.
I have to say that I am very disappointed with this mall. With it being "modern", you would expect it to accommodate everyone! Being a new Dad, I now rate establishments for my needs and what most Dads look for when they visit a mall with their infant children. I was appalled when I had to feed my 2 month old daughter and I was shocked to see that their "modern" shopping mall only accommodated "Nursing Mothers". Where are the Dads suppose to go? Family washrooms? The only chair there was a dirty toilet! I had to find a quiet bench near the old Sears to feed her. I hope the people stared at me and my daughter because people forget that children have Dads too and we need a safe, semi private room to feed our children too! And yes there are malls that accommodate both parents! Erin Mills town centre is not one of them!
Great selection of products despite Covid and how it has affected life as we once knew it. Staff was diligently enforcing mask protocols. Awesome! Suggestion: Please ensure staff are more observant and friendly. I didn’t appreciate being watched when I was drinking my coffee and a staff member assumed I was just walking around carelessly with my mask below my chin. Thank you so much.
After the new improvements Erin Mill Centre has become a great mall! It has a lot more stores and it's in a convenient place. They still need more brand stores and make up stores. The food court is good but again it needs more well known resturants. There are lots of parking spots around the mall, but no underground parking.
Nice mall for a quick shopping, however if you’re looking for more stores and/ or brands, I guess square one is the place to go
Best shopping Mall in town logicsl prices abd on sales Wawoo prices dropping
Some stores have closed down but the mall continues to be a well light space that allows a moderate amount of shoppers to move around without being too crowded.
Went to the mall for a doctors appointment Was checked at the door And only certain people are aloud in their mall So sad to see all the stores closed The mall was so clean and even the washrooms were so clean Was nice to be able to visit the doctor Hope the mall will be open soon
Good Shopping mall with lot of shops. Parking is huge, so you will always find parking. Has got bus connectivity also for people who need public transportation. Has got a food court also in case you want to eat. There is a Walmart also in it with interior and exterior entrances
Great mall after the renovations. The food court is great and there is a decent selection of shops. It's not as grand or varied as Square One but that also means you don't have to deal with the massive crowds you find there either.
Good and very clean mall. Found most of the branded shops. Parking is available all the time.
Always loved this mall. It’s pretty clean , neat not very crowded with some amazing shops and food court. Plenty of parking spots . My fav food options . Turtle jack restaurant. Bubble tea spot. Amaya express Indian Subway Also the food court has a beaut view if you could find spot facing the glass . You wouldn’t regret . Miniso shop fits into budget and lid cap shop is my fav shopping spot.
THIS MALL IS TAKING OFF WELL.....LOVE THE FOOD COURT AND THE SCENERY THAT COMES WITH IT.....THE LAYOUT OF THE MALL IS GREAT...... FOUND SOME GREAT PLACES TO SHOP.....????
This place is too big and many shops under one roof. Food court is also good. Washrooms are clean. Ample parking available
Newly renovated, clean and a good selection of stores and eating establishments. I hate the fact that they turn off the escalators off 1 hour before closing.
The new renos made this mall so much better and nicer
I'll give 5 stars today only because of customer service. They were closing and with a line up the lady price matched my receipt manually. Really appreciate it.
I find this to be one of the best malls in Mississauga after the new renovations. There is a bunch of new stores and shops. They also have a great new food court. If you compare Erin Mills to the Square one, Erin Mills is much better. It is also very clean and spacious making shopping fun and exciting!
A pretty decent mall, it’s not my favourite mall hence my review, but it has all that a mall should.
Loved the place, totally beautiful and less crowded
Lots of business under one roof friendly and cozy two story centre lots of parking spaces and disable parking and entrance friendly
It was good experience with shopping and fun. Enjoyed it.
Good Marketing place, it has everything in it , almost all top brands. And a brighter food court.
I WILL NEVER GO TO WHITE CARAT EVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE, ACCUSATORY CUSTOMER SERVICE . I'D RATHER WATCH PAINT DRY WHILE SLOWLY SIPPING A V8.
This mall has that small town, old timey feel to it because it always seems half empty. That lack of busyness is good if you want to get in and out fast as compared to Square One down the street. Less so if you’re looking for inspiration or a nice indoor walking loop.
Wasn't very crowded when I visited this place.. has no of outlets and entry to specific stores from outside as well and all stores are interconnected from inside.. almost all good brands are here as well as the affordable ones.
I like this mall. Great location and it has yor brand names and other stores that is reasonably priced. A fair selection of food to choose from at the food court, from healthy, vegan and your regular fast food. Lots of parking and a small messy Wal-Mart.
Great mall and has an amazing combination of fast food places....
Solid mall you can visit multiple times. Probably the best in Mississauga. Good variety of stores, makes it a one-stop shop for various chores you may need to complete. I am a big fan of the food court here. And the place looks pristine with the newly finished renovations.
I like the Old Navy at Erin Mills Town Centre. It's very big and always has good sales. I also like the children's clothes as they are very affordable and good quality. There are also lots of other stores that are good. I find it less busy at this mall than it is at Square One.
The Barbers Chair in Erin Mills is the best place i’ve gone to get my hair cut. Very professional, great people, and very kind, I recommend going to Rahul and Admon. Both do very good jobs and are extremely kind.
It's a nice mall, getting more upscale with staples for the community though. Not too busy.
Easy access to all the shops because of the architecture of the building.
This mall is becoming lively by the day. It’s spacious, events organized for kids and adults, seat dal activities, and much more. I find myself turning to Erinmills more. I would want to see more well known brands with a mix of small business owners.
The sushi they serve is fresh and the prices are affordable especially an hour before they close, were they have this special offer. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
Bodacious Bath Bombs at Erin Mills town centre love this place
We went for ribfest 2021, it was very well organized, busy, but good! I recommend it.
They have really made efforts to improve the mall and it does show. A new theatre complex is in the works where Sears store was. That does sound very promising. This is a good smart looking mall and in my opinion right next to the sq.1 mall
This mall is without a doubt one of the cleanest in the province. For many years, I've shopped at Erin Mills Town Centre. I got some lovely exterior images to highlight the architecture of this fantastic mall, which is one of my favorites. Make a point of visiting Erin Mills Town Centre for a stroll and clear your mind without clearing out your wallet. It also has a large assortment of stores. A good food court is also available.
the first time I visited this mall in a few years. It's definitely grown up and looks fabulous on the inside. Walmart has been added as the Bay has left. Great place to do some shopping although the layout of the mall is not the most easy to navigate. Still love the Center Court area though period in the new food court area is fabulous too.
Amazing mall with variety of stores, great food area with pati too
nice place to getaway from life for a while. good food court, but is missing good Asian cuisine aside from a sushi place and a Thai Express. not much to do except shop/window shop, and the arcade place isn't that great compared to the Rec room in square one. if you wanna buy clothes, drink boba (very good btw), and eat great ice-cream (PURDYS is very good too) then Erin Mills Town center is good for ya. not so good if you wanna walk around with friends for a while, cuz its too small and the store diversity isn't that great.
Nice enough mall, but keep your kids away from the centre area. Our son ran into a sharp object and needed three stitches in his head. we went back a few weeks later, and there was an extremely creepy man sitting there taking pictures of the children. A little bit of mall security would be nice.
Clean. For disabled people it is very difficult to shop here. It takes a long time to walk from the bus area to the Hakim Optical and then to the Walmart store. After I am done at the Hakim Optical I will hopefully never return to this mall.
Loved to explore so many new stores ❤
Will be nice once it's done. Lots of empty shops right now. Foodhall is great. Very clean and bright.
I attended a Rotary charity Ribfest in the Parking lot of this centre along with about 10,000 area residents over the last week of June 2021. The folks at Erin Mills Town Centre permitted the space to be used to help the Mississauga Rotary clubs raise funds for some terrific local charities in a time of serious need. These folks at Erin Mills Town Centre sent a very clear statement that they are not only part of the community, but are determined to help out and make a difference by supporting local charity. When shopping local options return to normal one can only hope that Erin Mills Town Centre and all of it's retailers are rewarded with a community preference to shop here. Outstanding.
A small(er) mall but that’s what makes it less overwhelming and still has decent collection of stores.
It is a very nice shopping mall with popular stores, such as Bay, Walmart, Tiptop, etc. It is the right size; neither too big or too small. It also has a very good free WIFI service. The view from the food Court is fantastic.
One of my favourite places to go and shop or just hang out with friends. This mall offers a great variety of stores but is kind of lacking in the electronics department. Overall the floors are always clean and ever since the renovation happened the interior seems bigger and more welcoming.
A great shopping mall. A little crowded on weekends, and a rather large group of teenagers on every level. However for the most part this place is clean and has rather great amenities. One thing to note though would be the concierge station has no idea what it is doing, and asking for directions will end with you extremely lost. However, you are quickly able to set yourself back on track with the help of maps placed around the mall.
Great atmosphere. Free parking, very spacious mall. No congestion.
Its awesome place for shopping and hangout. There is food court also. I love to shopping from erin mills.
Went there the other day with my daughter. The store that I wanted to go to was closed by the time I got there, that sucked! At least my daughter got most of what she wanted. Have to go back to pick up a t-shirt for her and maybe this time the store that I wanted to go to will actually be open ????
This mall has everything I need. It's renovation a couple years ago made this place look modern and amazing! Everyone is friendly and it's not as busy. The cafeteria is huge with a great view! It's got a big colossal window that let's a lot of light in! The center of the mall was replaced with a huge glass globe! Makes the center Christmas tree look fantastic!
Very nice place to cool down on a very humid summer days.
I really enjoyed visiting the Centre to see this wonderful balloon sculptures by the he very talented Mark Verge.
It's a big big and big mall, I guess you can find everything under one roof from food to clothing. There are lots of different brand clothing for every age individual and the same case is with food. They will provide every type of help to the kids, younger and older. Every individual should visit this mall.
Nice mall with all the right stores.
A very nice indoor mall. Clean. Busy at lunch hour during the week with 2 near by high schools. The mall seem like it has very good air handling... with many fresh air changes. When we were having lunch on the food court I honestly felt like there was a wind storm going through the place. Well done.
Great hours if you work there. Majority if the stores in this mall are independent stores. But with all the renos going on, the mall has potential to be something amazing. If only they would get a TD bank in the mall. That would be great. Oh and maybe more food court selection. But all in good time i guess.
Great mall with stores that offer clothing for youth aged 11 to 14, like Kids Foot Locker. The mall's anchor store is Hudson's Bay, has a terrific variety of fashions for youth, ladies, and men. When the Bay offers clearance sales, you can get amazing deals on brands like Polo, Calvin Klein, Nike, Adidas, Champion, and Tommy Hilfiger. There are other great
Perfect for everything you need from food, grocery, clothes, jewelry and Mobiles. You get everything right here under one roof. What else do we need right ????.
I love this mall. Most of the shops were very friendly and offering deals. The mall itself is modern and clean.
Love the decor for christmas
Decorative! Fall is fun! Christmas decorations! Very lively and happening. Great place to walk around, get a coffee, browse, and relax while doing window shopping lol
The renovations are nice. Really easy to get in and out of, there's always parking and it's never so busy that you feel like you're pushing through a crowd. Good selection of stores. I miss the old mini golf in the centre of the mall.
This mall is not too big and not too small. They have everything from fashion to food. My baby loves going to the park in the middle of the mall. They always decorate it depends on the season, very creative!
Great mall, nicely laid out. Found everything I need.
A very laid back atmosphere and not very crowded Monday-Friday.
Much much better than it used to be. It used to be dark and gloomy, looking super ghetto, now it's bright, lots of light from the skylights they added, also made it a lot better by getting rid of the middle floor that served no purpose, and giving an open, liberating feel to the place. The food court was also much better, bright and open. Would recommend coming now :)
Awesome mall and good cleanillness. ????????????????
Big mall with little to do. Food court has good food in person but don't ever order delivery food tastes different when your not there to criticize them.
The new remodel is really nice. It's bright, open and really pleasant to wander around in. The is a wide variety of stores for your shopping needs and a decent variety in the spacious food court. They have also put the mini golf back in. It's not as good as the original bit still nice to have back to kill time.
Newly renovated. It looks very nice. Standard selection of stores. Walmart will soon be coming. They often have community events happening in in the centre square. Food court is my favourite part. There is a great view from there.
One stop shop for all ur needs had been more good if had Dollarama inside the mall.
Good place for all essentials and errand runs.
Please everyone stay away from the taking picture with Santa at this mall the worst company is handling it cherry hill it was my first time at this mall I waited for the taking picture it was worth because santa was the kindess person with every child I feel bad for him he had no extra person to ask him anything the people at computer one who so called was manager and other old aged lady by name of bushra had no experience of anything she wanted to sell me the 50 dollar package when I asked she shouted at me and told me to get lost then the manager came stop the costumer will call security but I didn't I waited for the manager to be kind but she is asking me what's going on why u waiting here then instead me she calling security m impolite they were all from India or Pakistan but had no idea of anything just wanted all to buy one package of 50 dollar and they will decide which picture to print everyone was upset but left choosed to pay please anyone who eats their happy moment stay happy report don't go there
Spaced out seating areas and the mall is tastefully decorated for Christmas
Pretty amazing mall. You have access to every amenity or facility you can think off, right from your banking needs and grocery shopping to salon and kid shopping needs
I really like this place, except for a couple of stores (like the Body Shop)... When they renovated it, it became so much better. There's many stores that are convenient for a one stop only, and it's located in a great part of Mississauga. The food court is not the biggest, but it does have a decent amount of choices. They're also still opening new stores and they seem promising!
Great place to shop and find lots of various foods! The mall has some amazing architecture built in and lots of various holiday events going on. Mall can become busy at times but overall a great place to do weekly shopping or shop for more specialized items.
Pretty good deals sometimes. A lot of renovations, starting to look very nice.
Good selection of stores. Not as busy as other malls. Clean.
It's a nice mall not big and not small. Has most of the chains you would expect in a mall.
It's a big mall and has a good brands in it for shopping also to have a bite and fun for kids.
I love this mall, it's big, has a lot of stores, i love their old navy. i just wish they didn't take out their iconic clock tower,
This is one of the oddest stores that I've ever been into. You have to walk up and down all these aisles to get to every single store. There seems to be an easy way to get around but you get lost very quickly because you have to walk up one Island in town the other. Nice enough stores by the mall is very confusing because you can't find your way around very easily. I have not shopped here in a while and I just went back and it is the same experience and probably won't be returning.
I like the older look of the mall when it had the Clock Tower. It had a very nice theme. The more modern look doesn't really match with the parts of the mall that remained constant. This mall is very close to my home so I go to it often. It is a good place to shop.
Great location huge Walmart. Easy parking clean
My favorite place. Not too crowded. There's a new Marshall's there. Huge store.
Moderate sized mall with some good stores and smoke parking. Good for basic shopping needs.
This is one the best malls in Mississauga. Its a bit small compared to Square One mall. But it has all important stores you cam find. The food has variety food like greek ,healthy food ,chinese, sushi, bubble juice , Indian food and also fast good like A&W and KFC. Each season they change their theme the centre of the mall. Kids can come and play. Excellent place. Washroom and family rooms are available.only thing is feeding rooms are only allowed for women. Love this mall.
Love this place. I missed the old clock tower they had. That’s what what made the mall as in what it was knowing for. Now they have a big ball on top. I liked that they opened a Walmart there. They have decent stores and not a bad place to shop
This is one of my favorite centers in Mississauga, you can find all essential shops like major clothing brands and anchor shops, Walmart, Shoppers, barber shop, and cafes as well as non essentials like jewlary, toy shops, a large kids soft play shop, a shared business center and vision shops to name a few. It is very spacious and even before covid days it doesn't get that crowded during weekends. They used to do beautiful Christmas decorations and activities. Some music schools used to come and perform in the center area too. I honestly hope covid will be gone soon so life can go back to normal because as I am writing this review I am remembering all the good activities this mall used to do. They once did a major LEGO event for kids and my son had the time of his life with access to all kinds of unlimited LEGO blocks from all shapes and colors and all what was required is to donate money for good-cause that the organizers don't get anything from! Amazing days really.
Has a nice layout the representative is a nice person
tl:dr - go to Square One. The folks in charge of this mall have chosen to do everything they can to make the building, its immediate surroundings, and their own economic future as horrible as possible, since around 2012. There is no more movie theatre, no more large fountains, no more beautiful glass ceilings, no more natural light, no more lush indoor vegetation and full-grown healthy trees (you heard me!), no more mini-golf, no more small shops (rent is through the roof), no more stairs (only escalators), and almost no more Canadian shops (mostly just luxury and rich foreign companies willing to pay high rent)... Worst of all, there is no more of that unique, truly magical, glass and steel clock-tower, that made the mall twice the height it is now, with all the gears visible, with four faces to the clock, visible in over half the city. What did they replace with it, you ask? A massive, hideous, frequently leaking, glass ball - that does nothing. It is also about half the height of the old structure, literally shrinking the mall's presence in the city. Now a designated "tourist destination", the mall owners have hiked the rent, and keep trying to maintain and repair this ugly, dumb ball, that nobody likes, having already costed multi-millions to build. I do not go to this shell of a mall anymore - they have sealed their fate by ignoring every best practice and opportunity to learn from and engage their community and embrace sustainability. The city can, and must, do better than this.
Haven’t been to this mall over 15 years, wow what a fantastic experience starting with Guest services Amna, helpful to locate my appointment at Tbooth. Thank you for assuring me and guided me where the authorized Apple dealer is. Appreciate your care, wish you continued success. The bathroom super clean, thank you, it was a pleasant experience.
Erin Mills is a nice enough mall. It's not crammed full of people like Square One normally and that wins major points. It means typically you can go in, walk around in peace and get your shopping done. They are trying to keep up to date and remodel somewhat frequently and I appreciate that. They have decent stores and ample parking space.
Nice mall, a bit of an odd layout. But that made it refreshingly different. Lots of nice stores, and things to do.
Loved my first experience there. The stores we were shopping at helped tremendously
I like this mall and what they are doing as an activity for kids , they have amazing marketing team , they know how to attract people to the mall this pic examples for the activities we attended their , it was soooooo nice my baby was very happy, every time she attended any event she was satisfied and happy , thanks for all Erin mills team work hope all the best for u in the future Again today very good event for spring
My favorite shopping spot all under one roof.
This place is good, and especially the dome in the middle is very interesting transmitting light from outside. it is usually not very crowded that makes it easy to shop, also it has places to eat and also for tea and coffee.
One of the best malls in Mississauga. I’ve stopped going to Sq1 because they renovated this mall and it’s amazing now. Also they got some new great shops and the food court is super awesome now too. Plus they keep the middle section always updated according to the season. My main mall!
This is mall is very modern and lets in alot of natutal light. The food courts has lots of offering to choose from with lots of seating
Great alternative to square one shopping centre. Less crowded and great variety of stores and a nice spacious food court. Bus terminal a bit far to walk to and from the mall. Has a Wal-Mart but still prefer the one at Square-One. The Dollar Store at Erin Mills Town Centre located towards the North West End of the compound separate from the mall itself is really good with lots of variety.
Many stores to shop. I like it since its enclosed
Nice place to visit. So many shops are there for shopping.
Great mall! Not as many stores as other malls but it's a very clean, open, bright, and family friendly mall. The centre court and food court renovations are beautiful. Needs more elevators for accessibility though.
Very spacious mall and you can find almost everything here!!
It's a cool place with a lot of things going on.
Still very well maintained, unlike few other places where they either dejected or became slow during this pendemic, but Erin Mills town centre maintained its place in all areas.
This is a very nice mall. If you are living far away it isn't worth the drive but if you leave pretty close this will be a great place for some weekend shopping. They have all the general stores. Staff in stores are okay. One staff member was rude but that is more the store's fault. One thing that bothers me is that the stores all over the place with no map at all. You can spend hours turning around looking for something. The stores are sometimes very small and it is very hard to stay 2 meters or 6 feet away. overall for just an hour or two it is a good mall. I pop in here sometimes for a little bit. Pretty good to be honest. I can see they tried their best in covid. Thank you to them.
Best mall in the area .. many shops and nice food court with a terrace .. alot of activities for the kids on weekends
Great food and lovely mall area
Getting busy but good place to shop lot of brands are opened now
I came tonight at 6pm Monday as I’m craving for one of my favorites fried chicken and I was amazed by how friendly and helpful the 2 hardworking ladies on both sections of the restaurant. Good customer service! Keep it up! ????
Clean and easy to navigate and liked Hazel MacCallion's display. ????
I have been here multiple times and all of them have been great, the mall is very clean and there is a lot of different stores. The food court is amazing and there are a bunch of different options to choose from (even a vegetarian one). The only thing I am sad about is the big area and fountain in the middle of the mall, it is still closed due to covid measures even though the food court has opened their seating.
Erin Mills Town Centre is center of attractions in Mississauga, it has all the brand's available and operating under one roof. Pricing is reasonable and most of the time you would find discounts on products. Structure of the building is nicely built and hallways are so wide that even in rush season it is comfy place to walk. Even if you plan to go for window shopping you would end-up spending money on your favourite things, you can't resist not to buy things here. Outside parking space is huge around the building. Just keep in mind that you would need plenty of time to visit and enjoy your shopping experience here.
A great modern clean mall. So many great stores to choose from. I was only planning on stopping by quickly but I ended spending alot longer than originally planned. The Walmart is a bit smaller but still convenient. Starbucks in the mall is great, well spaced and lots of seats. Totally worth going here easy to get too and close to the 406.
One of the best in Mississauga. Sanitizer stations are available. Food courts are open now. Almost all the shops are back to function. Also few deals going on in selected stores. Overall I love the mall, also we stay close by so it's our go to place whenever we are bored.
Great mall. Not so crowded Doesn't have all your luxury brands like Square One but good enough mall
Mall looks new, good size food court but there is something not matching like the mall is not belongs to the place. Feel emptiness throughout the mall
I really like the way how the mall is kept clean and attractive
I have been visiting Erin Mills Town Centre for the last 25 year's. Very similar Square One, the new renovation has given a elegant and classy look... always enjoy the variety at the food court!????️????
Store selection isn’t the greatest. Food court isn’t bad!
Great place to shop, it has all the highstreet stores. seems to be kept clean and all shops looked occupied. Parking was easy and plentiful so finding a spot was not hard and not far to walk to the mall. Disabled access is good and what you would expect from a major complex. Over all a great place to do your shopping.
They've improved this place in terms of layout and design. Still some of the good old stores I remember from when I was a kid going to this mall. They put a mini-golf course back into the center of the mall, which is a nice nod to the old course (the old one was MUCH better). I'm not sure a whole lot of people go to the mall to just "go to the mall" anymore but it's a nice clean mall.
It’s a nice mall, probably one of the best below Square One. Lots of stores and the environment is clean and nice.
Nice mall. Has a lot of stores. Great decorations during Christmas.
Erin Mills Town Centre is unfortunately just a "I need to go get something and it's the closest location" sort of situation. I would never choose to go to Erin Mills Town Centre on a day off (unless I'm feeling particularly lazy) especially since Square One Shopping Centre is just an extra 10-15 minute drive. Most of the stores here you don't know when they will be leaving the mall as their is not enough traffic to keep them in business. There's really not much to see and there is a lack of variety. They do however, sometimes host events in the middle of the mall which can be fun, but it's rare and far between.
Nice mall, kind of forgot about it until I went the other day. Good for Christmas shopping because it has everything
Very good indoor shopping centre.Newly renovated. Nice food court.
You've never really been to a mall until you've been to a mall with a big orb on top. Why travel all the way into Toronto to see a big Christmas tree when you can just stop at Erin Mills Town Centre and see their really big Christmas tree. It must be a really good mom because Santa stopped by every year. And it also has a Tim Horton's see my other review for Tim Hortons to know what I mean. It's the mall-iest mall you've ever been to!
It’s loud here but better and less busy then square one.
Its a good mall, but compared to other malls in the GTA (such as square one and eaton centre), its quite boring and there isn't a lot of nice shops for teenagers. The location is really convent though, its near two different high schools and there are good places to eat during lunch and stuff. The staff are amazing though, and I love the way they have decorated for Christmas!!
Nice for people who live near by. Doesn’t give much options especially when u have square one and heartland around few KM one might wanna switch to drive and shop to those places . Not too far from 403 and credit valley hospital with ample parking space. Easy place to be with wonderful center court .
Need more mother's parking spots with space for wide doors... In the underground
Clean and open. Loved the Christmas décor and recently added Santa's photo booth for the kids!!.
I was expecting a line up but it was good. I visited around 3:30 pm on a Sunday and there was literally no big crowds no line up to go into the fitting rooms, nothing. If you are looking to run to the mall to grab a few things then I would suggest this mall and this time. Just be mindful to check if the store you are looking to shop is located at this mall as a few stores are closed down now :(
Decent mall with good selection of shops. Great thing about the mall is it is usually not too crowded except for the attached Walmart. The mall itself has a great food court, Turtle Jack’s & ample parking. Easy to commute in bus. Great atmosphere!
A staple for erinmills growing population a less populated place in Mississauga to get shopping done.
Just go to explore yourself... Compare to square one it is less crowded and easy accessible. Wonderful stores and very neat food court.
Very nice mall with a good design an architecture
I find that the Erin Mills Town Centre has always been one of my favourite shopping malls! I'm not much of a big fan of outdoor commercial strip plazas and even with the difficult year of 2020 it's always nice to get into a public space and maintain respect for others! They used to have an incredible Clock Tower at the top of the Erin Mills Town Center facility which was replaced by a giant sphere in recent years however I find that the experience is always still delightful though I missed the indoor golf course that used to be centered in the Erin Mills Town Centre it was kind of expensive but it was amazing so Erin Mills Town Centre always has been an amazing Mall, I miss some of the original features but it surely looks Splendid and most of the employees on staff do a great job of maintaining the facilities! Be sure to go by Erin Mills Town Centre and I took some nice external shots to highlight the architecture a great mall one of my favourites make sure to go to Erin Mills Town Centre and take a stroll and clear your mind without clearing out your wallet.????????????????????????
Cute mall, has most of the basic stores that my demographic like. Clean, quiet, and that giant ball in the center is pretty cool.
Very big parking lots. Big place with lots of stores
This place has changed so much. Way cleaner and chic
Many good brands in one place. Unfortunally, all the stores close early (around 6 or 7pm)
The best public bathrooms in the entire country. Please mall builders all over North America go and see I
I visited this mall today (2015-08-01) with family members. The renovation is not 100% complete, still a bit messy to get around. My estimate is that 5% or more of the stores are still "opening soon" or "coming soon", 10% of the total commercial surface is still under renovation, including the previous Target Area & the main entrance. At some places you can still see electrical wires overhead & construction walls. The new food court has a new fresh look but still too few food vendors (maybe 6-7). For a better shopping experience, I would recommend you folks to come back next year, summer of 2016 or even better summer of 2017.
Great mall all the shopping you need and good location with great connectivity via public transit.
I love this mall and have seen it continue to re-develop over the past 30 plus years. It’s a beautiful neighbourhood and many anchors stores have come and gone. Still, this a well as Square One are my favourite and I enjoy coming here to shop, browse or eat in the food court.
When it comes to shopping I like to go to less crowded malls and this one is just right. Not too quiet and not too crowded. I like the food court even though I wish they had better varieties but the seating areas are great and it has a terrace and lovely view. There is a new TJMax store there a Walmart and the bay. Nice collection of stores. Huge old Navy which I like for back to school clothing for my boys.
Returned an item received by mail. No problems and very helpful staff.
Cozy and warm place.. I like it
The mall has been getting better and better over the years as more stores have been added in. The center court is very appealing to the eye now with the big ball architect structure. Clean, good hours, and customer service is very helpful.
A decent mall, has many relevant and good stores. Great food places too! The food court has an amazing view of outside. Christmas time is amazing here because of the beautiful, huge Christmas tree.
The mall has everything I need and want. One stop shopping. The hairdressers are great. The food choices are good. I love The Bay!
Excellent mall if you have small children. They pretty much always have something going on in the main circle area. Great for families to go and pass some time with the little ones while still getting you shopping done. My wife loves the place. She says there is always something for the kids to do. 5/5
Happy new year ????
Nice mall but no shoe stores sadly.
All the stores are opened and ready to serve. Town Center was clean including washrooms. Hand sanitizers are available at the doorstep of every store. It was not crowded as usual due to pandemic that is sad.
Prefer the old mall and clock. Very clean and bright, it is nice having The Bay and Walmart in one mall. This mall is one stop shopping, lots in the area. The elevator is broken a lot, so be aware of the ones in stores, has public washrooms, but not enough for the amount of visitors. The food court is very bright.
Erin Mills Town Centre, all in all is a pretty decent, smallish, mall. It has its own dedicated food court and pretty good selection of stores. The parking outside is quite decent as well. The only thing it really is lacking is maybe a cinema. That would completely seal the deal.
Nice place with good crowd… Worth going there..!!
This shopping mall doesn’t have great shopping options ! I find the mall mostly empty on regular days, except for lunch time during school days which gets super busy with high schoolers from across the street! (Best to avoid those times). The mall went through many renovations yet it’s not improving at all! They used to have a movie theatre which was great but they shut it down... honestly I would rather go to square one ... this mall isn’t useful at all ...
Representative Barbara was amazing ????, she provided excellent customer service. She was well verse on the products, and was able to provide answers to the questions we had. Will recommend Erin Mills location to family and friends. Thanks Barbara you made our shopping experience wonderful. Thanks, Satisfied customer.
Great choices for shopping. Easier to navigate than square one.
A great mall with lots of parking and some good store options!
Very convenient and comfortable place for shopping, not crowded. Lot of parking available almost all around. Like the food court and lot of halal food options. Fast food, Chinese and other too even you find baryani here. Walmart available here.
Loved it. Nice shopping mall. For dine in food court. You have to be vaccinated. Or take out only.
I cant assess ur website, so u may want to check that out.
Very nice mall, not too big not too small , all essential stores are available, not very crowded , sitting options are good you can sit and relax ,Walmart and Hudson Bay is also connected with the mall, shoppers drug mart, dental clinics and hair salon are also there, lots of parking and good food options in food court.
Nice place to stroll around and has some great shops for interior antiques as well.
I don't go often to malls and haven't been to this in awhile. But it tries to be updated, so that makes it clean and modern. Not as crowded as it was before or during holiday season but still a good place to "hang out" for teens or family who want to go around. Pros: Clean and the RW&Co clothing store has a great collection.
This mall has an unusual layout. Much of the mall is accessed by outdoor walk ways. Some stores are tricky to find. Look for signage along driveway perimeter. Parking is very bad at peak times also.
Pretty good selection of stores and services! The new renovation has so far given the mall a new fresh look, and a new clean shopping environment!
Some stores were good but a couple of my favourite stores have gone. I'm afraid this place is getting more high end stores too which are expensive. There used to be a couple of stores that had really good stuff at ver reasonable prices and good deals at Christmas. I would do 75% of my Christmas gift shopping there. This year, I could not find anything.
Very kid friendly. Well kept and kids love the firetruck strollers
I m fully satisfied. Everything thing is available thereat.
Really impressed by the architecture and cleanliness of the mall.
I love this place. Always active with some festivities. Always Clean and kids friendly. Plus all the stores under one roof makes shopping easy. Food court is excellent as well and u can have something to eat from breakfast to dinner!
Comparing to Squareone, this mall is smaller and less stores. Every month there will be some events in the centre which I find great for family to hangout and participate. The food court is large with nice view
Really nice updates have been made!
Stopped at the Wamart at Erin Mills centre. Place was almost empty. No line up to get into a store. Surprisingly this Walmart was very well supplied in merchandise. There was also lots of gel like sanitizers on shelf in large clear bottles. Not expensive too. Big bottle was $10 (bottle about 1L volume).
Hopefully I can revisit this review after the renovations are done as it is starting to look a lot better and you can see it will make a big difference in the appearance of the mall. Its just been going on for far too long and hopefully they can finish all the renovations soon. The food court is the only good thing about this mall with a good selection and also most of the restaurants in the food court also serve halal options.
Good place to shop .. buts it's just another shopping mall
This mall needs a little additional entertainment. Maybe a cinema theatre or more restaurants/bard would help a lot!
My phone broke and I am unable to make any calls on it so I needed to go to tbooth just to book an appt to get it fixed but the mall security wouldnt even let me in the mall. They told me I needed to call ahead and book an appointment and I explained to them I absolutely would, but my phone is broken so I can't and they told me to go to a neighbours house (during a lockdown) and ask to borrow their phone??? These safety measures make no sense
Mall is aesthetically pleasing and clean. Selection of stores could be better, considering Square One is only a 10 minute drive away. A LOT of their nicer stores closed due to the pandemic, being left empty or replaced by unappealing stores. They don’t allow you to bring dogs in the mall, despite other malls allowing them inside so long as you carry them in your hands. My biggest apprehension is that the mall is a popular spot for high school students to loiter, especially with 2 huge high schools right across the street from the mall. Not the most peaceful place to shop in my opinion.
Clean and spacious mall. Offer some businesses such as Kate Spade or Coach similar to Toronto Premium Stores. I would recommend four well maintained mini putt courses in the front entrance of the mall . It would be great to offer time with friends families to use this fun activity. It could be open May to October weather permitting. Another activity would be zip lining which is extremely popular. You can also offer Live music on weekends Friday Saturday Sundays. The genre of music can be jazz or family type music.
Not a very good walking mall, if your just looking to walk around a browse you'll be out of the mall within 15 mins as it turns into sections, its not a rectangular shape like most malls are.
Since the pandemic it was my first visit to the mall to grab something quick and to mail a few things. One of the female guards did not have her mask on her nose was poking through. The other gentleman asked the questions and would let you through. Food court was open for take out they had proper stickers all over the place telling patrons what side to go etc.
Empty & in complete Reno mode. Can't wait to see the End results. Hoping it to be an attraction
Looks like no one's ready for Christmas. The place was deserted, most of the escalators don't work and sales clerks too busy texting rather than assisting customers.
Lots of stores. Eventhough it was Sunday afternoon, it wasn't as busy.
Good mall. Recommend checking out Coco Berry in the food court, in particular!
Good mall to shop and spend time, has almost all necessary shopping items and a good food court, good place to visit with family and friends
Nice mall to walk around especially if you have small children as it's not as busy as Square One. Wish there were more shops in the mall.
I used to love to shop here I do enjoy although due to the pandemic I found a few stores I used to shop at closed now. Sad although I am happy to see the other stores thriving. Glad it is still not a crazy busy mall and you can get most of your needs purchased.
Someone should tell Hazel’s eldest son that Hallowe’en is over. Strolled by the exhibit today and sure enough observed him sitting gargoyle-like in the family section. Black Bart should at least crack a grin if he’s going to present himself as a piece of living art. He’s scaring the children.
Nice alternative to the chaos at SQ1 depending on what you need. Usually getting in and out on the approach roads isn't a problem - unlike SQ1. Mall seems to be nicely renovated on the interior although there are few elevators for stroller/wheelchair users.
I was there fairly early when many of the stores were just starting to open up. It's a nice bright mall. It's not as massive nor crowded as Square One but it still has a nice variety of stores. The small "indoor park" at the centre of the mall is a nice treat; it's a great place to sit and relax while waiting for someone. I also like their bright and spacious food court.
Ever since Erin Mills Town Centre received it's renovation, it has become quite upgraded. The mall now became quite balanced, with a number of shopping opportunities to chose from. Parking is great and the mall is clean.
Cashiers were busy, but friendly. Sales staff was very helpful finding sizes in the clothes we chose. Large store, good selection of clothing.
Its a good mall for family with food court that has halal options also , the washrooms are great, theres a starbucks on lower level and an indoor playground too. There is always some activity going on in the middle near the fountains. Lile during christmas time ul see the biggest tree decorated
Best place to shop specially after remodeling this mall couple years back. Food court is amazing and can not wait to see them get open soon.!
Amazing place with several shops to visit . The kids enjoy to be there as there is place for them to play. The food court has lots of different tastes to try and enjoy while shopping
Our family is really enjoy the shopping experience here. Very friendly customer service staff, professional security officers and lots of store choices suitable for the whole family! There is one time, our car is out of battery and won't start. The friendly security officer surpervisor helped us to boot the car without charge. That is really something beyond their daily duty. We feel really appreciate it. Will highly recommend visiting this shopping mall and meet with friendly staff and security officers.
This place is fantastic. I recently started visiting this place for my daughter. As it is winter season, i needed a place to have her walk and explore. The place isn't crowded much at all, so it is easy for her to walk around without getting lost in the crowd. She loves it. Mall has almost all the branded stores, you will always find deals. Parking is never full, you will always find a spot and that's the amazing part. Lots of restaurants and retails shops are close by. It’s in the center of the happening place. The only feedback I would is on the garbage and restrooms. Sometimes garbages are full and flowing out and restrooms aren’t cleaned. If they could improve on that, I would say ‘five stars’.
They renovated the mall and ever season they have different events in the main level which is very nice to see
Nice shopping place with large parking. The food court has one of the best city views.
Fantastic shopping centre. Lots of parking.
Its a pretty nice mall that's not too crowded. Its easy to be in and out without too much trouble. It has most bigger stores you're looking for plus some other ones that you can enjoy looking at. I don't normally like malls (what with online shopping) but if you need something right away, it's decent to come here and have a nice experience.
Missed Second Cup at Erin Mills. Nice and elegant place.
The store manager Hameed is very approachable and nice and easy to talk too.
I like smaller malls, this one is nice and cozy and you can get in and out quickly.
Brought my mazda to have a few software updates and they were done ahead of time. Inderpreet and all people their are great. Very professional amd will look ro purchase their in the future thank you
First visit since lock down. It was great to get to a couple of stores.
Has a nice and quiet vibe, has a number of mom and pop shops but lacks the premium branded stores. Hopefully the new expansion brings in more variety.
This mall is quiet and clean. It's not a huge mall but it's also not the smallest. It has a great variety of stores for everyone. The setup is such that you dont get lost. Every isle ends up meeting in the middle.
itsa mall ... very busy. alot of stores closed or understaffed
Very quiet during the week, has most stores I need in one mall. Bathrooms are well maintained, decent food court
really nice architecture. awesome. nice selection of stores
I can the the bus or car not far from home. I ca buy food and clothes. It very convenient, especially Christmas is round the corner. The people are great during this time.
Very nice indoor shopping mall with good shops. Spacious passage and nicely laid out
Good variety of stores and not generally busy unless it is Christmas time. Also the food court has many options for the picky eaters out there.
Very clean shopping experience ???? ☺
Amazing place. Used to go to school right across, and watched it grow from a small chill spot for high school students, to an amazing shopping mall that is worthy to compete against giants like square one. Thought the big globe was a massive waste of space and money at first, but I've learned to appreciate it slowly. It's beautiful to see the big glass globe when flying in our out of Canada, really puts Mississauga on the map, literally. The stores are amazing, and I hope this place keeps growing to greatness! Cheers.
The mall is open but there isn't any dining in the food court yet. They have sanitizer stations around the mall and floor makers for people to follow yet most people don't follow them. Overall is it a good shopping experience but bring your mask. Could use some newer stores but if you need something quick you can probably find it here
Erin Mills Town Center is a great place for shopping, walking, intertainment and fun. You can see lots of vary famous stores under one roof, old navy, HM, people's, children place, Wal-Mart, Bay Bulk barn, shopper's drugs mart, Aldo and lots of other stores, and mall is still growing. Many more stores has to be a coming in the future . It is a second biggest mall in Mississauga ,after Square One ⬛
This mall has become a major disappointment, it has had a major facelift, but the place looks worse than it was before. The new owners got rid of the clock tower that had been a landmark for years and replaced it with a ridiculous ball that has been nothing but problems due to shifting and leaking. They also have not come close to get full occupancy and the mall has lost its charm. Square One is a much nicer mall that is not too far from there and is well worth the extra time to get there.
Beautiful mall plenty of stores to choose from
It's a fairly average Mall. Last time I was there, it was relatively empty. The Centerpiece (A 5-6 Story Glass Ball) is pretty nice, though it is pretty annoying they spent 4 Years renovating the entire mall just to replace that iconic Clock Tower with the Ball. There's a nice, open Food Court (at time of writing), and the Mall has a nice, open, modern feel to it, but it's starting to die down traffic-wise, because of the Years of Renovations.
This is regarding “Just Cozy” , they are very rude and have no respect for customers. I purchase stuff all the time. But yesterday my experience was horrible that I ended up leaving the store without buying anything.
Went to Walmart. Stuff everywhere. They need a cleanup on Isle 2!
Nice place and I can get best offer sometime in the different stores.
Big food court with a lot of choices. Nice kids area in the center.
Walmart can afford to have staff at the end of each aisle to make sure shoppers follow the arrows. We need to practice social distancing to protect everyone.
Simple and not over crowded mall that pretty much has everything I would need.
Beautiful Mall and the food court ????is divine ????
Excellent shopping experience with a variety of options to choose from.

This mall is very good and located in a nice neighborhood. It has a small but great food court with a very nice clean environment. There is a decent variety of shopping too. They offer a Santa photo setup during the winter season and also decorated the center of the mall in accordance to the other seasons and events going on. It has a wide range of parking as well which is nice. The area around is nice and has a decent selection of shops too.
Great place to spend a few hours indoors with the kids. The layout is nice, basically in a big circle, and easy to navigate. Lots of great halal options in the food court, and our kids prefer this mall because of the fire truck strollers. ☺️
I love this mall I’ve been going here for over a decade! Urban planet here is huge has the best selection by far their food court is pretty amazing too lots of variety! Also 2 places for bubble tea ????
Not as big as square one or as fancy as yorkdale mall but it's a decent mall with the basic necessities. Since, it's not as busy as the bigger malls, you can easily find parking and have a pleasant time.
Went for an eye exam at Erin Mills Eye Exam Clinic, the staff are fantastic. The tests that are performed are done using modern technology to get the most accurate test results. Dr. Laura Chan is an expert and i would recommend coming here to get your eyes tested. Located at Erin Mills Town Center, upper lot between Shoppers Drug Mart & Walmart. 5 star rating
The food court is nice and big. The mall is clean but there are very limited selection of stores and brands as limit to the space. It is not a best place for window shopping/walking around/hunting deals. But you can get what you want if you have something in mind as long as the brand is in there. Hope there can have more stores open in the mall.
Nice clean mall. Lots of parking, friendly people. The food court is huge and the seating/view is incredible. Not very busy, which is an upside. The new Walmart is perfect, makes it a one stop mall to get everything you need
Adequate shops, clean and maintained mall. Main highlight that I feel is Walmart, Hudson bay etc.
A beautiful Mall worth checking out there are two levels lots of stores to explore such a pity with the Pandemic because not all are open there's also an eating area with different types of foods i highly recommend shopping here
Excellent place to hang out with family. Good shopping options, clean mall, safe and friendly people. Giant christmas tree adds to the decor and engages the kids. There is a Santa in too for photos which makes it fun for kids. Would recommend this place to anyone to have a good time during the day or evening.
Really really nice shopping mall a lot of stores to choose from some thing for everyone there
Midsize mall, easy to navigate. Nice food court, great stores, new Marshalls store just recently opened. Lots of parking, large Walmart store and The Bay store as well. We frequently shop in this mall.
It's an okay and decent mall. I was in there killing time waiting for a friend with an appointment at the hospital which is around the corner. Better than paying for hospital parking. Got myself a Starbucks and Mrs. Fields cookies. Pretty clean mall. Lots of parking. It has all your typical stores. I give it a 3 stars not because it's in anyway a bad mall, but I'm not keen on malls to begin with. So, all malls are 3 stars to me.
It's a very good place. I especially love the architecture! they also have fun programs and events running all the time. Lovee the fountain and the newly decorated sitting area at the bottom floor, really adds to the beauty of the construction!
Love this nice and small mall. Not too crowded
Big mall..many brands. Overall a nice place to shop
Great mall! You will find all your favourite stores inside this mall. Ample parking available.
Good deals, branded stores that always have good sales often, there are always some interesting, fun events for families. food court has huge area and variety of restaurants.
It's a good mall with variety of stores. Very neat.
I haven't been here for awhile. I knew construction was going on. A lot has finished with new stores.
Quiet for this time of year..elevators to the ground floor near Kitchen Plus are not functioning..head down earlier or go to Walmart.
Emma our server was great!! Food was delicious, drinks even better! Felt safe up on the patio????
All other places are normal as before except there was an amazing new mall been opened recently called as MARSHALL selling all kinds of clothes, it make me happy
Nice and happening place. Big shops hence it makes shopping easier and fun. The ground floor is always decorated with something or the other. Fun place to spend an evening with your kids especially toddlers till age 10.
It’s good for what you need it to be. It’s nothing special and it has a pretty bad selection of stores. It’s a lot less busy than square one so if you only need one thing, or just to go to Walmart it’s good. I used to work in this mall and it was pretty dead at times, but I swear most people use this mall as a playground for their kids. There’s always cool events going on for families which I think is the best part of this mall. The shopping sucks though.
Quite a collection of different stores. Only bad experience was in the food court. I went to food court after showing vaccination proof and was waiting for my wife to bring food. The security guard came and asked rudely ‘will you eat something.’ I replied that I am waiting for my wife to bring food which she brought in five minutes. Till then he was hovering around me. I didn’t know that you cannot wait in Erin Mills town Center food court for your wife to bring food.
Convenient place for shopping some of the well known brands. Nice layout.
Excellent mall and lots of stores here. Definitely recommend!
As before i went to the bay again at the perfume counter. And the skin care counter. And as usual great service. The watch lady that fix watch is great and good at the job. She is also very plasant
Always love this mall - medium sized, decent shopping, 3/4 entry points, ample parking all around it. Many good brands if not absolutely high end. Food court has choices too, though could do with some more kiosks. I recommend the guess , Melanie lynn, Laura, body shop , Aldo , Pandora ,H&M and ofcourse- the Shoppers. Contained yet diverse brands if you can’t make it to Square One. Never overly crowded. Clean toilets too. The view from the food court is relaxing too. Natural light filtered through the glass of the “ ball” like dome adds cheer to the place at all times and one does not lose sense of time while shopping I feel. The central sitting area is always nicely done however now covid has set in restrictions there.
I ate at the food court today, for the first time since it was redone (and the first time in a couple years). It is bright and clean with spaces between the tables. The washrooms have been moved and completely redone and this is what impressed me the most. They are clean & large. The accessible stall, which has the baby table, also has a child sized toilet, which I've never seen in a public facility before. There is a nursing room, with a sofa, and a buzzer to get security to let you in. It was full of mom's & strollers. This is a VAST improvement over what I endured when my sons were babies, over 30 years ago. Lovely to see and the best I've ever seen. Great renovation!
Wish there were more shops in this mall.
Good mall and various stores. Maintained well by management.
The mall itself is great, very clean and recently renovated. However, during the lockdown, the mall felt empty because they are only open for businesses dealing with essential services. That's the only reason I didn't give it Five stars this for this experience.
Nice mall with good stores and ambiance. Spacious and lots of parking, food court is just fine. I would go again.
I have been going to this dealership for a couple of years, and the past visit I was very stressed due to COVID-19. Harry has always been an excellent service advisor, but this time he went above and beyond to listen to my concerns and ensure I felt safe during my visit. There's not many people who will go above and beyond, but Harry truly values his customers and ensures they leave satisfied. Thank you Harry!
Beautiful and functional place is presented with a clean environment and a lot of variation in its stores
Not to crowded yet. Very clean
I went there after a long time and after the renovation that was done to this mail. It looks much larger, brighter and better. The food court is bigger and better. Not very busy during the day but weekends could be busy. Erin Mills town centre is a great shopping destination for people in the West end of Mississauga who find Square One too far to travel.
We did an artisan market here today. Overall the mall wasn't as busy as usual (likely due to nice weather). However it's very clean, diverse crowd, nice food court and lots of shops we like (such as David's tea and the bay).
The Bay was disorganized. The mall had many closed stores.
