Told the guest services staff some crackheads were passed out in the parking lot, I was assured security would deal with it. 40 mins later I came back to my vehicle and they were still laying in the middle of the sidewalk causing a young mother to put her child's stroller into the roadway to avoid them.

Nice mall, usually not crowded. Very accessible on the Train, close to medical facilities, good selection of eateries surrounding the mall and a Theatre close by. Many box stores in the district if the mall does not have what you are looking for. Great location. Better layout than others like Chinook Mall. Does not make you walk for miles in linear, it has shape and levels that offer variety and a better experience.

Surprised by the quality of the mall, despite being in the north east. This is definitely comparable to Chinook mall and market mall. Maybe even better. The selection of the shops they got it just awesome.

A lots improved about this mall in 2019.One of the shops I would recommend are Naomi clothing store,If you are a short woman/girl than this place is a rare find. I finally have pant that I don't need to pay extra to get hemmed and they won't go see through! If you are looking for a phone shop Wow mobile was a great place, keep your eye out for deals.

Hi all. I just wanted to take some time to say how much I appreciate the security at Sunridge. I’m always at Sunridge with my family, and the security have proved time and time how dedicated they are to ensure everybody’s safety. There was a time where a drunk women was disrupting those around, and the security never hesitated to do their job. They were extremely respectfully, yet got the job done. I’m very grateful.

Busy Busy Busy! The entrance doors never seem to work and the security guards checking vaccine records are not very friendly. Half the stores don’t pay attention to capacity limits and the ones that do have no idea how to manage a line of customers outside the store. Really frustrating to navigate around a line that has no method to it.

Sunridge Mall 18 Street; NE Calgary has so many shops under one roof including Urban Planet and Shoppers Drug Mart not to mention Hudson Bay if you are looking to pamper yourself with branded perfumes and make uo this the place . It’s so varied from Timberlands or Travel suitcases not forgetting the food court on the upper floor with so much to choose from. All the Razz and jazz is right here under one roof. Or if you are looking to wax/ thread your eyebrows, get connected by any phone network provider Rogers, TellUS, Fido, Chatr) to the outside world Awesome place no two ways about it.

This mall is good, it has all basic stores you would want in a mall including a grocery store. Although it doesn't have many high end stores you can still get lots of shopping done. The food court has a good variety and the line to get in and show your vaccination status isn't terrible.

This is really awkward to say but now that the pandemic has happened I enjoyed my shopping experience a lot more. Why you may ask? There seems to be no more people hawking random products in the middle aisle chasing you to try creams, lotions, hair products etc. Sooooo much better.

Mall lacks seating for husbands waiting for their wives to shop. See Cross Iron Mills and compare the seating. Sunridge has lots of space but no seating aside from the food court.. That's a big mistake and I don't understand why .

Hello, I work here in Sunridge and wanted to say a warm thank you to the security. There’s times when we have to deal with some shoppers who aren’t exactly friendly. When we feel uncomfortable with an encounter we have with people, the security is always able to deal with it in such a professional way. Also, a very big thank you to asma for always being so professional and keeping everything the best it can be. The security are amazing, and I’m very thankful.

This mall is in my opinion better than Polo Park mall in Winnipeg. It's 2x bigger so it has more shops inside. Shoppers Drug Mart is 2x larger too. The rest rooms were clean. Like Polo Park Mall, it's easily accessible by bus or train at a nearby train station across the street.

Arriving at Sunridge mall it was shortly after noon and people were leaving after having their lunch so crowds were beginning to go down. Did some shopping in 4 different stores (each place was a positive experience with safety protocols followed and staff all wearing masks.) After shopping I stopped for a bite to eat was served promptly and sat in the window seating food was good but shout out to the cleaning staff as the tables and eating area were being cleaned in a timely matter so there was no shortage of selection there. Overall enjoyed my experience here at Sunridge mall.

The grosses place I've ever been. I arrived at 2 am so I was tired and I went straight to bed. When I woke up I realize it was puke all over the carpet, dirty baby pampers, disgusting stains on the sheets.., the non smoking room its actually a smoking room. It's pretty run down. Lots of closed stores. There's a Walmart semi attached which is alright. The Walmart is always incredibly busy though and doesn't have the best selection. The mall doesn't have a lot of options for stores, I usually just go to Sunridge since it has better options and is just up the road.

One of the goto malls in NE surrounded by many other shopping areas. Costco, Superstore, Dollorama, SDM,Indian stores etc are very near by ong with Oldnavy, Oshkosh etc places you find in Malls. Very very close to Ctrain station so anyone can easily travel here from any quadrant of Calgary. Weekend destination for shopping and spending time.

I use to love this mall. Would shop here all the time until tonight when security literally came up asked me if I was done all my shopping cause it’s the malls bylaw and that I’m not allowed to have my kids there and need to leave immediately. I seen hundreds of kids there and security didn’t say anything to them. But he picked me and my family out of the crowd to make a scene. Couldn’t believe he would do that or embarrass us infront of people like that.

Usual indoor mall with lots of parking.. navigating the parking lots surrounding the mall can sometimes be a bit weird but all in all a good offering of shops and food choices if you're looking for a place to shop.

Architecture is nothing short of marvellous. Tons of sun streaming in, highlighting the impeccable cleanliness of this space. The security guard we crossed paths with was very polite. We heard them communicating Covid-19 restrictions to a visitor they had a language barrier with, and were blown away by their sensitivity. I would recommend this mall, and look forward to visiting after the restriction have lifted.

Very nice mall. Plenty of variety. Unfortunately, the pandemic is smothering business. Nowhere to sit, rediculasly small limits on people allowed in stores, and food court is take out only! This plus online shopping is going to kill the mall. Many spaces already vacant. Please shop local. Put your dollars back into your community!!!

Got a parking ticket here for no reason at all. There were no signs anywhere nearby indicating I could not park there nor were there any pay stations. For as long as I remembered parking at this mall was free. Oh well. Good thing there are plenty of better shopping malls nearby. I won't be going back.

This is a pretty good mall, not the best Calgary has to offer but it has enough to make it a popular one. Its clean, organized and variety, what more could you need in a mall.

An above average mall in Calgary. Lots of parking and the shops you’ve come to expect. Clean and a pleasant place to visit overall. Food court is about average on selection with a nice seating area nearby.
